اعترفت "منظمة بدر" التابعة لـ "المجلس الأعلى للثورة الإسلامية" بقيادة عبد العزيز الحكيم في وثيقة سرية بحصولها على أسلحة وتجهيزات ومعدات عسكرية من إيران؛ استعدادًا لخوض حرب مع السنّة في العراق.
Recognized "Badr organization" affiliated with "the Supreme Council of Islamic Revolution" led by Abdul Aziz al-Hakim, in a confidential document obtained the weapons, equipment and military equipment from Iran; preparation for a war with the Sunnis in Iraq.
وأكدت الوثيقة الصادرة عن الأمانة العامة لـ "منظمة بدر" بتاريخ (5/11/2006م) وجود حالة تأهب في صفوف قوات الحرس الثوري الإيراني، وذلك بالقرب من الحدود مع العراق استعدادًا للتدخل السريع في حال نشوب تلك الحرب.
The document issued by the Secretariat of the "Badr Organization" on (5 / 11 / 2006) and the existence of a state of alert in the ranks of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard, and so close to the border with Iraq in preparation for rapid intervention in case of the outbreak of the war.
كما دعت الشيعة منتسبي وزارتي الدفاع والداخلية- في حالة بدء المعركة- إلى الالتحاق بسرايا "قوات بدر" و"جيش المهدي" وتشكيلات "حزب الدعوة"، واستصحاب وسرقة الأسلحة والذخائر والآليات والتجهيزات لاستخدامها في المعركة.
Shiites also invited members of the Ministries of Defense and Interior-in the case of starting the battle-school to Besraya "Badr forces" and the "Mahdi Army" and formations, "the Al-Dawa Party," and rooming and stealing arms and ammunition, machinery and equipment for use in battle.
وجاء صدور تلك الوثيقة بعد اجتماع موسّع عقده عبد العزيز الحكيم مع كافة قادة تشكيلات المجلس الأعلى للثورة الإسلامية في العراق في مدينة كربلاء بتاريخ (2/11/2006م)، بحضور بعض المراجع الدينية في الجمهورية الإيرانية.
The issuance of that document, after an extensive meeting held Abdel-Aziz al-Hakim, with the leaders of all the formations of the Supreme Council of Islamic Revolution in Iraq in the city of Karbala on (2 / 11 / 2006), the presence of some religious authorities in the Iranian Republic.
وتدعو إلى الاستمرار في سياسة التصفية والإبعاد للسنّة في الأحياء الشعبية والأسواق التجارية، وتضييق الخناق عليهم لإجبارهم على الهجرة وترك البلاد.
And calls for the continuation of the policy of liquidation and dimensions of the Year in the popular districts and commercial markets, and restricting them to force them to emigrate and to leave the country.
ويشمل المخطط أيضًا تصفية الوافدين العرب والمقيمين والموظّفين الدبلوماسيين والعاملين بالشركات، وخاصة الحاملين لجنسيات السعودية والأردن ومصر وفلسطين والسودان والإمارات.
The outline also includes the liquidation of the Arabs and incoming residents and diplomats and employees of the companies, especially undocumented nationalities Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Egypt, Palestine, Sudan and the United Arab Emirates.
ولم يقتصر المخطط على ملاحقة السنّة داخل العراق فقط، وإنما يمتد ليشمل إثارة أجواء من الاضطراب في دول الجوار مثل السعودية، من خلال تحريض الحجيج الشيعة على تنظيم تظاهرة حاشدة يحمل منفّذوها أسلحة (كاتمة صوت، وسكاكين، وهراوات، ومواد سامة)؛ بغية الاشتباك مع السلطات السعودية داخل الحرم الشريف.
Not only planned to prosecute the year inside Iraq, but extends to create an atmosphere of unrest in neighboring countries such as Saudi Arabia, through incitement of Shiite pilgrims to organize a mass demonstration carrying weapons 2003-2004 (fitted voice, knives, batons, and toxic materials); to clash with the Saudi authorities within the Haram al-Sharif.
