إن الحمد لله نحمده ونستعينه ونستغفره، ونعوذ بالله من شرور أنفسنا ومن سيئات أعمالنا، من يهده الله فلا مضل له ومن يضلل فلا هادي له، وأشهد أن لا إله إلا الله وحده لا شريك له، وأشهد أن محمداً عبده ورسوله أما بعد: حديثي هذا للأمة الإسلامية عامة وإلى أهلنا وإخواننا المجاهدين في العراق والصومال خاصة، السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته، فإلى إخواننا المجاهدين في بغداد دار الخلافة وما حولها، إن تواصل عملياتكم الجريئة ضد الأمريكيين وأعوانهم قد زادت المسلمين فرحاً وسرواً وابتهاجاً وحبوراً ولقد رفعتم رؤوس المسلمين عالياً بحسن فعالكم التي تفرح المحزون وتضحك الثكلى فجزاكم الله خير الجزاء، وإن أمتكم الإسلامية كلها أنظارها شاخصة إليكم وألسنتها تلهج بالدعاء لكم تفرح لفرحكم وتترح لترحكم، وآمالها بعد الله معلقة عليكم، وهي تحسبكم جند الله المخلصين وتعتقد أن انتصاركم انتصار لدينها وعزها وكرامتها، وبانتصاركم بإذن الله تتحرر من العبودية والتبعية للصليبيين وعملائهم في بلادنا فتقضوا على الذل والخوف والبغي والظلم وتقيموا الحق والعدل وتنشروا الرخاء والأمن وتنفقوا كنوز الأرض على أهلها ومستحقيها في إعمار البلاد وقضاء حوائج العباد، بدل من أن يذهب جلها إلى الصليبيين وعملائهم، ثم إني أقول لأهل العراق إن المتأمل لهذه المصائب العظام التي حلت بأرض الرافدين يجد أن المتسبب الرئيسي فيها هو دخول الصليبيين البلاد واحتلالها بتواطؤ مع قادة الأحزاب الذين شجعوها على غزو العراق ودعوا أتباعهم للانخراط في أجهزة الحكومات المرتدة التي نصبتها أمريكا كحكومة علاوي والجعفري والمالكي ليقوموا بقتال أبناء عمهم في بغداد والموصل وديالا والأنبار الذين رفضوا الخضوع للمحتل الصليبي كما سموا المقاتلين الأحرار إرهابيين فقاموا بقتلهم وقصف بيوتهم ومن هنا كانت ردة الفعل على العشائر والأحزاب الذين ارتضوا الخيانة وصاروا أعواناً لأمريكا الصليبية، فأقول لكم إن أول خطوة مطلوبة لاستقرار العراق هي إخراج الجيوش الصليبية بالقتال ثم معاقبة قادة الأحزاب كحزب الجعفري والحكيم وعلاوي وطارق الهاشمي الذين كذبوا على الناس وقالوا لهم إن سبيل إخراج المحتلين إنما هو في المشاركة في العملية السياسية وها قد مضت حكومة علاوي ولم يخرج المحتل ثم حكومة الجعفري أيضاً ولم يخرج المحتل وها هي حكومة المالكي الخائنة المرتدة تسير على نفس خطى حكومة الجعفري لأنها وجه آخر من وجوهها وخلاصة القول فإنه لا يمكن أن يشارك كثيرٌ من أبناء الجنوب مع أمريكا وحلفائها في استباحة الفلوجة والرمادي وبعقوبة والموصل وسامراء والقائم وغيرها من المدن والقرى وتسلم في المقابل مناطقهم من ردة الفعل والأذى.
ثم أني أقول لأمتنا الإسلامية برغم العمليات البطولية التي يقوم بها المجاهدون ضد الأمريكيين وعملائهم المرتدين والتي قتلت رجاله وبددت أمواله وأثخنت جراحه وشتتت حلفاءه وكسرت هيبته وأظهرت ذلته حتى رضي من الغنيمة بالإياب ومع ذلك كله فإن العزل من أهل الإسلام في أرض الرافدين يتعرضون لحملات إبادة على أيدي عصابات الحقد والغدر التي كانت منتشرة في جميع الأماكن الحساسة في حكومة الجعفري السابقة وهي موجودة اليوم كذ لك في حكومة المالكي الحالية، لذا فقد حذرت قيادات من هيئة علماء المسلمين في العراق وناشدت إغاثة أهل الإسلام من هول وشدة حملة الإبادة التي يتعرضون لها وكان من أبرزهم الشيخ بشار الفيضي والشيخ عبد السلام الكبيسي والشيخ حارث الضاري حيث ذكر قبل فترة وجيزة بصريح العبارة بأنهم يتعرضون للإبادة وأنه قد خطف وعذب وقتل أكثر من أربعين ألفاً على يد القوات الصليبية وقوات الجعفري المرتدة، فإنا لله وإنا إليه راجعون، لذا يجب على المسلمين أن يدركوا ويغيثوا إخوانهم في أرض الرافدين بالمال والرجال حتى يكفوا عنهم عادية المعتدين من الصليبيين والمرتدين وأكد على أهلنا المسلمين في العراق بأنه ينبغي أن يعلموا علم اليقين أنه لا مداهنة مع الصليبيين والمرتدين ولا أنصاف حلول ولا سبيل لهم للنجاة إلا بالاعتصام بحبل الله وأن يحرصوا على الاجتماع وأن يحذروا الفرقة والنزاع ويلتزموا الجهاد وأقول لهم سيوفكم حصونكم واحذروا الاغترار بالأحزاب والجماعات التي دخلت وشاركت في هذه الحكومات فإن الأمر خطير وما هذه الحكومات والمشاركات السياسية إلا مخادعات لكم فسيوف القوم تقطر من دمائكم يومياً ولا يفل الحديد إلا الحديد ومن يأمل أن يقنع هؤلاء المرتدين بغير سلاح بالكف عن قتال أهل الإسلام في بغداد وما حولها فهو كأحمق يحاول إقناع الذئاب بالكف عن افتراس الغنم وهذا لا يكون فلا يكف بأس هؤلاء الكفار الصليبيين والمرتدين إلا بالقتال، فإن تركتم أمر ربكم لكم بقتالهم فقد خذلتم وهلكتم وعصيتم قال الله تعالى {فَقَاتِلْ فِي سَبِيلِ اللّهِ لاَ تُكَلَّفُ إِلاَّ نَفْسَكَ وَحَرِّضِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ عَسَى اللّهُ أَن يَكُفَّ بَأْسَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ وَاللّهُ أَشَدُّ بَأْساً وَأَشَدُّ تَنكِيلاً }النساء84، فالزموا الجهاد وانخرطوا في صفوف المجاهدين وعليكم بالجماعة والسمع والطاعة.

ثم إني أوجه خطابي إلى أهلنا في الصومال فأقول لهم لقد اجتمع الصومال على دين الإسلام فنعم بالهداية والنور والأمن والسلام ثم تفرق يوم أن رفض زياد بري الإسلام والتزم الشيوعية وحرق العلماء الكرام في الميدان العام عليهم رحمة الله ولا سبيل لكم للنجاة إلا بالتزامكم بالإسلام وأن تكونوا يداً واحدة مع المحاكم الشرعية التي تسعى لإقامة الدولة الإسلامية ويجب أن تعلموا أن العصابة التي كونها الجنرال العميل عبد الله يوسف هي عصابة خائنة عميلة ويكفي للتدليل على عمالتها استدعاؤهم القوات الدولية لاحتلال البلاد وإن النواب الذين عارضوا هذا القرار ليسوا بمعفيين من المسؤولية إلا أن يتوبوا ويستقيلوا من هذه العصابة الظالمة ويتبرءوا منها ويجب على كل مسلم في الصومال أن يعلم أن أي مساعدة للمرتد عبد الله يوسف والقوات الدولية الغازية يعتبر بها كافراً كفراً أكبر مخرجاً من الملة فلا يصلى عليه ولا يدفن في مقابر المسلمين وتطلق منه زوجته ولا يرث ثم أني أحيي المجاهدين في الصومال وأسأل الله أن يثبت أقدامكم ويسدد رميكم وينصركم على عدوكم، واحذروا مكائد الكفار فهي كثيرة وملتوية ومن ذلك دعوة علي عبد الله صالح لكم ولخصومكم للحوار في صنعاء فهو عميل أمريكي مطيع أفلا تذكرون أنه ضبط متلبساً بتزويد المدمرة الأمريكية كول المتوجهة لحصار الشعب العراقي بالوقود من عدن كما تعاون مع الأمريكيين وسمح لهم أن يقصفوا بطائراتهم المجاهدين أبا علي الحارثي وإخوانه على أرض اليمن وهذه الأعمال ـ فضلاً عن غيرها من نواقض الإسلام ثم يزعم من أضلهم الله على علم من علماء السوء وبعض زعماء العمل الإسلامي هناك أنه حاكم مسلم وقد كذبوا في ذلك وضلوا وأضلوا خلقاً كثيراً والله حسيبنا عليهم فلا حوار مع عبد الله يوسف وأعوانه إلا بالسيف فلا يضيع الوقت فعاجلوهم بالقتال وأياكم أن يفر منكم كما فر من قبل والمؤمن لا يلدغ من جحر مرتين وأما القوات الدولية فأمرها يسير بأذن الله فجنودهم يفتقدون للعقيدة القتالية وليس عندهم قضية يقاتلون من أجلها فاستعينوا بالله واعدوا من الأسباب ما يلزم وخاصة ألغام الدبابات والآر بي جيه ضد الدروع، واصبروا كصبر إخوانكم في العراق وأفغانستان في هذه الحرب الصليبية العالمية ضد أمتنا الإسلامية ولقد رأيتم قبل سنين هزيمة أمريكة وحلفائها على أرضكم وفي هذه المرة يكون النصر أيسر بإذن الله تعالى ثم أني أقول لأمتنا الإسلامية إننا قد فقدنا دولة الخلافة وتفرق شملها ووقعت تحت الاحتلال الصليبي منذ قرن من الزمان تقريباً ومنذ ذلك الوقت يحول الصليبيون بيننا وبين إرجاع دولة الخلافة أو حتى إقامة أي دولة إسلامية ومن هذا الباب كان غزوهم الأخير لأفغانستان وضغوطهم على السودان إلا أن تراجعت عن إقامة دولة إسلامية وفي هذا السياق يأتي الاستعداد لإرسال قوات عسكرية إلى الصومال بإيعاز من أمريكا زاعمين أن ذلك مساعدة لأهلها وبسط للأمن هناك وهم يكذبون في ذلك فالصومال يعاني من القتال القبلي من هزيمة أمريكا فيه قبل بضعة عشرة عاماً فهل يصدق عاقل أنهم اكتشفوا هذه المأساة اليوم أم أن السبب الحقيقي هو أن المحاكم الشرعية قد استولت على العاصمة وبسطت نفوذها على معظم المناطق المهمة وهي تسعى لإقامة دولة إسلامية فلا يمكن أن نفهم بحال سبب مجيء أي قوات عسكرية إلى الصومال من أي دولة كانت ولو زعم أنها إسلامية إلا أنه استمرار للحملة الصليبية ضد العالم الإسلامي ونحن نحذر دول العالم أجمع من الاستجابة لأمريكا وإرسال قوات دولية إلى الصومال ونعاهد الله سبحانه وتعالى بإننا سوف نقاتل جنودها على أرض الصومال بعونه وقدرته كما أننا سنحتفظ بحقنا بمعاقبتها على أرضها وفي كل مكان متاح في الوقت المناسب وبالطريقة المناسبة، كما وإني أحرض شباب المسلمين وتجارهم على بذل الغالي والنفيس وتوفير جميع احتياجات المجاهدين عبر الوسطاء الثقات ولاسيما في فلسطين والعراق والصومال وأفغانستان والسودان وتنبهوا إلى أن الوضع في العراق خطير فاتقوا الله في أنفسكم واتقوا الله في إخوانكم فإن تركتم بغداد اليوم فغداً دمشق وعمان والخليج والرياض فالأمر جد لا هزل فيه والمنطقة كلها يهددها الخطر ومن تدبر التاريخ اعتبر وقد قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم (ما من أمريء يخذل أمرءً مسلماً في موطن ينتقص فيه من عرضه وينتهك فيه من حرمته إلا خذله الله تعالى في موطن يحب فيه نصرته، وما من أحدٍ ينصر مسلماً في موطن ينتقص فيه من عرضه وينتهك فيه من حرمته إلا نصره الله في موطن يحب فيه نصرته)، واحذروا الانتظار والتأخر كما حصل من بعض المسلمين عندما تأخروا عن نصرة الإمارة الإسلامية في أفغانستان فهذه فرصة ثمينة وواجب عيني على كل مستطيع فيجب أن لا تضيعوها لإقامة النواة الأولى لدولة الخلافة بإذن الله.
وفي الختام فقد بلغنا أن الإخوة المجاهدين في تنظيم القاعدة قد اختاروا الأخ الكريم أبا حمزة المهاجر أميراً عليهم خلفاً للأمير أبي مصعب الزرقاوي رحمه الله، فأرجو الله تعالى أن يجعله خير خلف لخير سلف وأوصي نفسي وأياه بالصبر والتقوى ومواصلة الجهاد لتكون كلمة الله هي العليا وأن يعض بالنواجذ على بقائه في مجلس شورى المجاهدين فالخلاف شر كله والجماعة رحمة والفرقة عذاب كما أوصيه بأن يركز قتاله على الأمريكيين ومن ناصرهم ومن ظاهرهم في حربهم على أهل الإسلام في العراق وأدعو الله أم يبارك في جهاده وجهاد المجاهدين عامة في العراق وأن يفتح عليهم لتحرير أرض الرافدين من الصليبيين والمنافقين ويقيموا دولة الإسلام بإذن الله تعالى اللهم ربنا آتنا في الدنيا حسنة وفي الآخرة حسنة وقنا عذاب النار اللهم أرنا الحق حقاً وارزقنا اتباعه وارنا الباطل باطلاً وارزقنا اجتنابه اللهم ألف بين قلوب المسلمين واجمع شملهم ووحد صفوفهم وارحم ضعفهم واجبر كسرهم اللهم أبرم لأمتنا أمر رشد يعز فيه أهل طاعتك ويذل فيه أهل معصيتك ويأمر فيه بالمعرف وينهى فيه عن المنكر اللهم حبب إلينا الإيمان وزينه في قلوبنا وكره إلينا الكفر والفسوق والعصيان اللهم اشرح صدور شبابنا وفتياتنا للالتزام بدينك وارزقنا الهدى والتقى والعفاف والغنى اللهم ثبت أقدامنا يوم تزل الأقدام اللهم ثبتنا وثبت المجاهدين في كل مكان ولا سيما في فلسطين والعراق وكشمير والشيشان وأفغانستان والصومال والجزائر وبلاد الحرمين اللهم سدد رميهم واربط على قلوبهم ومدهم بمدد من عندك وانصرهم على عدوك وعدوهم فإنه لا ناصر لنا ولهم إلا أنت يا قوي يا عزيز والله غالب على أمره ولكن أكثر الناس لا يعلمون وآخر دعوانا أن الحمد لله رب العالمين والصلاة والسلام على نبينا محمد وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين
