Statements From The Mujahideen In Lybia; Attacks In Sweden And Chechnya

Iraq is not the only front where resistance groups are active. Following are statements from the Mujahideen in Libya, a group in Sweden that claimed responsibility blowing up the vehicle belonging to the Russian diplomat and from the Chechen Mujahideen.

An Important Statement From The Mujahideen In Occupied Libya

Alhamdulillah who says:

{And soon will the unjust know what vicissitudes their affairs will take!} 26:227

Peace and prayer be on the messenger of Allah who said:

“There will come a time of sedition and trial in which the forbearing becomes bewildered”

Assalamualikum Wa Rahmatu Allahi Wa Barakatuh

(Peace and Allah’s mercy and blessings be upon you).

Please accept our apologies for not communicating with you for over two months. The occupied land of Libya has been experiencing a national state of emergency that covers the entire country from east to west. An unprecedented crack down has resulted in random arrest and the storming of people homes at will. Any brother who appears to be holding on to his religion or keeps regular prayer at a Mosque is presumed a terrorist and therefore is detained. Detention is so random to the point that it includes young, old, and even children. The strange thing is that those who have been released after finishing their sentences have been rebooked. Stranger so is the fact that those who returned from Afghanistan or Pakistan, or any other place on earth. In spite of the fact that they were given assurances of safe return, they were arrested as soon as their feet landed on Libyan soil event though the Taghut (Tyrant) of Libya himself gave his word to those returning. Little did they know that this Taghut, like many others in the Arab world, he takes his orders from Washington.

How true and wise the words of Allah!

{But if they violate their oaths after their covenant, and attack your faith, fight you the chiefs of Unfaith: for their oaths are nothing to them: that thus they be restrained.} 9:12

Hundreds have been arrested in Benghazi, Agdabia, Al-Baidha’a and Daranah. All this was done to please their American Masters.

But the news is not all bad. Two of your heroic Mujahideen brothers engaged the soldiers of the Taghut in a battle that lasted several hours. Many of the Taghut soldiers were killed and the two brothers were martyred, Allah is sufficient for them and may Allah accept them as martyrs.

Of course the mouth piece of the Kafir government had a different story about the incident, saying that two “terrorists” blew themselves up near some soldiers but none of the government soldiers was hurt.

We apologize again for the delay which was due to security reasons. Internet service in Libya is now available only in internet cafes. These cafes are monitored by the Taghut security forces 24/7.


Badr Group Claims Responsibility For Blowing Up A Russian Diplomat Vehicle In Sweden

The Badr group took responsibility for targeting and blowing up the vehicle belonging to the Russian diplomat, Michael Azfanof, in the Swedish capital. In their statement, they said that signs of victory and Allah’s promise have appeared on the horizon. And there it is Russia, taste what the Mujahideen leadership promised. Russians were told that their interest will be attacked wherever they are.

At about 10 AM Saturday, a unit of the Martyred Abdullah Al-Qurashi succeeded in detonating an explosive device that had been previously planted before he started his drive to the Russian diplomatic mission headquarters in Stockholm. The statement further said that the tight security around diplomats and their offices will not stop the Mujahideen from reaching the enemies of Allah.

Four Russian Soldiers, Seven Collaborators Killed In The Chechen Capital

A unit from the martyred Abu Al-Walid Al-Ghamdi detonated an explosive device in a Russian convoy which was accompanied by a convoy of collaborators. Brother Abdel Rahman, the leader of the group, confirmed the death of 4 Russian and 7 collaborator soldiers, making the announcement directly from the battle scene.

وحينما حاولوا اعتقاله قام الاخ محمد بمقاومتهم وطعن احد جند الطاغوت رمزي المنصوري بسيف في رقبته وطعنة اخرى في قلبه واخذ منه مسدسه واطلق النار عليه ليرديه جيفة نتنه ولكن كلاب الطاغوت عاجلوا الاخ محمد واطلقوا النار عليه ففاضت روحه الى باريها فالله دره لم يرضى ان يعطي الدنية في دينه ... اسكنك الله الفردوس الأعلى يا محمد

اما في مدينة المرج فجرت عدة مواجهات بين اخوانكم المجاهدين وكلاب الطواغيت وانسحب الاخوة المجاهدين سالمين بعد ان اذاقوا كلاب الطواغيت الويلات مخلفين بهم اصابات ولله الحمد

ويا انصار الجهاد ان اخوانكم في ليبيا بحاجة الى دعائكم فأن الطواغيت لن يطيب لهم قرار حتى يستئصلوا اهل الايمان والتوحيد من على الارض والله المستعان

فالله الله بالدعــاء يا اخوة التوحيد

والله اكبر والعزة لله ورسوله وللمجاهــدين

The dawn center for the notifying - a statement from the fighting Islamic group in Libya

In the Name of Allah, the Benificent, the Merciful

الحمد لله رب العالمين ، والعاقبة للمتقين ، ولا عدوان إلا على الظالمين ، والصلاة والسلام على الرحمة المهداة والسراج المنير ، نبي الرحمة والملحمة، محمد بن عبد الله المبعوث بالسيف بين يدي الساعة حتى يـُعبـَدَ الله وحده لا يـُشرَك به شيءٌ وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين . وبعد :
قال الله تعالى في محكم التنزيل : {يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ إِذَا لَقِيتُمْ فِئَةً فَاثْبُتُواْ وَاذْكُرُواْ اللّهَ كَثِيراً لَّعَلَّكُمْ تُفْلَحُونَ}الأنفال45

دأب نظام العمالة والردة في ليبيا على الكذب ، والدجل ، والتزوير ، والافتراء ، وعلى هذه القواعد المتهاوية أقام سياساته وأجرى حكمه أكثر من سبعة وثلاثين عاما كلها كفر وزندقة ، وظلم وظلمات ، وتجبر وطغيان ، وعمالة ونذالة ، وحرب مستمرة لله ولرسوله ولأوليائه ، فلا تنقضي أكذوبة حتى يختلق أقبح منها ولا تذهب هذه إلا وقد أوجد غيرها غير مبال من افتضاح أمره ولا مستحي من انكشاف وانجلاء بهتانه.

وكان آخر ما اختلقه من الأكاذيب ودندن حوله من المزاعم ادعاؤه أن الجماعة الإسلامية المقاتلة في طريقها للمصالحة والتسوية ومراجعة أفكارها وتخليها عن الجهاد المسلح ، وصدق الله إذ يقول : {وَدُّوا لَوْ تُدْهِنُ فَيُدْهِنُونَ}القلم9

ودحضا لهذه الفرية الزرية ، وتجلية للحق المبين ، وقطعا لدابر التشكيك ، ومنعاً من الإرباك الذي يحاول النظام المرتد زرعه في قلوب أتباع الجماعة وأنصارها فإننا نقول :

أولا : إن منطلق وأساس المعركة القائمة بيننا وبين نظام القذافي المرتد العميل هو الإيمان والكفر ، {الذين آمنوا يقاتلون في سبيل الله والذين كفروا يقاتلون في سبيل الطاغوت فقاتلوا أولياء الشيطان إن كيد الشيطان كان ضعيفا} ، فهذا هو الأصل الذي تنبثق منه تصوراتنا ومواقفنا وسياساتنا وجهادنا ، فلا محل ولا مجال إذاً لما يشيعه النظام من دعاوى البحث عن قواسم مشتركة ، أو صفقات سرية ، أو مساومات خفية ، أو تراجعات فكرية ، أو الوقوف جميعاً في وجه عدو مشترك ، فلسنا ممن يهين عقيدته ، ويدنس مبادئه ، ويتنكر لطريق الحق الذي ضحى من أجله السابقون واللاحقون : {قَدْ كَانَتْ لَكُمْ أُسْوَةٌ حَسَنَةٌ فِي إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَالَّذِينَ مَعَهُ إِذْ قَالُوا لِقَوْمِهِمْ إِنَّا بُرَاء مِنكُمْ وَمِمَّا تَعْبُدُونَ مِن دُونِ اللَّهِ كَفَرْنَا بِكُمْ وَبَدَا بَيْنَنَا وَبَيْنَكُمُ الْعَدَاوَةُ وَالْبَغْضَاء أَبَداً حَتَّى تُؤْمِنُوا بِاللَّهِ وَحْدَهُ}الممتحنة4
ولسنا ممن تقلبهم الأهواء وترفعهم وتخفضهم المصالح - كنظام الردة في ليبيا- فتارة يدعو لقومية عربية ثم يكفر بها ويرتدي العباءة الأفريقية ، ثم يخر ذليلاً طالباً رضى الدول الغربية الصليبية بل طريقنا طريق سوي {وَأَنَّ هَـذَا صِرَاطِي مُسْتَقِيماً فَاتَّبِعُوهُ وَلاَ تَتَّبِعُواْ السُّبُلَ فَتَفَرَّقَ بِكُمْ عَن سَبِيلِهِ ذَلِكُمْ وَصَّاكُم بِهِ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَتَّقُونَ}الأنعام153

ثانيا : إننا حينما وفقنا الله لسلوك سبيل الجهاد وهدانا إليه علمنا علم اليقين أن الجهاد ليس مرحلة عابرة طارئة تتقد فيها النفوس حماساً والقلوب اندفاعاً حتى إذا طال المسير وقل النصير وتخلى عنه الكثير ألقيناه وراءنا ظهرياً ، بل إننا عليه ماضون ، وبه مستمسكون ، وإليه داعون وعليه محرّضون ، ولإحيائه بكل ما نملك ساعون ، عقيدة ، وفكراً ، ومنهجاً ، وعملاً ، ولن نحيد عنه - بإذن الله - قيد أنملة وتحت أية حجة ، بل كلما انسد علينا باب قرعنا غيره غير مبالين بانتفاش العدو وتعاضد الكفرة ولا بما أصابنا من بلاء وكروب وحادينا في هذا الركب المبارك : {وَكَأَيِّن مِّن نَّبِيٍّ قَاتَلَ مَعَهُ رِبِّيُّونَ كَثِيرٌ فَمَا وَهَنُواْ لِمَا أَصَابَهُمْ فِي سَبِيلِ اللّهِ وَمَا ضَعُفُواْ وَمَا اسْتَكَانُواْ وَاللّهُ يُحِبُّ الصَّابِرِينَ * وَمَا كَانَ قَوْلَهُمْ إِلاَّ أَن قَالُواْ ربَّنَا اغْفِرْ لَنَا ذُنُوبَنَا وَإِسْرَافَنَا فِي أَمْرِنَا وَثَبِّتْ أَقْدَامَنَا وانصُرْنَا عَلَى الْقَوْمِ الْكَافِرِينَ }آل عمران146-147

وشعارنا :

أخي سر ولا تلتفت للوراء *** طريقك قد خضبته الدماء
ولا تلتفت ههنا أو هناك *** ولا تتطلع لغير السمـاء


ثالثا : إننا منذ اليوم الأول لوضع لبنة صرح الجماعة الإسلامية المقاتلة وطدنا أنفسنا على إحدى الحسنيين إما النصر والتمكين أو الشهادة في سبيل الله والفناء، ونحن ثابتون على الحق والدين ، ولا يضرنا أي الخصلتين حصّلنا فبإذن الله وتثبيته لن نبدل ولن نغير ما دام فينا عرق ينبض وعين تطرف ، ولن يرى منا نظام الردة والعمالة بإذن الله إلا الصبر والمصابرة ، والقوة والدفع ، والجهاد والجلاد ، والثبات والاستمرار ، والعداوة والبغضاء حتى يحكم الله بيننا وبينه بالحق وهو خير الحاكمين : {فَلْيُقَاتِلْ فِي سَبِيلِ اللّهِ الَّذِينَ يَشْرُونَ الْحَيَاةَ الدُّنْيَا بِالآخِرَةِ وَمَن يُقَاتِلْ فِي سَبِيلِ اللّهِ فَيُقْتَلْ أَو يَغْلِبْ فَسَوْفَ نُؤْتِيهِ أَجْراً عَظِيماً}النساء74

اللهم منزل الكتاب مجري السحاب هازم الأحزاب عليك بالقذافي وحزبه اللهم أحصهم عددا واقتلهم بددا ولا تغادر منهم أحدا

وآخر دعوانا أن الحمد لله رب العالمين

Islamic Fighting Group Of Libya Rebuffs Qaddafi's Allegations Of Abandoning Jihad

The Islamic Fighting Group Of Libya (Al-Jama’a al-Islamiyyah al-Muqatilah Bi-Libya) has issued a statement through Fajr Media Center denying allegations by the corrupt regime of so-called Libyan leader Colonel Muammar al-Qaddafi that the group is making peace with the government and abandoning its jihad.

Statement From The Islamic Fighting Group Of Libya Denying Allegations Of Abandoning Jihad

In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful

All Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds, and victory is for the believers for there is no transgression except upon the transgressors. And peace and blessings upon the one that was sent as a mercy and a shining crown, the prophet of mercy and symbol of Muhammed bin Abdullah, the one that raised the sword in between the hands of the hour until Allah is worshipped alone, without partners and peace on his family and companions in their entirety.

Allah the Almighty says in the best of His revelations:

O you who believe! Fight the unbelievers who are near to you and let them find harshness in you. Quran 9:123

And the Prophet, peace be upon him, said, “and warn you to run from Zahf even if people are destroyed” narrated by Ahmed.

The puppet Kuffar government of Libya has started to lie to spark a quarrel among the believers and it is on this basis that Libyan leader, Colonel Muammar al-Qaddafi has forged his politics and rule for more than 37 years. He has continuously ruled with disbelief and deceit, with oppression and darkness, disgracing the believers and waging a continuous battle against Allah and His prophet and His Ummah. One lie is not finished before another takes its place, uglier than the one before, and then anther after that, and he is not even ashamed of it, openly unveiling lie and lie.

The latest of these lies that Gaddafi has created is his claim that the Islamic Fighting Group Of Libya is on its way to make peace with his government and that it is abandoning its armed jihad.

True are Allah’s words when he says:

“And Allah bears witness that the hypocrites are surely liars." Qur'an 63:1

We deny these baseless lies and wish to bring forth the clear truth to dispel the propaganda and remove any doubts in the hearts of the followers of the Islamic Fighting Group Of Libya and its helpers that may be caused by this disbelieving government.

First of all, the basis for the battle between us and the kuffar puppet government of Qaddafi is:

“Those who believe fight in the way of Allah, and those who disbelieve fight in the way of Satan. Fight therefore against the friends of Satan.” Quran 4: 76

It is on this belief that we take our stand and wage our Jihad so there is no truth to the rumors that the government has spread about claims that we are negotiating with it in secret transactions nor are we reconsidering our thoughts or uniting with it to stand against a common enemy for we are not among those who disgraces his beliefs or soils the pure fundamentals or disguises the correct way for which our ancestors have sacrificed.

“A good example has been set for you by Abraham and those with him, who said to their people, "We disown you and the idols that you worship besides Allah. We denounce you, and you will see nothing from us except animosity and hatred until you believe in Allah alone." Quran 60:4

And we are not among those who turn to worldly desires or rise or fall for personal gain, like the kuffar government of Libya. He (Qaddafi) calls for an Arab nationhood and then he cheats it and wears an African dress; then he turns in disgrace asking for the pleasure of the western Christian countries.

No, instead our way is a balanced way:

“Verily, this is My way, the straight way; follow it and not (other) paths for they will scatter you about from His (great) path. This He commands you that ye may be righteous.” Quran 6:153

Secondly, when Allah guided us to embark upon the path of fighting in His way and guided us to Him we knew with certainty that Jihad is not just prescribed for past times but is also required today and requires strength in our selves, with true hearts, in order to push forward on this path for the way is long, the aid is little and many give up. But we turn our backs to this and instead we go on, holding to the righteous path and calling others to it, remaining steadfast and to giving to it all that we have. This is our aim, our belief, our thoughts and Manhaj and our work, and we will not stray from it by the will of Allah, under any circumstance. Instead, for every door that closes, we knock on another without regard that we may irritate the enemies or that we are despised by the kuffar. Regardless of what trials and inflictions have befallen us, we travel on the road with this blessed group.

"And hold fast, all of you together, to the rope of Allah and be not divided." Quran 3:103

Our slogan is:

My brother, walk forth and do not turn back.
Your way has been smeared with blood
And do not turn here and there
And do not reach out except for the skies.

Thirdly, from the very first day we established the foundations of the Islamic Fighting Group of Libya, we ascribed for ourselves one of the two good things; victory or martyrdom in the way of Allah. We are steadfast in truth and our religion and it does not hurt us in any way that one of these two things will be achieved, by the will of Allah, for it is He who makes us steadfast. We will not change our course nor alter out direction as long as there is a pulse beating in our bodies and the regime of the apostate and the treacherous will not get anything from us besides patience, power, jihad, persistence, and opposition until Allah judges between us with truth and He is the best of the Rulers.

O Allah, Revealer of the Book, Master of the clouds, defeat the Ahzab, send on Qaddafi, and his organizations, O Allah count them in numbers and kill them all and don’t leave a single one of them.
