أيها الإخوة المسلون في كل مكان السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته
وبعد: أتوجه بحديثي اليوم لأخواني المسلمين في كابل الذين عاشوا الأحداث المريرة أمس وشاهدوا بأم أعينهم دليلا جديدا على إجرام القوات الأمريكية ضد الشعب الأفغاني, إخواني المسلمين في كابل إن عدوان الأمريكان الأخير عليكم قد سبقه من قبل سلسلة طويلة من قتل الأبرياء في كابول وخوست وأرزكان وهلمند وقندهار وكنر, وسبقه من قبل تعذيب المسلمين في قندهار وبغرام وسجن الظلام في كابول, وسبقه من قبل إهانة القرآن الكريم في بغرام وغوانتانامو, وسبقه من قبل استهزاء الدنماركيين والفرنسيين والإيطاليين من شخص النبي الأكرم(صلى الله عليه وسلم), وسبقه من قبل تكريم كلنتن وتاتشر لسلمان الرشدي جزاء له على سب النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم وآل بيته الأطهار, ولذا فإني أناشد السملين في كابول خاصة وفي كل أفغانستان عامة أن يقفوا وقفة صادقة في سبيل الله في وجه قوات الكفار الغازية لديار الإسلام تلك القوات التي امتلئت سماء كابول بأعلامها من كل لون وشكل, أناشد إخواني المسلمين في كابول خاصة وفي كل أفغانستان عامة, الإسلام وأناشدهم تعظيم القرآن العظيم وأناشدهم محبة النبي الكريم (صلى الله عليه وسلم) وأناشدهم المروءة والشهامة والعزة وأناشدهم غيرة الأفغان وكرامتهم وإبائهم الضين, وأناشدهم تذكر تاريخ آبائهم في مقاومة الغزاة, أناشدهم بكل ذلك أن يقاوموا هذا الإحتلال الكافر الغاشم الظالم في ديار الإسلام, وأناشد شباب الإسلام في المدارس والجامعات بكابول أن يقوموا بواجبهم الشرعي دفاعا عن دينهم وشرفهم وأعراضهم ووطنهم.
إخواني المسلمين في كابول, يقول الحق تبارك وتعالى({وَلَن تَرْضَى عَنكَ الْيَهُودُ وَلاَ النَّصَارَى حَتَّى تَتَّبِعَ مِلَّتَهُمْ }البقرة120)
ويقول الحق تبارك وتعالى:
{وَلاَ يَزَالُونَ يُقَاتِلُونَكُمْ حَتَّىَ يَرُدُّوكُمْ عَن دِينِكُمْ إِنِ اسْتَطَاعُواْ }البقرة217
فلا تأمنوا لهؤلاء الكفار الغزاة ولا لعملائهم الخونة الذين يريدون أن يحولوكم أذلاء مستعبدين في سبيل تحقيق مطامعهم ومكاسبهم.
إخواني المسلمين في كابول خاصة وفي كل أفغانستان عامة قفوا صفا واحدا مع المجاهدين حتى تطرد القواة الغازية وتحرر الأفغانستان المسلمة وتحكم الشريعة الغراء وتصان الحرمات ويستطب الأمن وينتشر العدل.
يقول الحق تبارك وتعالى: {إِنَّ اللَّهَ يُحِبُّ الَّذِينَ يُقَاتِلُونَ فِي سَبِيلِهِ صَفّاً كَأَنَّهُم بُنيَانٌ مَّرْصُوصٌ }الصف4

زما خبرې په كابل كې هغو مسلمانو وروڼو ته متوجه دي چې په كابل كې د ترخو صحنو زغمونكي وو، او دسر په سترګو يې د افغان قوم په مقابل كې د امريكايي جناياتو يوه بله بيلګه وليدله.
په كابل كې زما مسلمانو ورڼو:
په تاسو باندې د امريكايانو دا وروستنى تيرى سه نوى ندى بلكې دداسې تيريو يوه اوږده لړى لا مخكې تيره شوې، لكه په كابل، خوست، ارزګان، هلمند، قندهار او كنړ كې د بيگناه خلكو وژل، او لدې مخكې د مسلمانانو تعذيبول په قندهار او بگرام كې، دكابل تور او تياره زندان، همداراز مخكې لدې دقرآنكريم سپكاوى په بګرام او ګوانتانامو كې، او په نبي اكرم صلى الله عليه وسلم باندې ددنماركيانو، فرانسويانو او ايطالويانو لخوا ملنډې، او همدارنګه مخكې لدې د كلنتن او ماګريت تاجر لخوا د كافر سلمان رشدي مكافات او استقبال صرف پدې وجه چې نبي كريم صلى الله عليه وسلم او پاك اهل بيت ته يې شكنځل كړي وو.
نو ځكه زه په افغانستان او په ځانګري توګه كابل كې مسلمانانو ته ټينګه بلنه وركوم چې په رښتيا سره دالله جل جلاله په لار كې دهغه كافرو لښكرو په مقابل كې ودريږي چې د مسلمانانو په خاوره باندې تيرى كوي او ددوې رنګارنګ او قسم قسم بيرغود كابل ښار فضا ډكه كړې ده.
زه پيغام ليږم په افغانستان كې او په ځانګري ډول په كابل كې خپلو مسلمانو وروڼو ته چې داسلام او دقرآن دعزت، دنبي كريم صلى الله عليه وسلم سره د محبت په خاطر، د نارينه توب زړورتيا، عزت، دافغاني غيرت او كرامت د خپل غرور او د پلرونو د هغه تاريخ د ياد په خاطر چې هميش يې د اشغالګرو ځواب ويلاى داځل هم داسلام په خاوره كې ددې كافر وينه تويونكې او ظالم دښمن مقابله وكړى، زه د كابل په مكاتبو او پوهنتونو كې داسلام ځوانانو ته وايم چې په خپله شرعي ذمه واري عمل وكړي اوله دين عزت ناموس او خپل وطن څخه دفاع وكړي.
په كابل كې زما مسلمانو وروڼو الله جل جلاله فرمايي: ({وَلَن تَرْضَى عَنكَ الْيَهُودُ وَلاَ النَّصَارَى حَتَّى تَتَّبِعَ مِلَّتَهُمْ }البقرة120)
چې كله به هم يهوديان او نصرانيان له تا څخه خوښ او راضي نشي تر څو ته دې هغوي ددين تابع نشې.
او همدا راز فرمايي: {وَلاَ يَزَالُونَ يُقَاتِلُونَكُمْ حَتَّىَ يَرُدُّوكُمْ عَن دِينِكُمْ إِنِ اسْتَطَاعُواْ }البقرة217
او دوى به هميش تاسو سره جګړه كوي ترڅو تاسو له خپل دين څخه( كه ئې وس بر شي) واړوي.
نو كله هم پدې اشغالګرو كفارو او نه هم دهغوى په هغو مزدورو غلامانو اعتماد او باور وكړى كوم چې غواړي تاسو د خپلو شومو اهدافو او لاس ته راوړنو په خاطر ذليل او غلام كړي.
په افغانستان او خصوصا په كابل كې زما مسلمانو وروڼو:
دمجاهدينو سره په يو صف كې ودريږى تر څو اشغالګر ځواكونه لدې خاورې وشړل شي، مسلمان افغانستان آزاد شي، سپيڅلې شريعت نافذ شي، عزتونه خوندي شي، امن راشي او عدل او انصاف عام شي.
الله جل جلاله فرمايي: {إِنَّ اللَّهَ يُحِبُّ الَّذِينَ يُقَاتِلُونَ فِي سَبِيلِهِ صَفّاً كَأَنَّهُم بُنيَانٌ مَّرْصُوصٌ }الصف4
يقينا الله پاك خوښ ګڼي هغه كسان چې جهاد كوي په لاره د الله كې په يو صف كې لكه دويلې شوې مسو څخه دجوړې شوې آبادى په څير.

سخنان من متوجه برادران مسلمان در شهر کابل است که دیروز شاهد حوادث خونین وجانکاهی بود ند آنها به چشمان خویش دلیل دیگری را که دال به جنایت امریکا ییها است دیدند.
برادران مسلمانم در کابل:
تجاوز دیروزی به شما حلقه از حلقات جنایاتی است که ولایات کابل، خوست، اروزگان، هلمند، قندهار، وکنر بوقوع پیوستند، چنانچه سلسله تعذیب ها در بگرام، کابل، قندهار، زندان تاریک در کابل، توهین به قرآنکریم در زندان بگرام حلقات از این جنایات است.
توهین به رسول الله صلی الله علیه وسلم از سوی دنمارکیها، فرانسویها، وایطالیویها وقبل ازین حادثه المناک پذیرایي گرما گرم از سلمان رشدی، که از سوی بل کلنتون ومارگریت تاچر بخاطرپاداش وی صورت گرفته بود، حلقه دیگری از جنایات نا بخشودنی آمریکاییها است، بنابر این به عموم ملت افغانستان وبه ویژه ساکنان کابل پیام من این است تا صادقانه علیه اشغالگران بیاستید، اشغالگران که پرچم هایشان با رنگ و اشکال گوناگون در آسمان کابل برافراشته شده است، ازشما می خواهم تادر صف اسلام ایستاده شوید وقرآن را گرامی، ورسول الله صلی الله علیه وسلم را صادقانه دوست بدارید وعزت، شهادت، شجاعت ومردانگي خویش را به کار اندازید، ویکبار دیگر صفات ستو ده شده یی تانرا محراق این پیکار قرار دهید چون غیرت افغانی، شهامت وزیربار نرفتن ستم وستمگران وتاریخ نیاکان تانرا در مبارزه علیه اشغالگران به یاد بیآورید.
پس با اشغالگران کافر، ظالم وسفاک که دیار اسلامی را به اشغال در آورده است بجنگید.
از جوانان مکاتب وپوهنتونها در افغانستان خواهانم تامسؤلیت شرعی شانرا اداء نمایند. واز دین وطن ونوامیس شان به دفاع بر خیزند.

الله جل جلاله مي فرماید: ({وَلَن تَرْضَى عَنكَ الْيَهُودُ وَلاَ النَّصَارَى حَتَّى تَتَّبِعَ مِلَّتَهُمْ }البقرة120)
وهرگز از تو "ای محمد" صلی الله علیه وسلم" یهودیان ونصارا خوشنود نمي شوند تا اینکه ملت آنهارا پیروي نمایي.
والله عز وجل میفرماید: {وَلاَ يَزَالُونَ يُقَاتِلُونَكُمْ حَتَّىَ يَرُدُّوكُمْ عَن دِينِكُمْ إِنِ اسْتَطَاعُواْ }البقرة217
وپیوسته با شما مي جنگند تا شمارا از دین تان" اگر توانستند" برگردانند.
برادرانم هر گز از این اشغالگران کافر وسفاک مطمئن نباشید ونه از دست نشاندهنده هاي مزدور وخائن شان طمع داشته باشید زیرا اینها مي خواهند شمارا برای تحقق اهداف پلید شان ذلیل وحقیر نمایند.
برادران مسلمانم در کابل:
در یک صف با مجاهدین باشید تا نیروهای اشغالگر از افغانستان طرد واخراج گردند، وسرزمین افغانستان از لوث آنها پاکیزه وشریعت غرای محمدي "صلی الله علیه وسلم" حاکم گردد، ونوامیس ما محفوظ وامنیت تامین گردد وعدالت عام شود.
الله عزوجل می فرماید: {إِنَّ اللَّهَ يُحِبُّ الَّذِينَ يُقَاتِلُونَ فِي سَبِيلِهِ صَفّاً كَأَنَّهُم بُنيَانٌ مَّرْصُوصٌ }الصف4
یقینا الله جل جلا له دوست دارد کسانی را که در یک صف در راه او می جنگند، گویا آنها ساختمان مستحکم از مس ذوب شده اند.

TERRORISM: AL-ZAWAHIRI VIDEO STOKES FLAMES IN KABUL




Kabul, 22 June (AKI) - The latest video by al-Qaeda number two Ayman al-Zawahiri, which was posted to an Islamist website on Thursday, is the latest proof of how the global terror network is actively fueling conflict in Afghanistan. Entitled "American crimes at Kabul" the video is peculiar in its length - a mere 3 minutes and 44 seconds - and addresses residents of Kabul. It calls on them to exploit the 29 May events, when the death of Afghan civilians in a car accident with a US military vehicle led to deadly riots in which 20 civilians were killed.

"I am addressing my Muslim brothers, first hand witnesses of the new crimes perpetrated by the US forces against the Afghan people," the Egyptian doctor said.

Al-Zawahiri also calls on "the young men of Islam, in the universities and schools of Kabul, to carry out their duties in defense of their religion, honor, land and country."

While previous messages were transcribed in Arab and translated into English, this time the text of the appeal is available only in Arabic, Farsi and Pashtu.

In contrast with his last video message, excerpts of which were broadcast by pan Arab satellite channel Al Jazeera on 9 June, which featured international issues such as the Palestinian issue, Sudan and Iraq, this time it is tightly focused on Afghanistan.

Al-Zawahiri is shown wearing a turban and with a rifle at his side, against a black background.

Analysing the text it emerges that the insistence in urging the Afghans to rise up and support the Taliban or their al-Qaeda allies against the Afghan authorities and coalition troops show the need to launch a new offensive during the summer, already announced by the Taliban leaders, but also the difficulty of Jihadi groups who despite their apparent gains in Afghanistan are suffering from the isolation of their leaders.
