Google video is the only video host without size and length restrictions.

If you mean you want to upload the file itself for only a few to download to their comps you will need to split it into at least 20 pieces .rar it and join a file host that allows that size limit (1gb), very few, here's (http://www.filetycoon.com/) one.

You can use winrar to break 20GB files into smaller file-sizes. For instance, you can create 20 1GB parts to it, then you can go to this site http://www.pando.com/ and upload each of the 20 parts separately, then have your friends download it.
