قررنا وحفاظاً على دماء أساتذتنا الأفاضل وطلبتنا الأعزاء وبعد دراسة مستفيضة والتشاور مع مجموعة من الخبراء وأساتذة الجامعات وأولياء أمور الطلبة إلغاء الدوام الرسمي في كافة الجامعات والمعاهد والكليات الأهلية للعام الدراسي 2006 – 2007 والتي تقع في العاصمة بغداد حصراً (نؤكد في العاصمة بغداد حصراً).Decided to preserve the blood of the ancient arrange her dear and after extensive study and consultation with a group of experts, university professors, and parents of students the cancellation of official business in all universities and institutes and colleges eligibility for the academic year 2006-2007, which is located in the capital, Baghdad exclusively (We in the capital Baghdad exclusively).
