If you like the soprano voice, you must give Leontyne Price a listen.

Youtube isn't workig very well on my computer today so I'm not sure which Verdi she's singing. I have the CD of Leontyne with Placido in Aida.

She has a beautiful voice.

I'm morose tonight. Missing Italy.

I bought two bottles of Vernaccia today from the San Gimingagno region of Tuscany. Looking at Venice videos

I loves me some opera, but most prefer Wagner and Richard Strauss. :)

I have a crush on Teddy Tahu Rhodes (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0_Us_E551Z4). Saw him in Santa Fe singing Billy Budd this season. He is a hunk!

Shamshir is another opera lover on the board.
