أشاد زعيم الحزب الإسلامي الأفغاني قلب الدين حكمتيار في تسجيل مصور بزعيم تنظيم القاعدة أسامة بن لادن و الرجل الثاني في التنظيم أيمن الظواهري.
وقال في تسجيل مصور حصلت الجزيرة على نسخة منه إنه يتطلع إلى القتال تحت قيادتهما.
ووجه حكمتيار الشكر إلى بن لادن والظواهري و"بقية المجاهدين العرب" لدورهم في "الجهاد ضد الروس" مؤكدا أنهم قدموا تضحيات سيذكرها الشعب الأفغاني على مدى الأجيال.
وانتقد حكمتيار الموقف الغربي من دعوات الهدنة التي عرضها بن لادن من قبل. واتهم الغرب بإعلان الحرب على المسلمين وإشعال نيرانها في فلسطين وأفغانستان والعراق.
واعتبر أن الغرب يريد أن يحكم المسلمين مباشرة أو عن طريق من وصفهم بالعملاء إضافة لنهب ثرواتهم.
وهاجم ما كان يعرف بتحالف الشمال أثناء الغزو الأميركي نهاية عام 2001، موضحا أنه قام بدور القوات البرية في الحرب التي أطاحت بحكومة حركة طالبان.
كما انتقد جيران أفغانستان الذين وصفهم بـ"الحاقدين" لمساعدتهم في الغزو، وتحدث صراحة عن الدور الباكستاني والإيراني في الحرب على أفغانستان والعراق معتبرا أنه لولا هذا الدعم لما نجحت القوات الأميركية في "احتلال" كابل وبغداد بسهولة.
وامتدح حكمتيار الدور الذي تقوم به حركة المقاومة الإسلامية (حماس) وقال إن المقاومة هي السبيل الوحيد لحل القضية الفلسطينية.
من جهته أوضح محمد شريعتي مستشار الرئيس الإيراني السابق محمد خاتمي أن طهران تنتهج سياسية واضحة تجاه أفغانستان، وأنها تعاملت مع الحرب على أفغانستان كأمر واقع وأن الدعم الحقيقي قدمته باكستان للقوات الأميركية، مشيرا إلى أن بلاده قدمت للأفغان الكثير من المساعدات، مذكّرا في تصريح للجزيرة بأن حكومة الرئيس السابق خاتمي أجرت محادثات مع حركة طالبان.

And they continued in the circulation of this falsity until the complete seizure of Baghdad and all Iraqi lands but they did not find nuclear weapons and no chemical and no its facilities !! And now also they lie to you and black out the truths, and they do not declare right numbers about dead and the peripheral injuring in the fight as hide the military losses and do not say for you a thing about dangerous results to their unsuccessful policy in America and the world .

ـ George Bush lies to you with his claim that the US army will eliminate the resistance and will tighten his control over the situations, we say for you and confidently if this except a dream will not materialize, and is not this except lying propaganda aim at the settlement of minds and your misleading, and the truth that we are as our secret four of the canines of this snake with heads three and he did not remain for him only two canines that we need breaking them other years, the US army will withdraw definitely from Afghanistan and Iraq, and the withdrawal will be before the end of Bush's rule period ( God willing )

Bush and a team said for you the occupation of Afghanistan and Iraq will make the Americans dominant on the oil wells in Iraq and will be ammunitions and Central Asia wealths in their hands, Wsiconwa is the controllers in the appointment of the oil prices in the scientist !! This team was using the prevention idea from the nuclear weapons proliferation in the world as a pretext for the aggression and the attack but we saw that North Korea carried out a nuclear test, and Iran started the uranium enrichment, and also they were carrying out propaganda and claims around the eradication of the drugs and its prevention, but now in Afghanistan where their military forces control its land and its atmosphere reaches the drugs amount in it to six thousand tons approximately, that Bush's team occupied Afghanistan and Iraq in favour of the Russians and Iran, and they achieved for them what he was not possible his achievement of Moscow and Tehran except by expensive losses, but and they made to them impossible and possible, what he inflicts is Bush's team in America from the loss no one is capable of its like affliction by it, that all America enemies love that Bush's difference remains and to another period on the rule and that he had majority in the parliament .
