Three of the FBI's "seeking information alert" people were removed, without any explanation why. Anyone know why Abd al-Rahim, Muhammad Sa'id Ali Hasan, and Khalid Ibn Muhammad Al-Juhani were removed from the list?

These three were added from the "Muhammed Atef Rubble Martyrdom Videos". The links are even dead off FBI.gov: http://www.fbi.gov/terrorinfo/terseekinfomartyr.htm

The list originally had five: One is still on it, those three were removed, and another was captured so he was removed.

I was wondering why they were removed, if anyone knows. Any word if they were captured or killed?

What is the URL from which some names were dropped?

Juhani was badly wanted in KSA too but his name was scratched after the Riyadh hotel affair. He's belly up, I gather. His family said he had mental problems. I don't doubt it.

Perhaps they were the suicide bombers?

I'll see if I can find anything. Those FBI pages are not very well maintained. E.g. Ghailani is still on the May 2004 be-on-the-lookout page
http://www.fbi.gov/page2/may04/bolo052604.htm
but he was captured in Pakistan more than a year ago. One other example: al-Ansari on this page
http://www.fbi.gov/terrorinfo/terseekinfo.htm
(Mustafa Abdulkader Aabed al-Ansari)
participated in the shooting spree at Yanbu in early 2004 and was killed.

Yeah, I think those are more "archived" though. Ghailiani is gone from the most wanted terrorist list, and both ghailiani and al-ansari are off the "seeking information list" on the main fbi "seeking information" page.

What I found odd is that some were removed without any reason given.

Also, quite odd, is that Fawaz Yahya Al-Rabeei, from the 2002 alert, was in Yemen custody but escaped this past February.
