فإلى سفراء الجهاد القائمين على ثغر الإعلام في بلدان العالم كافة، السلام عليكم و رحمة الله و بركاته، فمن تشريف الله لكم أيها الإخوة، أن اختاركم لتبلغوا أمة الإسلام، صوت جهاد إخوانكم في بلاد الرافدين ضد الدولة الصليبية و ذنبها حكومة الجعفري الرافضية، و أنتم تراغمون الكفار و المنافقين في ديارهم، إغاضة لهم و شفاء لصدور قوم مؤمنين، قال تعالى:{ و لا يطؤون موطئاً يغيض الكفار و لا ينالون من عدو إلا كتب لهم به عمل صالح إن الله لا يضيع أجر المحسنين، و لا ينفقون نفقة صغيرة و لا كبيرة و لا يقطعون وادياً إلا كتب لهم ليجزيهم الله أحسن ما كانوا يعملون }.
فالله الله يا إخواننا، الصبر الصبر، فما هي إلا أيامٌ و تستعلي راية العُقاب، إن ثباتكم أيها الأبطال، و أنتم في ديار الكفار و المنافقين، إن ثباتكم أيها المجاهدون ثباتٌ لكلمة المسلمين، و زعزعةٌ لمكر الصليبيين، الذين ذاقوا مرارة الهزيمة و الاندحار، على أيدي إخوانكم من المهاجرين و الأنصار، فأنتم نافذتنا إلى أمتنا المسلمة، و أنتم سيف الجهاد المسلط على رقاب أعداء الله و رسوله صلى الله عليه و سلم، في بلاد الكفار شرقاً و غربا، شمالاً و جنوبا، فو الله قد انهارت أمريكا، و تحطمت أحلامها، و تهاوى عرشها، بفضل الله تعالى أولاً و آخرا ثم بإقدام ثلة من المؤمنين المجاهدين الصابرين، فبصبركم و إقدامكم يصل صوت إخوانكم المجاهدين إلى أبناء أمتنا ليكون بشارةً لهم، و هزيمةً نفسيةً لأعداء الله، و النبي عليه الصلاة و السلام يقول: جاهدوا المشركين بأموالكم و أنفسكم و ألسنتكم، و قديماً قالوا: أحد السيفين اللسان، و إن تكونوا تألمون أيها الإخوة، فإن إخوانكم في بلاد الرافدين يلفون أجسادهم بالأحزمة الناسفة، و يقدمون على أعمالهم حذراً من أعداء الله تعالى الذين يتربصون بإخوانكم المجاهدين الدوائر، و لكن يأبى الله إلا أن يتم نوره و لو كره الكافرون، فالله الله في إخوانكم، و الله الله في جهادكم، يقول تعالى:{ و لا تهنوا في ابتغاء القوم إن تكونوا تألمون فإنهم يألمون كما تألمون و ترجون من الله مالا يرجون و كان الله عليماً حكيما} و نسأل الله تعالى أن يثبتكم، و يربط على قلوبكم، و يرزقكم إيماناً لا يرتد، و نعيماً لا ينفد، و مرافقة النبي في أعلى جنة الخلد، و صلى الله على نبينا محمد و على آله و صحبه و سلم، و السلام عليكم و رحمة الله و بركاته.
