اما بعد..بسبب نشأتي الاخوانية وانخراطي المبكر في صفوفها حتى و صلت الى ما يسمى الاسرة المغلقة وعمري لم يتجاوز ال18 سنة ,فان نظرتي للعمل الاسلامي كانت تقوم على المشاركة في مؤسسات المجتمع (الجاهلي)ومحاولة الاصلاح بقدر مايمكن ,كان الطريق الدعوي محفوف بالمخاطر والاعتقالات ,فالكثير من اصدقائي اعتقل بسبب منشور نشره بامر اخواني او مظاهرة جامعية اوقف اثناءها,ولا انكر اننا كنا نتلذذ بالكثير من الاعمال الدعوية وخاصة ان شعورنا بالخطر كان يزيد الجرعة الايمانية ومستوى العبادات تحفزا لاي اعتقال محتمل,لقد كانت نظرتنا الى اسامة بن لادن و القاعدة نظرة متمحصة(قبل 11 ايلول)بل و حذرة فالاخوان لديهم ميول للتشكيك في اي قائد غير اخواني ..خاصة ان كان المنهج مختلفا ,وكان انتقاد القاعدة او شكرها امر خاص بالفرد ,لايوجد اي تعميم او تلقين بخصوص ذلك ,وأنبه ان الميوعة الهائلة في الفكر الاخواني تتيح للفرد ان يتعاطف مع من يريد سواء كان مجاهد فذ كاسامة بن لادن او داعية مستسلم لايصدع بالحق كمحمد الغزالي و القرضاوي و حتى القرني (ذو النشاة الاخوانية),و لاانكر كذلك ان هذه الميوعة جعلت بعض المجاهدين يخرج من عباءة هذه الجماعة وان كانوا قلة(و على راسهم عبدالله عزام)وجعلت ايضا كثيرا من المستسلمين يخرجون من تلك العباءة الفضفاضة وعلى راسهم القرضاوي و الغزالي وعمروخالد والقرني وغيرهم,وعندما حدثت 11 ايلول المجيدة ازداد تصدع الاخوان و بدات تخرج الريح النتنة من ما يسمى الجناح الحمائمي للجماعة ,واصبح هؤلاء يشككون في القاعدة و في منهجها,ولا انكر انني عندها بدات بالفتور من هذا التنظيم الخاوي ,و جاءت الحرب على العراق ليكتسب تيار القاعدة قوة معنوية هائلة,بدات التهرب من الاجتماعات الاسبوعية للتنظيم التي كنا نشغلها بقراءة القليل من القرآن و تحديد موعد اللقاء القادم و فقرة الطعام سواء كان في مطعم او دعوة غداء يتطوع بها النقيب (رئيس الاسرة)عادة,عندما كنت اتكلم عن الجهاد في العراق كنت ارى الفتور في وجوههم ,واذا تكلمنا في دنيا ترى الحماس و التفاعل باديا و بدات اشعر بالغربة في داخل التنظيم ,ولم اعد اشاركهم في اي نشاط .

لم اكن قد عزمت على الالتحاق بالجهاد في العراق عزما صادقا,بل كان ما في مجرد تعاطف و تاييد ,الى ان شاهدت شريط ابا انس الشامي...و كأن روحا جديدة دخلت جسدي و قررت مع اثنين من الاخوة (كلاهما اخوان غير راضين عن الجماعة)الانطلاق الى ارض العراق للالتحاق بتنظيم القاعدة في بلاد الرافدين ,وحددنا موعدا ثابتا ننطلق فيه الى سورياو تبايعنا بيعة الجهاد,بدانا بالاستعداد....من ابسط الامور الى اكثرها تعقيدا ,شراء حذاء رياضة...الركض و تمارين اللياقة ,اقتناء خرائط,المصادر المالية ,الاستبيان عن سوريا و مدى خطورة الرحلة ممن حاول الذهاب قبلنا ,وعشنا احلى ايام حياتنا,فالجهاد خير مسلاة للعبد عن كروب الدنيا,اصبح طعم العبادات مختلف و لذة القرآن ازدادت,كنت انظر الى الذين يتدافعون على الدنيا نظرة شفقة و استعلاء ,اصبحت احلامي كلها عبارة عن قتال و نزال,وحتى عندما كانت تغرورق عيناي و هي تشاهد طفلتي التي ساتركها خلفي فان استشعار حب الله و رسوله و الجهاد في سبيله كان يورث نشوة في قلبي ..فوالله ان الذين قتلوا في سبيل ايصال هذا الدين لنا لتركوا خلفهم اطفالا و نساء ما ضيعهم الله و على راسهم جعفربن طالب رضي الله عنه.

بدات الانباء عن تشديد الحراسة على الحدود السورية العراقية تتوافد لنا بل كان اهمها ان الحكومة السورية بدات بتسليم المجاهدين الى دولهم بدلا من الاحتفاظ بهم في سجن مؤقت في سوريا,و نصحنا اخ كان قد اعتقل في سوريا لمدة اسبوعين بعدم الذهاب في الوقت الراهن عن طريق سوريا لتشديد الرقابة على الحدود,بدا القلق على خطتنا يتسرب الى قلوبنا و اردنا استبدال سياسة حرق السفن و الخروج مهما كانت النتائج بسياسة الخروج في رحلة استقصائية لجس النبض يخرج فيها واحد او اثنبن منا,ولا اخفيكم اني كنت ممن يرى بوجوب قتال سريات الحراسة السورية وعدم الاستئسار لهؤلاء المرتدين ,الاان فكرتي كانت تصطدم بعدم توفر السلاح وعدم الدراية بكيفية استخدامه, حتى فكرة الاستقصاء هذه لم تشعرنا بالرضى فانت تخرج و احتمال اسرك ووقوعك في قبضة المرتدين من ابناء البعث السوري الكافر هو احتمال كبير ...فهم يعتقلون اي شاب عربي يتوجه الى مدن الحدود مع العراق

الغينا فكرة الخروج عن طريق سوريا دون ان نضع خطة بديلة ...ومازلنا نتمنى ان يهدينا الله الى سبيل الرشاد ,فلقد كانت ابواب الجهاد دوما مفتوحة عبر التاريخ الاسلامي و الناس يتاخرون عنه,اما الان فلقد اوصدوا الابواب و اصبح جهاد الطريق هو الاصعب و لاحول و لاقوة الابالله

عدنا الى صف القاعدين وانا لله و انا له لراجعون , الان زاد سخطي على الاخوان المستسلمين و طلقتهم ثلاثا ,زاد و تضاعف حبي للمجاهدين واصبحت موقنا ان الوصول الى ارض الجهاد هو خير اشارة الى تمام نعمة الخالق,ووالله لم نياس ولن نيأس, و في كل يو م نعمل عقولنا في طرق الوصول الى العراق,وكم كنت اتمنى ان توجد القاعدة كتيبة كاملة في ارض الرافدين و ظيفتها فقط تامين الطرق للراغبين في الجهاد في سبيل الله ,سواء بالاعلام(ارشادات عامة,ايجاد طرق سرية جدا عن طريق الشبكة الاكترونية لتبادل المعلومات,فالمنتديات غير مأمونة )او بالعمل العسكري كايجاد مجاهدي ارتباط يأمنون المجاهدين حتى يصلوا الى ساحات النزال..فهذا والله من خير طرق دعم الجهاد,والله غالب على امره و لكن اكثر الناس لايعلمون

وفي تصريح صحفي، تلقته مفكرة الإسلام، قالت الهيئة: 'نقلت بعض وسائل الإعلام هذا اليوم خبرًا يفيد بصدور فتوى عن هيئة علماء المسلمين [أو أنها شاركت في إصدارها] تتعلق بجواز انخراط أبناء الشعب العراقي في صفوف الجيش والشرطة العراقيين'.
وأضاف البيان: 'والهيئة إذ تنفي أي صلة لها بهذه الفتوى، تؤكد أن موقفها من هذه القضية معروف ومعلن منذ فترة'.
وفي السياق ذاته، أكدت الهيئة التي تمثل أعلى مرجعية للمسلمين السنة في العراق 'أن مواقفها الرسمية لا تؤخذ إلا من أمينها العام وناطقها الرسمي وقسم الإعلام فيها فقط، وأن منبر جامع أم القرى لا يعد جهة رسمية لإعلان مواقف الهيئة'.
وكان الشيخ أحمد عبد الغفور السامرائي إمام وخطيب جامع أم القرى، قد أعلن في خطبة الجمعة أمس عن إصدار مجموعة من العلماء السنة فتوى تدعو أبناء الشعب العراقي للدخول والانخراط في صفوف الشرطة والجيش العراقي لضمان وحدة وسيادة العراق والقانون، مشترطًا توفر عدد من الأمور أهمها أن تكون نية المتقدم خالصة لله، وأن يحرص على خدمة دينه وبلده وأبناء شعبه، وأن لا يكون عونًا للمحتل. وقال الشيخ السامرائي: إن الخطباء والأساتذة والعلماء الذين وقعوا على الفتوى بلغوا 60 شخصية منهم الشيخ أحمد حسن الطه والشيخ إبراهيم النعمة والشيخ صبحي السامرائي والشيخ مكي الكبيسي.
إلى ذلك، أشار التصريح الصحفي الصادر عن هيئة علماء المسلمين في العراق إلى أن الهيئة 'تود التنويه إلى أنها ستبين لاحقًًا موقفها التفصيلي من هذه الفتوى'.

وفي بيانها الذي تلقت مفكرة الإسلام نسخة منه، قالت هيئة علماء المسلمين: 'قد راقبنا الأزمة المفتعلة والمكشوفة الأهداف حول ما يسمى بأزمة الرهائن في قضاء المدائن التي أريد منها مع ما أريد إثارة الرأي العام وتأليبه على أهالي هذه المدينة الكريمة، تمهيدًا لاستهدافها عسكريًا بالطريقة نفسها التي طالت مدنًا عراقية أخرى، والتي وقفت وراءها فئات معروفة بافتعال الفتن والأزمات، والتمهيد لها ببعض أعمال الإثارة والتحريض واستغلال العامل الطائفي المقيت لتحقيق بعض مصالحها الرخيصة وتغطية أعمالها الإجرامية المكشوفة ضد مخالفيها من السُنة وغيرهم'.

وأكدت هيئة علماء المسلمين أنها في الوقت الذي تحمل فيه 'قوات الاحتلال والحرس الوطني والشرطة مسؤولية الحفاظ على أمن أهالي هذه المدينة، تعلن أسفها بأن تكون البداية لهذه الجمعية على هذا النحو من سوء التقدير للعواقب وتوظيف المواقع السياسية والرسمية لأهداف فئوية لم تعد خافية على أحد'.

وقال الشيخ الكبيسي إنه لا توجد أية وساطة معينة تقوم بها هيئة علماء المسلمين لإطلاق سراح رهائن، موضحًا أن الهيئة أرسلت وفدًا إلى المنطقة تأكد من عدم وجود أي حوادث.

وكانت مزاعم قد ترددت حول احتجاز عدد من الرهائن من قبل مسلحين سنة في المدائن، ومطالبتهم السكان الشيعة بمغادرة المدينة، وقامت قوات الاحتلال الأمريكي وعناصر من القوات العراقية الموالية لها إثر ذلك باقتحام المدينة أمس الاثنين، إلا أنها وجدت المدينة هادئة ولم تعثر على أية رهائن.

ويشار إلى أن 'مفكرة الإسلام' كانت قد أشارت إلى زيف تلك الأنباء التي نشرت عن احتجاز رهائن في المدائن، قبل أن يتحدث بها الجميع بيومين كاملين.

ونحن لن نتكلم عن المهاجم الصليبي، بل سنتكلم عن المدافع العراقي، حيث إن المدافع العراقي استخدم في دفاعه ثلاثة أساليب قتالية، كما أعلن هو عن ذلك وشوهد من أدائه في الأيام الماضية.


 الأسلوب الأول: الدفاع بالأسلوب النظامي.
 والأسلوب الثاني: الدفاع بالأسلوب شبه النظامي.
 والأسلوب الثالث: الدفاع بأسلوب العصابات.


الأسلوب الأول:

الدفاع بالأسلوب النظامي ونعني بذلك أن يدافع العراقيون عن طريق القوات المسلحة النظامية، وهي قوات مسلحة دائمة التعبئة، تحافظ على درجة استعدادها العالي عن طريق التنظيم والتدريب والاستعداد القتالي من أجل تنفيذ المهام المطلوبة في الحرب والسلم، ولهذه القوات المسلحة تشكيلات محددة، وكل جيش يستخدم أسلوباً في تفويج قواته وتشكيلها، إلا أن كل تشكيلات الجيوش النظامية متقاربة والتفصيل فيها يخرجنا عن المطلوب، ولكن نقول بأن أقل تشكيلات الجيش النظامي هي الجماعة وهي تتكون من 12 جندياً، تليها الفصيل وهو يتكون من 3 جماعات، ثم يليه السرية وهي تتكون من 3 فصائل، ثم تليها الكتيبة وهي تتكون من 3 سرايا، ثم يليها اللواء وهو يتكون من 3 كتائب، ثم يليه الفرقة وهي تتكون من 3 ألوية، ثم يليها الفيلق ويتكون من 3 فرق، ثم يليه الجيش ويتكون من 3 فيالق، وهناك بعض الدول تشكل تفويجها مثلاً للفصيل من أربع جماعات وسريتها من أربع فصائل وهكذا تفويجها إلى نهاية التشكيل، واللواء هو أدنى القطاعات الذي يمكن أن يعمل باستقلال عن الجيش، ويمكن أن يبقى في ميدان القتال فترات طويلة دون الحاجة لغيره من القطاعات، لأنه يعد وحدة متكاملة لجميع المهام، طبعاً عندما نقول أن اللواء يتكون من ثلاث كتائب أو أربع فيكون تعداده يتراوح بين 1000إلى 3000 جندي، ولكن هذا ليس هو تعداده الحقيقي في ميدان المعركة، إذ أن اللواء يدعم بسرايا أخرى متخصصة كسرية هندسة الميدان وفصيل الدفاع الجوي (م / ط) وسرية مضادة للدروع (م / د)، وسرايا التموين والاتصالات والشئون الطبية والإدارية وغيرها من السرايا أو الفصائل حسب المهمة المناطة بالكتيبة أو اللواء، مع اختلاف بين نوعية الكتيبة أو اللواء فالمحمول جواً يختلف عن الميكانيكي وغير ذلك من التفاصيل الخاصة بالتفويج والنوعية، ثم يلي التشكيلات نوعية وتناسق التسليح، وبعده يليه التسلسل القيادي، إلا أن أعلى سلطة ميدانية على الجيش هي (هيئة أركان الحرب)، ويرأس هذه الهيئة رئيس أركان، وهي تتشكل من مجموعة ضباط وشخصيات مؤهلة للعمل مع القائد العسكري في قيادة القطعة العسكرية التي تحت تصرفه في السلم والحرب، ومهمتها إعانة القائد على إعداد القطعة وقيادتها وإدارتها، كجمع المعلومات وإعداد الأوامر ونقلها والإشراف على تنفيذها وتنظيم عمل المصالح المختلفة في خدمة القطعة المقاتلة، وتعمل هذه الهيئة عن طريق أجنحة كل جناح مخصص بإدارة مهمة واحدة من مهام القطعة المقاتلة.

هذا الأسلوب النظامي له تسلسل في القيادة والإدارة والتحرك، وهو يعمل بشكل تكاملي، فلا يمكن مثلاً لسرية في الكتيبة أن تؤدي كل المهام القتالية والإدارية دون الحاجة إلى بقية الكتيبة، وهذا يقودنا إلى أن الخلل في شيء من هذا التسلسل يؤدي إلى خلل في أداء القطعة المقاتلة بشكل كامل ربما يؤدي إلى شللها حسب حجم الخلل، إذا لم يمكن تداركه، فمهمة الجيوش في القتال أولاً هو العمل على إحداث خلل في الجيوش المدافعة، قبل أن يحصل اشتباك ميداني، لأن إحداث الخلل الإداري أو قطع التموين أو الاتصالات، يضعف من الأداء القتالي في الميدان، وإذا لم يضعفه فلن يصمد في الميدان كثيراً إذا ما حصل خلل في الوحدات الأخرى غير القتالية، وحينما تستهدف القيادة ويتم قطع الاتصالات بين القيادة وكافة القطاعات، وبين قيادات القطاعات الأخرى وبين قيادات القطاعات وأفرادهم، فإن هذا عامل يؤدي بالتأكيد على كسر صفوف الدفاع، إذا لم تستطع تداركه وإعادة ترتيب صفوفها، والتفصيل في هذا الأسلوب يطول ولا فائدة من الإطالة فيه.

الأسلوب الثاني:

الدفاع بالأسلوب شبه النظامي والقوات شبه النظامية قد تتشابه مع القوات المسلحة النظامية في التسلسل والتشكيل، وهي عادة تتشكل من متطوعين محليين لديهم خبرة بالأرض والسكان، ومهامها هو عمليات تدعيم القوات المسلحة أمنياً، ولها مهام دفاعية محلية، وتسليح القوات شبه النظامية هو تسليح شخصي ورشاشات خفيفة وهاونات خفيفة وأجهزة لا سلكية قصيرة المدى، تشكيلاتها تتكون من جماعات وفصائل وسرايا وإذا كانت في مناطق آمنة قد تصل في تشكيلاتها إلى كتائب، وليس لها مهام استراتيجية، فكل تدريبها على تنفيذ مهام تكتيكية، وأعظم مهامها هو المحافظة على الأمن في المناطق الريفية، وحراسة مراكز القيادة والطرق والأهداف المهمة كالمطارات وغيرها، وتسلسلها القيادي ليس كتسلسل القوات النظامية ولكنها أكثر تفككاً منها، فلا يعتمد عليها بخوض حرب بالأسلوب النظامي لعدم جاهزيتها التعبوية لهذا الأسلوب.

وقد اعتمد العراقيون في هذا الأسلوب على أبناء القبائل (العشائر)، كل قبيلة في منطقتها تم تشكيلها بأسلوب شبه نظامي لتتولى الدفاع عن منطقتها، وإذا كان الأسلوب شبه النظامي لم يجد كثيراً في مناطق جنوب العراق التي شكل فيها رجال الدين الرافضة رأس جسر لدخول القوات الصليبية وإخماد الأسلوب شبه النظامي، فإن القبائل الشمالية لازالت فاعلة في هذا الأسلوب، وحتى الآن لم يستطع الصليبيون وعملائهم من منافقي الأكراد من كسر الدفاعات شبه النظامية، إلا أننا من الناحية العسكرية لا نعول كثيراً على الأسلوب شبه النظامي مع وجود قوة مهاجمة تفوقه بكثير، فلن يستطع الصمود طويلاً أمام الضربات المتتالية، لأن أقصى ما يمتلكه من تسليح هي بعض الأسلحة المتوسطة فقط، والتي يستخدمها بأساليب تتناغم من الأسلوب النظامي، وهذا لن يدوم طويلاً.

الأسلوب الثالث:

الدفاع بأسلوب العصابات، وهذا هو أكثر الأساليب فعالية في الوضع العراقي الآن، وحرب العصابات هي حرب ثورية تجند سكان مدنين أو على الأقل جزء من السكان ضد القوى العسكرية المغتصبة، وهي حرب بأبسط الأشكال وأرخص الأدوات من قبل طرف ضعيف وفقير ضد خصم قوي يتفوق في العدة والعتاد سواء كان هذا الخصم خارجياً أو داخلياً، وتشن هذه الحرب من قبل قوات مقاتلة تستخدم أساليب حرب العصابات المتصفة تكتيكياً بالمفاجأة والسرعة والعمل العنيف والخداع، وينطلق رجال العصابات في هجماتهم من داخل المناطق التي يسيطر عليها العدو، وتسليح العصابات يتكون من الأسلحة الخفيفة والمتفجرات والألغام والقنابل اليدوية والصواريخ المضادة للآليات، ولا يوجد على رجل العصابات قيود في تسليحه، فهو يستخدم السلاح المتاح أمامه لإنهاك العدو دون الحاجة للظهور أمامه للمنازلة، فأسلوب العصابات وإن كان استراتيجياً هو أسلوب دفاعي، إلا أنه تكتيكياً أسلوب هجومي بحت، فلا يوجد لرجل العصابات خطط تكتيكية للدفاع، فهو ليس بحاجة لمثل هذه الخطط لأنه لا يدافع عن منطقة محددة، فهو حر في التسليح والتحرك، أما بالنسبة للتشكيل، فرجل العصابات غير ملزم بتشكيل محدد، فتشكيله يفرضه عليه طبيعة عمله، إلا أن أحسن حالات العصابات يكون تشكيلها، أن تتألف الجماعة من 12 مقاتلاً وسوف نعرض لاحقاً لتفصيل تسليحها، فهذه الجماعة هي نواة العصابات وعصب العصابات في نفس الوقت، وسرية العصابات هي أكبر تشكيل من العصابات يتواجد في قطاع واحد، وأربعة سرايا من العصابات تتكون منها كتيبة عصابات، وكتيبة العصابات هي أكبر تشكيل في العصابات وتوجد في كل منطقة عمليات كتيبة عصابات.

ولحرب العصابات أربعة ميادين:

 الميدان الأول: حرب العصابات في الجبال.

 الميدان الثاني: حرب العصابات في الأدغال.
 الميدان الثالث: حرب العصابات في المدن.
 الميدان الرابع: حرب العصابات في الصحراء.

جميع تشكيلات وتسليح وطبيعة التحرك والتنظيم لرجال العصابات في هذه الميادين متشابهة ماعدى حرب المدن فلها تشكيلاتها وتنظيمها وتسليحها الخاص وهو ما سوف نفصله لاحقاً بإذن الله تعالى، إلا أننا نقول أن ميدان المدن هو أكثر هذه الميادين حاجة للمهارات البدنية والعسكرية، لصغر الميدان ولقرب العدو من رجل العصابات والذي يحتاج إلى ذكاء قبل حاجته للمهارة العسكرية.

وننبه هنا على أن أسوأ ميدان بالنسبة لرجل العصابات هو ميدان الصحراء، فالصحراء بالنسبة لرجل العصابات مهلكة، لأن العدو يستخدم في حربه ضد رجل العصابات القوات البرية والقوات الجوية، فميدان الصحراء هو ميدان مفتوح للطيران وميدان متاح للآليات أن تحاصر وتلتف وتهاجم دون أية عوائق.

أما ميدان الجبال فهو ميدان يعد أحسن حالاً من ميدان الصحراء، فالجبال الوعرة وإن كانت نوعاً ما مكشوفة للطيران إلا أنها تعتبر حصناً لرجال العصابات من تقدم آليات العدو عليهم، فآليات العدو لا يمكن أن تدخل مناطق الجبال الوعرة لعدم قدرتها على التحرك في الجبال إضافة إلى أن الممرات الجبلية تعتبر مصائد مناسبة لهذه الآليات التي تسير مضطرة لوعورة الممرات بتشكيلات تضعف من قدرتها على القتال، فيصبح ميدان الجبال هو ميدان رجل المشاة ليقابل رجل العصابات الذي عرف الأرض وأعد العدة للإيقاع بخصمه فيها متى ما سنحت الفرصة له.

أما ميدان الأدغال فهو وإن كان ميداناً متاحاً للآليات إلى حد بعيد، إلا أنه الميدان الذي يعطل الطيران، فالرؤيا من الجو لهذا الميدان تعتبر رؤيا عديمة لكثافة الأشجار، ولا يمكن للطيران أن يصنع شيئاً ضد رجال العصابات في هذا الميدان، إلا عن طريق الأرض المحروقة التي تأكل الأخضر واليابس، كما فعل الأمريكان في فيتنام، وكثافة الأشجار في ميدان الأدغال تتيح لرجل العصابات تنفيذ الكمائن القريبة أكيدة المفعول.

أما ميدان المدن فهو الميدان الذي تتعطل معه قدرات العدو الجوية والآلية، فيضطر العدو إلى إقحام رجال المشاة في الميدان أو رجال القوات الخاصة، وهو أكثر الميادين إرهاقاً للجيوش، فهو إرهاق ذهني ونفسي وبدني، ولكن إذا أحسن رجال العصابات استخدام الميدان بالأسلوب الفعال، وكلما كانت المدينة أكبر مساحة وأكثر سكاناً، أصبحت أفضل لرجل العصابات، فيعجز العدو عن ملاحقة رجل العصابات للكثافة السكانية، وبإمكان رجل العصابات أن ينخرط بالأعمال المدنية دون أن يظهر عليه الانتماء لرجال العصابات، فهو في النهار موظف عادي، وفي الليل مقاتل شرس، هذا الميدان هو أفضل الميادين لقتل العدو إذا كانت هناك معطيات ميدانية وشعبية وتسليحية لرجال العصابات الذي يفترض فيهم الكفاءة العالية البدنية والعسكرية.

والشاهد على هذا الأسلوب القاتل للقوات النظامية مهما يكن تسليحها وقوة انتشارها، وقلة المعطيات لرجل العصابات، ما يحصل الآن في فلسطين، فرغم صغر حجم قطاع غزة والضفة الغربية، ورغم سعة انتشار القوات الصهيونية وتطويقها لهذه المناطق الصغيرة، إلا أنهم عجزوا عن إيقاف العمليات اليومية والتي تقتل منهم الكثير.

وبالمقارنة بين المعطيات الفلسطينية والمعطيات العراقية الميدانية والشعبية والتسليحية، إضافة إلى الفارق بين قوات العدو الصهيوني في فلسطين، وقوات العدو الصليبي في العراق، نجد أن هناك فرصة عظيمة جداً للمسلمين بأن يجعلوا العراق جحيماً على الصليبيين ليخرجوا منها أذلة وهم صاغرون ولو بعد حين.

ويمكن أن يتوفر لدى رجل العصابات أرض تجمع هذه الميادين كلها، فهناك بعض الأراضي فيها الغابات كثيفة، والمدن المحاطة بالجبال أو بالغابات، وهناك بعض الأراضي فيها المدن الكبيرة والغابات الكثيفة والجبال الوعرة فيمكن لرجل العصابات أن يحاول أن ينتقي الميدان الذي يخدمه، فإذا كان عدوه يتمتع بقوة جوية هائلة يرجح ميدان الغابات والأدغال على غيره لعطل القوة الجوية، وإذا كان عدوه يتمتع بقوة ميكانيكية هائلة فعليه أن يختار ميدان الجبال الوعرة، وإذا كان عدوه يتمتع بقوة متناسقة جوية وآلية فعليه بميدان المدن ليعطل كل هذه الإمكانيات.

ولكن المهم في أسلوب حرب العصابات أن يلتزم رجال العصابات بمرحلية هذه الحرب، ولحرب العصابات ثلاث مراحل لابد من إعطاء كل مرحلة حقها في الاستراتيجية والتكتيك، فلا يمكن أبداً تحديد نهاية هذه المراحل بحدود زمنية، والذي يحدد نهاية المرحلة والدخول في الأخرى هو الانتهاء منها على الوجه الأكمل، وتتميز كل مرحلة عن المراحل الأخرى بسمات عسكرية وسياسية واقتصادية وإعلامية تخضع للمناورة والتغير بحسب المرحلة، إلا أن الأساس العقدي لا يخضع للمناورة في أي مرحلة من هذه المراحل، لأنه هو الدفاع لحرب العصابات في مراحلها الثلاث، وهذه المراحل هي:

المرحلة الأولى: مرحلة الاستنزاف:

وهذه المرحلة هي أطول مراحل حرب العصابات، لأنها المرحلة التي يركز رجال العصابات فيها على ضربات صغيرة وسريعة وكثيرة في كافة الاتجاهات أو على أكبر رقعة يمكن نشر العمليات عليها للإيغال في استنزاف العدو واستنفاره في كل مكان، وهي لابد أن تخضع لسياسة (اضرب واهرب) أو (القتل بألف جرح) أي إنهاك العدو بضربات صغيرة على مدى طويل حتى يسقط من الإعياء.

وفي هذه المرحلة لابد أن تكون قواعد رجال العصابات قواعد متنقلة وغير ثابتة وخفيفة التجهيز حتى لا تعيق التنقل والمناورة.

ولابد لرجال العصابات أن يستخدموا الضربات العسكرية فقط لتحطيم هيبة النظام وترويج الدعايات ضده وتشجيع الناس على المقاومة لمعاونة رجال العصابات، ولابد من نشر تفاصيل المعارك على أكبر قطاع ممكن بين الناس لاجتذاب تأييد الناس وعونهم.

ولابد في هذه المرحلة من مراعات هذه التكتيكات لتؤدي المرحلة هدفها بأكبر قدر من الخسائر في صفوف العدو وأقل قدر من الخسائر في صفوف رجال العصابات، ونذكر هنا بعض سمات هذه المرحلة خشية الإطالة:

(1) إنهاك العدو بضربات مستمرة وطويلة (وخزات الإبر).

(2) العمل على مؤخرة العدو.

(3) إقامة القواعد الآمنة غير الدائمة.

(4) توسيع مناطق الحرب باستمرار لإجبار العدو على التبعثر وجعله ضعيفاً في كل مكان، لوضع العدو أمام معضلة كبيرة تتمثل بالتبعثر لحماية كل الأهداف، الأمر الذي يضعفه في كل مكان أو التجمع للحصول على القوة الأمر الذي يفقده السيطرة على مناطق شاسعة تسقط بيد العصابات وتزيدها قوة.

(5) عدم التمسك بالأرض والمواقع القتالية.

(6) الحفاظ على القوة الذاتية وتنميتها وتحطيم قوة العدو مادياً ومعنوياً.

(7) تأمين التنسيق بين عمل العصابات وعمل القوات النظامية التي تشن حرب الحركة إذا وجدت.

(8) الاستمرار في الضرب في الزمان والمكان لخلق حالة انعدام الأمن.

(9) التلاحم مع السكان.

(10) امتلاك زمام المبادرة وذلك بشن الهجمات في الزمان والمكان والكيفية التي تناسب رجال العصابات، وعدم الانجرار لاستفزاز العدو وخوض المعركة في الزمان والمكان الذي يريده العدو.

(11) لابد أن تتسم الهجمات بالمباغتة والعنف، فالمفاجأة والسرعة والحسم، أمور مهمة في تكتيك العصابات.

(12) التحدي والإصرار على هزيمة الخصم في الميدان لا يناسب هذه المرحلة بالنسبة لرجل العصابات، ما يناسب هذه المرحلة هو الضرب والانسحاب، فالاندفاع والتهور لا يخدمان رجال العصابات في هذه المرحلة، ولابد أن يتعلم الجميع كيف يفر.

(13) التركيز على الكمائن بكافة أشكالها وباستخدام كل الأساليب، وضرب العدو أثناء الحركة فهو أضعف ما يكون إذا كان متحركاً.

(14) المرونة في التجمع والتحرك.

(15) الاعتماد على المناطق الوعرة التي تؤمن الحماية.

(16) ضرورة رفع مستوى الاستخبارات لتأمين رجال العصابات، مع الاعتماد في هذا المجال على تعاون السكان.

(17) الاعتماد على سلاح الفكر والتوعية السياسية لتعديل موازين القوى.

(18) لابد من الحذر من حصار العدو والانسحاب فوراً مهما كلف الأمر عند الشعور بالحصار.

(19) هجمات رجال العصابات في هذه المرحلة تكون بالأسلوب الصامت الحذر، ومحاولة تشتيت انتباه العدو بإثارة ضجة في جهة والهجوم في جهة معاكسة أخرى.

(20) يجب إتقان التخفي في الحركة والإمداد ومهارة الدخول بين السكان.

(21) لابد من الابتعاد عن الروتين أو التكرار في التحرك أو الهجوم، ولابد من الحرص على مغايرة الأساليب.

(22) يجب أن يكون هناك اكتفاء ذاتي من قبل رجال العصابات من حيث المعيشة، فعليهم ببذل مجهوداتهم الذاتية للكسب لتكون لهم غطاء فيفترقون للكسب ويجتمعون للقتال.

هذه هي بعض سمات المرحلة الأولى من مراحل حرب العصابات، وكما قلنا سابقاً أنها أطول وأهم مراحل العصابات، ولا يمكن التحول منها إلى المرحلة الثانية إلا بعد ضمان اكتمالها بشكل تام.

البيان السياسي

بعد حملة إعلامية واسعة إستخدمت فيها كافة وسائل الإعلام العملية المرتبطة بالأمريكان وعملائهم في العراق. خرج علينا العميل الصغير جواد المالكي بمبادرة أطلق عليها هو وجوقته مبادرة المصالحة الوطنية وهي لا تتصف لا بالمصالحة ولا بالوطنية. حيث انها لا تعدو أن تكون مجرد كذبة عديمة اللون والطعم والرائحة إلا من لون وطعم ورائحة الخيانة والعمالة والغدر التي عرف بها العميل المالكي وحزبه حزب الدعوة العميل وأساتذتهم مجوس إيران.
لقد حاول المالكي قبل إعلان مبادرته أن يظلل العراقيين ويوحي لهم بأن مبادرته تلاقي معارضة جديدة شديدة من عبد العزيز الطباطبائي وصفويي قائمة الإئتلاف. لكونها ولأول مرة تعترف بفصائل المقاومة وحقها في مقاومة الإحتلال. وأنها تحوي ضمن بنودها ما سيكون من شأنه تغيير إسلوب الحكم في العراق الذي طبق خلال فترة الإحتلال. إضافة أن من اهدافها الحد من تأثير المليشيات التي ألحقت الدمار بالعراق وشعبه وأن القانون سيكون فوق الجميع.
ثم جاء إعلان المبادرة التي كان لنا تقييمنا المسبق لها بانها سوف لن تخرج عن إطار الخطة الأمريكية لإحتلال العراق وتدميره وإبادة شعبه. حيث كان كل ما إحتوته المبادرة من بنود يعبر عن إسلوب المالكي في الحكم الذي يعتمد على مبدأ (إكذب ثم إكذب حتى تصدق نفسك).
إن التفسير الوحيد لذلك هو جهل العميل المالكي لطبيعة الشعب العراقي وما طرأ على مواطنيه من تغير لتقييمهم للقوى العميلة التي ساندت الإحتلال وخدعت البعض منهم. كذلك إنقشاع الغشاوة التي غطت عقول وأبصار البعض لفترة قصيرة بعد إدراكهم للحقائق الموضوعية لطبيعة الصراع في العراق. إضافة لكون العميل المالكي يعتقد واهماً بان العراقيين على درجة من قصر النظر والإدراك تجعلهم عاجزين عن كشف أساليبه المفضوحة.
إن هذه المبادرة ما هي إلا كذبة فاشلة أول أهدافها إعطاء الشرعية لزواج المتعة الذي جرى بمباركة إيرانية بين قائمتي الإئتلاف الصفوي والتحالف الكردي العميل من جهة مع قائمة التوافق العراقية المشبوهة من جهة أخرى. يضاف لذلك تصوير الحكومة العميلة الحالية بانها حكومة وحدة وطنية وشرعية نالت تأييد وقبول كل العراقيين بمختلف طوائفهم وقومياتهم. إعتمدت في شرعيتها على دستور جرى إقراره بعد الإستفتاء عليه من قبل كل العراقيين. لذا فإن المصالحة يجب أن تجرى فقط فقط بين القوى السياسية التي إشتركت بهذه الحكومة العميلة ولا مكان في العراق لأية قوى أخرى لأنها برأيهم وحسب تلقين الأمريكان لهم و وفق ما ذكروه في مبادرتهم الخائبة ما هي إلا قوى إرهابية تكفيرية وصدامية. ومن الاهداف الأخرى للمبادرة شق فصائل الجهاد فيما بينها. وإحداث خرق عميق في جبهتها المقاتلة الصامدة وخاصة ما بين الفصائل الوطنية وبين الفصائل الإسلامية. بالإدعاء من أن بعض الفصائل قد وافق على هذه المبادرة. وأن هناك مفاوضات تجري بين الحكومة العميلة وهذه الفصائل. وهي بلا شك كذبة لا تنطلي حتى على الساذجين من العراقيين.
لقد اعقب الإعلان عن هذه المبادرة وهو أمر جرى التوجيه به أمريكياً قيام جهات وقوى سياسية عديدة بإعلان تأييدها لها. ولقد كان في مقدمة هذه القوى جبهة التوافق التي أكدت بهذا التأييد عمالتها المطلقة وانها لا تختلف في الحقيقة شيئاً عن الإئتلاف الصفوي والتحالف الكردي اليهودي. حيث خرج علينا المخادع هاوي المناصب عدنان الدليمي بمؤتمر صحفي يؤكد فيه مباركته للمبادرة وتأييده لحكومة المالكي العميلة نيابة عن جبهة التوافق ولا عجب في ذلك إذا عر فنا أنه يشغل منصب المستشار الديني للعميل الطالباني الذي لا دين له وهذا هو النفاق بعينه.
إن كافة فصائل الجهاد والمقاومة في العراق ومن ضمنها قيادتنا لا تعترف بهذه المبادرة ولا أية مبادرة أو مشروع تطرحه حكومات العملاء لأننا نمتلك تقييماً مسبقاً حول مجمل ما جرى وما خطط له ان يجري تحت ظل الإحتلال وستفشل كل نواياهم بعون الله تعالى. إننا لنؤكد مرة أخرى أن طريق الجهاد هو الطريق الوحيد لتحرير العراق وكافة أراضينا المغتصبة. وليعرف كل عملاء الأمريكان وجواسيسهم مهما إختلفت مسمياتهم أن رؤوسهم مطلوبة ولن يفلتوا مهما طال الزمن من القصاص العادل.
إننا في هذه المرحلة المصيرية من تأريخ العراق نقول لجبهة التوافق أنكم بموقفكم المؤيد للمبادرة ولحكومة المالكي العميل قد وجهتم طعنة إلى ظهر قوى الجهاد في العراق وأن السياسة لا تعني الخوف والنفاق لكنها تعني الشجاعة في طرح ما تؤمنون به من آراء والدفاع عنها والتمسك بها. ونقول ان السياسة تتطلب قدراً كبيراً من المبدأية والتفاني ونكران الذات وعليكم ألا تعلنوا تصريحات لا تتطابق مع مواقفكم السرية ونذكركم بقول الله سبحانه وتعالى:

قبل ايام ثارت زوبعة من الشائعات والاتهامات , كانت كلها موجهة الى احد من يدعي انهم يمثلون السنة في العراق الا وهو عدنان الدليمي, رئيس جبهة التوافق العراقية,وثارت تلك الزوبعة بعد ان قامت القوات الامريكية باعتقال احد حراسه بتهمة الانتماء الى تنظيم القاعدة ,ورغم ان ذلك كله لم يكن سوى شبهة او ربما دعوى كيدية,بعد ان نفى تنظيم القاعدة انتماء ذلك الشخص اليه, لكننا نود هنا ان نتسائل عن الاسباب التي حدت بالامريكان او بالعملاء الشيعة المجوسية الى تلفيق مثل هذه القضية تجاه جهة تعتبر شريكة لهم في العمل السياسي(كما يسمونه).ولعل الكثير من القارئين سوف يفاجئون بما سنطرحه عليهم الان, ولعل هذه المرة الاولى التي سيقرؤن مثل هذه المعلومات,وقبل سرد تلك المعلومات نود ان نشير الى ان هذه المعلومات كانت قد فقدت بعد ان قامت القوات الامريكية او القوات العراقية بمداهمة المكان الذي كانت موجودة فيه,وحيث ان من المرجح ان القوات الامريكية لم تكن هي من عثر على هذه المعلومات ,فقد كان الاحتمال الاكبر ان هذه المعلومات كانت قد وقعت في ايدي الاحزاب المجوسية,خصوصا بعد ان اكتشفوا ان ما خططوا له قد كشف من قبل تنظيم القاعدة قبل فترة.لهذا وبغية سبق الاحداث, قامت تلك الاحزاب الشيعية المجوسية بتلفيق التهمة تجاه الاحزاب السنية الداخلة معها في العملية السياسية لعلها ان تتملص من مغبة ما سنكشفه الان باذن الله.ولقد كنت قد حصلت على ما سأعرضه عليكم من قبل احد عناصر تنظيم القاعدة , وعندما ثارت هذه الزوبعة اتصلت به لعله يستطيع ان ينشر هذا الخبر لكنه قال لي انه في ظرف لا يستطيع القيام به بمثل ذلك لذلك طلب مني ان انشره بالطريقة التي استطيع بها ذلك.

قبل عدة اشهر اتصلت مجموعة من قوات بدر وعن طريق وسطاء من اهل السنة بتنظيم القاعدة في بلاد الرافدين , وكان الاتصال قد تم بعد ان قام مجموعة من عصابة قوات بدر بانتحال صفة تجار للأسلحة وبعد اجرائهم عدة محاولات للاتصال بوجهاء وشيوخ بعض العشائر في محافظة الانبار والتعامل معهم على انهم تجار اسلحة وانهم على استعداد لتجهيز المجاهدين بالاسلحة المهربة من سورية.وقد تم بالفعل استلام مجموعة شحنات من تلك الأسلحة .ثم بعد عدة اشهر من التعامل ادعى اولئك التجار ان لهم علاقات حميمة ببعض الأعضاء في المجلس الوطني السابق في عهد الجعفري وببعض الأجهزة الأمنية الموجودين في المنطقة الخضراء , ولذلك فان بإمكانهم الدخول والخروج من المنطقة الخضراء متى شاءوا. وانهم على أتم الاستعداد لتمكين بعض المجاهدين من الدخول والخروج إلى المنطقة الخضراء .وقد تم اثر ذلك ارسال احد الإخوة الى داخل المنطقة الخضراء لاختبار الامر وقد مكنه اولئك التجار من دخول تلك المنطقة بكل يسر. ثم تكررت محاولات الدخول الى تلك المنطقة حيث تم تقصي بعض الأهداف وتحديد مواقعها.لكن اثناء محاولات الدخول الى المنظقة الخضراء لاحظ الاخوة وجود علاقة غريبة بين اولئك التجار ورجال الأمن العراقيين الموجودين في تلك المنطقة والذين كان يجري تمرير الاخوة من بينهم بكل سهولة,حيث أثارت تلك العلاقة بعض الشك والريبة في صدور الاخوة, وحتى طريقة الدخول كانت موضع شك وريب.ثم بعد فترة جرى الاتصال مع اولئك التجارلاجل تحديد الاهداف التي باستطاعة المجاهدين استهدافها, واثناء التباجث كان الاخوة المجاهدين يركزون على ضرورة اجراء ضربة واحدة شاملة لكل الاهداف الممكنة بما في ذلك السفارة الامريكية والبريطانية ومقر الرئاسة ومجلس النواب بالإضافة إلى بعض الأهداف الأخرى بينما كان أولئك التجار يصرون على ان تكون الخطة مقتصرة فقط على ضرب موكب السفير الامريكي "زلماي خليل زادة" او موكب العميل "جلال الطالباني" وانه من الممكن ضرب باقي الاهداف لاحقا, وحيث انه كان في تفكير الاخوة انه من الصعب إعادة تنفيذ هجوما اخر بعد تنفيذ الهجوم الاول ,حيث ستجري عمليات ملاحقة وتشديد الحراسة بعد التفجير مما قد يمنع الاخوة من تنفيذ هجوم آخر, اصر التجار على رأيهم واكدوا على انهم قادرون على إعادة الكرة مهما كانت الرقابة الأمنية, مما وضع مؤشر اخر للشك.
وفي الوقت الذي تم الافاق على خطة الهجوم وعلى يوم التنفيذ فقد كانت جماعة أخرى تجري تحريات خاصة لأجل التأكد من صدقيه أولئك التجار وأصلهم بعد ان زاد الشك فيهم .
كانت الخطة تقتضي إدخال سبعة مجاهدين خمسة منه استشهاديين , ثلاث يقودون سيارات يتم ادخالها بطريقة خاصة واستشهاديين اثنين يفجرون انفسهم باحزمة ناسفة ومجاهدين اثنين للمتابعة والمراقبة ويتم ادخال الجميع على دفعات, وتنفذ العملية الاولى في الساعة الثانية ظهرا( حيث خصصت سيارتين لموكب السفير الامريكي واستشهادي بحزام ناسف يفجر نفسه بعد تجمع سيارات الاسعاف للانقاذ.وسيارة للطالباني واستشهادي مفخخ عند الانقاذ).وقبل يومين من يوم التنفيذ وصلت معلومات استخباراتية تشير إلى إن بعض الأسلحة التي كان قد باعها بعض اولئك التجار كانت إيرانية الصنع وليس روسية كما ادعوا. وإنها قدمت عن طريق إيران وليس عن طريق سورية.؟مما زاد الشك عند الإخوة المسؤولين عن العملية ودعاهم الى ايقاف تنفيذ العملية الى حين التأكد الدقيق من شخصيات أولئك التجار ونواياهم الحقيقة. وبعد التحقق والتقصي تبين إن اثنين منهم هم من اهل الجنوب وانهم كانوا في ايران قبل احتلال العراق وهم "عباس جار الله" وهو من مواليد سوق الشيوخ سنة"1963" وقد فرّ الى ايران اثناء الحرب مع ايران ثم هاجر الى فرنسا ثم دخل سوريا قبل سنة من سقوط بغداد وقد وكان من المقربين للمدعو"عباس البياتي "(وعباس البياتي واحد من اشهر قادة قوات بدر وهو تركماني من سكنة طوزخرماتو وكان ضابطا في الجيش العراقي وقد تم اسره من قبل ايران بعد اصابته في رجله لكن تبين لاحقا ان عملية الاسر ليست حقيقية وانه هرب الى ايران بسابق تخطيط وقصد ,وانه التحق مباشرة بالمعارضة وقد قامت الاستخبارات العراقية باحتجاز ابوه واخوته والكثير من اقاربه حتى لقد تم سحب سيارة السوبر التي كان قد اكرمهم بها النظام السابق التي اعطيت لاهله من ضمن المكافئات التي كانت تعطى لذوي الاسرى الضباط وكان قد لحقه فيما بعد احد ابناء اخته "عقيل نجم عبد الله" وقد عين عباس البياتي مسؤول الاستخبارات في قوات بدر وانه كان احد المسؤولين عن سرقة كافة الاجهزة الحساسة واجهزة الاشعاع الخاصة ببرنامج الطاقة النووية في التويثة والموجودة في مراكز البحوث العراقية بعد الاحتلال وهو احد اهم اعضاء مجلس النواب حاليا) اما الاخر فهو "محمد رضى شبيب " وهو من مواليد البصرة سنة "1971" وقد لجاء إلى إيران سنة "1997" ثم الى سورية سنة"2001"ودخل العراق بعد الاحتلال وهو زوج الاخت الصغرى لـ"عباس جار الله".فيما لم يتم التأكد من هوية الآخران وهما"احمد يونس "واسمه الاصلي "موسى جاسم الناصري"والاخر "سعد رشيد" واسمه الحقيقي "محمد خضير جاسم" .

لقد صدرت الاوامر من الجهات العليا في ايران الى المجلس الأعلى للثورة الإسلامية (الشيعية المجوسية) وحزب الدعوة وكافة الاحزاب الشيعية المتحالفة في قائمة الائتلاف الشيعي على ضرورة التخلص من السفير الأمريكي "زلماي خليل زادة" نظرا للمواقف السلبية التي اتخذها من الشيعة , فيما كان حزب الدعوة( وتحديدا إبراهيم الجعفري) قد أصر على التخلص من جلال الطلباني بسبب الموقف المتشدد الذي أبداه الطلباني بخصوص ترشيح الجعفري لولاية ثانية بالاضافة الى النظرة الشيعية نحو الاكراد التي تعتبر الاكراد جنس من الجن تم كشف الحجب عنهمّّ ** !!.إلا إن التركيز كان على أشده بخصوص التخلص من السفير الأمريكي وخصوصا بعد أن تم الكشف عن ملاجئ التعذيب وفرق الموت التابعة لوزارة الداخلية وحيث تم تشخيص ذلك السفير على انه العدو الأول لمشروع الشيعة (ايران ) في السيطرة على العراق . لهذا كانت القيادات الشيعية مصممة على قتل هذين الشخصين ,لكن المشكلة كانت هي كيف يمكن ان يتم ذلك مع الاحتفاظ بموقع الشيعة المقرب من امريكا؟ وكيف يمكن القيام بذلك وفي نفس الوقت يمكن تجنب ردة الفعل الامريكية التي قد تجردهم من كل ما جنوه طيلة هذه السنوات الثلاثة. وقد كانت الفكرة الأولى تسعى الى توريط جماعة شيعية وبالخصوص جماعة الأحمق(كما يسمونه) مقتدى الصدر للقيام بهذه العملية وبهذا يتم تحقيق الهدف في التخلص من زلماي خليل زادة وكذلك التخلص من مقتدى الصدر ومن عصابته في جيش المهدي, لكن بسبب معارضة الجعفري لهذه الفكرة وبسبب الخوف من ان يلحق الضرر بكل الشيعة لذلك قرر فيلق بدر تبني العملية بطرقه الخاصة وبمساعدة الاستخبارات الايرانية المتوغلة في العراق,حيث يسعى الى خطة يتم من خلالها استدراج تنظيم القاعدة للقيام بهذه العملية , وبذلك يتم ضرب اكثر من عصفور بحجر والعصفورين الاوليين هما عصفوري "زلماي خليل زادة" و"الطلباني", حيث يتم التخلص منهما بهذه العملية.والعصفور الثالث الذي سيتخلصون منه هو تنظيم القاعدة و يتحقق ضرب التنظيم من خلال قيام القوات الامريكية بشن ردة فعل عنيفة على هذا التنظيم (وعلى عموم اهل السنة )من جهة,ومن جهة اخرى فان نجاح هذه العملية سوف يعزز من مكانة اولئك التجار وثقتهم عند التنظيم مما قد يسهل عليهم التوصل الى اكتشاف مكان الشيخ ابو مصعب الزرقاوي(رحمه الله) او بعض القيادات المهمة الاخرى في التنظيم . بالاضافة الى عصفور رابع هو اتهام ما يسمى بقيادات اهل السنة السياسية (جبهة التوافق والحزب الاسلامي وجبهة الحوار)بانهم هم من سهل الطريق لدخول اولئك الاستشهاديين الى المنطقة الخضراء وبالتالي التحريض على طرد اولئك السنة من العملية السياسية التي يحاو الشيعة الاستواذ عليها..بالاضافة الى انه كان هنالك سيناريو طوارىء مفاده انه في حالة تغير الظروف فان بامكان قوات بدر الإيقاع بعناصر التنظيم الاستشهاديين وإلقاء القبض عليهم قبل التنفيذ وتسليمهم للأمريكان كطريقة لابداء الشكر والعرفان للأمريكان عن معروفهم في تحرير العراق(!!).وبهذا فان تلك العملية كانت ستشكل نصرا استخباراتيا ساحقا بالنسب لأولئك الشيعة المجوسية وخصوصا اذا ما عرفنا ان تجار السلاح أولئك كان قد تطلب اختراقهم لبعض الاوساط الجهادية لاكثر من سنتين قاموا خلالها بتجهيز بعض الجماعات الجهادية بالكثير من الاسلحة, وإنهم استطاعوا ان يحصلوا نسبيا على بعض المعلومات المهمة داخل الوسط الجهادي.
الا انهم... يمكرون ويمكر الله والله خير الماكرين...., فرغم هذا الدهاء والحيلة ورغم ان الاهداف التي كانت معروضة كطعم هي من النوع الذي يسيل له لعاب تنظيم القاعدة وكل المجاهدين,وان التنظيم كان على استعداد للسير قدما في تنفيذ هذه العملية رغم النتائج التي كان سوف يجنيها الشيعة المجوسية, الا ان الخوف كان منصبا في رفض العملية على الخوف من ان يقوم الشيعة المجوسية بالقاء القبض على الإخوة الاستشهاديين قبل القيام بالعملية والتنكيل بهم ,وهذا كان الهاجس الأكبر الذي جعل الإخوة يقررون الغاء العملية والتسريع في القبض على اولئك التجار المزعومين,حيث كان قرار الاخوة بعد اكتشاف حقيقة أولئك التجار هو ان هؤلاء الشيعة المجوسية لا يمكن الوثوق بهم وان ليس من الحكمة الوثوق بالعملاء والخونة مهما كانت اشكالهم والوانهم ومغرياتهم.
وهكذا انتهت هذه التجربة ,وبحمد الله لم يتعرض أي من الإخوة لاي سوء سوى الحزن العميق والدمع الغزير الذي سال من عيون الاخوة الاستشهاديين الذين كانوا يتربصون يوم التنفيذ بفارغ الصبر يسألون الله الشهادة والتنكيل بالعدو.
لقد كان حفظ الله وكرمه, ثم القوة الاستخباراتية للتنظيم ولبعض الجهات الجهادية الاخرى الاثر الاكبر في افشال هذا المخطط المجوسي , الذي يبدوا انه اعد في دوائر الاستخبارات الايرانية,فليس بمقدور هؤلاء العملاء رسم مثل هذا المخطط المحكم.

ان من النتائج التي يمكن استخلاصها من هذه التجربة هي ما يلي:
1-ضرورة التقصي والاستخبار الدقيق عن كل من يتقدم ليعرض خدماته على المجاهدين وان يكون سؤ الظن مقدما على حسن الظن في هذه المواقف وقد قيل سابقا "سوء الظن من حسن الفطن".
2-اليقضة والحذر ودقة الملاحظة في استقصاء اخطاء العدو وتربص هفواته والتي يمكت ان تفضح شخصية العميل الحقيقية او تكشف سوء نواياه.
3-عدم الوثوق بالكفار والمنافقين حتى لو بدا منهم ما يدعوا الى الثقة او كان ظاهر ما يدعونا اليه مغريا لأنه لا ذمة لأمثال هؤلاء"لا يرقبون في مؤمن الا ولا ذمة".
4-اهمية التعاون مع باقي الجماعات الجهادية وتكوين مراكز لقاعدة المعلومات يستطيع ان يرجع اليها كل المجاهدين وإيجاد الوسيلة المناسبة لتبادل المعلومات الاستخباراتية حول العملاء والخونة والأعداء بين الجماعات الجهادية بل وبين الجماعات الجهادية وبين باقي اطياف المجتمع الإسلامي وطبقاته وليس في العراق وحده بل وفي كل العالم (تشكيل مركز معلومات عالمي لتقصي شخصيات العملاء والاعداء وكل من يملك معلومة عن شخص سيء يمكن له ان يوردها هناك او ان يجدها فيه كل من يبحث عنها).
5-عدم التسرع في اتخاذ القرارات وتوخي الدقة والحذر وإجراء الكثير الكثير من الحسابات قبل اتخاذ القرار بنوع الهدف الذي سوف يتم إرسال احد الاستشهاديين لتنفيذه.لان هؤلاء الاستشهاديين هم خيرة اهل الارض ومصابيحه التي تنير ليله الكالح وان احدهم عندنا لهو أغلى من كنوز الارض لو وزنت.ولولا الايمان بعظيم قضيتنا وسمو اهدافنا وانعدام الوسيلة البديلة لاستخدامهم لما ضحينا بهم, لكن لابد من مداد الدم لكي نخط "لا اله الا الله" ونرفعها فوق العباد والبلاد.
