أيها الاخوة الأحباب والمشايخ الكرام - السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته
أحمد الله تعالى وأشكره سبحانه أن مَن عليكم بفكاك أسركم وسلمكم لأهليكم.
أود آن تفسحوا لي صدوركم لأضع بين أيديكم الكريمة بعض الأمور الهامة التي أرى أنها من الحق الذي أمرنا المولى جل وعلا أن نتواصى بها... أقول محتسباً لله تعالى:
بعد أن رمتنا الدول الصهيو صليبية عن قوس واحدة و قد اتفقوا فيما بينهم على تقاسم أدوارهم
وبعد ما سمعنا ورأينا في وسائل الإعلام عوام المسلمين في مصر يطالبون حكامهم بوجوب القتال ضد اليهود
كان ولابد من وقفة نسألكم فيها:أین موقع الجماعة من هذه الحرب العالمیه الثالثة ؟

ثالثاً - إن من أهم واجباتكم كقيادات تاريخية أن تسعوا لإشراك أكثر من ثلاثين ألف من أعضاء الجماعة في القرارات المستقبلية فكما أنكم ستؤجرون على حرصكم و سعيكم في إخراجهم من السجون
فإنكم ستسألون كذلك عن تغييب آرائهم وتثبيط هممهم.

وبناءً على ما تقدم

فبالأصالة عن نفسي وبالنيابة عن الكثير من قيادات وأعضاء الجماعة الإسلامية في الخارج نطالب إخواننا القيادة التاريخية للجماعة الإسلامية في مصر بما يلي:
أولا: إعلان موقفاً واضحاً من الحرب الصهيو صليبية التي تشنها أمريكا وإسرائيل على السلميين.
ثانيا: دعوة أعضاء الجماعة في جميع المدن إلي الخروج في تظاهرات والمطالبة
بالإفراج عن الشيخ الدكتور عمر عبد الرحمن و بإلغاء اتفاقيات السلام وبفتح الطريق أمام الشعب لقتال اليهود في فلسطين ولبنان وقتال الصليبيين في أفغانستان و العراق.
ثالثا: إعادة تشكيل الجناح العسكري للجماعة على أن يكون هدفه الوحيد قتال أعداء الأمة.
