MAHMOUD Abbas, the Palestinian president, claims that al-Qaeda has infiltrated the West Bank and Gaza Strip and warns that this might have destructive effects on the entire Middle East.

"We have signs of an al-Qaeda presence in the West Bank and Gaza," he told the London-based Arabic language al-Hayat newspaper. Mr Abbas said he had not expected that al-Qaeda would succeed in establishing such a foothold.

It was the first time a Palestinian leader said there was an al-Qaeda presence in the Palestinian territories, an assertion Israeli military officials have made with increasing intensity in the past year. Mr Abbas did not give details about the alleged presence.

But a spokesman for the radical Islamic movement Hamas, which is forming the new Palestinian government, said: "Al-Qaeda is present where there aren't armed Islamic organisations.

"In Palestine, there are armed Islamic organisations ... so why would there be al-Qaeda here? You have Islamic Jihad and Hamas fighting the occupation."

London, 2 March (AKI) - Palestinian Authority president Mahmoud Abbas has warned that al-Qaeda is trying to establish a foothold in Gaza and the West Bank. "We have indications about a presence of al-Qaeda in Gaza and the (West) Bank. This is intelligence information. We have not yet reached the point of arrests," Abbas said in remarks published on Thursday in the London-based Arabic newspaper al-Hayat. "The last security report I received was three days ago. This is the first time that I've spoken about this subject. This is a very serious matter," he added.

Israeli officials have in the past said they were worried that foreign militants and al-Qaeda agents had entered Gaza from Egypt during a brief period of chaos on the border following the Israeli withdrawal from Gaza last year. The Palestinian Authority had denied the reports.

Abbas also said Thursday that he intends to transfer broad security powers to the future Hamas government, including the national defence branch, preventive security, the civilian police and civil defence. The national defence branch, which consists of 25,000 policemen, is the largest branch and is defined as the Palestinian army. The other three are subject to the Palestinian Interior Ministry.

Israel and many in the West including the United States and the European Union consider Hamas a terrorist organisation and insist there can be no negotiations with the Islamist group unless it renounces violence and recognises the Jewish state.

Army of Jihad group says in pamphlet leader of Osama Bin Laden's magnitude will soon reveal himself in Palestinian territories; urges non-Muslims to leave land or suffer consequences

An al-Qaeda leader as important as overall terror chief Osama bin Laden and the group's Iraq leader Abu Musab Zarqawi will soon reveal himself in the Palestinian territories and orchestrate local and global jihad from the area, according to a pamphlet distributed in the Gaza Strip.

The pamphlet, signed by a group calling itself the Jaish al Jihad, or Army of Jihad, claimed to speak for al-Qaeda. It warned all non-Muslims and foreign embassies to vacate the Palestinian areas within one month.

"Is there now among us a person like Saladin, like Sheik Osama bin Laden, like Abu Musab Zarqawi? The answer is yes. We have this man and he will appear with the help of Allah very soon on the land of Palestine," said the pamphlet, which was intercepted this week by the Palestinian General Intelligence after being circulated in southern Gaza.

The message continued: "We ask all foreigners who are not Muslims to leave our holy Islamic land. We will fight all those who do not believe that Allah is the one and only God. (We will fight) every government that will not apply the rules of Allah and Islam and that chooses to follow the rules of the West and the infidels that bring corruption to our lives and religion like prostitution, alcohol … and drugs."

The group threatened the Palestinian police and security services not to interrupt its planned activities, adding, "we will fight all the corrupted and unbelieving politicians. It will be a great war for the purity of the land of Islam and Palestine."

For first time, Israel charges West Bank Palestinians with al-Qaeda link

JERUSALEM (AP) - Israel linked West Bank Palestinians with the al-Qaeda network for the first time when a military court charged two youths with receiving funds from the jihad group to carry out a coordinated double bombing in Jerusalem.

The Palestinians, from the Balata refugee camp near Nablus, met with al-Qaeda operatives in Jordan, arranged for secret e-mail communication, opened a bank account and received 3,000 Jordanian dinars ($4,240, ¤3,490) from al-Qaeda to carry out the Jerusalem attack, according to the indictment, released Tuesday.

The indictment comes just weeks after Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas said al-Qaeda was trying to recruit West Bank and Gaza Palestinians. Abbas said his security forces "are trying with all means to prevent their (al-Qaeda's) arrival here, or their carrying out any ... acts in this region."

Israeli security officials, including Defense Minister Shaul Mofaz, have confirmed that al-Qaeda has been trying to infiltrate the Palestinian territories, and Israel is considered a prime target for such attacks.

The indictment gives a detailed look at how the Palestinians met the al-Qaeda operatives and how the international terror network went about recruiting and financing them.

Azzam Abu Aladas, 19, and Balal Hafnai, 19, were arrested by Israeli security forces in December 2005 while crossing the Allenby Bridge from Jordan into the West Bank, according to the indictment.

The military said the two missed their original Oct. 30 date for the Jerusalem attack, and their arrest in December prevented them from carrying it out later.

The two visited Jordan at least three times, together and separately, to meet their al-Qaeda handlers, named Abdullah and Abu Talha, the indictment said.

Abu Aladas made the first contact with Abdullah in May 2005, according to the indictment. A month later, Abdullah and Abu Talha gave Abu Aladas a security briefing that included telling him how to behave, how to identify if he is being followed, how to follow others, how to secretly form cells and draft people without them knowing one another and what to do if a member of the cell is caught.

In June 2005, during a visit to the Jordanian city of Irbid, Abu Aladas introduced Hafnai to Abdullah. When they returned to Nablus, Abu Aladas and Hafnai met at their homes in Balata and at a cemetery in the refugee camp. At these meetings, Abu Aladas and Hafnai drafted other people into the group and planned their double bombing.

The pair planned to carry out a suicide attack at a pizzeria in the French Hill neighborhood of Jerusalem, and then detonate a car bomb on a nearby street when curious onlookers arrived to see the blown up pizzeria, according to the indictment.

They found a bomb-maker in the West Bank town of Tulkarem who would install a bomb in a car stolen from Israel and smuggle it into Jerusalem for a fee of up to 7,000 Jordanian dinars ($9,900 ¤8,150), the indictment said. Sometime around September 2005, Abu Aladas traveled to the Jordanian city of Irbid, to meet Abdullah, the al-Qaeda operative.

Abdullah gave Abu Aladas 2,000 Jordanian dinars ($2,800, ¤2,300) to begin planning the attack, according to the indictment. Abdullah told Abu Aladas he was responsible for the attack's success and that al-Qaeda wanted it carried out on the 27th day of the Muslim holy month of Ramadan, or Oct. 30, the indictment said, but they were unable to do it then.

Sometime later, Abdullah gave Abu Aladas another 1,000 Jordanian dinars ($1,400, ¤1,150) to finance the attack. Another member of the cell, Maher Samaro, was to get another 5,000 Jordanian dinars ($7,000, ¤5,750), from a woman named "Naam" from the United Arab Emirates who was in contact with him by Internet, the indictment said.

The arrest of Abu Aladas and Balal foiled the attack plans, the indictment said.

Abu Musab al Zarqawi’s Gaza cell is gearing up for a major terrorist attack against Palestinian target

The cell, whose penetration of Gaza DEBKAfile first revealed last September, now numbers 10 operatives. Al Qaeda took advantage of Israel’s pull-back to establish itself in the Gaza Strip.

Zarqawi’s agents from Jordan and Egypt are positioning operational cells on the West Bank too, ready for strikes against both Israel and the Hamas-ruled Palestinian Authority.

Jordanian prime minister Maarouf Batiah and intelligence chiefs warned PA chairman Mahmoud Abbas of this threat in a four-hour conference they held in Amman on April 3. In consideration of the Palestinian leader’s passive tendencies, Jordan made sure the warning would appear publicly by releasing some details to the London Arab daily Al-Hayat.

DEBKAfile discloses some high points of the Amman conference:

1. The Iraqi al Qaeda chief has appointed an emir for the countries west of Iraq, the Palestinian areas, Israel, Jordan, Syria and Lebanon.

2. Zarqawi no longer relies on local Palestinian groups for strikes in Israel and Palestinian areas. He is deploying terrorist manpower from Iraq. Syria, and Jordan, who enter Gaza freely through the Rafah crossing, with Egyptian border officials turning a blind eye.

3. The al Qaeda chief has decided to hit Gaza ahead of Israel for two reasons: he wants to put his oar in the affairs of the Hamas-ruled Palestinian government. He also calculates a devastating attack in Gaza will strike fear in Israel.

4. Al Qaeda has launched a drive to recruit terrorists for operations against the Palestinians and Israel. Volunteers with family ties in the West Bank are sought because they can more easily access the territory for “family reunions.”

5. Al Qaeda now targets Hamas and Abu Mazen equally. Since taking office, Hamas is perceived as weak for shelving its war option against Israel in favor of an informal truce.

CAIRO - Jordanian security sources have confirmed statements from Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas in early March alleging the presence of Al Qaeda terror operatives in the Gaza Strip and West Bank.

London-based Arab daily Al Hayat on Tuesday quoted the sources as saying that the movement has commenced its activities in the Palestinian Territories.

Abbas had in an interview published by the same newspaper on March 2 said that Palestinian authorities had “signs” that Al Qaeda had established a foothold in the area, adding that the development could have dire consequences for the Middle East.

The latest report said a movement directly affiliated to Al Qaeda had been planning an operation aimed at a vital strategic target in Gaza City, but that the operation was foiled. The sources indicated that the movement’s membership exceeded ten individuals, but did not say whether any of them were arrested or not.

Al Qaeda militants are reportedly making use of the chaotic situation in the overpopulated Gaza Strip to build an organizational network in the area.

Conditions in the West Bank are however not as conducive due to its relative stability and due to Israel’s tight control over this territory.

Al Qaeda is said to have restructured its organization in Syria, Lebanon, Jordan and Palestine and reportedly also appointed a new leader in charge of the area who is of Syrian origin.

Analysts say this latest appointment seems to indicate that the movement has sought to limit the influence of Jordanian-born terrorists Abu Musab Al Zarqawi’s organizational network in Iraq.

We've always found it somewhat ironic the state of Israel has not been a focus point for al-Qaida terrorists. However, there are signs al-Qaida is setting its sights on Israel and the Palestinian territories.

A recent story by the Associated Press stated Israel and the Palestinian territories could become al-Qaida's next jihad battleground. The evidence is indicating a move in that direction.

For instance, Israel has indicted two West Bank militants for al-Qaida membership. Egypt has arrested al-Qaida operatives trying to cross into Israel and a Palestinian security official has acknowledged al-Qaida is "organizing cells and gathering supporters."

Israeli intelligence suggests Abu Musab al-Zarqawi, the leader of al-Qaida in Iraq, has established contacts with al-Qaida followers in the West Bank, the Gaza Strip and Lebanon. Al-Zarqawi's importance, even in Iraq, recently has come under doubt as to his influence in the insurgency. The U.S. has been blamed in some corners for making al-Zarqawi a more important figure than he really is.

But Israel apparently doesn't buy that bit of news and claims Al-Zarqawi already has established footholds in Syria, Lebanon, Egypt and Jordan and is interested in bringing his fight to Israel, too.

Al-Zarqawi already claims to be at work in the area. He claimed responsibility for the November 2005 bombings of three hotels that killed 60 people and he also claimed responsibility for a Dec. 27 barrage of rockets from Lebanon into northern Israel, provoking Israeli air strikes on a Palestinian base in central Lebanon.

Most of us have linked al-Qaida, rightly or wrongly, with such groups as Hamas in Palestine. It is no secret both share core beliefs such as the rejection of a Jewish state in the Middle East. However, Hamas, struggling to avert an international aid boycott in the wake of its Jan. 25 victory in parliamentary elections, is particularly sensitive about being associated with al-Qaida at this point in time.

All Israel really needs is another terrorist organization at their doorstep. It's becoming more and more difficult all the time to separate apples from oranges or terrorists from terrorists.

Maybe our focus should change. Maybe we should call a terrorist a terrorist no matter what affiliation a terrorist might claim. The sinister gangs that roam our city streets don't like each other, but they send the same dangerous message. Our city streets or our streets of the world are not safe with them around.

Slain Osama aide was Palestinian: Report

One of Osama bin Laden's closest aides, killed recently in a US military operation in Afghanistan, has been identified as a Palestinian, official sources said.

Palestinian Authority security sources identified the man as Husam Abu Baker, 32, the son-in-law of Al-Qaeda number two Ayman Zawahiri, raising concerns over possible Al-Qaeda infiltration in Palestinian territory, a media report said.

It is not clear how many more Palestinians are involved with the Al-Qaeda in Afghanistan, Pakistan and other countries, the sources told 'Jerusalem Post'.

It was also not clear what role Abu Baker played in Al-Qaeda, but PA security sources said he was among Laden's closest confidants.

"He was married to Zawahiri's daughter and this already places him among the top brass of Al-Qaeda," the daily quoted one source as saying.

"We were surprised to learn that a Palestinian was among the top leaders of Al-Qaeda," he added.

Abu Baker's family, which lives in the village of Ya'bad near Jenin, was notified about his death only this week.

His father, Abdel Latif, said he last saw his son about 10 years ago when the family was living in Saudi Arabia and he left the kingdom to join Al-Qaeda in Afghanistan.

Villagers told the daily that Baker was married to Zawahiri's daughter Fatmeh and had phoned his family last week to inform them of the birth of his fourth daughter.

Several Al-Qaeda operatives have crossed into the Gaza Strip from Egypt since Israel abandoned the Rafah border crossing, the daily said.

PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas had also recently said that there is evidence to show that the terror organisation already has a presence here.

Last week a leaflet signed by Al-Qaeda was distributed in some parts of the Gaza Strip.

The leaflet, the second this year, called upon Palestinians to step up their attacks on Israel.

DEBKAfile Exclusive: Abu Musab al Zarqawi’s Gaza cell is ordered to hit four Palestinian “apostates”

Friday night, April 28, the al Qaeda cell announced they are waiting for the final signal to execute the order they received in mid-week to “revive the traditional sacrifice of apostates” against four Palestinian targets.

They are identified as Fatah followers of Mahmoud Abbas: former interior minister and Gaza strongman Muhammad Dahlan, prominent West Bank figure Yasser Abd Rabbo, deputy chief of Gaza’s Preventive Security Service Samir Mashrawi, and Abu Ali Shihin, an old Yasser Arafat crony from Rafah.

The statement is signed “Al Tawhid al Jihad of the Levant and Egypt,” the group which took responsibility for the Sharm el-Sheikh bombing attacks on July 23, 2005, the Katyusha rocket attacks on US ships and the Israeli port of Eilat a month later, the bombing attacks on Amman hotels on Nov. 9, 2005 and the rocket strike against N. Israel from Lebanon on Jan. 5, 2006.

The same group has also claimed this week’s suicide attacks against the Sinai resort of Dahab in which at least 34 people lost their lives.

The personal videotape released by al Qaeda’s Iraq commander, Abu Musab al Zarqawi, on April 27, contained a specific threat to attack Israel. DEBKAfile reported then that the tape portended further terrorist action in view of the Iraq-based terrorist’s marked predilection for serial strikes.

(IsraelNN.com) Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas’ home in Ramallah has been cordoned off and other top PA leaders are also on alert in the wake of assassination threats made by a terror group affiliated with al-Qaeda.

The threats were issued in a leaflet distributed in Gaza over the weekend, prompting the PA to institute extra security measures to protect its leadership.

The group calls itself al-Tawhid and Jihad (Unification and Holy War) and is a newcomer on the terror scene.

It is believed that the group is headed by Abu Musab Zarqawi, the Jordanian chief al-Qaeda terrorist in Iraq.

His group, named by Egypt as Tawhid wal Jihad (One God and Jihad), had used explosives from landmines left in the Sinai desert for their bombs, the statement said.

Egypt has described the group as Sinai Bedouins with militant Islamic views, though the group itself has never issued a statement or claimed responsibility for attacks.

The police have killed a total of seven suspects since the Dahab bombings, the statement said.

The interior ministry blame the same group for bomb attacks on the Taba Hilton and two beach camps further south in October 2004 which killed 34. They said the leader of the group behind that attack was a Palestinian.

A Palestinian cabinet spokesman said the Palestinian government had been promised more information than released by the Egyptian government statement.

"We are still awaiting more details but we have previously condemned the bombings in Dahab and we have said we reject and denounce any action that harms Egyptian security," Ghazi Hamad told reporters in Gaza.

ويرتبط ظهور الحركات السلفية الجهادية ببروز الظاهرة الإسلامية عموما، التي نمت وازدهرت عقب انهيار الأيديولوجيا القومية واليسارية بعد هزيمة 1967، التي شكلت صدمة هائلة للمنظمات الثورية أفقدتها رصيدها الشعبي، وآذنت بظهور ما يعرف بـ"الصحوة الإسلامية"، التي ساهم في شيوعها وانتشارها عوامل داخلية وخارجية، ويعتبر الدكتور صالح سرية من أوائل الفلسطينيين الذين آمنوا بالنهج السلفي الجهادي بعد أن يئس من النهج الذي اعتمدته المنظمات الفلسطينية العلمانية، حيث ذهب إلى العراق والتقى مع الشيخ عبدالعزيز البدري وغيره من رموز الحركة الإسلامية في العراق من أجل تأسيس حركة جهادية إسلامية بهدف تحرير فلسطين، إلا أن هذه الحركة لم يكتب لها النجاح بسبب ملاحقة الإسلاميين في العراق من قبل الأجهزة الأمنية.

وتمكن الدكتور صالح سرية من الهروب إلى مصر حيث عمل منذ وصوله إلى القاهرة على تأسيس تنظيم إسلامي جهادي بهدف قلب نظام الحكم الذي اعتبره خطوة مهمة في طريق تحرير فلسطين، إلا أن هذا التنظيم الذي عرف باسم "الفنية العسكرية" تم القضاء عليه عام 1974 وأعدم مؤسسه صالح سرية، ويمكن القول إن أطروحات الدكتور صالح سرية، وعلى وجه الخصوص رسالة "الإيمان"، كانت الأساس الأيديولوجي العقائدي لمعظم الحركات السلفية الجهادية في العالم العربي بشكل عام ومصر بشكل خاص، فقد تأثرت به الحركتان الرئيسيتان في مصر وهما " الجهاد" و"الجماعة الإسلامية".

ومن الشخصيات الفلسطينية التي ساهمت في تأسيس فكر حركة "الجهاد" محمد سالم الرحال، الذي كان له دور مهم في تأسيس جماعات الجهاد في مصر، وقد ألقي عليه القبض قبل اغتيال الرئيس السادات عام 1981 وتم ترحيله إلى الأردن، وعمل الرحال على استئناف نشاطه في الأردن، وأسس تنظيما جهاديا مسلحا عرف باسم "تنظيم الجهاد الإسلامي"، لم يلبث أن تم اعتقاله وتفكيكه من قبل الأجهزة الأمنية الأردنية عام 1984، وفي هذه الفترة تم تأسيس جماعة الجهاد الإسلامي في فلسطين بحكم الاتصال مع الحركات الجهادية في مصر، وبتأثير من صالح سرية ومحمد سالم الرحال، ويعتبر الدكتور فتحي الشقاقي وعبد العزيز عودة من مؤسسي الجهاد في فلسطين، اللذان درسا في مصر، ومن المعروف أن شقاقي وعودة تأثرا بنموذج الثورة الإيرانية بقيادة الخميني عام 1979.

وفي نفس الفترة أعلن الشيخ أسعد بيوض التميمي تأسيس جماعة الجهاد –بيت المقدس-، وفي نفس الفترة بدأت مجموعات مختلفة في فلسطين بتأسيس جماعات تتبنى العقيدة الإسلامية والحل الجهادي من أجل تحرير فلسطين، ففي داخل الخط الأخضر أسس الشيخ عبدالله نمر درويش "أسر الجهاد"، وألقي القبض عليه، وفي سجنه تراجع عن أفكاره وأعلن عن انتهاج حل سلمي في التعامل مع اليهود، كما تم في هذه الفترة تأسيس جناح عسكري لجماعة الإخوان المسلمين في غزة باسم "المجاهدون"، ترأسه الشيخ صلاح الدين شحادة، الذي يعتبر نواة "كتائب عزالدين القسام" الجناح العسكري لحركة حماس، وقد ظهر في نفس الفترة أيضا تنظيما جهاديا عرف باسم "سرايا الجهاد"، انبثق عن حركة فتح، ومن أبرز رموزه محمد سلطان التميمي "حمدي" ومحمد إبحيص "أبو حسن قاسم"، الذين تم اغتيالهما من قبل الموساد الإسرائيلي في مدينة "ليماسول" في قبرص عام 1988، وقد نفذت هذه المجموعات عدد من العمليات داخل الأراضي الفلسطينية.

ومن الملاحظ أن هذه التنظيمات الجهادية الإسلامية الفلسطينية غلب عليها الطابع الوطني وليس العالمي، الأمر الذي سوف يتغير مع تأسيس القاعدة وعقب هجمات 11 أيلول، حيث بدأت نواة عولمة الجهاد تطال الداخل الفلسطيني.

ساهم دخول الاتحاد السوفيتي إلى أفغانستان عام 1979 في تنامي المشاعر والعواطف الجهادية في العالم العربي والإسلامي، وقد اعتبرت الأنظمة العربية والإسلامية الاحتلال الروسي لأفغانستان فرصة مناسبة للتخلص من فائض العنف الذي بدأ يهدد أنظمتها وشرعيتها، فعملت على تسهيل خروج الناشطين الإسلاميين والمتطوعين الجهاديين بالتعاون مع الولايات المتحدة التي رأت في الجهاد الأفغاني فرصة مناسبة للنيل من الاتحاد السوفيتي وإلحاق الهزيمة به.

وعلى الرغم من تقاطع المصالح بين المجاهدين والأنظمة العربية والولايات المتحدة، إلا أن أجندة الإسلاميين كانت مختلفة تماما، فقد رأت الحركات الجهادية أن أفغانستان توفر فرصة مناسبة للقيام بواجب الجهاد "الفريضة الغائبة"، ومرحلة مهمة للإعداد والتدريب من أجل القيام بالانقضاض على الأنظمة الحاكمة في العالم العربي، وكان الشيخ عبدالله عزام من أوائل الفلسطينيين الذين ذهبوا إلى أفغانستان وعمل على تأسيس "مكتب الخدمات" و"بيت الأنصار" ومهمته استقبال المتطوعين للجهاد في أفغانستان، وقام الشيخ عبدالله عزام بتقريب الفلسطينيين منه، وكان يسعى إلى إنشاء منظمة جهادية في فلسطين وحشد المجاهدين في العالم من أجل تحرير فلسطين، ولعل هذا السبب كان وراء اغتياله في بيشاور عام 1989، ويعتبر الشيخ عبدالله عزام الأب الروحي للمجاهدين الجدد في العالم العربي والإسلامي، ومن أكثر الشخصيات تأثيرا في زعيم تنظيم القاعدة "أسامة بن لادن"، الذي عمل على تقريب الفلسطينيين منه منذ فترة مبكرة مثل "أبو زبيدة الفلسطيني".

يحتل فلسطينيو الشتات مكانة مركزية في فكر الحركات السلفية الجهادية في العالم، ومن أبرز الشخصيات الجهادية الفلسطينية الشيخ عمر محمود أبو عمر" أبو قتادة الفلسطيني"، الذي يعتبر الأب الروحي للقاعدة في أوروبا وشمال أفريقيا، وإن كان ليس عضوا في القاعدة، إلا أنه كان له دور كبير في إصدار الفتاوى والدراسات والمجلات التي تؤسس للفكر السلفي الجهادي العالمي، وكان داعما للجماعة الإسلامية المسلحة في الجزائر وكذلك الجماعة الإسلامية المسلحة في ليبيا وغيرها من الحركات الجهادية في الشيشان وكشمير والمغرب، ومن الشخصيات الأساسية في وضع النظرية السلفية الجهادية الشيخ عصام البرقاوي "أبو محمد المقدسي"، المعتقل في الأردن الذي أسس موقعا الكترونيا باسم "التوحيد والجهاد"، وله عشرات الدراسات والكتب التي تعد مرجعا أساسيا للفكر السلفي الجهادي في العالم، وكان قد أسس مع أبو مصعب الزرقاوي تنظيم عرف باسم "بيعة الإمام" عام 1994، ولا يزال المقدسي يصدر فتاوى مختلفة في تأصيل الفكر السلفي الجهادي، واختلف مؤخرا مع الزرقاوي حول العمليات الاستشهادية واستهداف المدنيين.

ومن الشخصيات التي برزت عقب الاحتلال الأمريكي للعراق الشيخ عمر يوسف جمعة "أبو أنس الشامي"، وقد التحق بتنظيم "التوحيد والجهاد" في العراق، الذي أصبح يعرف بـ"تنظيم قاعدة الجهاد في بلاد الرافدين" بزعامة أبو مصعب الزرقاوي، وساهم أبو أنس الشامي في وضع هيكلية للتنظيم وتولى منصب مسئول اللجنة الشرعية، وتوفي أثر قصف أمريكي في الفلوجة عام 2004.

وقد شهدت الفترة الأخيرة عدة نشاطات لمنتمي تيار القاعدة في فلسطين، ففي تاريخ 23 تموز 2005، نفذت ثلاث عمليات متزامنة في مواقع سياحية في شرم الشيخ، جنوبي سيناء. وقد جرى تنفيذ العمليات بواسطة تفجير سيارتين مفخختين على مقربة من مواقع سياحية رئيسية، فنادق ومقاه. وأسفرت العمليات عن مقتل حوالي 88 شخصا وجرح أكثر من 200 شخص. وتبنت العملية جماعة تطلق على نفسها اسم "قاعدة الجهاد في الشام وأرض الكنانة- كتائب الشهيد عبدا لله عزام".

وفي 19 آب، 2005، أُطلقت من العقبة ثلاثة صواريخ كاتيوشا باتجاه مدينة ايلات وخليج العقبة، سقط أحد الصواريخ على مقربة من مطار جوي في ايلات، أما الصاروخان الآخران اللذان جرى إطلاقهما باتجاه سفينة أمريكية كانت في ميناء العقبة، فقد أخطآ الهدف، وأصاب أحد الصواريخ جنودا أردنيين، مما أسفر عن مقتل جندي وجرح الآخر، وتبنت العملية جماعة تطلق على نفسها اسم "قاعدة الجهاد في الشام وأرض الكنانة- كتائب الشهيد عبد الله عزام".

وفي 28 كانون الأول، أُطلِقَت من الأراضي اللبنانية حوالي 10 صواريخ عيار 107 ملم (صواريخ غراد) باتجاه البلدات شمالي إسرائيل، وتزامن تنفيذ إطلاق الصواريخ في آن واحد من موقعين؛ وأُطلق عدد من الصواريخ باتجاه كريات شمونه من القطاع الأوسط ، أما من القطاع الغربي، فقد أُطلق عدد من الصواريخ التي سقطت في منطقة بلدة شلومي، وعلى مقربة من بلدات أخرى على امتداد الحدود. وبعد الإطلاق بيوم واحد، أعلن تنظيم "قاعدة الجهاد في بلاد الرافدين" مسئوليته عن إطلاق الصواريخ العشرة باتجاه الأهداف في شمالي إسرائيل.

وبتاريخ 10 كانون الأول 2005، تم اعتقال عزام فوزي حسن أبو العدس وبلال مرتضى محمد صبحي حفناوي، أثناء عودتهما من الأردن على جسر اللنبي، وفي 20 شباط 2006، قدمت إلى المحكمة العسكرية في الضفة الغربية لوائح اتهام ضدها، وبينت لائحة الاتهام التي وجهتها المحكمة العسكرية الإسرائيلية أن المعتقلين تم عرضهما على نشطاء الجهاد العالمي (أحدهم يدعى "عبدا لله" وكنيته "أبو قدامة"، وناشط آخر كنيته "أبو طلحة") المعتقلين بالأردن منذ أواخر كانون الأول 2005، وكان من المفترض بحسب لائحة الاتهام، تنفيذ عملية في "التلة الفرنسية" في القدس بواسطة استشهادي وسيارة مفخخة بهدف التسبب بقتل أكبر عدد ممكن من الإسرائيليين، ومن المفترض أن تنفجر السيارة المفخخة بنفس المكان وبتوقيت يلي تفجير الاستشهادي نفسه في مطعم للبيتزا في منطقة "التلة الفرنسية" بالقدس بعد تجمع أكبر عدد ممكن من الإسرائيليين في مكان الانفجار، وذكرت لائحة الاتهام أن المتهمين بالتخطيط وتنفيذ العملية، تلقوا مبلغا ماليا مقداره 5000 دولار.

ومن الجدير بالذكر أن تقديم هذه الخلية للمحكمة العسكرية الإسرائيلية، تزامن مع إعلان الرئيس الفلسطيني عن إحباط أكثر من 18 عملية عسكرية ضد الإسرائيليين، حيث إن معظم القائمين عليها ومنفذيها، متأثرون أو ممن ينتمون بعلاقات مفترضة مع تنظيم القاعدة "العالمي"، وبالتزامن مع إعلان إسرائيل القبض على خلية للقاعدة.

ومن المرجح أن التحولات السياسية التي تشهدها حركة المقاومة الإسلامية "حماس" في فلسطين، سوف تساهم في ظهور وانتشار التيار السلفي الجهادي، الذي لا يقبل بديلا عن خيار الجهاد والمقاومة، ويرفض الدخول في أي نوع من المفاوضات، التي تفرضها سلطة محتلة تملك أدوات القوة وتوجيه ضربات أمنية وعسكرية مستمرة بهدف إضعاف البنية التحية لأي مشروع نهضوي لهذه الأمة، فالتجارب في الصراع مع العدو الإسرائيلي -بحسب هذه الجماعات- أثبتت أن المفاوضات والمعاهدات والمواثيق كلها لا تجدي نفعا، لأن اليهود كما وصفهم القرآن الكريم: "كلما عاهدوا عهدا نبذه فريق منهم"، وأنهم "قوم لا يفقهون"، وأنهم "لا يعقلون"، ولعل اصطفاف المجتمع الدولي وعلى وجه الخصوص الولايات المتحدة وأوروبا خلف المواقف الإسرائيلية بقطع العلاقات وعدم التعاون مع حكومة "حماس"، باعتبارها حركة إرهابية، سوف يساهم في تصاعد نفوذ تنظيم القاعدة في فلسطين والجماعات السلفية الجهادية.

إذ من المعلوم أن رفض التعاون مع منظمة التحرير الفلسطينية، باعتبارها منظمة إرهابية، أفسح المجال لسيطرة الحركات الجهادية الوطنية ممثلة بحركة حماس والجهاد الإسلامي، ولعل نفس السيناريو الذي حدث مع المنظمة، سوف يتكرر مع حركة حماس في حالة عدم وجود أي دعم دولي أو عربي أو إسلامي، بالإضافة إلى عمليات العزل والتصفية التي تنتهجها إسرائيل في التعامل مع حكومة حماس المنتخبة ديمقراطيا من الشعب الفلسطيني، وسوف تشهد السنوات القادمة صعودا متناميا لأيديولوجية القاعدة والتنظيمات السلفية الجهادية في فلسطين، وقد بدأت إرهاصات صعود القاعدة في فلسطين تلوح بالأفق وسط انسداد الأفق السياسي في التعامل مع القضية الفلسطينية.

Al-Qaeda says it killed senior security official in Gaza

Gaza - An statement distributed in the Gaza Strip Monday claimed that al-Qaeda was behind the assassination of a senior Palestinian intelligence official and four of his associates on Friday.

'Your brothers in the al-Qaeda organization, Palestine district, could reach one of the most dangerous persons who dedicated himself to serving his Americans and Zionist masters to target the holy fighters in home and abroad,' said the statement, which was sent to journalists by e-mail and whose authenticity could not be immediately verified.

Unknown militants ambushed Brigadier Jad Tayeh, the director of foreign relations in the Palestinian intelligence, and four other officers, in western Gaza City Friday, killing them a several dozen metres from the home of Prime Minister Ismail Haniya.

Monday's statement claimed Tayeh 'was a member of an international network of spies, though his work in the foreign relations department on the Palestinian intelligence service.'

Tayeh, who was based in Lebanon and seldom visited the Palestinian territories, also 'contributed in delivering dangerous information from Lebanon during the recent Lebanese war,' the statement said.
The statement also vowed to target 'all similar followers of Islam unbelievers.'

A 5:25 minute video featuring a speech from a masked Mujahid identifying himself as “Abu Hafs” from al-Qaeda in Palestine, and a file containing images were distributed today, Tuesday, October 3, 2006, to a password-protected al-Qaeda-affiliated forum. The material was posted via the Global Islamic Media Front, a jihadist and al-Qaeda mouthpiece. Included within the file are photographs of individuals, including a Brigadier General from the Palestinian intelligence, Jad Teyah, in addition to Teyah’s spreadsheets of financial transactions and bank statements that evidence his investments abroad. Taken as a whole, the posting is to convey to the Palestinian people that their leaders are corrupt and are driven by selfish desires, rather than the interests of their constituents.

After the Palestinian branch of al-Qaeda took responsibility for killing a senior Palestinian intelligence officer and four of his escorts three weeks ago, the group again took responsibility for violence in the Gaza Strip. Early Sunday morning, Gunmen shot and set fire to an internet coffee shop in Jabaliya in the northern Gaza Strip, causing massive damage.

Sunday afternoon an announcement was made claiming that the organization Islamic Swords of Justice, identified as an affiliate of al-Qaeda are responsible for the incident.

In the organization's announcement, it was stated that burning the coffee shop is "part of a series of actions aimed at fighting corruption and the corrupt. During the holy month of Ramadan, our fighters have started operating on the holy land and in the early morning placed a bomb weighing ten kilograms (22 pounds) next to the coffee shop, ridden with corruption and characteristic of the unethical activities that have increased in recent days. Jihad fighters detonated the bomb as a message to all the corrupt people."

According to the gunmen, the owner of the establishment was pre-warned that his business serves as a center for unethical activity and that he should straighten out the situation before it is too late. The organization warned that they would not spare anyone they deemed unethical and that their "swords will have no mercy on them."

Last week, a video was published by Palestinian al-Qaeda in which the organization took responsibility for the murder of Colonel Jed Tayya, a senior Palestinian intelligence officer. Tayya, assassinated along with four officers escorting him, was accused in the al-Qaeda video of being an agent of the Mossad and the CIA, who gathered intelligence and tracked down jihad fighters on the land of Palestine.

The organization promised to continue to target collaborators in the Palestinian Authority elite.

In addition to the two announcements, leaflets have been published recently by al-Qaeda and organizations affiliated with al-Qaeda, such was the Islamic Mujjahadin Army that has taken responsibility for firing at Israeli and Palestinian targets and the Army of Islam Organization that purported participated in the kidnapping of Gilad Shalit.

Al-Qaeda threat to local arena

Among the Palestinian elite, there is increasing concern that al-Qaeda is becoming a major actor in the Gaza Strip within the conflict between Hamas and Fatah. Even Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas warned a few months ago that he has information indicating that the organization is active within PA territory.

Another sign of al-Qaeda's rise in strength and popularity is that pictures of the organization's former leader in Iraq Abu Musab al-Zarqawi are plastered on walls throughout the Gaza Strip. After his assassination by the Americans a few months ago, symbolic vigils in his honor have even been erected, and the kind of hat he used to wear has become a real hit among Gazan and West Bank youth.

A Palestinian security figure said to Ynet that the PA is concerned that if the conflict between Fatah and Hamas isn't solved, the Palestinian leadership and the international community will have to deal with an increased presence of al-Qaeda and its affiliated organizations in the region.

"If there isn't a diplomatic breakthrough, it is not for sure that Fatah will be the first alternative to the Hamas regime. We see a lot of young people, even those who were in Hamas, getting closer to more extremist organizations and becoming potential candidates for al-Qaeda and its various branches," the security figure said.

DEBKAfile Reports: Fatah’s Mohammed Dahlan enlists Al Qaeda-linked Army of Islam for Mahmoud Abbas’ war against Hamas

The clash that erupted in the Sabra district of Gaza Saturday, Jan. 6, had all the hallmarks of clan combat between the pro-Hamas Deri and the pro-Fatah Durmush families Three Deiri gunmen were killed, two of them members of the Hamas special force.

DEBKAfile’s counter-terror sources singles out this encounter as marking the further slide of the Hamas-Fatah showdown into dangerous waters. The Durmush clan commands the Army of Islam, the operational arm of al Qaeda in the Gaza Strip. It has now emerged that Abu Mazen’s lieutenant, Mohammed Dahlan, has hired the al Qaeda group to reinforce the Fatah war against Hamas.

On Dec.28, Hamas special forces’ gunmen sprayed a group of Palestinians in the center of Gaza with gunfire. The brothers Mohammed and Ashraf Durmush, who had been in talks to join the Fatah campaign, were killed. Aware of their error, Hamas leaders sought to arrange a sulha , promising the culprits would be detained and punished. They reneged on their promise. The Durmush clansmen – aka the Army of Islami - thereupon stepped up their attacks on Hamas targets, including the home of foreign minister Mahmoud A-Zahar.

Towards the end of last week, Dahlan, whom the Americans and Israelis treat as a Palestinian “moderate,” worthy of reward for taking on “extremists”, paid over a hefty sum to buy the services of the Durmush. Their minds worked the same way: since Durmush had a score to settle with Hamas anyway, why not take advantage of the money and arms made available by the Fatah’s backbone in the Gaza Strip, the preventive security service? This contract added up to an admission by Mahmoud Abbas’ Fatah that it is unable to overcome Hamas in the Gaza Strip with the help of a radical group and has therefore turned to Islamic mercenaries to do their dirty work.

The Dahlan-Army of Islam deal was cut in the same week that the Bush administration decided to ask Congress for another $86m to support the “security forces loyal to Mahmoud Abbas,” ahead of Condoleezza Rice’s Middle East tour. The US, Israel and Egypt have all contributed thousands of guns to those same “security forces.”

In this regard, certain facts are worthy of note:

1. The Durmush clan is another name for the al Qaeda cells, which call themselves variously The Army of Islam, Al Qaeda-Palestine, The Holy Jihad Brigade, and Fatah-Brigades of the Islamic Sword.

2. This organization is holding two hostages: the Israeli soldier Gilead Shalit who was kidnapped in a joint raid with Hamas on the Israeli side of the Gaza border six months ago, and the Agence France Presse photographer Jaime Razuri, who was snatched last week. The Durmushes also abducted two Fox TV News journalists Steve Centanni and Olaf Wiig on Aug. 16, 2006.

3. DEBKAfile’s military sources affirm that any military or financial assistances the Americans, Israelis and Egyptians render for propping up Abbas will be go directly to the Palestinian cells of al Qaeda in the Gaza Strip.

Palestinian gunmen attack empty tourist resort in Gaza, claim to be al-Qaeda

JERUSALEM – Dozens of masked gunmen claiming to be members of al-Qaeda stormed an empty Gaza Strip beach resort Tuesday and blew up a reception hall, saying they were sending a message to an ally of Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas, witnesses said.

The attack, the latest in a wave of politically motivated violence among Palestinian factions, came as Abbas' Fatah party was set to resume negotiations with the rival Hamas movement on forming a coalition government.

The sides have been at odds since Hamas defeated Fatah in parliamentary elections a year ago. Abbas has urged Hamas, which drew punishing economic sanctions from the West for its refusal to recognize Israel's right to exist, to form a coalition in an effort to end the international boycott.

Officials said there were no injuries in the beach attack in Gaza City, and they were investigating the claim of al-Qaeda involvement. Security officials have discounted such claims in the past.

The resort's manager, Yousef Sari, said about 40 masked gunmen raided the building with a warning for Gaza strongman Mohammed Dahlan, an Abbas confidant.

“Tell Dahlan al-Qaeda has arrived in Gaza and his property and assets are targets,” Sari quoted the attackers as saying.

Dahlan is widely rumored to own the resort, which was popular with Israeli tourists in the 1990s but has closed after years of fighting. He denies any business connection.

Israeli officials have long warned that al-Qaeda was trying to infiltrate Gaza following the withdrawal of Israeli forces from the coastal strip in 2005.

Abbas also has claimed the group has established a foothold in Gaza, and al-Qaeda has issued statements claiming responsibility for several attacks on Palestinian officials.

However, Palestinian security officials say there is no evidence the group is operating in Gaza. They say the claims of al-Qaeda links are usually made by local militants or crime gangs trying to deflect attention from their own activities.

Hamas, which controls most government functions, denies any connection to al-Qaeda. It says its violent tactics, which have included dozens of suicide bombings, are aimed strictly at Israel, not the Western world at large.

Dahlan is a leading critic of Hamas, and cracked down harshly on the group when he was Gaza security chief several years ago.

The Islamic group had no comment on the attack, but the violence raised tensions hours before Fatah and Hamas were to start a new round of coalition talks.

The talks have foundered over Hamas' refusal to recognize Israel's right to exist. Abbas, who wants to restart peace talks, wants Hamas to recognize former peace agreements, which would implicitly recognize the Jewish state. Hamas, which is committed to Israel's destruction, has refused to soften its line.

Previous rounds of negotiations have flared into violence, killing 35 people since early December, and Gaza experienced an upsurge in violence ahead of Tuesday's talks.

Late Monday, an explosion damaged the offices of the Arabic satellite channel al-Arabiya, whose coverage has drawn criticism from the Hamas-led government. No one was hurt. Fatah officials accused Hamas of involvement.

On Tuesday, journalists in Gaza imposed a daylong news blackout to protest the attack, and said they would boycott coverage of the unity talks.

The sides remain at odds over the platform as well as control of the Interior Ministry, which oversees the powerful security forces. Abbas has threatened to order new elections if a deal is not reached soon. Hamas says it would boycott a new vote.

Al Qaeda-Gaza declares war on both Hamas and Fatah

As Palestinian and Israeli leaders, Mahmoud Abbas and Ehud Olmert finished discussing the Gaza Strip’s fate Sunday, March 11, three events showed how little they and Hamas are in control.

Al Qaeda’s No. 2, Ayman Zawahri issued a declaration of war on the Palestinian Authority and Hamas in a videotape aired by the Arabic TV Al Jazeera.

An hour later, the Islamic Brotherhood of Justice (another name for al Qaeda’s operational branch in the Gaza Strip) announced the launching of its Operation White Land, targeting the political and military leaders of Fatah and Hamas. [...]

“The leadership of Hamas government has committed an aggression against the rights of the Islamic nation by respecting international agreements,” thundered Ayman Zawahri Sunday. “I am sorry to have to offer the Islamic nation my condolences for the Hamas leadership as it has fallen into the quagmire of surrender.”

The Gaza al Qaeda cell then defined the four missions of Operation White Land:

1. Targeting the most senior figures of the Palestinian Authority and Hamas leaders.

2. Focusing on group abductions rather than individuals, especially symbols of political corruption.

3. Beheading is ordained for members of these groups. Their executions and confessions will be videotaped and aired as they are in Iraq.

4. Blowing up Internet cafes and businesses selling alcohol; putting prostitutes to death to cleanse the streets of Gaza of prostitution.

Announcing these missions have won the sanction of Palestinian religious scholars, the communiqué ends with the words: “Operation White Land has begun.”

As for the revolt in Hamas, its Executive Force chief Jemal Jarah and his deputy, Yusouf a-Zahar (brother of Hamas foreign minister Mahmoud a-Zahar), accuse prime minister Ismail Haniyeh of being too soft with Abbas and Fatah and failing to follow through to victory on the battles they fought for weeks against Fatah. Determined to finish the job, Hamas rebels were back on the streets of Gaza this week, shooting and abducting their rivals, the Mecca Reconciliation Accords already a dead letter.

A group of Palestinians have sworn allegiance to Osama Bin Laden and al-Qaeda, according to statement posted on a major internet jihad forum last month.

The message appeared on the al-Firdaws forum – a meeting point of jihadis from around the world – and declared: "We believe that God

will walk on the path of Sheikh Osama, may God preserve him, and the path of the martyr Abu Musab al-Zarqawi…. We in the jihad in the land of Rabat (Islamic term for Israel – Y.L.) do not belong to any faction, and we declare loyalty to Sheikh Osama, may God preserve him. We pledge to go down the path of the martyrs and fighters in Mesopotamia (Iraq), Chechnya, Afghanistan, and all parts of the world."

Earlier this week, al-Qaeda number two leader, Ayman al-Zawahiri, accused Hamas of falling into "the swamp of surrender," following the formation of the Hamas- Fatah unity government.

'Abbas is a client of the Americans'

Zawahiri's message was echoed in the internet statement. "We, a group of Muslim youth, created this group, praise God… we do not see any of the organizations that exist in Palestine as being affiliated to Islam. They are only affiliated to special interests," the message added.

The user who posted the message, calling himself Abu Ahmad, accused Hamas of allying itself to a "secular Fatah."

"Abbas is a client of the Americans, and (PA security chief Muhammad) Dahlan is a client of the Zionists," he wrote.

The group's statement asked Muslims around the world for support, and expressed a desire to "become holy fighters for the sake of God and Islam."

The statement received a plethora of support by online jihad members. "God bless you brother, and may he protect you on the road ahead of you," wrote one user. "Hamas has lost the privileges of God and the true path," he added.

Another Palestinian posting on the forum, who appears to be a supporter of Hamas, was critical of the announcement. "My brother should not flaunt his group at the expense of another group," he wrote. "We have our ideas and strategies, and you have forgotten that the truce (with Israel) has given us time... You have to prepare to move beyond faith, and prepare militarily," he added.

In a leaflet circulated in Gaza, Sunday, April 15, Al Tawhid Al Jihad Brigade, a front for al Qaeda Palestine, claimed Sunday to have executed the British reporter “because the world is ignoring the fate of the Palestinian prisoners and needed a bloody message.” No other source confirms the claim. The text added: “We were forced to kill the journalist and will later release a video showing his execution.”

The group puts the blame on the Palestinian presidency, Palestinian government and British government.” The group will not rest until Palestinian prisoners are released, the leaflet stresses. In the month since Johnston was seized by gunmen in Gaza City, there has been no information at all about his fate.

If the group’s claim is borne out, it will be the first time Al Qaeda- Palestine has put a hostage to death.

Early Sunday, Al Qaeda-Palestine engineered three explosions in Gaza, damaging two Internet cafes and a Christian bookshop. No casualties reported.

A large band of masked men broke into the American International School in the northern Gaza town of Beit Lahiya at dawn Saturday, April 21. After overpowering and tying up the Palestinian guards, they detonated three powerful bombs in two empty buildings, first pouring gasoline around them.

This was the Islamist group’s first major attack on a US target since kidnapping two Fox News journalists last August and forcing them to publicly convert to Islam for their freedom. Earlier this week, al Qaeda-Palestine blew up a Christian Library and two Internet cafes in Gaza. Together with Hamas and the Popular Resistance Committees, al Qaeda-Palestinian holds the BBC correspondent Alan Johnston hostage, along with the Israeli soldier Gilead Shalit.

The American International School was founded in 1995. The foreign staff left in March 2006, after the Dutch principal and an Australian teacher were briefly kidnapped. Its student body numbers 240 although the school can accommodate 600.

DEBKAfile’s intelligence sources add: Washington, London and Israel consistently close their eyes to al Qaeda’s operations in the Gaza Strip - even as it gains ground. They never name Al Qaeda as co-abductors of Johnston; neither do they admit he was seized as a ploy to delay the Israeli soldier’s release and raise the price demanded of Israel, without promising anything in return. Our intelligence sources maintain that this policy plays into the hands of the kidnappers and puts their hostages’ lives at risk rather than expediting their return.

Al Qaeda’s spreading activity in the Gaza Strip is symptomatic of the territory’s continuing slide out of control of the five players involved there - the US, Britain, Egypt, the Palestinian Authority and Israel – thanks to their fruitless efforts to fabricate an artificial political structure that fails to address the real forces in play there.

Washington, London, Riyadh and Cairo have joined in talks, partly covert, with prime minister Ismail Haniyeh’s Hamas faction in a bid to build a moderate element capable of converting the dominant Hamas from a terrorist organization into a political party. Haniyeh cannot deliver the goods; he has no say in Hamas’ powerful military arm, which is dominated by Iranian agents and ever tugged

towards militant extremism.

The moderate Mahmoud Abbas and his “national security adviser” Mohammad Dahlan, upon whom the US and UK are building their Palestinian strategy, are both slipping fast - not only in the Gaza Strip at large, but among their own Fatah following. Palestinian General Ahmed Hilas, known as “Abu Maher,” has declared a mutiny against their authority and is followed by more than half of the Fatah and Al Aqsa Brigades.

The Israeli government has systematically ignored Palestinian reality in the Gaza Strip since the 2005 unilateral evacuation led by the Sharon government and followed by its successor under Ehud Olmert. Both are responsible for Israel being the only country in the world to open the door to al Qaeda’s presence on its southern border with open eyes.

Al Qaeda-Palestine is building up its Gaza infrastructure with reinforcements pouring into Gaza as freely and unhindered as the stream of incoming Hamas and Jihad Islami weapons, missiles, arms and explosives. Continual Israeli intelligence warnings to the government go unheeded. Just as Hamas and Jihad Islami are allowed to complete their war preparations against Israel undisturbed under guiding hands from Tehran, so too is al Qaeda building up its strength and recruiting men for expanding terrorist activity.

DEBKAfile’s counter-terror experts define the deteriorating security situation in Gaza as a microcosm of al Qaeda’s early operation in Iraq in the second half of 2003. They say it is still not too late to stamp out by firm military action. But if Israel fails to put a stop to the unfolding menace in the first part of 2007, al Qaeda will use the time to spread its wings out of Gaza and into Israel by the end of the year.

The bomber on the list of demands for the release of the BBC reporter kidnapped 53 days ago is Sajida Mubarak al-Rishawi, the female would-be suicide bomber held in Jordan after her explosive vest failed to detonate in al Qaeda’s attacks on Amman hotels Nov. 9, 2005. Sixty people were killed, 115 injured in that coordinated round of bombings.

Most of the Muslim terrorists demanded of Britain are of Pakistani origin.

It is the first time that a Palestinian group has held out for the release of terrorists jailed in countries other than Israel.

DEBKAfile’s military sources report that conditions in Gaza have become so hazardous that Egyptian intelligence minister Gen. Omar Suleiman has quietly asked the Israeli prime minister and defense minister for permission to deploy two Egyptian military companies in Gaza City to protect the Egyptian embassy and military mission. This is an extreme measure. Granting the request would bring Egyptian troops back to the Gaza Strip for the first time since 1967. For the moment, Israel’s leaders have been too busy fending off war criticism to deal with it.

The generals of the Egyptian military mission handle the negotiations between Israel and the Palestinian Hamas and Fatah factions, including the elements holding the Israeli soldier Gilead Shalit who was kidnapped eleven months ago. The Egyptian officers spend their nights in Israeli hotels in Ashkelon or Tel Aviv as it is too risky to sleep in Gaza. Suleiman wants to make sure they are not ambushed and kidnapped on the road.

That the al Qaeda-Hamas kidnappers are not afraid to come out in the open and identify themselves as the abductors of Johnston and Shalit further bespeaks the breakdown of authority in the Gaza Strip. DEBKAfile’s military sources note that no one seems capable of arresting the plunge, neither the Palestinian government, the Israelis, the Egyptians, the Americans, the British or the Europeans, even though the last four maintain a presence in the chaotic Palestinian territory.

Gaza City - A senior Hamas leader warned Saturday about the potential growth of the al-Qaeda organization in the Palestinian Territories if the Islamist Hamas movement is left out of the local decision-making process.

'Al-Qaeda is coming to Palestine, if the Fatah movement, President Mahmoud Abbas, Arab countries, Israel and the United States keep isolating the Hamas movement,' said Younis al-Astal, a member of the Palestinian Legislative Council.

He also said that Hamas will run in all upcoming elections to defeat the 'deteriorated' Fatah movement of the moderate Abbas.

'We are optimistic because Fatah has grown old and was formed more than 40 years ago. History sweeps away the corrupt every 40 years,' al-Astal told Deutsche Presse-Agentur dpa at his office in Gaza City.

Asked about the reasons that pushed Hamas to join the Palestinian Authority, al-Astal said the movement sought to 'save the Palestinian cause ... due to the continuing concessions that Abbas and Fatah give to the (Israeli) occupation.

'Fatah, through its agreements from Oslo, Geneva and the Road Map, aim to turn the Palestinian people into guards protecting the security of the occupation,' he said.

Hamas won parliamentary elections in 2006 after competing with the long-dominant Fatah. The two movements fought each other for more than a year until they agreed to a power-sharing deal and formed a unity government.

Hamas has been under an international boycott for refusing to recognize Israel and renounce violence.

Recently, Abu Yahya al-Libi, an al-Qaeda leader, issued a video condemning Hamas for being too moderate and compromising Palestinian rights for the sake of political gains.

Abu Qatada: Being held in UK as a threat to national security

Al-Qaeda group says it snatched BBC man and demands trade for cleric

A LITTLE-KNOWN group of Islamists linking itself to al-Qaeda has claimed responsibility in an audio recording for abducting the BBC's Gaza correspondent, Alan Johnston.

As evidence that it is holding the journalist, the group posted a photo of his BBC identification card on the internet.

The posting appeared to be the first tangible evidence that Johnston, who disappeared on 12 March while driving his car in the Gaza Strip, had been kidnapped.

Johnston has been held captive longer than any of the previous foreign journalists who have been seized, and subsequently released, by gunmen in Gaza.

"We demand that Britain free our prisoners, particularly the honourable Sheikh Abu Qatada al-Filistini," said a speaker on the audio recording, posted on the internet by a group calling itself Jaish al-Islam, or the Army of Islam.

The tape's authenticity could not immediately be verified.

The BBC had no comment on the group's demands, but described the claim of responsibility as encouraging.

Mark Byford, the BBC's deputy director-general, said in a statement: "We welcome any sign that Alan may be alive and well. We profoundly hope today's news may be a sign that Alan will soon be safely released."

Abu Qatada, a radical Islamic cleric suspected of close links to al-Qaeda, has been described by the British government as a "significant international terrorist".

He is one of more than a dozen Arab men Britain has been holding under detention or house arrest as threats to national security, while acknowledging that it does not have sufficient evidence to put them on trial.

The recording was posted on an Islamist website often used by al-Qaeda and other militant groups, and was accompanied by what appeared to be a picture of Johnston's BBC staff card.

The recording did not include any information about Mr Johnston's condition.

"We have not forgotten our prisoners in other infidel countries, to whom we say, 'Free our prisoners or we will retaliate in the same manner without discriminating'," said the speaker in the recording.

The Army of Islam was one of three Palestinian groups, including Hamas's armed wing, that were involved in last June's seizure of an Israeli soldier in a cross-border raid from Gaza.

Mohammed al-Madhoun, a political adviser to the Palestinian prime minister, Ismail Haniyeh of Hamas, said the demands made in the audio recording were the same that the group presented privately to the Palestinian government.

"These demands are beyond the boundaries of the Palestinian area and I do not think they are doable," Mr Madhoun said.

He added that the British government had been made aware of the captors' demands but said he did not expect Britain to meet them.

"Once again we are demanding that Johnston's captors release him immediately because every day that passes with him in captivity brings more harm to the Palestinian cause and to the image of our people," Mr Madhoun said.

In London, a Foreign Office spokeswoman said: "We are looking into this as a matter of urgency.

"In particular, we are continuing to work extremely closely with the Palestine Authority in order to establish the facts and to try and secure Alan's safe release."

Mr Haniyeh said last week that his aides were seeking a possible meeting with people close to those involved in the suspected kidnapping.

Johnston, 44, is the only western correspondent based full-time in Gaza, where a year-old economic embargo and fighting among militants have worsened living conditions for the 1.4 million people crammed into the territory.

I have been following this.I don't think it looks good for this guy.Not the usual suspects and the demands are calling for the release of Muslim prisoners held in the UK.

I think if Alan Johnston was still alive he would have been shown in that video.I reckon the video is from somebody who is not holding Johnston, but who is trying to capitalize on the kidnapping nonetheless. That could be somebody in the UK, not because Johnston is British, but because the promise of a video went to al-Quds al-Arabi, which is in England.

The order appeared in an official al Qaeda Web site early Tuesday, June 19. It explains why Army of Islam leader Mumtaz Durmush is holding onto the British captive at the risk of a clash with the 500 Hamas Executive Force surrounding his compound in Gaza City. Although Britain maintains no official ties with Hamas, the MI5 domestic intelligence chief asked the Palestinian Islamists to refrain from releasing Johnston by force for fear of his life.

In its statement, al Qaeda asks: Why is Hamas suddenly working for Johnston’s release when in Iraq and other places he would be executed? And how dare Hamas monopolize the Israeli Gilead Shalit and negotiate a deal with Israel?

DEBKAfile’s counter-terror sources report that the communiqué accuses Hamas of cutting its partners in the kidnap, a reference to Durmush and his Army of Islam, out of the picture.

Al Qaeda’s statement and its order to the group’s Palestinian minion makes the situation of the British and Israeli captives worse than before and brings it out in the open. Both governments have refused to admit that the group which seized Johnston 100 days ago in Gaza and has been one of Shalit’s captors for a year now is a branch of al Qaeda. Now that Osama bin Laden’s organization has published its involvement first time and given Durmush space for a long interview, denial is no longer be an option.

AIN AL-HILWEH: Palestinian factions in Lebanon's volatile Ain al-Hilweh refugee camp are determined to prevent Al-Qaeda Islamist militants from infiltrating their ranks. Fears of an Islamist takeover of the impoverished shantytown south of Beirut were heightened by 15 weeks of bloody clashes earlier this year between the army and militants in another camp in the north.

More than 400 people - about 300 militants and 168 soldiers - were killed before the army crushed the Al-Qaeda-inspired Fatah al-Islam group in the Nahr al-Bared camp near Tripoli.

Ain al-Hilweh does not want to see the same happen there.

"All Palestinian factions in Ain al-Hilweh, even Islamists, want to fight outsiders who try to infiltrate the camp," said Maher Oueid, the commander of the Islamist group Ansar Allah (Partisans of God).

"We will never allow any foreign organization to settle among the Palestinians in Lebanon," he told AFP.

Hard-line Islamist militants linked to Al-Qaeda have inched their way into refugee camps in recent years, mostly in Ain al-Hilweh, the country's largest with 45,000 inhabitants.

On the outskirts of the southern port city of Sidon, the Islamists have set up their own mosque, Al-Nur, in the midst of a labyrinth of narrow alleyways.

In June members of the extremist Jund al-Sham group clashed with the army in fighting that left two soldiers and two militants dead.

During the Nahr al-Bared fighting, Jund al-Sham merged with another extremist group, Osbat al-Ansar, and has since kept a low profile.

But Oueid believes that Al-Qaeda is present in Lebanon.

"This was the case in Nahr al-Bared and in other areas of the southern region," he said. "Militants certainly collaborate with Al-Qaeda on an individual basis."

In recent weeks, the Lebanese authorities have blamed Palestinians from Ain al-Hilweh for attacking UN troops along the Lebanon-Israel border.

"We will not tolerate the camp becoming a haven for criminals," said Munir Maqdah of the Fatah faction of Palestinian President Mahmud Abbas. "All the [Palestinian] factions have agreed to hand over immediately any such element to the Lebanese authorities."

Suhail Natur of the Democratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine (DFLP) said the situation is tense, particularly because of the Beirut political crisis amid Parliament's failure to meet to elect a new president.

Natur warned against Palestinians being dragged into Lebanon's internal problems, saying this could "trigger the wrath of others."

"Someone could always try to enroll thousands of unemployed Palestinian refugees by offering them money," he said.

According to recent unverified Western press reports, the Hizbullah movement has been recruiting fighters from moderate Palestinian Sunni groups, namely in Ain al-Hilweh, to counter Al-Qaeda.

Taliban style mini-vans adopted by Palestinian Fatah al-Islam in Gaza

Just in time for President George W. Bush’s first – and last - Middle East tour, al Qaeda’s new operational arm, Fatah al-Islam, completed its redeployment from Lebanon on two warfronts: Iraq and the Gaza Strip. Al Qaeda has managed to pull together two fronts for twin campaigns orchestrated by a single commander, Fatah al-slam’s Palestinian chief Shaker al-Abessi, from his new base in Iraq.

This feat, disclosed by DEBKAfile’s intelligence sources, eluded his predecessor, Abu Musab al-Zarqawi, who tried and failed to develop a joint Iraq-Palestinian command in 2005 and 2006 before he was killed.

Fatah al-Islam under Abessi’s command pinned the Lebanese army down at the northern Nahar al-Badr camp for four months in the summer of 2007 before being driven out. Within three months, they had relocated on the two new fronts.

With his top command, Abessi was able to access Iraq from Syria in the last month by transiting a purportedly sealed border. According to our sources, the Palestinian-led terrorist force has reached North Iraq and is taking reinforcements from Lebanon and Syria preparatory to joining the main al Qaeda body fighting US and Iraqi forces in other parts of the country.

In recent weeks, al Qaeda and its allies have shown signs of recovering from their trouncing by US and Iraq forces in most parts of Iraq; suicide attacks are climbing again. Just Sunday, Jan. 6, two struck in separate parts of Baghdad, killing 13 people, six of them Iraqi police.

US military commanders have taken to tingeing their’ accounts of major military successes with a dash of caution.

On Jan. 3, Maj. Gen. Rick Lynch, the commander of U.S. forces south of Baghdad, said: Security gains that have led to a significant fall in violence over the last six months are tenuous and could be lost if Iraqis become disillusioned or extremists mount a major attack. "I'm very optimistic, but at the same time I'm very realistic. We have a tenuous security situation right now."

As the Fatah al-Islam elite headed for Iraq toward the end of 2007, at least 120 rank and file were smuggled into Gaza through Sinai and by sea. They are very visible as they roar through Gaza’s streets in new mini-vans, brandishing the heavy machine guns and anti-tank weapons they brought with them. On display are their “Musab Zarqawi” missiles (a replica of the primitive Qassam short-range surface missile wielded by Hamas and Jihad Islami).

A high-placed Israeli military source said: “One would imagine the Taliban in Palestinian form had landed on our southwestern doorstep - the same sort of weapons, methods of operation and hot-eyed fervor.”

Our counter-terror sources report that Friday, Jan. 5, a video-tape was released in which Abessi urged his men in Gaza to fight the Israeli military to the finish and wipe out the “Zionist entity” - in the same way he claimed that the Lebanese army and the US military had been beaten at Nahr al-Badr. The Fatah al Islam chief quoted Osama bin Laden’s vow in a Dec. 30 audio-tape to “liberate the whole of Palestinian” and threat of ““blood for blood, destruction for destruction.”

The Abessi tape was recorded in Iraq and distributed in the Gaza Strip. His peroration is backed by shots of Fatah al Islam operatives firing missiles into Israel on Dec. 30 and 31.

Israeli officers liken the incursion of the Palestinian fundamentalists into Gaza to the early steps of al Qaeda and the Taleban in expanding across Afghanistan and deep into Pakistan, to the point that today they threaten to destabilize the Kabul and Islamabad governments.

But Israeli policy-makers refuse to admit a new peril is closing in from the Palestinian territory at war with the Jewish state. An Israeli military officer conversant with the new development sees the Gaza Strip descending further into fundamentalist Islamization. He says: “If until now Hamas and Jihad Islami were the barriers to the return of Palestinian Authority rule evicted from the Gaza Strip last June, now they are bolstered and being further radicalized by al Qaeda’s ideology, propaganda, funds and arms, which are streaming unimpeded to the Palestinian territory.

These violent elements are further boosted by Al Qaeda jihadists, most Palestinian, who are escaping Suez Canal towns in flight from Egyptian security forces. They are finding sanctuary in Gaza.

Al Qaeda established its firs foothold in the Gaza Strip in 2005. Israel must have been the only country in the world which did nothing to nip in the bud the buildup of a dangerous terrorist base along its borders. Today, the Olmert government continues to bury its head in the sand as the terrorist bases go up armed with full-blown military capabilities.

In the past week, the hodge-podge of extremist Palestinian organizations in Gaza fired 32 missiles into Israel and their first 122mm Katyusha rocket against Ashkelon, a major Israeli city. They pose an unarguable strategic threat to Israel’s southern half as great as the hazard Hizballah presents to the North.

فقد كثر الحديث عن تنظيم قاعدة الجهاد المبارك وعن إنشاء فرع له داخل فلسطين خصوصاً في الآونة الأخيرة .

وغالب من يسأل عن هذا الأمر هم الأخوة الأحرار من فلسطين نفسها ، فقد ذاقوا ألواناً من العذاب والقهر منذ ولادتهم إلى أن شابوا فيها ، ونظروا لحديث النبي الكريم صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم الذي يقول فيه :" يوشك الأمم أن تداعى عليكم كما تداعى الأكلة إلى قصعتها " ، فقال قائل : ومن قلةنحن يومئذ ؟ قال : " بل أنتم يومئذ كثير ، ولكنكم غثاء كغثاء السيل ، ولينزعن الله من صدور عدوكم المهابة منكم وليقذفن في قلوبكم الوهن " ، فقال قائل : يا رسول اللهوما الوهن ؟ قال : " حب الدنيا ، وكراهية الموت ".

فوجدوا الصفتان اللتان في الحديث تنطبقان على جميع الأحزاب والتنظيمات والجماعات والجيوش والحكومات ما عدا تنظيم القاعدة ، فهم عشّاق الموت ، وهم الذين يخشاهم العدو بل أصبح عليهم كابوساً وعذاباً لا يعرفون نهايته متى وكيف ..
فوجد الشباب المخلص في فلسطين في تنظيم القاعدة أسوة حسنة لقيادة الأمة على منهاج النبوة .

وبعد كثرة التساؤلات عن مستقبل القاعدة في فلسطين الحبيبة ، وتوقيت دخولها وتكوينها وبدء عملياتها ضد اليهود كتبت هذه المقالة المتواضعة ، ووضعت بعض التوجيهات للأخوة داخل فلسطين حتى يستقبلوا تنظيم القاعدة ويتم اندماجهم بيسر إن شاء الله تعالى .

وأحب أن أنوّه بداية إلى أن ما كتبته هنا هو وجهة نظري الشخصية .

حتى نستوعب التوقيت الذي سيتواجد فيه تنظيم القاعدة داخل فلسطين ، يجب علينا أولاً أن نفهم طريقة سير وتخطيط القاعدة ، وكيفية تدرجها بخطوات مدروسة وثابتة ومُحكمة ، قد حيّرت مفكري الشرق والغرب وخبراءهم ومراكز بحوثهم ، فأقول بناءً على ذلك :

لقد نفـّـذ تنظيم قاعدة الجهاد خطة محكمة ضمن جدول وبرنامج زمني مدروس و واقعي ومحكم ، حتى تعود الخلافة الإسلامية وتكون هي أقوى قوة في العالم ، ويُرفع الظلم ويشيع العدل .

وقد بدأت المرحلة الأولى مع ضرب أمريكا هبل العصر في الثلاثاء الرائع المبارك في 2001 ، وامتدت تلك المرحلة – كما كان مخططاً لها - إلى 2003 بغزو العراق ، وحققت القاعدة فيها كل الأهداف التي وضعتها لتك المرحلة، ومنها :

* عرف الناس وتأكدوا بأن هناك من يقول لأمريكا : ( لا ) ، وأن أمريكا ليست كما كانوا يتصورونها بأنها قوة خارقة وجبّارة قد سبقت عصرها كما كانوا يدّعون !! فخرجت وسقطت هيبتها من صدور أكثر الناس .
* علِم الجميع بأن من وقف في وجهها هم من المسلمين ، وأن لهم قيادة قديمة في الساحة الجهادية ، وأنهم تحديداً من " تنظيم القاعدة " .
* استطاعت القاعدة استدراج أمريكا للخروج خارج قواعدها ( التقليدية ) في أمريكا التي كان يصعب الاصطدام معها فيها .
* توسعت ساحة المعركة بغزو أمريكا لأفغانستان ومن ثم العراق ، وفقدت أمريكا تركيزها بالحرب على جبهتين .
* فضحت الأنظمة كلها بأنها عميلة لأمريكا ولا تملك من أمرها شيئاً ، وفضحت من كان يدّعي تحكيم الإسلام وأنها إنما كانت تتاجر به لمصالحها ومصالح عائلتها.
* كشفت للناس من كان يخدرّهم طوال سنين عديدة من علماء السوء وفقهاء التسوّل .
* أظهرت القاعدة للناس حقيقة أمريكا - بعدما أهانوها وأغاظوها - لتعلن عن حرب صليبية ، انكشف بوضوح للجماهير المسلمة بأنها عدوة للمسلمين .
* صار الناس يستمعون لخطابات القاعدة بعد أن لم يكن يعرفهم إلا القلة ، وبدأت القاعدة في نشر منهجها وفكرها لتلقى آذاناً صاغية .
* استطاعت القادة أن تَـثبتَ على منهجها ولم تبدله أو تغيره .
* بلعت أمريكا في هذه المرحلة الطعم الذي ألقته القاعدة ولم تستطع إخراجه .

فحققت في المرحلة الأولى بإمكانيات محدودة انتصارات لم تحدث من قبل في التاريخ بمقارنة فريق والفريق الآخر المحارب له ..

ثم جاءت المرحلة الثانية وامتدت من 2003 إلى بداية 2007 كما كان مخططاً لها ، وحققت القاعدة في المرحلة الثانية كل الأهداف التي وضعتها لهذه المرحلة، ومنها :

* استنزاف رهيب لأمريكا وحلفائها في حربها .
* أثبتت للعالم أنها تستطيع أن تضرب وتعاقب أي دولة مهما كانت قوة استخباراتها ، كما ضربت وعاقبت بريطانيا وإسبانيا وغيرهما ، مما زاد من هيبتها والإعجاب بها من قبل أنصارها ومن قبل بعض الحكومات التي لا تنساق لأمريكا ، وإخافة وإرهاب أمريكا وحلفائها بإظهار قوة عظيمة للتنظيم .
* أسقطت بعض الحكومات وجعلت كثير من حلفاء أمريكا يهربون من الحرب التي تخوضها أمريكا ضدهم – أي ضد القاعدة - ، وقلّلت من حجم أعدائها .
* استطاع التنظيم الذي كان محصوراً في أفغانستان أن ينتشر وتزيد قوته وأعداد المنضمين إليه ، ليصبح له فروع قوية وشرسة ، وتأثر في مجريات الأحداث كما في العراق وباكستان وجزيرة العرب .
* استغـلت القاعدة الجهاد الإلكتروني عبر الإنترنت في هذه المرحلة كما كان مخططاً لها ، وتفوقت فيه على إعلام أمريكا الذي يصطف معه كل وسائل الإعلام في العالم .
* أوجدت بدائل لقيادات الأمة من الأحرار – كتقديمها لقادة جدد من المجاهدين يقومون بشرح واقع الأمة ويقدمون حلول لها – وقدمت غيرهم من أهل العلم الأحرار .

فحققت في المرحلة الثانية ما لم تحققه أيضاً أي حركة أو تنظيم أو جيش في التاريخ بسرعة انتشارها وهروب أعدائها – بل أشرسهم - واحداً تلو الآخر ، بمحدودية إمكاناتها أيضاً .

ومع انتهاء المرحلة الثانية التي حددتها القاعدة ، أعلن القائد البطل الشيخ أبو حمزة المهاجر حفظه الله في نهاية العام 2006 عن انتهاء مرحلة من الجهاد وبدء مرحلة جديدة في مطلع 2007 ، ومع أنني كنت متربصاً للدخول لهذه المرحلة ، لكنني لم أكن أتوقع أن يتم الإعلان عنها ببيان رسمي من أحد قيادات الجهاد العالمي ، والذي كان أمير تنظيم القاعدة في بلاد الرافدين في البيان الذي بايع فيه الأمير الصابر الحسيني القرشي سدده الله تعالى .

فقال الشيخ البطل أبو حمزة المهاجر ( وليتنبه القارئ الكريم لكلماته وألفاظه جيداً والتي لم يوجهها للتنظيم في العراق وحده ، ويشرح بها نهاية المرحلة الثانية بالنسبة للقاعدة ): " ويا أيها المسلمون الموحدون ويا أيها المجاهدون في أقطار الأرض ، إننا اليوم نعلن انتهاء مرحلة من مراحل الجهاد وبدأ مرحلة جديدة هامة نضع فيها أول لبنة من لبناتها لندشن مشروع الخلافة الإسلامية ونعيد للدين مجده " .

وهي المرحلة الثالثة والتي خطط لها أن تمتد من 2007 وتنتهي في بداية عام 2010 .

وعلى المتابع أن ينتبه إلى أن قادة المجاهدين يعطون إشارات عديدة في خطاباتهم المباركة وتلميحات تغني عن التفصيل ، ويستعينوا على قضاء حوائجهم بالكتمان .

وقد مضى عام وهو 2007 وبقي فقط هذا العام 2008 والعام القادم 2009 لهذه المرحلة ، وفي هذه السنتان المتبقيتان ستحدث نقلة نوعية مهمة في عملية التغيير في المنطقة – بعون الله وتوفيقه – ، وفيها :

* يتم استقطاب الشباب المتعلم في شتى مجالات العلوم للانضمام للمجاهدين ، كما قد دعا الشيخ البطل أبو حمزة المهاجر أصحاب الخبرات للانضمام للدولة الإسلامية ، ( وأيضاً وفي إصدار غزوة الدكتور فتحي إشارة لهذه النقطة حيث سميت الغزوة باسم الدكتور ) ، وغيرها من الإشارات .
* ومما هو مخطط لهذه المرحلة أيضاً استمالة بعض الدول التي لا تسير في فلك أمريكا – وهي كثيرة – ومحاولة الاستفادة منها ، وكسر الحصار المفروض ضد القاعدة .
* التمكين والحكم في بعض مناطق أفغانستان والمغرب الإسلامي والصومال تمكيناً جيداً جداً ، وتثبيت دولة العراق الإسلامية وزيادة قدراتها المادية والبشرية ، ومن ثم بناء معسكرات للجيل الجديد الواعد من المجاهدين في تلك المناطق .
* فتح جبهات جديدة أخرى ، ولا داعي للخوض فيها الآن ..
* أيضاً من أهداف هذه المرحلة التي نحن فيها الآن والتي تنتهي بنهاية 2009 ، وهو ما نريد الوقوف عليه قليلاً ،هو اكتمال استعدادات القاعدة للمواجهة المباشرة مع اليهود في فلسطين المحتلة ، وهنا سأفصّل قليلاً ..

* أيضاً من الأهداف التي حُددت للمرحلة الثالثة هذه ومتعلق بفلسطين أيضاً هو اتخاذ العراق قاعدة لبناء جيش من الشباب المجاهد الشرس المتعلّم ، والإعداد لقوة هائلة من القادة ومن المجاهدين الذين تخرّجوا من الجامعات والمعسكرات الجهادية ، ليعاد نشرهم في المناطق المحددة والتوقيت المحدد ضمن أجندة مدروسة وليست عشوائية لدى القاعدة .

وبلا شك ستكون جبهة فلسطين هي الوجهة الأساس لهم .

وقد أشار الشيخ الصابر الحسيني القرشي سدده الله إلى ذلك - ومما يصب في أهداف هذه المرحلة - قوله :" وأما من الناحية العسكرية : فصـدقَ أحد شياطينهم إذ قال :إذا كانت أفغانستان مدرسة الإرهاب فإن العراق جامعة الإرهاب ، وها نحن نعلن عن تخريج أكبر دفعة في تاريخ العراق لضباط الجهاد في سبيل الله وبالدرجة العالمية العليا ." وكما أشرت بأن فلسطين ستكون وجهتهم بعد هذه المرحلة وفق خطة واضحة ومدروسة عند القاعدة ، يقوم القادة بتهيئة الأمر بالبيانات المباركة كما أشار الأمير الصابر الحسيني القرشي آنفاً ، وكما يقول الإمام المجدد الشيخ أسامة بن لادن حفظه الله وسدده - مما يصب في نفس النقطة أيضاً - :" فلن يبقى كثير ولا قليل لتنطلق جحافل المجاهدين كتائب في إثرها الكتائب من بغداد والأنبار والموصل وديالى وصلاح الدين تعيد لنا حطين بإذن الله .. "

إذاً تنظيم القاعدة يسير وفق خطة واضحة لديه ، وليست المسألة عشوائية كما يتصورها البعض ، أو كما يطالب الكثير بفتح جبهة أو فرع للقاعدة في فلسطين بين ليلة وضحاها ..

وأريد أن أنوّه هنا بأن الإعلان عن تنظيم القاعدة في فلسطين لن يتم قبل انتهاء الانتخابات الأمريكية ، ولعدة أسباب ليس المجال لطرحها هنا .
أيضاً ربما يتأخر الإعلان عن تنظيم القاعدة في أرض الإسراء لخصوصية فلسطين وتركيبتها ، فحماس مع تنازلها عن بعض الثوابت والأصول الإسلامية ، قد حوصرت وجوّع شعبها ، وهي التي تقيم علاقات مع بعض الدول ، فكيف لو تم الإعلان عن وجود تنظيم للقاعدة في فلسطين في هذا الوقت ، أظن بأن سلبيات الإعلان كثيرة جداً من اجتماع ملل الكفر كلها ضد هذا الشعب الأعزل ، ونتيجة لذلك سيتنكر الكثير من أصحاب الأرض للقاعدة ويحاربوها .
وسيحتاج الإعلان عن إنشاء تنظيم للقاعدة أن يتحوّل فكر القاعدة إلى تيار يصعب السيطرة عليه أو التخلص منه وإن قلّت أعداده ، وسبيل ذلك سأوضحه بعد قليل .

ولكن ستكون بين القاعدة واليهود مناوشات في هذه المرحلة وستكون مؤلمة لليهود ، وستحدث الملحمة والواقعة في عام 2010 ، أو بين عام 2010 وعام 2013 ، وسيترتب عليها مد بشري هائل لتيار القاعدة في جميع الدول مع زيادة الإمكانات المادية والمالية والبشرية للقاعدة – بعون الله وتوفيقه - ، ولن يقتصر ضرب اليهود في فلسطين المحتلة بل سيمتد ليصل للمناطق التي يتواجد فيها نفوذ قوي لليهود ، ولا داعي لذكر هذه المناطق الآن أيضاً ..

وأستطيع القول بأن كلمة الأمير الصابر القرشي الحسيني التي كانت بعنوان " حصاد السنين بدولة الموحدين" التي اقتبست منها كلامه السابق ، توضح بعض من أهداف هذه المرحلة ( فليرجع إليها من شاء الاستزادة مع وضعه في الحسبان عند الاستماع إليها أهداف هذه المرحلة ) .

وبعدها تأتي المرحلة الرابعة والتي تمتد من عام 2010 إلى عام 2013 ولها أهدافها وبعدها ستأتي مراحل – إن شاء الله - ليس المقام لتفصيلها ..

لقد عملت القاعدة على هذا الهدف كثيراً – أعني التهيئة للجهاد في فلسطين - ، وضحّت وعانت كثيراً في سبيل تحقيقه لنصرة المستضعفين في فلسطين الحبيبة ، وأنجزت بعض الأجزاء من هذا الهدف ، وقد ركّز قادة الجهاد في بياناتهم وإرشاداتهم لتحقيق هذه الأهداف ، وقد تحقق بعضها مما يخص فلسطين - آخذين في الاعتبار أن المرحلة لم تنتهي بعد - ، مثل :

* انتشار الفكر السلفي الجهادي عند الشباب في فلسطين ، أو بشكل أدق انتشار ( منهج أهل السنة والجماعة ) كما عند الإخوة الأحباب في جيش الإسلام و فتح الإسلام و غيرهما من جماعات أو أفراد.

* نزع العصبية الوطنية الجاهلية عند البعض في فلسطين ، فتحقق معنى " فلسطين شأننا وشأن كل مسلم "، وأصبح الكثير من الفلسطينيين ينتظر المهاجرين لنصرتهم .
يقول الشيخ " بقية الصالحين " – كما نحسبه – الملا محمد عمر مجاهد سدده الله في رسالته " إلى شعبنا في فلسطين " : " واعلموا أن ما زرعته أمريكا وحلفاؤها من مشاكل فيبلادنا، لن يشغلنا عن أمر فلسطين وبيت المقدس - إن شاء الله - فأمةالإسلام؛ أمة واحدة، يتألم بعضها لآلام بعض ".فقادة الجهاد يعملون جميعهم في خط واحد واضح مدروس ، حفظهم الله وجعلهم غصة في أعناق مبغضيهم وأعدائهم .
* انكشف لدى الكثير من الشباب الملتزمين في فلسطين بأن القادة السياسيين لحماس لم يكونوا يسيرون بالشكل الصحيح في مسيرتهم ، ولم يحققوا بتنازلهم عن بعض الأصول والثوابت التي أقرها لنا الشرع أي مكاسب سياسية أو اقتصادية أو اجتماعية تذكر .

* مناشدة الشباب الفلسطينيين لقادة الجهاد في القاعدة لنصرتهم والوقوف بجانبهم بعدما تبين لهم صدق دعوة مجاهدي قاعدة الجهاد وأنهم يسيرون في الاتجاه الصحيح الذي يرضي الله تعالى وتصلح به دنياهم ، يقول الإمام المجدد الشيخ أسامة بن لادن حفظه الله استجابةً لهم :" واضعين أيدينا بأيديالمجاهدين الصادقين هناك من كوادر حماس والفصائل الأخرى الذين أنكروا على قادتهمعدولهم عن الحق .. "

وما زالت بعض الأهداف لم تتحقق بعد ، فقد مضت سنة واحدة وبقيت سنتان لتحقيقها .

إن جميع مجاهدي القاعدة ومناصريها ومحبيها ليتمنّون نصرة الأقصى الأسير وأهلنا في فلسطين .

إن مجاهدي دولة العراق الإسلامية أعزها الله ومجاهدي القاعدة في أفغانستان والمغرب الإسلامي والصومال يقاتلون أعداءهم وأعينهم على فلسطين وبيت المقدس .

نسمع ونقرأ وصاياهم قبل استشهادهم فيذكرون فلسطين الحبيبة ويوصوننا بها وهم مودّعون هذه الدنيا .

وشيئاً فشيئاً سيتم التركيز على نصرة فلسطين في هذه المرحلة - كما أسلفت - حتى تحدث المواجهة المباشرة مع اليهود لعنهم الله .

يقول الإمام المجدد الشيخ أسامة بن لادن حفظه الله وسدده :" كما وأني أطمئن أهلي فيفلسطين خاصة بأننا سنوسع جهادنا بإذن الله , ولن نعترف بحدود سايكس بيكو , ولابالحكام الذين وضعهم الاستعمار , فنحن والله ما نسيناكم بعد أحداث الحادي عشر , وهلينسى المرء أهله ؟ ولكن بعد تلك الغزوات المباركة التي أصابت رأس الكفر العالميوفؤاده الحليف الأكبر للكيان الصهيوني أمريكا فإننا اليوم منشغلون بمصاولتهاومقاتلتها وعملاءها ولاسيما في العراق وأفغانستان والمغرب الإسلامي والصومال .. "

وقد بيّـنت آنفاً مرحلة استنزاف الأمريكان بمقاتلتها – كما وضحها الإمام أسامة - ومن ثم دخولنا المرحلة الثالثة والتي فيها الاستعداد والتهيئة للجهاد داخل فلسطين ، كما قال مطمئناً أهلنا في فلسطين" سنوسع جهادنا "أي حتى يصل إليكم ..

وشرح هذه المرحلة وأساليب تحقيقها يطول ، ولكن ما الذي يتوجب على الشباب في فلسطين أن يفعلوه ليرفع عنهم الذل والمهانة والقهر واليأس من الواقع - والذي سبب عند البعض نوع من الإحباط حتى لجأ لتعاطي المخدرات أو إشغال نفسه بالمعاصي والعياذ بالله - وحتى يتم الإعلان عن تنظيم القاعدة في فلسطين ، وليدخل معهم إخوانهم في القاعدة يقاتلون صفاً واحداً كأنهم بنيانٌ مرصوص ، يجاهدون جنباً إلى جنب ؟؟

سأضع أهم النصائح التي أرى أن على أهل فلسطين الأخذ بها للثلاثة أو الأربعة أشهر القادمة ليعملوا بها ( ويزرعوا بها في أنفسهم بعض الأمور ) ، وبعدها ستأتيهم خطط أخرى وأظنها من غيري وفيها باقي النصائح بإذن الله تعالى ليكملوا عملهم بعد هذه المدة ، فأقول للأخوة في فلسطين :

* لن أطلب منكم مستحيلاً أو أمراً شاقاً ، ولن أقول لكم عليكم بالتفجير في المكان الفلاني أو عزل القيادة الفلانية ، ولكنها أمور يسيرة – إن شاء الله تعالى - لمن أراد العمل ليحوز على صفة" والسابقون السابقون "، وتكونوا من المؤسسين لتنظيم القاعدة في فلسطين .

* اعلموا بأن فلسطين الحبيبة جبهة أساسية في القتال ضد الصليبية اليهودية ، ووقوفكم بجانب إخوانكم في تنظيم القاعدة هو عز لكم وللأمة الإسلامية ، وتأخركم في ذلك يزيد من القهر والاستعباد لكم وللأمة الإسلامية إلاّ أن يشاء الله تعالى .

* عليكم بالتدرب على فنون القتال والتفخيخ والتفجير وصنع الصواريخ وطرق إدخال المهاجرين وإيوائهم وحمايتهم أول الأمر ، وأخص بالذكر أهل العزة في غزة ، إن فاتكم ظرف خروج اليهود وفتح من غزة ولم تتعلموا تلك الفنون القتالية إلى الآن ، فقد فاتكم الخير الكثير ، وتأخرتم عن الركب مع أنكم لم يفتكم المسير بعد ، فاجتهدوا يا رعاكم الله ..

* هيئوا أنفسكم لاستقبال المهاجرين إليكم وكونوا كما وصف " أبو العيناء " رحمه الله أهل العراق بأنهم أهل الجود والكرم وأنهم يقدمون المهاجرين على آبائهم وأبنائهم ، وهذا من أهم عوامل النصر في مثل هذه الحروب .

* تعلموا طرق تخزين المواد الغذائية الضرورية لفترات طويلة ، وما هي تلك المواد التي تخزن للحروب ( أقول تعلّموا لم أقل افعلوا ) .

* عليكم باقتناء الأسلحة قدر المستطاع ، وتخزينها تخزيناً صحيحاً ، ورسم خارطة ( مشفّرة ) بمكان تخزينها .

* ركّزوا ثم ركّزوا ودققوا في خطابات حكيم الأمة شيخنا المنصور أيمن الظواهري حفظه الله – الذي لم يعرف حقـّه ومنزلته أكثر الناس والذي لا أرضى بأن يُمس ولا بشعرة جعلني الله فداه - فقد فصّل لكم الداء والدواء ، وارجعوا لخطاباته واستفيدوا منها ودققوا في ألفاظه جيداً ، وأخـُص جميع أشرطته في العام الميلادي المنصرم .

* الأمنيات : مما يتصف به إخواننا في فلسطين بأن أمنياتهم تكاد تكون معدومة !!! وهذا ما نقله لنا أخوة ثقات ولا حول ولا قوة إلا بالله ..
فلربما أنهم يقارنون أنفسهم بالمحيطين بهم فيقومون ببعض الأمنيات ويظنون أنفسهم أنهم استكملوا كل جوانب الأمنيات اللازمة ، وهذا خطأ كبير ، والأخوة في تنظيم القاعدة يعملون بأمنيات شديدة ، وهي ضرورية لكل فرد منهم وليست مقتصرة على القادة .
ومما وجدته نافعاً في هذا الباب هو " موسوعة الأمنيات الكبرى " ، وسأضع روابط لتحميل الموسوعة في نهاية الموضوع ليستفيد منها الأخوة في فلسطين وغيرها وليطبقون ما فيها خطوة بعد خطوة .

* أنصح أن يجتمع الأخوة على شكل مجموعات منفصلة عن بعضها البعض ، وكل مجموعة تتكون من خمسة أشخاص ممن يحمل نفس المنهج ونفس الهم ، على أن يجتمع هؤلاء الخمسة مرة واحدة في الأسبوع على الأقل ، كتحديد يوم من أيام الأسبوع من بعد صلاة العشاء إلى منتصف الليل .

* على هذه المجموعة ( الخمسة أفراد ) أن يجتهد أحدهم في صنع المتفجرات مثلاً ، وآخر يجتهد في تنزيل كلمات وبيانات قادة المجاهدين وآخر في أمنيات الإنترنت وهكذا ، وكل واحد يقوم بتدريس المجموعة الأمور المهمة مما تعلّـمه من تخصص .

* يجب على هذه المجموعة حين تصدر أي كلمة أو بيان من قادة المجاهدين أن يجتمعوا ويتدارسوها ، ويدققوا في الكلمات جيداً ، فكل كلمة تخرج من قادة الجهاد لها هدف ومعنى ، وليجتهدوا فيما بينهم بأن يقوم أحدهم بقراءة التحليلات التي تكتب في هذه الكلمة أو البيان ، كتحليلات الأخ المحايد د. أكرم حجازي – ثبّـته الله - أو غيره .

* لا يجب على أحد أن يعرف بأن هذه المجموعة تجتمع أو أنها أصبحت مجموعة وبها فلان أو فلان ، ولا يعرف بذلك حتى أقرب الناس إليهم ( وهذه اختبار أمني بسيط للمجموعة ) .

* على الإخوة أصحاب المنهج السلفي الجهادي ( منهج أهل السنة والجماعة ) أن ينشروا عقيدة أهل السنة والجماعة وأن يعملوا على ذلك بالرفق واللين ، وأن يكونوا أرحم الناس بإخوانهم .

* أجد للحبيب الزرقاوي رحمه الله احتراماً وتقديراً واسعاً في الشارع الفلسطيني ، فاستغلوا هذا الأمر للدعوة للمنهج الحق بتوزيع أشرطته ومحاضراته بالتدريج ، ففيها الخير الكثير .

* تعلموا العلم الشرعي واجتهدوا في ذلك ، وركّزوا على أبواب الجهاد ، واستفتوا الشيخ حسين بن محمود حفظه الله وغيره من الثقات في أمور دينكم ودنياكم .

* إياكم وفتح جبهة مع الأخوة مجاهدي حماس ، فهم إخواننا وسندنا ، حتى وإن أصابوا منكم أو من دمائكم ، فليكن موقفكم : هم إخواننا بغوا علينا ، وإياكم ومقاتلتهم ، مع إننا نقدم حسن الظن بهم كمجاهدين بأن يكونوا في صفكم .

* إياكم والاختلافات والانشغال بالردود على المخالفين ، وانشغلوا برفع مستوياتكم القتالية والعلمية .

* إياكم وطلب الإمارة ( القيادة ) فإنه من طلبها فهو أحق بأن لا يعطها .

* على الأخوة من بدو سيناء أن لا يغفلوا عن الأمانة الملقاة على عاتقهم ..

* أخص بالنصيحة هنا أهلنا في قطاع غزة ، فقد عاش أطفالهم وعجائزهم حياة ذل وتشرّد قلّ لها نظير ، فليفتحوا صدورهم وقلوبهم قبل بيوتهم للمهاجرين .
وعدد مليون ونصف نسمة تعيش في القطاع إلا يوجد منهم ما نسبته 0.001% من مجموعهم أي 1500 شخص ليتوحدوا مع القاعدة !! ألا يوجد نصف هذا العدد بل ربعه أي ما يعادل 350 مجاهداً فقط !!
فإن وجد هذا العدد وقد تدرّبوا واستعدوا وتعلموا فنون القتال والأمنيات ، فاعلموا بأنهم بانضمامهم للقاعدة سيزلزلون الكيان الصهيوني زلزالاً شديداً ، وستتضاعف أعدادهم تضاعفا رهيباً في خلال ستة أشهر فقط منذ أن يعلن عن تنظيم القاعدة في فلسطين .

* أكثروا من الاستغفار ، فإنه يفتح أبواباً كنا نظنها لا تُـفتح ..

هذه أهم النصائح التي أوجهها للأخوة في فلسطين الذين يرغبون بالثأر والانتقام من اليهود ، ويحبون أن يجاهدوا ويحرروا وطنهم الغالي الحبيب ، ممن هم على منهج أهل السنة والجماعة .

فتمسكوا بها واعملوا بها وأخلصوا النية لله رب العالمين .

واعلموا بأن أخباركم تصل أولاً بأول وبدقة لقادة المجاهدين ، فأروهم من أنفسكم خيراً ..

Oddly enough, Trend Micro (Corporate) missed it.

Al Qaeda link rebel held in Gaza

GAZA: Security forces of the Islamist Hamas group have detained a senior leader of Jaysh Al Ummah, a pro-Al Qaeda group, in the Gaza Strip, a Hamas-controlled territory, one of his aides said yesterday.

Abu Hafss was ordered by the Hamas internal security service to report for questioning on Wednesday, two days after Jaysh Al Ummah held an armed training session in the Gaza Strip, and has not returned home.

"They imprisoned him," said the aide, who asked not to be identified.

The Hamas-run Interior Ministry in the Gaza Strip had no immediate comment.

The aide said he believed the arrest was linked to the training session, to which the journalists were given rare access.

Abu Hafss vowed in an interview during the event to fight Israel and "infidels". He also criticised Hamas for not implementing Islamic law in the Gaza Strip.

There is conflict right now in Gaza City, two Hamas people have been killed, and checkpoints are up. The enemy source from whom I get this info, says Mumtaz Dughmush is now a target of Hamas. There is also the new "Jaish al-Ummah" gang to be dealt with.

About Jaish al-Islam, the Hesbah people are still disputing whether or not to recognize them. One guy there

أرض فلسطين الإسلامية

(قَاتِلُوهُمْ يُعَذِّبْهُمُ اللهُ بِأَيْدِيكُمْ وَيُخْزِهِمْ وَيَنْصُرْكُمْ عَلَيْهِمْ وَيَشْفِ صُدُورَ قَوْمٍ مُؤْمِنِينَ , وَيُذْهِبْ غَيْظَ قُلُوبِهِمْ وَيَتُوبُ اللهُ عَلَى مَنْ يَشَاءُ وَاللهُ عَلِيمٌ حَكِيمٌ) .
الحمد لله الذي جعل الحرب بيننا وبين الكافرين سجالاً، وخصَّ المؤمنين بالفتح فضلاً منه وإكراماً ، و وعد الصابرين على مكابدة الأعداء خيراً ومنالاً ، والصلاة والسلام على من قاتل يوم الفرقان قتالاً ، وعلى آله وصحابته الذين أعلى الله قدرهم بالجهاد ثباتاً ونزالاً، وعلى التابعين لهم بإحسانٍ إلى يوم الدين تكرمةٍ وإفضالأ . أما بعد :

إذا نبايع شيخنا ، أمير المجاهدين في بلاد المسلمين ، الأسد المجاهد " الشيخ أسامة بن لأذن " على السمع و الطاعة في العسر واليسر والمنشط والمكره ، داعين الله تعالى أن يحفظه ويثبته ويجعله سيفا من سيوفه مسلطا على رقاب الكفار ، في كل شبر من ديار الإسلام وأن يكون خير خلف للشيخ المجاهد " أبو مصعب " رحمه الله ، ويوفقه للثأر لدمائه ودماء كل المستضعفين الذين باتوا تدميهم الجراح في بلاد الرباط وبيت المقدس وكل بلاد المسلمين ، ولا يجدون سوى الصمت المخزي من حكومات الطواغيت ، التي استكثرت عليهم حتى الشجب والاستنكار حتى لا ينزعج أسيادهم في البيت الأبيض وفي تل الربيع .

وبإذن الله ستبقى رسالتنا الجهادية منابر نصرة لمن بذلوا نفوسهم وأموالهم لربهم، ، رهبان الليل فرسان النهار الذين باعوا أنفسهم وأموالهم لله مبغاة مرضاته وللزود عن أعراض الأخوات المسلمات وأراضي المسلمين ونأمل أن تكون رسالة الأمة وإدارتها ومشرفيها وأعضائها أهلاً لحمل هذه الرسالة التي إن شاء الله نثلج بها صدور عباده الموحدين ونغيظ به أعدائه الكفرة وأذنابهم من الطواغيت .

( وَلِلَّهِ الْعِزَّةُ وَلِرَسُولِهِ وَلِلْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَلَكِنَّ الْمُنَافِقِينَ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ)

ولذالك فإننا نؤكد بأن هذه رسالتنا تأتي في سياق الجهاد و المقاومة، الذين يقومون به إخواننا المجاهدون من أبناء الفصائل الإسلامية التابعة لمجلس شورى المجاهدين " تنظيم القاعدة " ضد الصهاينة و الصليبين والمرتدين ،
وكذالك فإن أخوانكم المجاهدين في مجلس شورى المجاهدين " تنظيم القاعدة " هي انطلاقة مباركة في ارض مباركة لتذيق أعداء الله وحلفائهم ما كانوا يحذرون ، ولذالك فإننا نؤكد بأننا لسنا تنظيما جديدا أو طارئا على أرض فلسطين الإسلامية ، بل هي روح مؤمنة تدفع بالمجاهدين في ارض الرباط أن يحسموا خياراتهم ويوحدوا صفوفهم خلف قيادة رسالية مؤمنة لا تعرف المساومة أو التفريط ، روح تأخذ بأيدي المجاهدين لتجعلهم صفا واحدا كالبنيان المرصوص يشد بعضه بعضا في السير في طريق ذات الشوكة حتى يكون الدين كله لله , روح تقوي المجاهدين وتحصنهم من أن ينزلقوا في حبائل بعض السياسيين المتاجرين بالدماء أو الباحثين عن موقع دنيوي هنا أو هناك تحت راية الخونة و الفاسدين والملحدين .

حيت إننا نؤكد أن السلام أو المفاوضات مع الصهاينة لا يرجع لنا أرض فلسطين الإسلامية ، و كذالك لا يكفي ولا يكتمل النصر إلا بمقاومة الصهاينة من أجل تحرير أرض فلسطين كلها و إعلانها دولة للخلافة الإسلامية بأذن الله تعالى ، ومن هنا نؤكد أننا قادرون على أن نستمر في المقاومة ، حيت أن لايحق لأي شخص أن يوقف الجهاد في سبيل الله ، وكما نحذر المرتزقة من حكومة كرزاي عباس وأعوانهم العملاء الخونة من ملاحقة المجاهدين وإعتقالهم .

ومن تم نوجه رسالتنا إلى المجاهدين من أبناء الفصائل الفلسطينية الإسلامية بأن تستمروا في المقاومة وأن تتصدوا لأبناء أنظمة العمالة والجور والفساد ، و أن لا تسمحوا لأحد مهما كان أن يوقفكم على الجهاد في ارض الرباط ، لأنكم رجالا أوفياء صادقون مع الله ورسوله في رفع رأيه الإسلام و التوحيد بأذن الله وتعالى ، كذالك فإن إخوانكم المجاهدين فى مجلس شورى المجاهدين " تنظيم القاعدة " ماضون في جهادهم وقتالهم لأعداء الله تعالى حتى كنس الكفار من بني اليهود والصليبيين وأعوانهم المرتدين عن أرضنا كل أرضنا المباركة ، فإما إلى النصر فوق الأنام وإما إلى الله في الخالدين .

(كُتِبَ عَلَيْكُمُ الْقِتَالُ وَهُوَ كُرْهٌ لَكُمْ وَعَسَى أَنْ تَكْرَهُوا شَيْئاً وَهُوَ خَيْرٌ لَكُمْ وَعَسَى أَنْ تُحِبُّوا شَيْئاً وَهُوَ شَرٌّ لَكُمْ وَاللهُ يَعْلَمُ وَأَنْتُمْ لا تَعْلَمُونَ)

والله أكبر الله أكبر .. ولله العزة ولرسوله وللمجاهدين

ادعوا الله لإخوانكم المجاهدين بالنصر و التمكين ، وانصروهم بما تملكون،و أبشروا فإن ليل الظالمين إلى أفول و فجر الحق قادم ..

اللهمّ عليك باليهود و النصارى و عملائهم المرتدّين..
اللهمّ أنصر المجاهدين في كلّ مكان و أيّدهم بمدد من عندك..
