قال الله تعالى

أنتم تُتابعون هذه الأيام فصول محاكمة لا سابقة لها على علاقة بواحدة من أكبر عمليات الاختلاس
والرشوة والفساد و الإعتداء على أموال الشعب

O Muslims in Algeria

إنّ المؤامرة التي بدأت بإفساد دينكم وهويتكم امتدت اليوم بشكل فاضح لتبدد ثروتكم و لن تتوقف حتى تمزق وحدتكم وتقضي على وجودكم لتعود الجزائر بعد ذلك فرنسية كما يريد لها أن تكون هؤلاء الحكام الخونة الذين أثبتوا أكثر من مرّة أنهم ليسوا من طينة هذا الشعب ولا يحملون همه ولا يهمهم أمره ومصيره

أَمْ نَجْعَلُ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ كَالْمُفْسِدِينَ فِي الْأَرْضِ أَمْ نَجْعَلُ الْمُتَّقِينَ كَالْفُجَّارِ
(quraan 38:28)
Shall We treat those who believe and do good works as those who spread
corruption in the earth; or shall We treat the pious as the wicked? (Pickthal)

لقد آن لأولي النهى من أمتنا أن يفيقوا من غفلتهم ويضعوا أيديهم في أيدي أبنائهم المجاهدين لإنقاذ ما تبقى من كرامة وأصالة و حقوق هذا الشعب المسلم ويعملوا بقول الله تعالى
It is the first evil of our nation to wake up from Ghaflthm and put their hands in the hands of their Mujahideen to save what remains of the dignity and character and the rights of the Muslim people and to work the words of God:

فَلَوْلا كَانَ مِنَ الْقُرُونِ مِنْ قَبْلِكُمْ أُولُو بَقِيَّةٍ يَنْهَوْنَ عَنِ الْفَسَادِ فِي الْأَرْضِ إِلَّا قَلِيلاً مِمَّنْ أَنْجَيْنَا مِنْهُمْ وَاتَّبَعَ الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا مَا أُتْرِفُوا فِيهِ وَكَانُوا مُجْرِمِينَ
(quraan 11:116)
If only there had been among the generations before you men possessing
a remnant (of good sense) to warn (their people) from corruption in the earth,

وكونوا على يقين بأنّ انتشار الفساد بهذا الحجم مؤشّر على خراب هذه الدولة الفاسدة وذهاب هؤلاء المفسدين

The Amir of the Salafist Group For Preaching And Combat (GSPC), an Algerian Mujahideen group that recently swore allegiance to the Al-Qaeda organization has released a statement calling on Algerian Muslims to a “popular uprising” and to join the Mujahideen in their efforts against the corrupt Algerian government.

This latest call in Algeria makes clear that the jihad is indeed going global and the Islamic awakening is beginning to spread throughout the globe. The Islamic Courts in Somalia are now active in jihad to reestablish the rule of Allah in that country, joining the active fronts of Chechnya, Afghanistan and Iraq, with the Palestinian issue still burning at the heart of the Ummah and this latest call from Algeria is yet another sign of Islam rising.

Here is the statement issued by the Abu Musab Abdul Wadud, the Amir of the GSPC, published here uncut and uncensored, as translated by JUS.

A Letter To The Algerian Muslims From The Amir Of The Salafist Group For Preaching And Combat

In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful
Praise be to Allah and peace of Allah on Muhammad, his family, his companions and peace to the believers.
Allah the Almighty says:
“And made therein much mischief so your Lord poured on them different kinds of severe torment.” Qur’an 89:12, 13
O Muslims of Algiers, you are watching these days events that have never before appeared, that has no historical predecessor and that is one of the greatest operations of hoarding, bribing, corruption and transgression of the people’s money. And despite the fact that our country is not the most dangerous case of corruption, it serves as proof of the religious and moral failure that the government and its political and military leaders have equally reached this level.
Imam Bukhari has narrated on the authority of Abu Hurairah that he said, that the Prophet peace be upon him said:
“When a shepherd was with his sheep and a wolf attacked and took one, the shepherd followed it until he rescued it. The wolf then turned to him and said “Who will be there for it on the day of Sab’a, when there will be no guardian for it except me?” The people said, “Praise be to Allah” and the Prophet said, “then I believe in it; I, Abu Baker and Omar.”
The condition of our people today under rule of the tyrants does not differ from the sheep that does not have any guardian except the wolf. Yes, the Algerian Muslim people today do not have any other guardian except a herd of harmful monsters and hungry wolves. There exists corruption in its religion, blood, honor, rights and money and no one dares to save it except a group of its Mujahideen; truthful, dutiful sons, who do not get tired of fighting this Taghoot and are challenging him and are refusing his rule and tyranny.
O the Muslim people of Algeria, the conspiracy to corrupt your religion and identity has spread today to the point of exploiting your resources and will not stop until it shreds your unity and destroys your existence so that Algeria will return to the French just as these betraying rulers want it to. They have shown more than once that they are not from the mud of this land and do not care for it and the country’s condition and destiny does not matter to them.
The imminent dangers the country is facing calls you to take a strong stand, decisive decisions, sacrifices and patience. Exposure does not scare them or shake them nor affect them in the least; it does not change their nature or their history. In fact what affects them or actually scares and terrifies them is the wrath of the people; their rising up and their criticism.
The Salafist Group For Preaching And Combat has taken upon its shoulders the burden of protecting the Muslim people of Algeria and regaining its rights in every possible way and won’t stop fighting the transgressors and disbelievers until it achieves glory for every Muslim, and on that day, happy will be the believers be, by the victory of Allah. The time has come for the Muslim Ummah to distinguish between its dutiful sons who are protecting it with their bodies and breaths, and the tyrants, looters and thieves.
The Almighty says:
“Shall we treat those who believe and work deeds of righteousness, the same as those who do mischief on earth shall we treat those who guard against evil, the same as those who turn aside from the right? Qur’an 38:28
It is time for those who are unaware in our Ummah to wake up from their slumber and put their hands in the hands of their Mujahideen sons to save what remains of the honor and reality and rights of the Muslim Ummah and heed the words of Allah who said:
“If only there had been of the generations before you. Men of righteousness who prohibited men from mischief in the earth (but there were none) except a few among them whom we saved (from harm)? but the wrong-Doers pursued the enjoyment of the good things of life which were given them, and persisted in sin.” Qur’an 11: 116

And be very certain that the spread of corruption at this rate is an indicator of the demise of the corrupted powers and where they are going. Just look at the outcome that Allah promises the corrupters when He said:
"…The curse of Allah is on the wrongdoers.” Qur’an 7:44
