I tend to believe they will use a European-born arab as leader this time. "The immigrant" lends credence to this and it would help recruit more young european jihadi's to join them. I know they have been trying to get European jihadis, and this would definately help. Sad that they are so easily influenced though.

London, Asharq Al-Awsat- Al Qaeda in Iraq’s new leader is more violent than his predecessor, warned an Egyptian Islamist on Monday.
Following the death of Abu Musab al Zarqawi and five others after two 500-pound bombs were dropped in a US air raid on a safe house near the restive northern Iraqi city of Baquba on Wednesday, al Qaeda in the Land of Two Rivers appointed Abu Hamza al Muhajir (the immigrant) as its new leader.


An Islamist leader told Asharq al Awsat on Monday, on condition of anonymity, that Abu Hamza is renowned for his knowledge of Shariaa and was one of the founding Fathers of al Qaeda in Iraq.


For his part, Dr. Hani al Sibai, head of al Maqrizi Center in London, said Abu Musab’s successor was originally from a country neighboring Iraq, believed to be Saudi Arabia. He expected al Qaeda’s new leader to seek to prove himself as courageous as the Jordanian-born al Zarqawi, by carrying out an operation that would take the American military in Iraq by surprise.
“No one gets appointed to this position without having earned the group’s trust and gained fighting experience. Perhaps Abu Hamza had traveled to Afghanistan or Bosnia to fight, or he took up armed resistance after the US military invaded Iraq . He might have carried out a number of operations famous throughout the organization,” he said.


“No person would be appointed to head the organization or be its deputy unless they combine Shariaa knowledge and military experience.”
He also expected Abu Hamza’s to feature in an audio message to be broadcast on the internet.


Meanwhile, the Libyan Islamist Numan ibn Uthman told Asharq al Awsat he did not meet anyone with that name during his time fighting Soviet invaders in Afghanistan. Most probably, he added, al Muhajir is a Syrian who rose through the ranks of al Qaeda in Iraq, following the September 11 attacks.


Extremist websites affiliated to al Qaeda featured an article written by Abu Musab’s successor in 2004, entitled “Samri of this age”, in which he discussed the story of Samri and Moses.

Karachi, 13 June (AKI) - (Syed Saleem Shahzad) - The new leader of al-Qaeda in Iraq has a name, Abu Hamza al-Muhajir, but not an identity. Depending on the expert consulted he could be a Libyan, a Saudi or a Yemeni. But there is one certainty - he was chosen far from the battle grounds of Iraq, in the rugged borderlands between Pakistan and Afghanistan. Adnkronos International (AKI) has learnt from jihadi sources in Taliban-controlled South Waziristan that in choosing a replacement for Abu Musab al-Zarqawi, al-Qaeda leaders followed two priorities - regaining control of the wider Iraqi resistance and seeking revenge against Jordan for his death.

Well-placed sources in South Waziristan maintained that al-Qaeda had taken a tactical decision in recent times to cope with a loss in operational capacity, caused by various arrests of high level members and a reduction in its financial flow. After a long debate it was decided to suspend routine activities for a period and that all members would converge into the mainstream mujahadeen groups - be they in Iraq or in Afghanistan.

However shortly after Abu Musab Al-Zarqawi's death, these sources told AKI, the al-Qaeda leadership outlined two priorities. One was the swift installation of a new al-Qaeda chief in Iraq, the other was a mission to target Jordan whom they hold responsible for killing al-Zarqawi. Jordanian intelligence was believed to have played a key role in identifying the hideout of the militant leader who was killed along with six others by a US bombing raid last Wednesday.

A key figure in this process, this correspondent has learnt, has been played by Abdul Hadi al-Iraqi based in South Waziristan who is the main link between Iraqi resistance and Al-Qaeda leadership holed up in the mountainous border terrain.

Al-Iraqi, in his mid forties, was born in Iraq and served in Iraq's Army, before traveling to Afghanistan to fight the Soviet invasion. In a 2005 article, American magazine Newsweek claimed that al-Iraqi had negotiated the reconcilation between Osama bin Laden and al-Zarqawi.

There were unconfirmed reports that Abdul Hadi Al-Iraqi was missing in the US air raid in Pakistan's remote Bajaur agency which was targeting a meeting of al-Qaeda heads after an intelligence tipoff. However the sources in South Waziristan insisted that he is alive and kicking.

Abdul Hadi Al-Iraqi's character was first exposed in a report on the newswebsite Asia Times Online in 2003 which dubbed him the main architect behind the attempts on President Musharraf's life. Since then he has played an ongoing role as the financier or coordinator in many al-Qaeda-led terror missions.

Most sources agreed that the new head of al-Qaeda in Iraq, Abu Hamza Al-Muhajir,
is a cover identity and that this time al-Qaeda would not reveal the real identity of its new head.

"This is a Kuniyat (pseudonym - Abu Hamza could mean father of Hamza) and Kuniyat is vastly used during jihad," explained Khalid Khawaja, a retired Pakistani Air Force squadron leader who once worked closely with Osama bin Laden. "I had been in touch with Osama Bin Laden for months but only knew him as Abu Abdullah. Many months after, I knew that the real name of Abu Abdullah was Osama," Khawaja told Adnkronos International (AKI) in an interview.

Khalid Khawaja was a senior official of Pakistani secret service ISI when they were fueling jihadi resistance movements against the Soviets in Afghanistan, and after being forced to retire he went to Afghanistan and fought along side with Osama bin Laden.

"Abu Hamza Al-Muhajir sounds like a cover name and is meant to hide the identity," Khalid Khawaja maintained.

He added that a decade ago, when he left the Afghan jihad, he knew several prominent Abu Hamzas. "One was from Saudi Arabia, one was from Yemen, one from Iraq and one from Pakistan (Karachi)" he said. "Most of these would now be in their early or mid forties, with only the Iraqi being slighly older," he said.

"Of course, the Abu Hamza who is installed in Iraq must be an Arab and certainly not from Iraq as he still uses the word Al-Muhajir (immigrant) though all Arab mujahadeen used Al-Muhajir during the Afghan war against the Soviets. Once they go back to their country of origin though they remove Al-Muhajir," Khawaja maintained.

"Regardless who exactly Abu Hamza is, resistance against the American occupation will continue. After US attack on Iraq I maintained publicly that it would breed thousands of Osama Bin Laden and it turned out to be true. Now I say that killing of Abu Musab al-Zarqawi would never solve the problem, as there are hundreds of others lining up to take his place," Khawaja concluded.

The US military presented the new face of al-Qaeda in Iraq, displaying a photograph of a bearded man in a traditional white Arab headdress and saying he was taking over after the death of Abu Musab al-Zarqawi. The new leader is Abu Ayyub al-Masri, an Afghanistan-trained explosives expert with links to Osama bin Laden's top deputy, Major General William Caldwell said on Thursday.
He also is the man behind a nom de guerre made public by al-Qaeda in Iraq after al-Zarqawi was killed last week in a US airstrike on his safe house outside of Baghdad, the military spokesman said.
However, US National Security Adviser Stephen Hadley said it is not certain that al-Masri is al-Zarqawi's successor.
"That's clearly one of the leading names, but we're going to need a little bit of time to sort out -- and they're clearly needing a little time -- to sort out where they go after what is clearly a big blow to al-Qaeda," Hadley said at the White House.
Caldwell said al-Masri was the man identified in an Internet posting by al-Qaeda that said Abu Hamza al-Muhajer was al-Zarqawi's successor. The name al-Muhajer means "emigrant" in Arabic and suggested he was not an Iraqi.

A picture released by the US Army yesterday shows Abu Ayyub al-Masri, alias Sheikh Abu Hamza al-Mohajer, who is believed to be the successor of slain al-Qaeda in Iraq leader Abu Musab al-Zarqawi.

According to the US military, al-Masri was a founding member of al-Qaeda in Iraq. After meeting the Jordanian-born al-Zarqawi in Afghanistan, he followed him to Iraq to help set up the terror cell in 2003.
Even before the terror leader's death, the Bush administration posted a US$200,000 bounty on al-Masri because of his level of leadership within al-Qaeda, Caldwell said.
Citing recently declassified documents, he said al-Masri has been a terrorist since 1982, "beginning with his involvement in the Egyptian Islamic Jihad," which was led by Ayman al-Zawahri, bin Laden's top deputy.
Going by that chronology, the photograph the military presented -- showing a young man with a sparse mustache and a trimmed goatee -- appeared to be at least several years old.

The U.S. military said the man claiming to be the new al Qaeda in Iraq leader is Abu Ayyub al-Masri, an Egyptian with ties to al Qaeda's No. 2 leader.

Maj. Gen. William Caldwell, a U.S. military spokesman in Baghdad, said al-Masri apparently is the same person as a man identified by the nom de guerre Abu Hamza al-Muhajer who has claimed to have succeeded Abu Musab al-Zarqawi and vowed to avenge him in threatening Web statements in recent days.

The Afghanistan-trained Al-Masri, an explosives expert, was a key figure in the al Qaeda in Iraq network and was long responsible for facilitating the movement of foreign fighters from Syria into Baghdad, Caldwell said at a news conference.

When the United States attacked Afgahnistan after Sept. 11, both Zarqawi and al-Masri fled to Iraq. Al-Masri took charge of operations in the so-called "triangle of death" south of Baghdad and ran the pipeline of foreign fighters that kept Zarqawi supplied with suicide bombers, reports CBS News correspondent David Martin. The fact that he has survived for this long when so many other leaders of al Qaeda in Iraq have been killed or captured indicates al-Masri is either very lucky, very good — or both.

Al-Qaeda in Iraq has not picked its leader yet

The Al-Qaeda in Mesopotamia may have not yet picked a new leader following Abu Musaab Al-Zarqawi’s death in a US raid on 7/6/06 near Baaquba.

Previous reports suggested the Al-Qaeda picked Abu Hamza Al-Muhajer or Egyptian-born Abu Ayyub Al-Masri as the American military command claims. However, these reports may prove to be a little premature.

Iraqi Sunni sources agree that all Al-Qaeda statements in Iraq or abroad have not identify clearly who his successor is.

The Iraqi militants still consider Abu Abdulrahman Al-Iraqi as their own leader. Abu Abdulrahman Al-Iraqi was acting as Al-Zarqawi’s deputy. He keeps taking charge of Baghdad and Al-Anbar province. For this, the Iraqi wing of Al-Qaeda considers him as the essential field commander of Al-Qaeda in Iraq.

Abu Hamza Al-Muhajer is taking charge of Baaquba, south of Baghdad and some areas in central Iraq.

Besides Abu Abdulrahman Al-Iraqi and Abu Hamza Al-Muhajer, there is another prominent of Al-Qaeda in Iraq. He is Abdullah Rashid Al-Baghdadi, leader of Shura Al-Mujahideen in Iraq. He is taking charge of Falluja and Ramadi.

According to these sources, Al-Zarqawi’s absence might have put Al-Qaeda in Iraq under the command of three leaders or more, but this will be temporary.

Baghdad. US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice agreed to grant a five-million-dollar reward for any information that would lead to the capture of Abu Musab al-Zarqawi’s successor

According to the Department of State official communiqué al-Masri is an Egyptian citizen and high-ranking Al Qaeda leader.

July 3, 2006 -- WASHINGTON - U.S. intelligence agencies have begun monitoring a frightening new Web site that functions as a "Craig's List" for terrorists across the globe, The Post has learned.

In the past month, membership on the site has grown by 200 people a day, and it swelled to 10,322 in the days and weeks following the announcement that mystery man Abu Hamza al-Muhajir was named as the new leader of al Qaeda in Iraq.

A man with a similar name is listed as the administrator of the Web site, called Mohajroon.com, and his caricature pops up when outsiders try to access secret members-only sections, according to Andretta Summerville of the cyber security firm iDefense.

The Web site has been functioning as a one-stop shopping place for terrorists, wannabes and their supporters around the world and appears to serve as an important part of the support network for the murderous al Qaeda in Iraq, Summerville said.

The site is sprinkled with the now-notorious commemorative photos of assassinated al Qaeda in Iraq leader Abu Musab al-Zarqawi in his ninja outfit firing a machine gun, and carries the latest statements from the Mujahedeen Shura Council - the umbrella for terror groups in Iraq.

It also has "inspirational" videos of insurgent terrorist attacks in Iraq.

Most recently, propaganda messages have been hailing the slaughter of kidnapped American soldiers Pfc. Thomas Tucker and Pfc. Christian Menchaca.

"What came to Mesopotamia [Iraq] except for the fight of Islam and its people? They may have thought of it as a Hollywood studio picnic, but both of them were mistaken," the site said.

"They have entered a lion's den and will go to hell, and what a terrible fate," it added.

The site also has a cyber-hacking section where users can download the latest software and advice columns on how to wage jihad in cyberspace.

And its heavily protected members-only section is believed to contain forums that allow ideological fellow travelers to communicate with each other, raise funds and recruit.

"They are building quite a hostile community here," Summerville told The Post.

"This is the perfect environment for communication, motivation and technical knowledge shared between extremist Islamic members," she added.

Use of the Internet has been one of al Qaeda's most effective political tools. Before he was killed in a June 7 U.S. airstrike, Zarqawi was considered particularly effective in using the Internet to attract followers and build support for his campaign against the U.S. military and the new Iraqi government.

"We have been closely watching to see whether al-Muhajir would maintain a similar presence on the Internet as Zarqawi," Summerville said.

* A guerrilla attack on a British base in Afghanistan killed two soldiers and an interpreter, officials said yesterday, while at least 20 militants died during clashes and coalition airstrikes.

The deaths Saturday night came amid a massive anti-Taliban campaign in southern Afghanistan involving more than 10,000 Afghan and coalition soldiers. It is the largest offensive since the hard-line regime's ouster in late 2001.




Internet Security Team Finds Jihadist Website Related to Zarqawi's "Successor"

Jim provided excellent intel for us when Muslim hackers were targeting Danish and other Western websites during the "cartoon jihad." He has the following report from iDefense's Weekly Threat Report on a jihadist website that his team recently discovered (and e-mail addresses for further information):

"One of our analysts, Andretta Summerville, in researching and assessing post-Zarqawi developments in Al Qaeda in Iraq and especially the Internet side of things, has come up with what I think is a unique insight into a website that is a play off the same root name as the name of Zarqawi's successor, Abu Ayyub al-Masri, or "Muhajir" (or "Mohajir"), which means "emigrant." Andretta found a site that is similar to Muhajir's name in its Arabic derivation but which is called Mohajroon.com. The site does not deal with Islamic notions of emigration or refugees but rather foreign fighters (jihadists) and hacking issues. It is not a brand-new site but we found it to be quite interesting and are speculating that, following Zarqawi's death, many pro-jihadists and pro-terrorists worldwide who might now be seeking to link up with Al Qaeda in Iraq or similar groups might do searches in Arabic on Mujahir's name and find this site.

This website contains forums with a mix of threads covering items from the latest information on the militants in the Middle East, such as a video of militants in Syria, to hacker education, such as Microsoft Word documents available for downloading that detail CGI, unicode and php exploits. The members appear to be interested in physical and cyber-related threats. The membership of the site is growing and is already over 10,000+ members. Plus, we at iDefense/VeriSign are very interested to see what hacking issues or levels of cyber expertise may be covered on this site. We are still assessing that. Registration information for the website is given as Dubai, UAE, though it actually appears to be hosted by a company in Utah! والصلاة والسلام على من بُعِثَ بالدلائل الواضحة والحجج القاطعة بشيراً ونذيرا وداعياً إلى الله بإذنه وسراجاً منيرا

أما بعد:

أمة الإسلام




أهلنا ببلاد الرافدين




أبشروا وأمّلوا وقرّوا عينا .. واسكنوا فؤادا .. وطيبوا نفسا .

فأبناءكم بحول الله سيوفٌ بارقة ، ورماحٌ شامخة ، ودروعٌ حصينة لكم ولدينكم .. واعلموا أنا ذراعكم الطولى ، فأمرونا نأتِكم بالبعيد قبل القريب ، ونسكب دمائنا دفاعاً عن دينكم وأعراضكم

نعلم أنكم ضحيتم بالكثير ، وأصابكم من جهد البلاء العظيم ، لكن اعلموا أن الله ابتلاكم ليمتحن قلوبكم ويختبر صبركم ، ويميز طيب معدنكم . قال الله تعالى (ليميز الله الخبيث من الطيب ويجعل الخبيث بعضه على بعض فيركمه جميعاً فيجعله في جهنم أولئك هم الخاسرون)


أما والله لأن أستشهدنا لنشهدَن .. ولأن سؤلنا لنصدَقَنّ . أنا وجدناكم أفضل ما نرجو وأحسن مما نظن ، فقد كنتم ولازلتم البيت الذي آوى ، والقلب الذي أحتضن . فضربتم أروع أنواع الجود والكرم ، والشجاعة والإقدام .


ولسوف تقطفون ثمار صبركم بحول الله تعالى بأيديكم في الدنيا والآخرة.(فاستجاب لهم ربهم أني لاأضيع عمل عاملٍ منكم من ذكرٍ أو أنثى بعضكم من بعض) .. فإياكم إياكم وتثبيت الشيطان ، فإن الحصيف إذا أوشك أن يحط الرحال ، لايستريح بالأثقال .


و واللهِ لقد اقتربنا من بلوغ الهدف وإدراك الأمل وإني أرى النصر يفور تحت الثرى يوشك أن يُؤذن له . واعلموا أنه ليس من عملٍ أحب إلى الله في زماننا هذا بعد الإيمان بالله من الجهاد في سبيل الله.

قال الله تعالى (يا أيها الذين آمنوا هل أدلّكم على تجارة تنجيكم من عذابٍ أليم تؤمنون بالله ورسوله وتجاهدون في سبيل الله بأموالكم وأنفسكم ذلكم خير لكم إن كنتم تعلمون) . فوحّدوا صفوفكم وطهروا قلوبكم وكونوا ظهراً لأخوانكم المجاهدين ، وإياكم والمخذلين المُرجفين (إن الله يُحب الذين يقاتلون في سبيله صفا صفاً كأنهم بنيان مرصوص)


وإلى أخواننا في ساحات الوغى ، وأرض الرباط والجهاد أقول: إعلموا أن دماءنا دون دمائكم ، وهدمنا دون هدمكم ، ورجالنا .. وسلاحنا في نحور عدونا وعدوكم. فما خرجنا يعلمُ الله بطراً ولا أشرا . ولا من أجل منصبٍ زائل ، أو عَرَضٍ خائر .. وإنما جهاداً في سبيل الله ، ونصرةً لدين الله ، وابتغاءاً لمرضاة الله.


فهلمّوا إلى إخوانكم وضعوا أيديكم في أيدينا حتى تكون كلمة الله هي العليا وكلمة الذين كفروا السفلى. فإن الله سائلنا يوم القيامة . وإن الموت أقربُ إلى أحدنا من شراك نعله .
فهذا عدونا قد وحّد صفوفه علينا.. أفما آن الأوان أن نجتمع يا عباد الله ؟ .. قال تعالى (واعتصموا بحبل الله جميعاً ولا تفرقوا)



ويا أيها الصليبيّ الكذاب (بوش) ..
ويا قطعان العبيد ..
وخُدّام اليهود ..

إعلموا أن الدماء التي فارت في عروقنا غضباً لله عليكم .. وطلباً للقصاص العادل منكم . لهيَ في أوجها وقمة ذروتها . فلم ولن تخمد نارها بحول الله . وإن السيوف التي تلوّنت بدمائكم لتتعطش المزيد من رؤوسكم العفنة.

وإن ما رأيتم في سابق عهدكم ، إنما هو غيضُ من فيض ، ولسحةُ من هول ما اعددنا لكم من عواصفَ خالعة ، ورعودٌ هالعة ، وزوابع تجتثُّ القابع فيكم والماشي . فترقبوا أياماً سودا .. تُنسيكم مصائبها أهوالَ ما تُقاسونه اليوم .

فما ظنكم ، بأحرارٍ دنّس اليهود ارضهم .. وهتكوا عرضهم .


ويا كلبَ الروم ..
يا كلب الروم ..
لا يغرّنك العدد والعُدة
أو المدد والمدة !

فقد كذبتم على أنفسكم ، وخُنتم أمتكم . ولاعجبَ ولا ريب فقد كذبتم قبلُ على الله . (فمن أظلمُ ممن كذبَ على الله وكذّبَ بالصدقِ إذ جاءه).. فادّعيتم أنكم ستدخلون العملية السياسية لدفعِ البلاءِ عن أهلُ السنة . فكنتم بحقٍّ شرَّ بلاءٍ عليهم . حيثُ أتيتم بقاتل المسلمينَ في الفلوجة وهادمِ بيوتهم .. فجعلتموه وزيراً للدفاع.

ثم جعلتم رئيساً للبرلمان من هو أشدُّ رفضا .. وأكثرُ مكرا من الصفويين أنفسهم . فقد صرّحَ في إيران بأنه (لاعلاقة لهم بالذي يدور في العراق ، وأنهم يعملون على استقرار الأمن).

فأشهدُ أنهم أصدقُ الناسِ لهجة .. وأوفاهم عهدا .. وأكثرهم ثباتا .. وأشدّهم في أمر الله . فلستُ أشكُّ يعلمُ الله ، طرفةَ عين .. أنا نحنُ الجيش الذي يُسلِمُ الراية لعبداللهِ المهديّ .. إن قُتِلَ أولنا .. فسيُسلمها آخرنا .. وبسطُ هذا في غيرِ موضعنا .

فـواللهِ .. إن تلكَ الدماءَ الطاهرةَ الزكية .. دماءَ الشُهداءَ وأميرهم .. لهيَ أكرمُ على اللهِ أن تذهبَ سُدى . فأشهدُ باللهِ ، أنهم ما جادوا بها إلاّ له . نحسبهم والله حسيبهم .

واعلموا يا أحبابي ..
أن الله ما اصطفى اميركم إلاّ ليُكرمهُ ويبتليكم . فما ذهب حتى استوى البنيان . وبدا النصرُ يلوح بين الأغصان . فالصبرَ والثبات . والشدةَ الشدة .




ويا رعية أميرِ المؤمنين ..
ويا أبناءَ أسامة ..
وتلاميذَ الظواهريّ ..
ورجالَ الزرقاويّ ..

عزَمتُ عليكم .. أن لاتُلقوا سلاحكم .. ولا تُريحوا أنفسكم وعدوّكم . حتى يقتلَ كلّ واحد منكم أمريكياً واحداً على الأقل .. في مدةٍ لاتتجاوز خمسة عشر يوما . بطلقةِ قناص ، أو رميةِ حرّان ، أو عبوةٍ ناسفة ، أو سيارةٍ إستشهادية ، وحسبَ ما تقتضيه المعركة
وبدءاً من سماعِ ندائي هذا ..



كما عزمتُ على كلِّ سنيٌَ حُر ..
قتلَ المجوسُ الروافض أباهُ أو أخاهُ ، أو أحداً من اهلهِ ، أو اغتصبوا له عِرضا ، أو دمّروا واحرقوا له بيتا ، أو أسروا له أسيرا ، فهوَ بأيديهم ذليل ، أن يقتلَ مجوسياً رافضياً واحدا من جيش الدجال ، أو فيلقِ غدرٍ أو حزب الدعوة . أو حزب اللات أو حزب العدالة ، أو حركة ثأر الله .. لعنهم الله .

ورسالتي الأخيرة لوليّ أمرنا .. الملاّ عُمر .. وأميرنا أسامة .. وشيخنا الظواهري .


أقولُ :

إنا على العهدِ ماضون .. وعلى دربِ الجهادِ سائرون .. فأبشروا بما يسرّكم .. وسيروا على بركة الله .. فإنما نحنُ حسنة من حسناتكم .. وسهمٌ في جعبتكم .
فارموا بنا حيثُ شئتم .. فلن تجدوا إلاّ جندياً مطيعا ..







وأخيراً ..

اللهم إني أعوذُ بك من فتنة القول .. كما أعوذُ بك من فتنة العمل .. ونعوذُ بك من التكلّفُ بما لا نُحسِن .. كما نعوذُ بك من العُجبِ بما نُحسِن .

الحمد لله مالك الملك ، المتنزّه عنِ الجور ، المتفرّد بالبقاء ، السامع لكلِ شكوى ، والكاشفِ لكلِ بلوى

والصلاة والسلام على من بُعِثَ بالدلائل الواضحة ، والحجج القاطعة ، بشيراً ونذيرا ، وداعياً إلى الله بإذنه
وسراجاً منيرا .

أما بعد ..

فإني أهنئ الأمة الإسلامية عامة ، والمجاهدين أهلَ الثغورِ خاصة ، بحلول شهر رمضان المبارك شهر الجهاد والإستشهاد

وأسأله أن يكون للمسلمين شهر عزٍّ ونصرٍ وتمكين .


ورسالتي الأولى :

إلى أهلِ الله وخاصته

إلى من أثنى عليهم الباري في كتابه العزيز

إلى من شرّفهم الله وفضّلهم فقرنهم باسمه واسم ملائكته فقال (شهد الله أنه لا إله إلاّ هو والملائكة وأولي العلم قائماً بالقسط لا إله إلاّ هو العزيز الحكيم )

إلى أهلِ العلمِ والخشية

قال تعالى (إنما يخشى الله من عباده العلمآء)

إلى من خصّهم الله تعالى بحفظ الدين والذكرِ في الصدور ، فقال ( بل هو آياتٌ بيناتٌ في صدورِ الذين أوتوا العلم )

إلى القائمين بشرط الله في خيرية هذه الأمة الوارد في قوله تعالى (كنتم خير أمةٍ أُخرِجَت للناس تأمرون بالمعروفِ وتنهون عن المنكر وتؤمنون بالله )

إلى من نال نصيبهم من ميراثِ محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم

إلى من أمرها الله بأداء زكاة علمه ، ورفع الجهلِ عن الناس ، وتفقد أحوالهم ، ورصّ صفوفهم ، وتوحيد كلمتهم .

قال سبحانه ( فإن تنازعتم في شيءٍ فردّوه إلى الله والرسول إن كنتم تؤمنون بالله واليومِ الآخر ذلك خيرٌ وأحسنُ تأويلا )

إلى من جعلهمُ الله قدوة وأسوةً للناس في دينهم ، سيّما في ميدان الجهاد في سبيلِ الله ، والنفيرِ إلى ساحاتِ الوغى ونصرةِ الدين

أوَ لم يقل الله تبارك وتعالى (وكأين من نبيٍ قاتلَ معهُ ربيّون كثير ، وكأيّن من نبيٍ قُتِلَ معه ربيّون كثير )

قال ابنُ عباس والحسن: علماء وفقهاء

فأينَ أنتم من القتالِ والقتلِ في سبيل الله ؟

فغنيٍ عن القول أن مهمة العالِم أن يفتيَ الناسِ في الضرّاء قبل السرّاء ( وما كان قولهم إلاّ أن قالوا ربنا اغفر لنا ذنوبنا وإسرافنا في أمرنا وثبّت أقدامنا وانصرنا على القومِ الكافرين )


عُلماءنا الكرام ..

إن أصالةَ دورِ العلماء وسِمَةَ عِلمهم هي القيامِ بالعهدِ والميثاق الذي أخذه الله عليهم .

قال تعالى ( وإذ أخذَ اللهُ ميثاقَ الذينَ أوتوا الكتاب لتُبيّننّه للناس ولا تكتمونه )


أيها العلماء ..

إنما اليوم نتعرّضُ لمسائل في الدماء والأموالِ والأعراض
لو جُمِعَ لها الأئمةُ الأربعة لوقفوا حيارى .

ومطلوبُ منا أن نفتي فيها . هذا والفاروقُ عُمر كان إذا حَكَمَ يقول: واللهِ ما يدري عُمر أصابَ الحق أم أخطأه .

وهو الذي قال فيه صلى الله عليه وسلم .(إنه قد كان في ما مضى قبلكم من الأمم محدثون ، وإنه إن كان في أمتي هذه منهم فإنه عُمر ابن الخطاب )

فإذا كان المُلهمُ محدّث ، الذي ضُربَ الحقُّ على لسانهِ وقلبهِ يقولُ هذا .. وقد كان يستفتي عليّاً وكبار الصحابة ورجع عن مسائل كثيرة مشهورة ،

فما يقولُ المذنبِ المسكين ؟ في زمنٍ عمّ فيه الجهل وقلّ فيه العلم .

أيها العُلماءِ الأفاضل ..

أيها السادةِ الأجلاّء ..

إسمعوها مني جيداً ..

إننا قادمون .
إننا منتصرون .
إننا منتصرون .
وعسى أن يكونَ قريبا .
وعسى أن يكونَ قريبا .

وربما في حياةِ كثيرٍ منكم ، حينئذ .. لن نتخلّى عنكم أيضا !!

فأنتم آباؤنا .. وإخواننا .. وخرِ أمتنا .. وعزّ ديننا .. و ورثةِ نبيــّـنا .

فإن تركتموننا .. لن نترككم .

وإن ابتعدتم عنا .. فسنلحقُ بكم .

ونتعلّقُ في أثوابكم .

لأنكم مصدرِ نورٍ وهداية

إن ضلّ أحدكم لشهوةٍ أو شُبهة .. كففنا ألسنتنا عنه ، وحرسنا عرضه ، مالم يفتٍ غيره بقولٍ أو عمل .

علماءنا الأجلاّء ..

لسنا خوارج
ولسنا أهلَ بِدعة
ولا دُعاةً إليها

إنما نحنُ رجال ، رأينا الدين والذُّل ، يتحدّر كالسيل الجارف ، ليهويَ بالأمةِ إلى حضيضِ الجهل .

فبنينا من عظامنا وجماجمنا سدّاً يحمي دينكم وعرضكم .

واليومَ .. قد ارتفع السدُّ ، واشتدّ ، وأصبحَ عصيّاً على موجةِ الكفر ، كلما عصفت موجة تحطمت على جداره.

ثم عُدنا إلى شجرةِ الإسلام .

ثم عدنا إلى شجرة الإسلامِ الأبية ..

فأخذنا نرويها بدمائنا ، حتى إذا ترعرعت ، وعَلَت افنانها ، وأينعت ثمارها ، وترسّخت في الأرضِ جذورها ، جعلنا من أجسادنا سلّماً لها.

وقلنا لكم هلمّوا إلى الثمر ، فكلوه هنيئاً مريئا.

فإن طيور الشر ، تطوفُ بالوادي ، نخشى أن تذهبَ بتعبِ السنين ، وبـمُرِّ الأنين .

فإن ما سكبناهُ من دمائنا في العراقِ كثير ، أكثرُ من أربعةِ آلافِ مهاجر ، وأضعافِ أضعافِ ذلك من أنصار الخيرِ والبركة .


عُلماءنا الأفاضل ..

إننا اليومَ ندعوكم لتحمّلِ الأمانة ، فإننا على مفترقِ طُرق.

فلا تخذلونا
باللهِ عليكم لا تخذلونا
فإنا بحاجةٍ إليكم

لا نعدِكُم بالأمنِ والأمان
إنما نعدكم بالجهادِ في سبيلِ الله
وان نكونَ وقّافين عند حدودِ الله

فليس عندنا أغلى من دمائنا ، سكبناها ، ونسكبها إن تسير فيها سفينةُ الإسلام.


فهيــّا أنيروا دربها بعلمكم

وأمسكوا دفتها بكتابِ الله ، وسنةَ نبيـّكم

أما وإن تخلّيتُم عنا ..

وتخبّطنا في الشِعاب ، فلا تلومونا ، فإنَّ الطلبَ قويّ.

ولا بُدّ من السير ووصول البر

وإننـا لَفاعلون بحولِ الله وهدايتهِ

فحاشا كنائة اللهِ وحفظه وإحاطته أن تُخطئنا .

أيها العُلماء الأفاضل ..

لِنَهَبَ جدلاً وأملا .. أن يكون شيخُ الأزهر هو من يزكي للمجاهدين ويفتيهم ، ومُفتي الحجاز .. على مدفع الهاون ، بينما مُفتي الشام .. يُصححُ له الرماية . هل تظنون حالَ الأمة سيكونُ كحالنا اليوم ؟


أيها ألفاضل ..

أن القيادةَ والطليعة لايجوزُ لشخصٍ أن يتصدّرها .. إلاّ عن تصوّرٍ صحيح ، ومعرفةٍ وعلمٍ صحيحين .

وهو ما حباه الله لأهلِ العلم .

وإن سمة المجتمع الخيّرِ الفاضل القويّ المتماسك أن يسودَ فيهِ العلماء ، وأن يعرفَ الناسَ حقهم ، (وإذا جاءهم أمرٌ من الأمنِ أوِ الخوفِ أذاعوا به ولو ردُّوهُ إلى الرسول وإلى أُولي الأمر منهم لعلمهُ الذين يستنبطونه منهم)



ولا يسعني في هذا المقــام إلاّ أن أُذكّركم بالعالم المجاهد الضرير عُمر عبدالرحمن . القابعِ في سجون أمريكا

متعرضاً لأشدِّ أنواعِ التعذيبِ والإساءة ، والإساءةِ النفسيةِ والجسدية ، لا لشيءٍ إلاّ أنه كفَرَ بالطاغوت ربّـا ، وآمَنَ باللهِ وحده.




وإلى شيخنا ..

أقول : لا تحزن ، فإنَّ اللهَ سيجعلُ بعدَ العُسرِ يُسرى . وإن الثابتين على العهدِ كُثُر

فأبناؤك المخلصون ، على ما تركتهم عليهِ بحول الله ، لم يبدّلوا ولم يُغيّروا ، وما ازدادوا في الطاغوتِ إلاّ بصيرةً ويقينا .

ولا يسوؤك تراجعُ المُنهزمين ، الذين أسألُ الله أن يتغمّدهم ببعض ما كان منهم من عملٍ صالح .. إنه أرحمُ الرحمين .


كما أني أُناشدُ كلَّ مجاهدٍ حُر ، على أرضِ الرافدين ، أن يجدّ ويجتهدَ في هذا الشهرِ الكريم ، لعل الله أن يرزقنا بأسرِ بعضِ كلابَ الروم . فنخرِجَ بهم شيخنا ، من ظُلماتِ سجنهِ ، عرفاناً ، و ولاءاً ، و محبة



ورسالتي الثانية ..

إلى أولئك الذينَ ضحّوا بالكثير ، وتحمّلوا من الضغوطاتِ ما اللهُ بهِ عليم.
إلى شيوخِ العشائر ، الذين ساندونا و وقفوا معنا سرّاً وجهرا ، وأمدّونا بالمالِ والرجال .


أقول :
جزاكمُ اللهُ خيرا ، فأنتم أهلِ النخوةِ والكرم ، والشجاعةِ والإقدام.
فإنهُ لو حلَفَ حالفٌ .. بينَ الركنِ والمقام أنَّ أكرم أهلِ الأرضِ هُم أهلُ العراق ، ما أظنه قد حَنَثَ في يمينه ولسوفَ يأتي اليوم أيها الشيوخُ الأكارم الذي نرفعكم فيهِ على أكتافنا

بل نضعكم فوقَ رؤوسنا

ونصيحُ في الناس ..

أولئكَ آبائي فجئـــني بمثلهم ... إذا جمعتــنا يا جريرُ المجامِعُ


أما أولئكَ الذين وقفوا مع المحتل وأعوانه .. من الخونة ، وصاروا عيوناً وألسنة له .

فخانوا دينهم وعرضهم وأرضهم ، ظنــناً منهم أنهم سيُحققون مكسباً ماديا .. أو وضعاً إجتماعيا.

فإذا بهم يخنسون داخل ثكناتٍ عسكرية ، أو يفرّون خارج بالبلاد ، تاركين ديارهم ، وأموالهم وأهليهم .. تلحقهم لعنات الرب ، وغضبُ الأهل.

أقولُ لهؤلاء .. وفي هذا الشهرِ الكريم ، شهرِ العفوِ والصفح

إنـنا اليوم .. نُعلِنُ عفواً عاماً .. عن كلِّ هؤلاء .. متنازلين عن دمائنا .. التي سُكِبَت بأيديكم ، وبخيانتكم

ونُرحّبُ بكم مرةً أخرى ..

فعـــــودوا ..

فعــــــودوا إلى دينكم وأوطانكم ، ولكمُ الأمن والأمان ، ولا نتعرّضُ لكم إلاّ بخير ، وذلك قبل القدرةَ عليكم .

شرطَ أن تُعلنوا توبتكم الصادقة في ملأٍ من عشيرتكم أنـتم ، وبين أهليكم ، وأن تُعلمونا بذلك بأي وسيلة ، خوفَ الخطأِ والزَلَل ..

وأن تضعوا أيديكم في أيدي إخوانكم وأبنائكم المجاهدين .. حتى يعودَ الأمنُ والأمان إلى ديارنا ، ونُخرِجَ المحتلَّ من بين أظهُرِنا .

ومدّةِ العفوِ .. تنتهي بإنتهاءِ الشهرِ الكريم .

ويشهدُ الله أنا أوفياء صادقين معكم .. ولن تجدوا منا إلاّ الخيرَ والمحبة .



ورسالتي الأخيرة ..

إلى أهلِ الكفاءاتِ المتميزة ، والخبراتِ العالية ، من علماءِ الكيمياءِ والفيزياء ، والإدارة والأليكترونيات ، والإعلام ،

Al-Qaida in Iraq's leader, in a chilling audiotape released Thursday, called for nuclear scientists to join his group's holy war and urged insurgents to kidnap Westerners so they could be traded for a blind Egyptian sheik who is serving a life sentence in a U.S. prison. The fugitive terror chief said experts in the fields of "chemistry, physics, electronics, media and all other sciences — especially nuclear scientists and explosives experts" should join his group's jihad, or holy war, against the West. "We are in dire need of you," said the speaker, who identified himself as Abu Hamza al-Muhajir — also known as Abu Ayyub al-Masri. "The field of jihad can satisfy your scientific ambitions, and the large American bases (in Iraq) are good places to test your unconventional weapons, whether biological or dirty, as they call them."

The 20-minute audio was posted to a Web site that frequently airs al-Qaida messages. The voice could not be independently identified, but it was thought to be al-Masri's. He is believed to have succeeded Abu Musab al-Zarqawi, who died in a U.S. airstrike north of Baghdad in June, as head of the al-Qaida-linked organization.

Thursday's message focused attention on Sheik Omar Abdel-Rahman, a 68-year-old Egyptian cleric who was convicted in 1995 of seditious conspiracy for his advisory role in a plot to assassinate Egypt's president and blow up five New York City landmarks including the United Nations. Abdel-Rahman is considered the leader of Egyptian Islamic militants, and the 1993 World Trade Center conspirators were known to have attended his lectures. "I appeal to every holy warrior in the land of Iraq to exert all efforts in this holy month so that God may enable us to capture some of the Western dogs to swap them with our sheik and get him out of his dark prison," said al-Masri, who is also Egyptian.

He also said more than 4,000 foreign militants have been killed in Iraq since the U.S.-led invasion in 2003 — the first known statement from the insurgents about their death toll. It was unclear why al-Masri would advertise the loss of the group's foreign fighters, but martyrdom is revered among Islamic fundamentalists, and could be used as a recruiting tool. Analysts said the announcement was likely a boast aimed at drumming up support.

"It's showing the level of dedication to their cause, the level of sacrifice jihadists are making," said Ben N. Venzke, director of the Washington-based IntelCenter, which monitors terrorism communications. "In a strange kind of way, it's almost showing a sense of strength and purpose in their cause to other people around world who might be thinking about joining the fight," Venzke said in a telephone interview.

The statement followed the release of a U.N. report Wednesday that said fewer foreign fighters have been killed or captured in Iraq in the last few months, "suggesting that the flow has slackened." The report also said some fighters had expressed dissatisfaction they were asked to kill fellow Muslims rather than Western soldiers and that the only role for them was to be suicide bombers. Still, the report said al-Qaida "has gained by continuing to play a central role in the fighting and in encouraging the growth of sectarian violence; and Iraq has provided many recruits and an excellent training ground."

On the tape, al-Masri offered amnesty to Iraqis who cooperated with their country's "occupiers," calling on them to "return to your religion and nation" during the Muslim holy month of Ramadan, which Sunnis began observing in Iraq on Saturday and Shiites on Monday. "We will not attack you as long as you declare your true repentance in front of your tribe and relatives," he said. "The amnesty ends by the end of this holy month." ...

Iraq Al Qaeda chief’s days are numbered: government

BAGHDAD - The capture of the new Al Qaeda in Iraq leader is imminent, a government official said on Sunday after showing the first video images of the wanted man and Baghdad buzzed over revelations of a plot to attack the heavily fortified Green Zone.

“I can say we are very close to Abu Ayyub Al Masri and we say to him your days are numbered,” Iraqi National Security Advisor Muwaffaq Al Rubaie told a televised news conference.

“Either your dead body or manacled hands will be brought before justice.” he added.
The announcement came just a day after a sudden curfew shut down the entire city after the discovery of an Al Qaeda plot to detonate car bombs in the Green Zone, seat of the Iraqi government.

“We promise the Iraqi people that the next Eid (feast) will be two Eids,” he said referring to the festival in three weeks’ time celebrating the end of the holy fasting month of Ramadan.

“One to celebrate the end of the fast, the other to celebrate the capture of Abu Hamza Al Masri.”
On Friday the Al Qaeda leader, also known as Abu Hamza Al Muhajer, broadcast an Internet audio message threatening a renewed offensive in Iraq and a campaign to kidnap foreigners.

Rubaie said he expected Masri’s capture imminently, citing Iraqi security operations around the country — in particular operations over the past three days by tribes in the western province of Anbar against Al Qaeda.

“The Anbar tribes are cooperating with the government to eradicate all terrorists,” he said. “This is a nightmare for Masri.”
Masri’s identity was first revealed by the US military in July, after the June killing of his predecessor and Al Qaeda in Iraq founder Abu Musab Al Zarqawi.

Masri was described as an Egyptian emigre with an extensive knowledge of explosives. The footage broadcast Sunday was an Al Qaeda training video that showed Masri explaining how to make bombs. It was seized southwest of Baghdad in Yusifiyah a few days earlier.

Traffic was moving again on Sunday with the curfew’s end, but with the cars also came the bombs. Three people were killed and eight wounded in central Baghdad when a car exploded in the early afternoon.

Another car bomb exploded in western’s Baghdad’s leafy, residential Jamaa neighbourhood, killing one and wounding four.

Website statement says al-Qaeda leader in Iraq is alive

Cairo, Oct 08: A statement posted today on an Internet website known as a clearing-house for al-Qaeda material denied recent speculation that the leader of al-Qaeda in Iraq is dead.

Reports that Abu Ayyub al-Masri had been killed surfaced after a raid Tuesday that killed four militants in the western Iraqi town of Haditha. Al-Masri is believed to have taken over al-Qaeda in Iraq after Abu Musab al-Zarqawi was killed June 7 in a US airsrike.

On Thursday, the US military announced it was conducting DNA tests on a slain militant to determine if he is the leader of al-Qaeda in Iraq. However, US and Iraqi officials said it did not appear that the militant was al-Masri, who also is known as Abu Hamza al-Muhajer.

The today statement signed by the Mujahedeen Shura council - an umbrella organisation of insurgent groups, including al-Qaida in Iraq - said "al-Qaeda in Iraq and the rest of the brothers in the Mujahedeen Sura Council are in their best shape."

"The group is getting stronger day after day and our sheik Abu Hamza al-Muhajer is in his best health, plotting for battles," the statement said.

US officials said al-Masri joined an extremist group led by al-Qaeda`s no 2 official Ayman al-Zawahri in 1982. He joined al-Qaeda training camps in Afghanistan in 1999 and trained as a car bombing expert before travelling to Iraq after the US-led invasion in 2003.

And now, to the nation of Islam;

My dear nation! The day we promised came sooner than we hoped and faster than we reckoned. The first good tidings on the manifest victory have been heralded, healing our chests and pleasing our souls and friends, while infuriating our enemies.

Here is the state of Islam in the land of two rivers, whose structure is getting stronger, whose flagpole is raising higher, and whose banner is fluttering with the might of the Exalted as a sign of disgrace to the humiliated.

Here are your enemies staggering from the adversities, tribulations, and agonies that befell them like mountains to the extent that they stand helpless to endure or even put out their fires. Today, they are carrying their belongings and roaming to escape. Their tent has bended over, their cooking pots have flipped over, and the storms of the Mujahideen uprooted them, destroyed their pillars, and tore down their dreams over their heads to the extent that they decided to leave. While clinching on their defeat, they became impatient and unable to stay longer.

With regard to all of this, I cannot but thank the most stupid and ominous president the state of slaves and drugs, America, recognized throughout its history.

This president who gave us this great historic opportunity and brought in his soldiers and experts to engage in direct fighting. The two groups engaged in a manner that we never imagined. With God's help and might, a simple and almost illiterate monotheist Iraqi peasant, blew up with his explosive charge the phony US civilization. I wonder if politicians will keep the promises they made to their citizens and relieve the pain of mothers by saving their sons from the lions of the Land of the Two Rivers.

Are they going to redress the huge deficit of budget, which was wasted away in a stupid losing war? Will they realize that the tax payers are actually paying the price for the bullet with which their sons are being killed with in the quagmire of Iraq?

I urge you, the lame duck, not to escape quickly as your lame defense secretary did, because we have not quenched our thirst from your blood yet. O’ coward, stand firm in the battlefield. We know that the Romans are not ashamed of defeat.

O’ monotheist Muslims… O’ Mujahideen across the world; today we announce the end of a stage of Jihad and the start of a new one, in which we lay the first cornerstone of the Islamic Caliphate project and revive the glory of religion.

O’ monotheists and Mujahideen; we are not the sons of Sykes-Picot. We are the sons of Prophet Muhammad Bin Abdullah, peace and prayers be upon him, who established his blessed state in the holy land of Medina in the heart of the desert “Tiba”, where there is no food or water except what God had bestowed upon them.

Did the Prophet, peace and prayers be upon him, plan to divide the Arab Peninsula when he announced the establishment of his state in Medina and fought his own people in Mecca?

O’ monotheists, rest assured, by God we will not rest from our Jihad anywhere but under the olive trees in Rumiya [Rome] after we blow up the filthiest house, which is called the White House.

The place that your brothers wanted to be the Islamic state has been chosen to follow the example of our reverend messenger, peace and prayers be upon him, who said: those who would gather in the house of Abu Sufyan would be spared. It is only a break that precedes action.

Do you think that we sacrificed our blood to leave our people in Kurdistan as preys to the secularists or the people of the south [of Iraq] as an easy target for the Jews of Esfahan [Iran].

O’ slaves of God, have more faith in us, because what we have established is only a sanctuary, and [by definition] every sanctuary requires a boundary.

And I still wonder: What is it with some people who stab us in the back and then smile at our face.

When he meets with you he swears to you that he trusts you, but when he turns his back, he is a scorpion. He gives you sweetness from the tip of his tongue and deceives you like a fox. [Poetry]

To those we say: We cannot kill a policeman [addressing a specific group of people] who goes for training by the henchmen of the Satan of Jordan. Also, we will not target those [addressing the same group of people] who befriended the tyrant himself, considered him a credible and honorable patron. They ignored the blood of martyrs and the limbs of handicaps and secretly held suspicious agreements with the US occupier.

I know the group of people who convened with the traitor Abdullah II [King of Jordan] in secret, and in front of the naive and in public they consider him an infidel. We have the evidence and witnesses to this.

O’ God's servants, repent! Repent, and do not betray your religion, your brothers, and your Jihad. Because the Evil, and by Evil I mean the temptation of knowledge and power is deceiving you.

O’ servants of God, it is known that every binding order cannot be implemented without unanimity on it. So, consensus in this regard is obligatory as decided by the specialists in the foundations of Islamic jurisprudence, who said that “anything that is necessary to implement a binding duty is necessarily binding”.

Foiling the plotting of the aggressors, safeguarding the sanctuary of Muslims, and most importantly, implementing the firm Shari'ah of God [Law of Islam], cannot be achieved while the people fight fragmented and having differences among themselves without a leader who closes their ranks and unites them. Thus, they proceed with one opinion and one heart, although the wings vary in size and in strength and weakness.

O’ Muslim brother, forget about the statement of those who say that “what counts is the unity of visions or ideas”, and not the unity of swords and the strings of bows” This contradicts reason, the guidance of the prophet, and the instructions of those charged with authority.

And as the moment of truth and determination has fell upon us, I tell the venerable Shaykh, the brave hero, the Qurayshi Hashemite, who is of a Husayni origin [attributes to the tribe and family of the prophet], the commander of the faithful [Like Mullah Muhammad Omar in Afghanistan], Abu Umar al-Baghdadi:

I pledge allegiance to you, to hear and obey, during good and bad times, and in pleasant and unpleasant situations, and this is a promise not to dispute with whom are worthy of the right doing, and to say the truth wherever we are, and not to fear the criticism of anyone in the cause of God.

And I announce the integration of all the formations that we have established, including the Mujahideen Shura Council, on behalf of my brothers in the council, under the authority of the Islamic State of Iraq, putting at your disposal and direct orders 12,000 fighters, who constitute the army of Al-Qa'ida. All of them have pledged an allegiance to die in the cause of God, as well as more than 10,000 others who are still not fully prepared materially [financially]. Their eyes are full of tears out of sadness that they are still unable to contribute [because of the lack of finances].

We beseech God that we have been able to be fully prepared, materially and faithfully, for victory’s required materialistic and spiritual prerequisites. As such prerequisites were mentioned by the saying of the prophet, may God's peace and blessing be upon him, in the Al-Mustadrak by Al-Hakim [a collection of prophet's sayings]: The best of the Prophet's companions are four. The best of armies are 4,000. And 12,000 fighters will not be defeated because of scarcity.

And I tell our beloved Shaykh: Proceed in accordance with the Book of God [The Holy Koran] and the Sunna [Teaching and sayings] of His prophet, may God's peace and blessing be upon him. And I swear by He who raised the skies without support that if you cross the sea we will cross it with you, and none of us will stay behind. And as of today, we are your zealous soldiers and faithful men. So, you can use us during difficult and frightening situations. We will obey and listen to all that you say and we will obey and follow all that you order. As the battlefields have known our great deeds, strength, and power. Thus, you can use us as arrows against your enemy, to eat up their liver and convey to you the news of their death with God's help and power.

Our honorable brothers the Mujahideen, who are the advocates of principles, ethics, and work: You have made the infidel taste appalling things and rubbed his nose in mud. I sacrifice myself for your sake. You have been the best back-up and support, arm and aid. You have gladdened our hearts with your Jihad and your punishment of your enemy. May God bless you.

My brothers and beloved ones [the Mujahideen]: Have you not come out for the sake of what we have come out for? Do not you seek to make the word of God exalted to the heights and humble to the depths the word of the unbelievers? Are you not sacrificing your blood to establish the state of Islam on earth?

If [and since] our religion and objective are the same, and if [and since] our enemy is the same, then what prevents us from being united!. {Truly Allah loves those who fight in His Cause in battle array, as if they were a solid cemented structure} [61:4].

O’ heroes of Ansar al-Sunah Army, O’ the lions of the Islamic Army, O’ our sons in the Al-Mujahideen Army: You have been the thorn that wounded the enemy, lowered its flag, undermined its standing, and made it taste a suffering that increased its wounds and bleeding. O’ you who have disturbed the days of the enemy and made its armies forget their illusions.

O’ you the commanders of Al-Ansar and Al-Mujahideen Army, and the rest of the faithful ones: Our yearning for you has increased and we are longing for your amity. Your brothers pray to God to protect you, and that you will bring the good news of the day in which you announce what they have been used to hear from you in terms of purity of policy and clear objective by blessing the Islamic state of Iraq and declaring allegiance to Al-Sharif as an Emir [referring to Al-Baghdadi, and this term “Al-Sharif” is used to describe anyone who is of lineage to the Prophet Muhammad peace and prayers be upon him].

We are not better than you, so that we come forward while you step back. You have started Jihad before us, you are more disinterest in leadership than us, and your soldiers are more obedient, and we consider you to be more faithful to God in your religion. You knew that this [pledge] is something that irritates the enemies, pleases the friend, and does not give the enemy the chance to divide the ranks but it returns the enemy's dagger to its chest and the chest of the one who secretly meets with it, thus wasting his religion and kinsfolk.

And I remind my brothers, the state's soldiers, of Almighty God's words: {O’ men! Certainly the promise of Allah is true. Let not then this present life deceive you, nor let the Chief Deceiver deceive you about Allah} [35:5].

So beware the life of deception and you should stick to the immortal life.{One Day shalt thou see the believing men and the believing women-how their Light runs forward before them and by their right hands} [57:12].

Most of the people are like the herds which do not know why they have been created and what is their objective. You should remember that you are fighting to make mankind stop worshiping the slaves of God to worshiping the God of those slaves. The best thing that you seek is martyrdom for the sake of God. The echo of the sound of one of you in paradise is better than life all that you may find in it.

You should know that you have been sent to make things easy not difficult. Therefore, take care of our Sunni kinsfolk. You should be aware of our obligations toward them. You should respect the status of the people, especially the Ulema [scholars], the tribal chiefs, and the notables.

The farmer in his farm, the worker in his factory, and the teacher in his school has the right to be supported by us. We protect their honor and money and do not speak badly about them even if they are not part of the jihad and its people.

Man cannot do without his kinsfolk and his kinsfolk cannot do without him. You should leniently call for the good and preach against evil especially since the infidel Ba'th Party had confused the people vis-a-vis their religion.

The prophet, peace be upon him, said: "God likes leniency in everything". An Arab Bedouin urinated in his [the Prophet’s] mosque and the people shouted at him not to do so. The prophet, may peace be upon him, said: “Do not interrupt him. Then he asked for a bucket of water to be poured on the urine”.

The God's religion is leniency. You should not resort to extremism and exaggeration. The prophet, peace be upon him, said: "Anyone who argues with the religion will be defeated by the religion".

Almighty God says: {He [Allah] has chosen you, and He [Allah] has imposed no difficulties on you in religion; And Allah hath full power and control over His affairs; but most among mankind know it not} [22:77].

{And Allah is victorious in His matters, but most of mankind do not know} [12:21].
