der, yeah...

here's a tip for grabbing anything...

the "Print Screen" or "Prt Screen" or "Prt Scrn" button, etc etc will store a screen grab, but you gotta save it somewhere, somehow...

various people will advocate various apps to do image editing, mine is fireworks...but for this mspaint will do...

start menu, run, (or windows-R), type mspaint, press return, waiy till app opens up...press control-v, or right-click and paste...

then..."file" sub-menu, "save as" drop-down...select JPEG, enter name, select place to save it "my documents" or the desktop, press save...

if you want to resize, goto "image" sub-menu and "stretch/skew" option, or control-W...enter, say 50% for width and height...
