4- الكف عن تقديم اي دعم عسكري او اعلامي او اقتصادي للكيان الصهيوني والغاء كل الاتفاقيات المبرمة بينكم وبين ذلك الكيان الغاصب لارضنا.
5- دفع كافة التعويضات المترتبة على ما سفكتموه من دماء ودموع إخواننا المسلمون في شرق الارض وغربها,وتعويض كافة الاضرار التي الحقتموها بهم سواء المادية اوالمعنوية,ويتم الاتفاق على قيمة تلك التعويضات لاحقا على ان لا تقل قيمة الدماء عن قيمة من قتل منكم في "لوكربي".
