1.عدم المراسلة من خط هاتفي معروف ، ولكن عبر الأماكن العامة ، أو عبر وسيط آمن .
2.استخدام بريد جديد ومستقل لمراسلتنا وعدم استعماله في أغراض أخرى ، ويحبذ فتح بريد جديد في كل مرة يراسل فيها.
3.استخدام " بروكسي " عند المراسلة إن أمكن.
4.عدم ذكر أي معلومة تدل على المرسل ، كالاسم ، ورقم الهاتف ، ومكان السكن أو العمل ونحو ذلك .

وننبه إخواننا كذلك إلى ضرورة تذييل الرسالة بكنية المرسل أو اسمه المستعار

و الله لي في المنتديات سنين , لم أجد أي قسم إعلامي لمجاهدين يضع بريد إلكتروني لتقديم الملاحظات , و يرفقه بنصائح عن عدم استخدام خط تلفون عام و استخدام بروكسي أو غيره ,

وأنا من هنا أحذر الإخوة من هذا البريد المشبوه و خاصة الإخوة في الجزيرة العربية , وهناك تقنيات متطورة لمعرفة عنوان الآي بي حتى باستخدام البروكسي (خاصة بروكسيات منخفضة التخفي ) , بل إنهم يحاولون كسب ثقة الناس بإلقاء هذه النصائح حتى يراسلوهم بدون بروكسي و يتم القبض عليهم ,

الحذر الحذر ,
فوالله إن القسم الإعلامي في تنظيم القاعدة تعرض لإختراق كبير ...

شاءت حكمة الله سبحانه وتعالى ان تعلوا راية الجهاد في اكثر من مكان من ارض الاسلام المبتلاة بالاحتلال اليهودي الصليبي وتسلط انظمة الكفر والضلالة وبات للمجاهدين الغيارى فعل قتالي مجلجل يؤكد ان النصر الذي يعز الاسلام والمسلمين قريب وان راية الخلافة الراشدة ستعود خفاقة من جديد وان غلت التضحيات ..



وازاء هذا الفعل الجهادي القتالي الذي نهضت به كوكبة مؤقتة موحدة من شباب الامة في العراق وافغانستان والشيشان وفلسطين وكشمير وغيرها من بلاد الاسلام كان لابد من منابر اعلامية تنقل تفاصيل معارك المجاهدين وما يسطـّر فيها من بطولات يشار اليها بالبنان الى المسلمين الذين تكالبت عليهم قوى الكفر الصليبية والضلالة ما يشعرهم ان دينهم منتصر و أمتهم عزيزة وقد انبرى لهذه المهمة الجهادية الكبيرة التي توازي في اهميتها القتال في الميدان مسلمون صادقون ورحنا نشاهد في كل يوم مواقع اخبارية ودعوية وارشادية على شبكة المعلومات "الانترنت" تنقل بالتفصيل ما يفعله المجاهدون المقاتلون في ارض الميدان وتمدهم بالمساندة والدعم المعنوي وتؤكد لهم انهم ليسوا وحدهم في جهادهم بل معهم الملايين...

ومن بين هذه المواقع "شبكة منتديات الحسبة" التي كان فيها من الخير الكثير ما يثلج الصدر ويفرح النفوس من اخبار المجاهدين وافعالهم وما يشد من ازرهم و كنا في الجيش الاسلامي في العراق نلمس من القائمين على الشبكة صدقاً يغبطون عليه في التعامل مع المجاميع الجهادية في العالم الإسلامي ولذا نسال الله سبحانه وتعالى أن يمكن القائمين على هذا الموقع من العودة الى مزاولة عملهم الاعلامي الجهادي من جديد في اقرب فرصة و لا يزيدهم ممارسات و ضغوطات العدو إلا إصراراً و ثباتاً على المنهج الذي اختطوه وساروا عليه ونحن بالانتظار.
