· يحاول الشريط أن يثبت امتلاك القاعدة لأسلحة فتاكة مستعينا باكتشاف الأمريكيين لأوراق وقعت بأيديهم خلال الحرب على أفغانستان تشير إلى سعي القاعدة لامتلاك أو تصنيع بعض أنواع هذه الأسلحة. ويدعم ما يذهب إليه عبر لقاءات مع خبراء أمريكيين تحدثوا عن هذه الوثائق وعن قدرة اختراق القاعدة للولايات المتحدة عبر تجنيد أشخاص غربيين يمكن أن ينجحوا في التسلل للولايات المتحدة دون أن يلفتوا الانتباه.
· الأهم في الشريط أنه لم يصدر عن أية جهة إعلامية رسمية ناطقة باسم القاعدة أو القوى الجهادية السلفية كالسحاب أو مركز الفجر أو الفرقان. أما العضو p2l0a0g8u9e الذي وضع الشريط على الشبكة فهو صاحب المشاركة الوحيدة، وقد وضعه وذهب دون أن يلتفت لما أثاره الشريط، وكأنه مكلف، فعلا، بوضعه فقط حتى أن أحد الأعضاء رد على عضو آخر عن هوية الرجل بعبارة طريفة قائلا: لا تتأمل أن يدخل مرةأخرى ... واضح أن مهمته تنزيلالموضوع فقط ... هذه مهمة بمليون مشاركة!
· في الثواني الأخيرة من الشريط ظهر الرمز التالي 2B-68-aP-7m-(9) باللون الأحمر محمولا وسط خلفية سوداء، ولوحظ وميضين على الرمز قبل النهاية! وما من أحد توقف عنده أو حاول تفكيكه.
لكن كيف تفاعل الوسط الجهادي مع الحدث؟
فيما عدا القلة القليلة التي لا تكاد تتجاوز أصابع اليد الواحدة بدا الشريط وكأنه يحمل بشرى بضربة نووية أو جرثومية أو كيميائية للولايات المتحدة، وذهب البعض أبعد من ذلك في توقعاتهم لضربة قد تطال عدة دول، وفي أجواء من الفرحة العارمة تلقى العضو p2l0a0g8u9e كمّا من الأدعية، على أهميتها، إلا أنها لا تقارن بحجم ومحتوى الأدعية التي ملأت صفحات الشبكات الجهادية خاصة الإخلاص التي نزل عليها الشريط، وبلغت الزيارات أكثر من ثمانية آلاف زائر تاركين وراءهم مئات التعليقات.
مع ذلك فقد ألح الكثير من الأعضاء على معرفة ما يجري دون جدوى فانغمس بالدعاء غير آبه إلا بالمشاركة انتصارا لضربة متوقعة، والحقيقة أن الشريط أنعش المنتديات الجهادية وولّد قناعات لدى شريحة واسعة بأن الضربة حقيقية وأنها باتت في حكم اليقين عندهم. واجتهد بعضهم في تحليل هوية العضو التي وافقت بعض محتويات الشريط، فقد جرى تفكيك المعرِّف (p2l0a0g8u9e) ليصبح تارة plague 2008-9 فتكون الضربة تبعا لذلك مناسبة لسبتمبر ثاني! أو في شهر رمضان القادم، وتارة يرجح أكثرهم كون الضربة القادمة جرثومية، مستفيدين من المعنى اللغوي للمعرف بعد تعديله (plague) والذي يعني الطاعون خاصة وأن الشريط تحدث عن جرثومة الطاعون وقدراتها الفائقة في قتل الخلايا.
المهم في كل الردود أن أحدا لم يعد يحتمل أي نقاش خارج ما يود تصديقه أو الاقتناع به، فلم يأت أحد من الزوار مثلا على أي ذكر أو إشارة للعبارة رسالة في استخدام أسلحة الدمار الشامل التي كادت أن تختفي بفعل وميض الانفجار النووي الذي ميز الصورة الحاملة لها، مع أنها تشير بوضوح إلى أن الشريط هو رسالة أكثر منه تهديدا بضربة. ولعلنا نجد فيما يلي بعض التفسيرات لهذا الشعور:
· كثرة التهديدات التي عبر عنها قادة القاعدة للقوى الغربية خاصة الأمريكية وما تبعها من تحليل للشرائط من قبل البعض بأن الضربة قادمة لا محالة، حتى أن الكثير من المحللين اعتبروا خطاب بن لادن المصور، والذي وجهه للشعب الأمريكي بعد غياب طويل، أنه يحمل شيفرات ورموز توجيهية لضربة وشيكة. ولا شك أن هذه التهديدات لم تختبر بعد لكنها لم تسقط أيضا، وهو ما يجعل الأنصار أكثر ميلا وأملا في توقع ضربة ما كيفما كان.
· تعمد واضع (وا) الشريط صياغته بطريقة غامضة يصعب فك ألغازها بسهولة، فالعبارة المثيرة فيه جرى إخفاؤها بطريقة متعمدة فيما أُبرزت العبارات الأخرى بطريقة صارخة مما يؤشر على أن الشريط صمم بحرفية عالية جدا. فالمحلل في مثل هذه الحالة يقع في حيرة كبيرة فلا هو قادر على التأكيد ولا النفي.
· كما أن شبكة الإخلاص المعروفة بتلقيها أشرطة القاعدة والجماعات الجهادية هي من تلقت الشريط ونشرته وثبتته، الأمر الذي يعني أنها اطّلعت عليه قبل ذلك وأنها على علم بهوية العضو الذي نزله، بمعنى أن الإخلاص تعرف مصدر الشريط وإلا ما كانت لتحيطه بكل الرعاية التي تلقاها، حتى أن أحد الأعضاء قدم مشاركة تستحق الاقتباس وهو يقول: الذي أعرفه من الأخوة أنها ضربة غير نووية، ولكن آثارها قريبة من التأثير النووي، وحتى أن التوقع في أعدادالقتلىربما 40 ألف قتيل، وأعداد مضاعفة من الجرحى، وستكون الضربة متنوعة في أوروبا وأمريكا وربما استراليا واليابان نظرا لمشاركتهما في الحرب الصليبية علىالإسلام.يبدو أن الأوامر قد أُصدرت. مع ذلك فقد بدا غريبا ألاّ توضح الشبكة شيء يذكر عن الشريط الذي قدمته كخبر، فلم تعلق عليه ولم تقدمه أو تضعه في أي سياق، ليس هذا فحسب بل أن الكتابات أو التعليقات من بعض الكتاب النشيطين بدت شبه غائبة.
إذن فالشريط يتحدث عن محتوى بالغ الخطورة، ولَئِنْ تلقاه أغلب الأنصار بعاصفة من الفرح و بشريات النصر فهو عند الكثير يثير حالة من الرعب، ويصعب القول أن قادة القاعدة يفكرون بمنطق العامة وبمسؤوليتهم في مثل هذه الأمور الحساسة، ففيما عدا الاستخدام الأمريكي العلني والوحيد للقنابل الذرية ضد المدن اليابانية، فلم تجرؤ أية قوة عالمية على استخدام الأسلحة الفتاكة علنا ضد الأعداء أو التصريح باستخدامها في مواضع معينة أيا كانت الأسباب، بل أن سياسات سباق التسلح النووي في ظل الحرب الباردة لم تخرج عن إطار الردع، ومع ذلك قد أثار السباق عواصف عالمية منددة به، فكيف باستخدامه حتى على نطاق محدود؟ وكيف بالتهديد باستخدامه؟
لا أحد، غير أصحاب الشأن، يمتلك الكثير من الحقيقة فيما يتعلق بالشريط أو بمقاصده، ولا أحد يستطيع التخمين أو الظن في مسائل خطرة على هذا النحو. ولا أحد يدرك حقيقة الضربة ولا حجمها حتى يبدي رأيه، وحتى لو كانت القاعدة تمتلك حقائب نووية ورغبت في ممارسة الردع لأمكنها تحقيق ذلك عبر شريط يثبت امتلاكها للسلاح النووي، فحينذاك سيكون لكل حادث حديث، لكن بث مثل هذه الأشرطة التي تحتمل أكثر من تأويل، لجهة مصداقيتها فيما إن كانت حقيقة أم اجتهاد، قد تكون من باب الحرب النفسية الشرسة وحتى الاقتصادية بما أن التكلفة الأمنية باهظة في أخبار من هذا النوع حيث يصعب الأخذ بها أو تجاهلها، فهو بحق أسلوب كاف لإثارة الخوف وإشاعة الرعب إلى حين يتبين فيه الخيط الأبيض من الأسود. لكن إن ثبت مع الأيام أنه اجتهاد فردي فالسؤال حينها سيمس مصداقية الإعلام الجهادي ويبعث على الإحباط.
يبقى القول أن أغلب الذين يتحدثون عن انهيار أمريكا قلما ناقشوا الأمر، بجدية، مرة واحدة، وقلما تساءلوا عن تداعيات الانهيار إن وقع في يوم ما وهو أكيد واقع بحكم السنن، ولعل القليل منهم يدرك مضمون أمريكا نفسه فكيف لهم أن يتهيؤوا للحظة الانهيار، فالولايات المتحدة ليست الاتحاد السوفياتي الذي ورثته روسيا كدولة عظمى أصلا وذات امتداد تاريخي عريق تمكنت بسهولة من امتصاصه نوويا وعسكريا واقتصاديا واجتماعيا، وهذا مختلف كل الاختلاف عن تَكوّن أمريكا التاريخي ومضمونها، وهي ليست إسرائيل التي لا يساوي زوالها مقدار ذرة من زوال أمريكا. لذا فالذين يُمنّون النفس بضربة كيفما اتفق لا يفرقون بين ضرب أمريكا وإيجاعها وبين انهيارها أو زوالها. ولا يطرحون سؤالا واحدا عن مجتمع هجين يضم في ثنايا ولاياته شتى الأعراق والأجناس، فإذا انهارت أمريكا فكيف سيتصرف، مثلا، من يسيطرون على أساطيل الولايات المتحدة في العالم؟ وما الذي يمنعهم من التحول إلى عصابات دموية مسلحة بأعتى قوى التدمير في العالم؟ أو على الأقل من هي القوة المؤهلة عالميا لإدارة ترسانات الدمار التي تجوب العالم؟ وما هو مصيرها؟ ولمن ستؤول؟ وما هو مصير القوى الأمريكية العسكرية والأمنية والسياسية والاقتصادية التي تستوطن في شتى بقاع الأرض؟ أسئلة كثيرة تحتاج إلى فهم دقيق وتصور شامل لمختلف السيناريوهات المحتملة قبل الحديث عن الانهيارات.

At a time when the followers, analysts and supporters of Jihad were waiting for the statement of the media spokesman of the Islamic state of Iraq on the Jihadi website over the military status in Nainawi, it being the first official statement of the State on the campaign of the Iraqi government in the city, everyone was shocked to see on the morning of 25/5/2008 a video release under the title “Prayer! Prayer! Allah is the greatest, America is doomed- with a back-breaking Jihadi nuclear attack”, put up by one of the members of Ecklaas site, that was highlighted as soon as it was loaded, on the opening page, its adornment as a broad piece of news, declaring it Important even before the title.


Within a few hours the supporters and may be many others poured down on the page of the video, making the number of visits in a single day reach nearly 7000 visits and continued to rise over until it reached 8000 with 100s of comments with its people wondering about the source of the video and the member who uploaded it. But what was it that this video contained to raise so much of noise and congestion in spite of the fact that the media outlets ignored it as much as possible?


The links were preceded by glad tidings like this and Quranic verses

“And at last my precious Ummah, it is time

Give glad tidings to every mother of oppressed whose son was killed at the hands of the Americans and Zionists and their puppets

Give glad tidings to every father who has a son or daughter in the American Zionist detentions or in the prison of their mercenary tyrants

Give them glad tidings that the hour of healing the hearts has come”

As for the video, it was a 39 minutes and 22 seconds video, and what follows are the most highlighted topics both technical and objective in it

On playing the video what appears is

1- An unclear statement which seems like a letter used in the use of weapons of mass destruction, and another in English reading “Nuclear Jihad – the ultimate terror”

2- The picture of a nuclear attack amidst the poem that says - “The hour of attack has come… and the time for victory has arrived…” And this is a poem with an aggressive background and has been used in a number of warnings and promises that had been given by the leaders of Al Qaeda especially Sheikh Osama bin Laden and Sheikh Ayman Az Zawahiri against the Americans and all the forces that participated in the war against the Muslims in Afghanistan and Iraq and others. Meaning that Al Qaeda has fulfilled all the legal and material conditions starting from cease-fire call and ending with warnings and threatening, and consequently it is time to act as the enemy forces have not responded to the calls of Al Qaeda that necessitates the withdrawal from the lands of Muslims and an end to harming its sons


- The video was of High technical quality, but what is more important is that it came in the form of a documentary competing in its quality the documentaries released by the huge media outlets. It also specialized with a very effective and clever scenario, because it was based on two letters aided with voice and sound, one of them in English for the American experts and the other in Arabic


- As for the content of the video then it is a jest of a specific message that deals with the theme of legitimacy of using weapons of Mass destruction against the enemy. That is why we find it giving a Fatwa of Sheikh Nasir Fahd that legitimizes dealing with the like and extracts from details that have been formerly described by Sheikh Abu Musa’b As Soori, one of the greatest strategic minds behind the global Jihad, and the video presents some of these ideas like nuclear, chemical and biological weapons


- The video is trying to prove that Al Qaeda has fatal weapons supported by the fact that the Americans had discovered some of the documents in their hands in Afghanistan that point to the fact that Al Qaeda is trying to get hold and make up some sort of weapons, and supports what it points by going through the interviews with the American specialists about these documents and about the capability of Al Qaeda to infiltrate US through training western men who can get in and out of US without attracting attention


- The important thing about the video is that it hasn’t been released by any particular official front that would release it in the name of Al Qaeda or any Salafi Jihadi group, like Sahaab or Al Fajr media or Furqaan. As for the member p21010g8u9e who placed the video on the web, then he has had only one post, and he made it and disappeared immediately without looking back at what the video has caused, as if he was only appointed to put the video. One of the members replied to another about the identity of the man with a funny statement saying “Don’t hope that he will ever enter again… it is clear that his mission was only to put up the video … and this mission is equal to a million participations”


- In the last seconds of the video, the following code 2B-68-aP-7m-(9) was visible on the center screen against a black background, and two lights were seen before the end! Well! No body has stopped at this to try to unveil the code


But how did the Jihadi medium react to the event-


Except for a very few who can be counted on the fingers the video seemed like a glad tiding of a chemical, biological or nuclear attack against the US, and some went far enough in their expectation with the speculation that the attack will encompass perhaps countries. And in the festive mood the member p2l0a0g8u9e received a large number of prayers, over its importance, except that it can not be matched with the level of prayers that have filled the pages of the Jihadi websites especially Ecklaas on which the video was released and the visits had swell over 8000 leaving behind 100s of comments


In spite of that a number of the members wanted to know what was going on, reaching no particular outcome, and they put their efforts in prayers, not caring the least bit, just to be a helping hand in the expected attack (even through a prayer). The reality is that the video refreshed the Jihadi forums and new persuasions have been born amongst a vast majority that the attack is real and this has become a surety for them. Some of the analysts tried to analyze the identity of the member in compliance with the content of the video, for the name was undone p2ll0a0g8u9e to form plague 2008-9 according to which the attack will be on this basis and an occasion for another 9/11 or will be in the coming month of Ramadan, and most of them come back to say that the attack will be biological, taking the word meaning of plague especially because the video contained info about the capability of it to kill a large extent of cells

Participant Analyzes 'Nuclear Code,' Predicts Al-Qaeda Nuclear Attack on US 8 Sep On 5 August, a forum participant re-posted to a jihadist website an unattributed message entitled "The Nuclear Jihad Code...Good News and Warning Before Destruction...Bin Ladin." The message analyzes the "nuclear code" given as (2B-68-aP-7m-9)" that had appeared at the end of May this year in a video entitled "Nuclear Jihad, The Ultimate Terror." Based on the code, the message also predicts that two attacks by Al-Qaeda will be launched against the US in the coming month of "Ramadan 1429" which corresponds to September 2008. That code, or formula, has generated interest and responses ever since it was first posted back in May 2008. Some of the responses were translated below.

A translation of the message and the posted reactions follow:

"The code of the nuclear jihad...good news and warning before the destruction

"(2B-68-aP-7m-9)

"Cracking the code:

"B means bomb, 2 B means two bombs or two massive operations

"68" most probably refers to location, and more likely two locations.

"aP: stands for the date and the time, to be exactly in three locations. The two locations of the intended attack, and the location from where the attack will be launched.

"7m: refers to the occasion.

"(9): symbolizes a synchronized time

"Analyzing the Code:"

"Two massive or huge explosions that cannot be compared with September 11 in two key cities, whose names I will keep to myself, will coincide with a night and day timing, according to the time (zone) of the targeted countries and the local time in Holy Mecca on a sad occasion and anniversary which the targeted countries will be living. For the first time, it will coincide with a great occasion for the Muslims. Prophetic Hadiths on the future explain the nature of the operation.

"In Sha' ban 1428 (corresponding to August 2007), Shaykh Usama bin Ladin delivered another message to the American people before the fatal blow, talking about nuclear (weapons), the killing of thousands, and the aftermath of the fall of the American empire.

"In Jumada al-Awwal 1429 (corresponding to May 2008), a documentary film called the 'Nuclear Jihad: The Ultimate Terror' was produced in the studio of Al-Sahab Establishment which is the powerful media arm of Al-Qaeda of Jihad Organization.

All this information falls under the framework of step toward another war).

"Prepare an atmosphere in the media indicating that Iran is preparing to carry out an attack similar to that of September 11th.

"Reinforce a media blitz that Iran is connected to Al-Qaeda and that there is indeed a relationship between the Iranian threat and the carrying out of the mujahidin operations.

"Prepare Islamic fronts and movements which are described by America as reasonable to hold international conferences.

"Deepen the division among Muslims and break the alliances of those who believe in terrorism and work for it and those who do not and oppose it.

"Regarding the Muslims led by Al-Qaeda:

"Complete preparations to receive all those Muslims who will come following the operations.

"Prepare to lead Muslims into a wider circle of the present conflict between Muslims and others.

"Please comment" Comments to the above message:

The same poster added a dated picture of Bin Ladin and wrote under it the following words; "The man of the mountains is threatening the world with nuclear power. The countdown has begun."

He then posted the following picture:

He added a few more words to his extended message:

"At the end of time, people will return to the use of swords and horses, which is the fate of the present materialistic civilization."

A participant commented: "Maybe there is a nuclear attack in the month of Ramadan because the anniversary of September 11th coincides with Ramadan."

The first poster responded with another comment:

"Number 9 symbolizes a synchronized time. I believe that the hit will be during the year of 1429,(2008) or in the ninth month of the upcoming month of Ramadan. God only know."

A different participant commented:

"Whoever reads this subject will tremble and his mouth will water from the ability of Al-Qaeda to plan, and may I remind those readers who want quick strikes that Al-Qaeda leaders and members are very patient and possess an enduring nature."

But another participant said:

"I do not like the mirage."

Another participant agreed and said:

"May God cure you and guide you."

The original poster returned and used Koranic verses and some prophetic words to argue his case but without substance. Some of his words were:

"These are signs of the great eternity and it will happen no matter what I say or what anyone else says. The problem here is that people do not believe in facts, but this is not a tale or an imaginary story but a sign from God. I advise you to read the book of `Al-Fitan wa al-Malahim` (Striving and Massacres), by Ibn Kathir which tells of calamities and what the prophet talked about."

Three other participants agreed briefly, but the original poster returned and added the following:

"This code of`(2B-68-aP-7m-9)` was put on Al-Ikhlas Net by a participant who never posted anything but a single contribution and then left the site, and the film he posted discussed the nuclear issue and included a threat and a menace to the Americans, God willing."

The last participant ridiculed the original poster and said:

"These are the signs of the Hour of Resurrection which we knew of before we heard of you and heard of Al-Qaeda. Is running behind a mirage a sign of the Hour of Resurrection? This sounds like a man who is drowning but hoping to stay afloat by hanging on to a straw. One time it is a dream, another time it is a story or a rumor, and today they are codes and rubbish. Well then, analyze this code to me: R29ND8NZ20.

"It is: R29=Ramadan of this year

"ND=Nuclear attack by Bin Ladin

"8=will be on 8 Ramadan.

"NZ=a nuclear attack by Al-Zawahiri.

"20=will be on the 20th day of the same month.

"But be careful, if you do not believe what I say, then you do not believe in the signs of the Hour of Resurrection which is mentioned in the prophetic words, and you know the punishment by the clerics for those who do not believe in the Sunnah (words of the prophet)."

Could not connect to MySQL

I thought I recognized the small part that was posted as an English translation of an Arabic piece I have machine translated, and in fact it is, which would seem reasonable in that NTIS (National Technical Information Services) does translations. I might be speaking out of turn but they may have replaced or work in conjunction with FBIS.

And I'm too tired to look any more but yes, NTIS, FBIS and OSIS all work together for the Dept. of Commerce.
