بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم



الحمد لله ناصر المؤمنين، مذل الكفرة المفسدين ورد كيدهم في نحورهم وعذب الكفرة والمنافقين بايدي المجاهدين ليشفي صدور قوم مؤمنين .
الحمد لله الذي صدق وعده ، وأعز جنده ، وهزم الأحزاب وحده ،ووعد المؤمنين بالعزة والنصر والتمكين.

والصلاة والسلام على إمام المجاهدين وقائد الملحمة محمد صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم وعلى آله وصحبه وإخوانه القادة الميامين والغر المحجلين ومن صار على نهجه الى يوم الدين.
أما بعد:

أيها الأخوة الأعزاء: نحييكم بتحية أهل الجنة السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته....
نستسمحكم عذرا على هذا الغياب الطويل ... فالحمد لله على سرائه وضرائه ... ونبشركم بأن المكتب الإعلامي للإمارة الإسلامية في أفغانستان ستقوم بنشر البشائر باذن الله حتى نقطع دابر الكافرين والمنافقين الذين يروجون الكذب والدجل على المجاهدين ويشوهون صورة الجهاد الأفغاني.

نزف من الإمارة الإسلامية الى المسلمين فى مشارق الأرض ومغاربها بشارات حتى يعلم الجميع أن نصر الله قادم لا محالة ... وأن اخوانكم قد كبدوا العدو خسائر فادحة معنوية ومادية كما أحبطوا مخططاته العدوانية ضد الإسلام والمسلمين ....وأدخلوه في المستقنع الذي لن يخرج منه الا ذليلا ومدحورا .....

ونبشركم أن الإمارة الإسلامية تزداد جحيما يوما بعد يوم تحت أقدام الصلبيين وأذنابهم ، وليس لهم المفر إلا الى الجحيم والنار خالدين فيها آبدا .

قبل أن نهمسكم بالبشائر نود أن نذكركم أن وسائل الاعلام مازالوا يسحروا الناس ويلعبون بمشاعر الإسلام والمسلمين ومعنوياتهم بنشر الأخبار الكاذبة.

فإننا نؤكد عبر هذا البيان عدم تصديق وسائل الإعلام التي تنشر الأخبار الكاذبة والمغرضة ، فلا صحة لما تناقلته وسائل الإعلام مثلاً بان مجموعة المكونة من ثلاثين شخصا من المجاهدين قد سلموا أنفسهم للحكومة العميلة والقوات الأمريكية مقابل العفو العام الذي طرحه السفير الأمريكي بأفغانستان خليل زاد في وسائل الاعلام الأفغانية . وأن المجاهدين يتفاوضون مع القوات الأمريكية ، وان هجمات الأسود قد وقفت على الصليبيين . وأن أمير المؤمنين الملا عمر حفظه الله قد استشهد أو مصاب بأصابات شديدة . فكل ذلك باطل وليس له ولا لأمثاله أساس من الصحة . وجميع هذه الأخبار تنشر لمصلحة أعداء الإسلام .

وإننا نؤكد عبر هذا البيان بأن الذين سلموا أنفسهم لا علاقة لهم من المجاهدين .....لا من قريب ولا من بعيد .وان الأسماء التي أعلنت في وسائل الاعلام فانهم ليسوا كانوا في صفوف المجاهدين المرابطين بعد الهجمة الشرسة الصليبية على أرض الإمارة الإسلامية .

ونبشر الأمة الإسلامية بأن أمير المؤمنين الملا عمر حفظه الله بخير وأتم صحة وعافية وهو يقود الآن بنفسه بعض العمليات في أحدى الجبهات القتال ضد الظلمة الصليبيين .

وأما ما يقال عن مسرحية المفاوضات بين القوات الأمريكية والحكومة العميلة من جهة والمجاهدين من جهة . فاننا نؤكد عدم وجود أحد من المجاهدين على أرض الإمارة الإسلامية سواء من الطلبة أو الحزب الإسلامي أو غيرهم قبل التفاوض مع الغاشمين الصليبيين .

وقد ذكر الملا جلال الدين حقاني حفظه الله للمكتب الإعلامي للامارة الإسلامية بأنه قد قابل أمير المؤمنين الملاعمر حفظه الله قبل أيام قليلة وسأله أثناء اللقاء : هل يتفاوض أحد من المجاهدين مع الحكومة العميلة والقوات الأمريكية كما تدعي وسائل الاعلام؟

فأجاب أمير المؤمنين : لا يوجد أحدا من المجاهدين حسب علمي على أرض الإمارة الإسلامية يفكر مجرد التفكير حول التفاوض مع الحكومة العميلة والقوات الأمريكية . وأما أن يتفاوض مع هؤلاء اليوم فهذا أمر مستبعد جدا .

بل ان الصليبيين هم يريدون التفاوض معنا كما أعلن كبارهم مرار وتكرارا على وسائل الاعلام ولكن كان ردنا عليهم بأننا سنقاتلكم حتى تخرجوا صاغرين من أرض الإمارة الإسلامية .

وأضاف أمير المؤمنين الملا عمر حفظه الله : واذا كنا نريد التفاوض مع هؤلاء الظلمة لتفاوضنا معهم قبل سقوط الإمارة الإسلامية لكننا رفضنا ذاك الوقت . وسنرفض في كل حين التفاوض مع الغزاة المحتلين وحكومتهم العميلة . وان عملياتنا وجهادنا ستتواصل باذن الله لطرد الغزاة والمحتلين وأذنابهم .

إن تصريحات أمير المؤمنين الملا عمر حفظه الله يؤكد بأن الغزاة لم يتحققوا أي مكسب عسكري على أرض الإمارة الإسلامية فلهذا قادة الصليبيين وأذنابهم يصرخون ليلا ونهارا ويطلبون من المجاهدين أن يوقفوا الهجمات مقابل أي شئ كما أعلن قائد القوات الأمريكية فيدير بتريسن مع رئيس حكومة بقندهار غل آغا شيرازي في احدى المؤتمرات الصحفية بمدينة قندهار في بداية مارس 2005 بعدما دكهم أسود الأشاوس بضربات عنيفة وقاطعة لدبرهم : ’’بأن على المجاهدين أن يوقفوا الهجمات فنحن نعفو عنكم ونعطيكم البطاقات الهوية الأفغانية الأمريكية الجديدة ".

فهذا الاعلان ليس بجديد بل أعلن قبله رئيس الحكومة الأفغانية كرزاي ووزيرالحكومة الداخلية الأفغانية علي احمد الجلالي والسفير الأمريكي بأفغانستان خليل زاد وغيرهم من الكفرة والفجرة مرار وتكرارا في وسائل الاعلام.

فهذه التصريحات المليئات بالطمع تؤكد على انهيار أمريكا وقواتها أمام المجاهدين بأفغانستان بعد ما عجزت عن مقاومة المجاهدين .

ويؤكد المكتب الإعلامي للامارة الإسلامية في أفغانستان أن المجاهدين ماضين باذن الله في دحر الصليبيين وقطع دابرهم رغم أنف المنافقين . وان الجهاد اليوم على أرض الإمارة الإسلامية قد كسر شوكة الصليبيين وأذنابهم.فلهذا بدأوا يطلبون المفاوضات مرة ثانية مع المجاهدين لكن المجاهدون يردون عليهم في كل مرة بالسيوف القاطعة . فلهذا يخطط الصليبييون وأذنابهم لتكريس الاحتلال على أرض الإسلامية عبر الادعاءات الكاذبة في وسائل الاعلام لكن باذن الله ستكون جميع خططهم فاشلة وسترد على أعقابهم من دون أن يعلموا باذن الله الواحد القهار .

وأما الامر الثاني الذي يروجه وسائل الاعلام في هذه الايام هو ان المجاهدين على أرض الإمارة الإسلامية أوقفوا الهجمات على الصليبيين بسبب القضاء القوات الأمريكية الجبانة على المجاهدين كما ادعي الجنرال الأمريكي أريك اولسون.
فهذا كذب ودجل الذي يمارسه الصليبييون عبر وسائل الاعلام . واننا نتحدي قادة الفجرة ووسائل الاعلام أن يكشفوا الحقائق والخسائر التي تكبدها الجبناء بايدي المجاهدين في هذه الايام .

وقال أمير المؤمنين الملا عمر حفظه الله في احدى البيانات الإعلامية بأن المجاهدين سيزيدون من هجماتهم على الحكومة وقوات الاحتلال الأجنبية، ما إن ينتهي البرد القارس في أفغانستان ويحل الربيع .

ووصف البيان تصريحات الجنرال الأمريكي أريك اولسون الذي اعتبر أن عدد هجمات حركة طالبان انخفض بشكل دراماتيكي، وأن الملا عمر غير قادر على السيطرة على أتباعه بأنه مجرد حرب نفسية الغرض منها تخفيض معنويات المجاهدين و زرع الخلافات بين صفوفهم.

وتعهد المجاهد البطل الملا محمد عمر باستئناف الهجوم على القوات الأمريكية وقوات التحالف الصليبية واذنابهم .

والمكتب الإعلامي للامارة الإسلامية تنشر بعض تفاصيل العمليات التي تمت في هذه الأيام والتي تؤكد أن الهجمات والمعارك ما زالت متواصلة رغم البرد القاصي ولكنها مختفية عمدا عن وسائل الاعلام حتى يصدق الناس قادة الفجرة الصليبيين بأن المجاهدين قد ضعفوا.

كما نحذر جميع المسلمين مرة ثانية بعدم تصديق ما ينشر من قبل وسائل الاعلام حول المجاهدين وذلك لتحقيق بعض أهداف الصليبيين وأغراضهم . ومن أهدافهم تحطيم معنويات المسلمين وانزاع الحب من قلوب الناس للمجاهدين .

ونؤكد لكم أن الجهاد ماض باذن الله في أرض الإمارة الإسلامية بزيادة سرعته الهائلة من قبل ، وأن للأمريكان عند المجاهدين فقط السيف ولا أي شئ أخر فهو سيقضي بيننا وبينهم وأننا لا نقبل الدنية في ديننا أبدا ،وأن قتالنا ليس لأجل المصالح الشخصية ولا لأجل أغراض الدنيا بل إن جهادنا هو لأداء الفريضة وعبادة القتال وتحرير المقدسات الإسلامية وبلاد المسلمين . وأننا لن نتراجع ولن نتزعزع عن هذا الطريق الرباني الواصل بين الإمارة الإسلامية والمقدسات الإسلامية . وباذن الله نحن قادمون مهما بعدت الشقة وطال الزمن وامتدت الطريق . فأبشروا يا أمة الإسلام ولا تهنوا ولا تحزنوا واصبروا حتى يأتي الله بالفتح أو أمر من عنده فيصبح المشككين والمتخاذلين والمتقاعسين على ما أسروا في أنفسهم نادمين .
واننا نبشر الأمة الإسلامية بأن الطاغوت قد سقط مبكرا فى خنادق الهلاك والهزيمة بحول الله وقوته... وكما أن الأمور تسير ولله الحمد والمنة إلى حد بعيد جداً كما يريدها المجاهدون وكما خططوا لها ، وننادي جميع المسلمين أن يثقوا بنصر الله تعالى ، وأن لا يدخل إلى قلوبهم اليأس والقنوط فالله ناصر دينه ومعلي كلمته ولو كره الكافرون .

ونبشركم أن إخوانكم المرابطين في أرض الإمارة الإسلامية ما زالوا يصنعون جحيما تحت أقدام العلوج وأذنابها في أرض الإمارة الإسلامية .


موقف الحزب الإسلامي (مجموعة خالص) حول التفاوض مع الحكومة العميلة والعزاة المحتلين .

حصل مراسل المكتب الإعلامي للامارة الإسلامية نسخة من البيان الإعلامي للملا يونس خالص أمير الحزب الإسلامي . وقد قال الملا يونس خالص في البيان بان الذي يوافق على التفاوض مع القوات الأمريكية والحكومة العميلة الأفغانية سواء كان العالم الرباني أو التاجر سيصبح أداة في يد الاحتلال .وان المجاهدين سيقاتلون ضد هؤلاء الخونة الى آخر قطرة دمهم باذن الله .

وأضاف : ان الذين يريدون التفاوض مع المحتلين هم يريدون أن يخونوا مع دماء الشهداء الزاكيات ويرسخوا أقدام الأمريكيين في أفغانستان بعدما ألحقهم المجاهدون الهزيمة والخسائر الفادحة في صفوفهم.

وقال :اذا كان قلة من الناس قد سلموا نفوسهم للكفرة فهذا لا يضير المجاهدين ولا يستطيعون الخونة أن يرسخوا أقدام الكفرة الأمريكيين على أرض أفغانستان الابية مهما ظلموا وتجبروا.

وأضاف:"من ناصر الحكومة العميلة كائنا من كان فانه عبد أمريكا وعدو للاسلام والمسلمين ".

وقال الملا يونس خالص في البيان بان اخراج الحل للأزمة الأفغانية هو ضروري جدا لكننا نرى أن العالم يحكمه قانون الغابة . والظالمين الأقوياء يغصبون حقوق الأبرياء ويتجاوزن في الظلم والعناد كما نرى في أفغانستان والشيشان وفلسطين .
فأمريكا تأوي الظالمين وتناصرهم وتحميهم وكما هاجم أمريكا على أفغانستان واستهدف الأبرياء عبر القصف الشنيع .واليوم تتحاور أمريكا الظالمة مع الشعب الأفغاني بالصاروخ والقنابل . وهشمت كرامة الإمارة الإسلامية وغصب حرية الناس وانتهك شعائر وحدود الاسلام . وحتي الآن يتكلم بلغة الغرور والمتكبر وينوي على انشاء القواعد العسكرية الدائمة على أرض أفغانستان .فأمريكا لا تعترف بجرائمها ولا تسلم القيادة للشعب الأفغاني ,.بل يعذب الاطفال الأبرياء بشتي أنواع التعذيب في سجون بغرام وكيوبا .

وقال الملا : قبل أن تمسح دموع الأرامل واليتامي بدأت القوات الغاشمة والحكومة العميلة لعبة مسرحية التفاوض .وأضاف :" نحن نعتقد أن لا فائدة من التفاوض في هذه الظروف .ومن يقبل التفاوض مع الغاشمين سواءا كان من من المجاهدين فانه قد ناصر الظالمين .

وقال :وان جميع المجاهدين المقاتلين على أرض الإمارة الإسلامية هدفهم هو الجهاد وتحرير البلاد من قبضة الغاشمين الصليبيين .

واختتم الملا يونس خالص حفظه الله بيانه بهذه الكلمات :أبشركم ان صفوف المجاهدين بفضل الله ورحمته يقوي يوما بعد يوم .وان معنويات لمجاهدين مرتفعة جدا .وأن النصر قادم باذن الله الواحد القهار.

وفي الأخير: نزف إلى المسلمين عموماً بشائر وإنتصارات وفتوحات حققها جنود الله البواسل على أرض المعارك في أرض الإمارة الإسلامية ، ونبلغكم تحيات إخوانكم المجاهدين في أرض العزة والكرامة أفغانستان ،.

وندعو لأحبابنا الذين رفعوا العار والذلة عن جبين الأمة وتركوا لذيذ العيش لنصرة دين الله والمسارعة لنيل الشهادة في سبيل الله ، الأبطال المجاهدين في بلاد الرافدين ، و المجاهدين في أرض الإسراء في فلسطين والشيشان وكشمير .


والآن نزف اليكم زبدة من البشائر التي حققتها جنود الله البواسل والتي تثلج صدور قوم مؤمنين وتغيظ الكفار والمنافقين .............



أخبار يوم الاثنين 19/1/1426 هـ - الموافق28/2/2005 م

- شن المجاهدون الأبطال هجوما على قافلة دورية التابعة لقوات الأمريكية بقرية زهاوارا بمحافظة غربيز باقليم خوست .وأسفر الهجوم عبر الالغام المنصوب حسب ما أفادانا المراسل لطيف الله حكيمي الى مقتل خمس جندي من القوات الأمريكية وسبع من جنود الافغان مع تدمير سياراتين عسكريتين . والله اكبر ولله الحمد والمنة.

- هاجم الأبطال الأشاوس على قافلة دورية التابعة للقوات الأفغانية بمنطقة جائل باقليم هلمند . وأسفر الهجوم حسب ما أفادانا مراسلنا الى هلاك أكثر من تسع جندي من القوات الأفغانية وجرح آخرين منهم . وانسحب الأسود سالمين آمنين غانمين . ولله الحمد .


أخبار يوم الثلاثاء 20/1/1426 هـ - الموافق1/3/2005 م

- هاجم أسود الله البواسل على القوات الخاصة الباكستانية بقرية لدا بجنوب وزيرستان عندما كانوا راجعين من أحد البئر مما أدى الى مقتل عدد كبير منهم وجرح آخرين منهم. وقد أكد شهود عيان عن هلاك جنديين من القوات الباكستانية .

- وفجر أسود الله البواسل لغما منصوبا قرب الشارع الرئيسي للعاصمة باقليم هلمند مما أدي الى هلاك ثلاث جنود الافغان وجرح آخرين منهم . ولله الحمد.

- نفذ ابطال الاسلام حدود الله على العميلان الذان يتجسسان للقوات الأمريكية على المجاهدين باقليم فارياب . وذكر مراسلنا أن العميل عبد القيوم والعميل نجيب الله كانا من أكبرالجواسيس للقوات الأمريكية في المنطقة . وقد هدد المجاهدون بقتلهما لكنهما لم يتراجعا عن الجريمة . فطبق الابطال حكم الله فيهما واعدمواهما بالرصاص .
فهذا جزاء كل الخونة والعملاء الصليبيين .


أخبار يوم السبت 24/1/1426 هـ - الموافق5/3/2005 م

- هاجم المجاهدون على مقر القوات الأفغانية باقليم كونارمما أدي الى اندلاع المعركة بين جنود الله وجنود الشيطان التي استمرت الى أكثر من اربع ساعات . وأسفر الهجوم الى هلاك اكثر من اربع جنود من القوات الأفغانية مع تدمير سيارة عسكرية وهروب الآخرين من المنطقة خوفا من المجاهدين . وانسحب المجاهدون بفضل الله ورحمته فاتحين غانمين . ولله الحمد والمنة على ذلك.

- شن أسود الله البواسل هجوما على قافلة القوات الأمريكية بمنطقة بكتيا الواقعة بمشرق أفغانستان .وأسفر الهجوم الشامل الى هلاك سبع جندي من القوات الأمريكية والصليبية .وانسحب المجاهدون بفضل الله ورحمته سالمين آمنين بخلاف ما ادعي أن المجاهدون قد استشهد منهم خمسة . والله أكبر ولله الحمد .

- وأما في احدى المناطق الواقعة بشمال أفغانستان هاجم المجاهدون على قافلة دورية التابعة للقوات التحالف الصليبية مما أدي الى هلاك ست جندي من القوات التحالف الصليبية وجنود الافغان وجرح آخرين منهم. وفيما انسحب الأسود الله البواسل سالمين . ولله الحمد .



أخبار يوم الاثنين 26/1/1426 هـ - الموافق7/3/2005 م


- شن المجاهدون الابطال هجوما على دورية التابعة لجنود الافغان بمنطقة قلعه جديد في وسط المدينة باقليم قندهار . وأسفر الهجوم الى هلاك أكثر من سبع من جنود الافغان . ولله الحمد.

- هاجم جنود الله الا شاوس على قافلة القوات التحالف الصليبية بمنطقة مرغا باقليم بكتيكا مما أدي الى تدمير عربتين عسكريتين مع هلاك جميع طاقمهما والتي تبلغ عددهم حوالي ثماني جنود من القوات الصليبية . ولله الحمد

- تمكن الابطال الأسود من تدمير قافلة جنود الافغان بمنطقة صابري باقليم خوست . وأسفر الهجوم بااسلحة الخفيفة والثقيلة الي تدمير ثلاث سيارات عسكرية وهلاك حوالي تسع جنود الافغان .

- قصف جنود الله البواسل على مقر الحكومي التابعة للقوات الأمريكية وجنود الافغان ببلدية نوزار باقليم هلمند بالقذائف والصواريخ .وأسفر القصف الى هلاك أكثر من سبع جندي وجرح الآخرين منهم .

- اغتل ثلة من المجاهدين مستشارا بريطانيا خاصا للكرزاي بمنطقة هودخيل قرب السفارة الهولندية على شارع بل جرخي بمدينة كابل . وهذا المجرم كان يعمل مستشارا خاصا للطاغوت الكرزاي . وكان مديرا لأحد المشروع المالي على أرض أفغانستان للبنك العالمي(WORLD BANK) والتي تغتصب خيرات الامة وثراواتها .
وتم اغتياله عندما خرج هذا الصليبي الحاقد ستيف ماكوين من دار ضيافة تابع للامم المتحدة للذهاب الي وزارة التنمية الريفية والتعمير الأفغاني بمدينة كابل لكن أثناء الطريق اقتطفته كتيبة الاقتحام المكونة من ست فدائيين .وبعد التأكد من هويته تم اعدامه برصاص كلاشنكوف .
وقد ذكر أحد المجاهد للمكتب الإعلامي للامارة الإسلامية بأن كتيبة الفدائيين قد فرغوا جعبتين لرصاص كلاشنكوف على جسم الخنزير ليجعلوا جثته عبرة لأسياده الصليبيين وليعرفوا أن أيدي المجاهدين تصل اليهم رغم التدابير الامنية العالية و البرد القاصي .
وبعد العملية المباركة رمي المجاهدين جثة الخنزير وأشلاءه على الطريق من السيارة . وركب أحد الفدائيين من كتيبة الاقتحام على سيارة الخنزير .وانسحب المجاهدون بعد ذلك بامان من المنطقة مع سيارة المغتنمة من الخنزير.



أخبار يوم الأربعاء 28/1/1426 هـ - الموافق9/3/2005 م


- فجر أسود الاسلام ألغاما منصوبا على قافلة القوات الأفغانية ببلدية كنداؤ بعاصمة غرديز باقليم خوست .
وأسفر العملية الانفجار والهجوم حسب ما أفاد مراسل المكتب الإعلامي للامارة الإسلامية الى تدمير سيارتين عسكريتين مكتظين بجنود الافغان والذين تبلغ عددهم الى ثماني جنود الافغان .

- شن جنود الله البواسل هجوما شاملا على مركز جنود الافغان ببلدية ديهه جوبان باقليم زابل بالاسلحة الخفيفة والثقيلة مما أدي الى اندلاع المعركة بين أسود الله وجنود الطاغوت .
وأسفر الهجوم حسب ما أفادنا المراسل لطيف الله حكيمي الى هروب جميع جنود الافغان من المقاومة مع المجاهدين رغم كثرة عدتهم وعتادهم .
وفتح المجاهدون مركز جنود الافغان واغتنموا الأسلحة والذخائرو والمواد الغذائية والوثائق الهامة . وانسحب المجاهدون مهللين فاتحين مكبرين . والله اكبر والله اكبر ولله الحمد .

- هاجم أسود الله البواسل على قافلة دورية التابعة لجنود الافغان بمنطقة داغندي باقليم اروزغان .وأسفر الهجوم الى تدمير عربة عسكرية وثماني جنود الافغان . ولله الحمد.

- قصف أسود الله الاشاوس على مقر القوات الأمريكية الواقعة على مطار خوست بقذائف وصاوريخ.وأطلق المجاهدون عشرة قذيفة ار بي جي على مقر القوات الأمريكية مما أدي الى اندلاع الحرائق المكثفة والحاق الاضرار البالغة بالمباني والمخيمات.

- قصف المجاهدون على مقر القوات الأمريكية بمنطقة شين ديند باقليم هيرات بالقذائف والصواريخ . ولم تعرف خسائر العملية .

المكان : قندهار، عاصمة دولة أفغانستان الإسلامية

الجامع الكبير وسط البلدة ..

الزمان : ربيع 1634هـ

طلاب العلم يتحلقون حول شيخهم بعد صلاة العصر

شيخ وقوربعمامة سوداء .. تضفي عليه لحيته البيضاء هيبة و جلال ..

قال الشيخ : الحمدلله والصلاة والسلام على نبينا محمد وآله و صحبه ومن والاه وبعد :

إقرأ يا عمر بن أحمد بن لويس عطية الله ..

حمد الله و أثنى عليه ثم قرأ :

قال صاحب ( معجم الأوثان ) رحمه الله تعالى :

باب الألِف .. (أمريكا) .. و قال بعضهم أميركا بتقديم الياء على الراء ..

قال المصنف:

بلغنا ..أنه كان وراء البحر العظيم آلهة عظيمة يقال لها (أمريكا) .

كان الروم قد جلبوها من بلادهم إلى الأرض الجديدة ..

و حشدوا لها العبيد من إفريقية و الصنّاع من الصين

و العلماء من كل بلاد الدنيا .. حتى عظمت و اشتهرت و ذاع صيتها

و عبدت من دون الله في الأرض ..

و كان الناس يعبدونها .. خوفاً .. و طمعا

و قد بلغنا أنها إذا غضبت على أحد .. ترسل عليه قذائف من نار من مكانها

فتدك أرضه و تهلك الحرث و النسل ..

و إذا رضيت على أحد أغدقت عليه

من الأموال و النساء و الخمور و الملذات .. ما يعجز الوصف عن بيانه

و من الناس كذلك من يعبدها .. محبة و افتتاناً و تألهاً ..

قال المصنف رحمه الله : و تلك فتنة الله يضل بها من يشاء ..

و قد روى بعض المؤرخين عمن أدرك زمانها ..

أنها كانت لها آلة عجيبة ..

تزرع صنماً لها في قلب كل إنسان .. فيخافها و يرجوها دون أن يشعر ..

و ذلك أنها تسحر بهذه الآلة عيون الناس فيرونها على غير حقيقتها ..

فتعظم في عيونهم .. و قلوبهم .. فيهابونها ..

و يظنون أنها تعلم كل شيء .. و تسمع كل شيء .. و تحيط بكل شيء ..

حتى اعتقد كثير من الناس أنها تراهم و هم في بيوتهم و بين أهليهم ..

و قد عظم شرها .. و عم بلاؤها ..و خضعت لها الدنيا ..

و ملكت ما بين المشرق و المغرب .

و غمّ المسلمين بها غماً عظيما ..

حتى من الله على الأمة بالإمام المجدد .. الموفّق المؤيَّد ..

أبوعبدالله أسامة بن محمد عوض بن لادن ..

فدمرها الله على يديه ..

و كان خروجه في بلاد الأفغان .. إلى الشرق من خراسان ..

و كانت بلد هجرته و جهاده .. نصره أهلها .. و قاموا معه ..

أما أصله فمن حضرموت و سكن المدينة المنورة ..


قال الطالب عمر بن أحمد بن لويس عطية الله :

انتهى كلام صاحب معجم الأوثان يا شيخ ..

قال الشيخ :

نعم .. و قد افتتن بأمريكا خلق من المسلمين .. و منهم من كفر بها ..

و لكن لم يجرؤ منهم أحد على معاداتها .. و منابذتها ..

حتى قام فيهم أسامة ..

فدعا الناس إلى حرب أمريكا .. فسفهوه .. و لاموه .. و استصغروه ..

فلم يتلفت إلى قولهم .. و نصره جماعة .. و آواه الأفغان كما قال المصنف ..

فأرسل إلى أمريكا طليعة اختارها من أهل النجدة و البأس ..

ففقأوا عينيها .. و كسروا أنفها .. على أعين الناس.. و بين سدنتها و حرسها ..

ثم كمن أسامة ..

فأرعدت و أزبدت و أرسلت صواعقها فأحرقت اليابس و الأخضر ..

و صبت غضبها على العالم أجمع .. فخرجت في جيوش مجيشة .. تدمر كل ما يقف في طريقها

و احتلت الدنيا كلها .. و ملئت البر و البحر .. و السماء ..

فلم تقدر عليه ..

قال الشيخ : و كان غالب حال الناس آنذاك ..

كحال الناس يوم هدم خالد بن الوليد العزّى

قالوا نتربص به و ننظر ما تصنع به الآلهة

فلما لم تضره كفروا بها ..

و هكذا نظر الناس في أمر أسامة و أمريكا

و قالوا ( لعلنا نتبع السحرة إن كانوا هم الغالبين )

فلما رأوا عجزها .. .. بطل في عيونهم سحرها ..

فإذا بالأصنام التي كانت زرعتها في قلوبهم .. تتهاوى و تتلاشى ..

و هذا أعظم ما فعل أسامة .. أن أزال رهبتها من قلوب الناس ..

قال الشيخ :

قرأ أسامة ( لقد كانت لكم أسوة حسنة في إبراهيم )

فتأسى به و اقتدى بسنته في كسر الأصنام ..

فعمد إلى أصنامهم فجعلها جذاذا .. و دمر حصنهم الأعظم و قلعتهم المنيعة ..

و قد شاهد العالم بأسره الأصنام و هي تتهاوى و تندك دكاً ..

فقال سدنتها و حرسها : من فعل هذا بآلهتنا ..

قال مستشاريهم و وزرائهم .. هناك فتى يذكرها .. يقال له أسامة ..

قالوا اقتلوه أو حرّقوه ..

فصبوا على مكمنه النار من السماء صبّا كأفواه القرب .. فجعلها الله برداً و سلاماً عليه

ثم جعل بعد ذلك يتخطفهم .. و يقتلهم في كل واد .. حتى أنهكهم ..

و صاحوا النجاة النجاة .. لا عزّى لكم اليوم ..

و ذلك فضل الله يؤتيه من يشاء ..

قال أحد الطلبة : فبلاد الأفغان التي ذكرها .. المقصود بها بلادنا هذه يا شيخ ؟

قال الشيخ : نعم و ربي .. و قدم قندهار .. و جلس في مجلسي هذا ..

و أخبرني جدي أنه أدرك من رآه و قاتل معه في تلك الجبال .. و أشار جهة المشرق ..

قال أحد الطلبة : فأخبرنا يا شيخ المزيد عن قصة أسامة و الأصنام ..

فإن صاحب معجم الأوثان ..لم يشفِ غليلنا ..

قال الشيخ : إنما يعنى صاحب المعجم بالأوثان و ذكرها و أسماؤها ..

أما القادة الأبطال فتجد سيرهم في كتب التاريخ و السير و المغازي

و عندي بعض الكتب التي ترجمت له مثل (تاريخ قندهار) .

اشتريته من المكتبة السلفية في كابل عبر الشبكة العنكبوتية الاسلامية و جاءني .

و سنقرأ منه في درس الغد إن شاء الله تعالى

و كذلك ذكر الملا عبدالعليم صاحب المجالس المتوفى سنة 1501هـ طرفاً من أخباره

فلعلك يا عمر بن أحمد بن لويس عطية الله أن تأتي بمجالس الملا عبدالعليم في درس بعد غد ..

و هو مطبوع يباع في مكتبة قندهار ..

و قد أفردت في سيرته كذلك كتب و مؤلفات .. سنذكرها في حينها ..

و صلى الله على نبينا محمد و على آله و صحبه و سلم ..

فانصرف الشيخ و انصرفنا ..


المشهد الثاني ... !


جلس الشيخ بعد صلاة العصر في الجامع ..

و تحلق الطلبة حوله ..

قال الشيخ :

أحضرت معي كتاب ( تاريخ قندهار) لنقرأ شيئا من سيرة البطل أسامة

كما وعدناكم في الدرس السابق ..

فأعطى الكتاب لعمر بن أحمد بن لويس عطية الله ..

فأخذه عمر بن أحمد بن لويس عطية الله و نظر في الفهرس فاختار موضوعاً :

قدوم أسامة و مبايعته أمير المؤمنين ملا عمر مجاهد

ثم حمد الله و قرأ :

قال المصنف رحمه الله تعالى :

ثم دخلت 1417سنة سبع عشرة و أربعمائة و ألف ..

و في شهر الله المحرم من هذه السنة قدم أسامة و أتباعه قندهار ..

و ذلك أن أسامة لما أنكر على قومه عبادة الوثن

و أرادهم على حرب أمريكا .. لم يتبعه إلا قلة من قومه

و آخرون قدموا من بلادٍ شتى .. غرباء مطاردين .. ضعفاء أذلّة ..

نزاع من القبائل .. ليس لهم شوكة تمنعهم من الناس ....

فكان أسامة يعرض نفسه على رؤساء القبائل .. يبحث عمن يأويه و ينصره و أتباعه

حتى يؤدي ما عاهد الله عليه .. من تحطيم الصنم الأكبر ..

فسمع عن قيام حكم الإسلام في السودان ..

فأرسل إليهم فقالوا ائتنا على الرحب و السعة .. ضيف كريم ..

استثمر أموالك في البلاد .. و شاركنا إن أردت الجهاد ..

فشق طريق التحدي .. و أنشأ المعسكرات و ملأها بالمجاهدين ..

و باتوا بخير حال .. حيناً من الدهر ..

حتى قالت أمريكا .. أخرجوهم من قريتكم ..

فقالت السودان .. نفعل .. و ترضون عنا يا أمريكا ؟..

اخرج يا أسامة .. من بلادنا ..

قال : أما أذنتم لنا بالجهاد؟؟ ..

قالت السودان : جهاد قرنق و ليس أمريكا ..

قال .. فإياها أريد .. و لتدميرها أسعى ..

قالوا لا طاقة لنا بها .. فاخرج إنا لك من الناصحين ..

قال الشيخ :

خافت السودان أمريكا في أسامة .. و لم تخف الله في أسامه ..

و خيرت بين رضا أمريكا .. و أموال أسامة ..

فطردته .. فما نالت رضا أمريكا .. و لا أموال أسامة

و سلبوها حتى خفي حنين ..فلم ترجع بشيء ..

قال الشيخ : نعم ..أكمل ..

قال : قال المصنف رحمه الله تعالى :

فعاد أسامة يبحث عمن يأويه و ينصره ..

فأرسل إلى طالبان في قندهار ..

فقالوا .. هلمّ إلى السلاح و المنعة ..

قال : غايتي هدم هبل ..

قالو : الله أكبر .. نسف الأصنام هوايتنا ..

قال : الجهاد أريد ..

قالوا : فنحن أهل الجهاد .. و أبناء الحرب ..

من رحمها ولدنا و من ثديها رضعنا

قال : فهل لكم في جلاد بني الأصفر ؟

قالوا : حارب من شئت و سالم من شئت ..

و صِل حبل من شئت و اقطع حبل من شئت

و خذ من أموالنا ما شئت و دع ما شئت ..

إننا لصبُر في الحرب .. صدق عند اللقاء ..

و لو استعرضت بنا المحيط فخضته لقتال أمريكا .. لخضناه معك ..

قال : ستعضكم السيوف .. و ترميكم العرب و الروم و الترك عن قوس واحدة

قالوا :قل لن يصيبنا إلا ما كتب الله لنا ..

قال : ستأتي أمريكا بقضها و قضيضها .. و تحزب عليكم الأحزاب و تجمع لكم الأحلاف

قالوا : الله مولانا و لا مولى لهم ..

فقد صمم الحرس ألا يعود الرئيس إلى واشنطن إلا بعد أن ينجلي الموقف وتنطفئ آخر إشارة حمراء فوق العاصمة ، ولأنه لم يكن ممكناً أن يتوقف الرئيس في فلوريدا - ويبين تردده - فإن الطائرة قامت من فلوريدا قاصدة لويزيانا كأنها نزهة في الأجواء رغم أن أربع طائرات مقاتلة صعدت وراءها إلى الجو لحراستها ، واتصل ديك تشيني برئيسه المُعلَّقِ بين السماء والأرض فإذا الرئيس يعتذر لنائبه بأنه يريد المجيء بأقصى سرعة إلى واشنطن لكن هؤلاء الرجال يمنعونه بداعي الحرص على الولايات المتحدة أولاً وليس على شخصه فحسب ، ويرد ديك تشيني: "إنه إذا كان قرار الرئيس أن لا يجيء على الفور إلى واشنطن فقد يكون المناسب أن يذهب إلى قيادة القوات الجوية في نبراسكا ، فهناك مقر قيادة احتياطي رئاسي ، ووجود الرئيس فيه الآن يبدو اختياراً لأقرب مقر قيادة من مكان وجوده ، وتتوجه طائرة جورج بوش إلى نبراسكا ويتصل به كثيرون من أركان حكمه وقادة حزبه يزعجهم تأخيره وهو يتعلل بالخطر والحرس ، حتى كلمته والدته بربارا بوش تقول له ما معناه: "أن كل امرأة في أمريكا زوجةً وأماً وأختاً وبنتاً يطمئنها أن تجد الرجل المسئول عن كل الرجال والنساء على الوطن في مكتبه يؤدي واجبه ، وهي كأم لرئيس وزوجة لأب سبق الابن في الرئاسة تُفضّلُ أن تراه تحت الخطر في هذه اللحظة بأكثر مما تريد أن تراه بعيداً عن قيادته!".

واستطاع حزم الأم أن يهزم حرس الرئيس ، وهكذا عاد جورج بوش من غيبته الوجودية! إلى مقر قيادته في البيت الأبيض. وخلال الأربع والعشرين ساعة التالية نزلت دموعه أمام كل الناس وعلى شاشات التليفزيون خمس مرات قيل بعدها أن البكاء طهر وثبّت قلبه .

والمثير للدهشة أن أقرب رجال الرئيس كانوا في مواقعهم وداخل مكاتبهم أثناء غيبته ولكنهم تحرجوا من الظهور علنا - بدموع أو بغير دموع - لكي يرى الشعب الأمريكي أن هناك من يدير الأزمة على القمة. والذي حدث أن نائب الرئيس ديك تشيني دخل مكتبه ليجد مسئول الأمن بالبيت الأبيض يطلب إليه أن ينزل إلى خندق الطوارئ المبني تحت مقر الرئاسة الأمريكية والمجهزة لمقاومة ضربة نووية. وتردد تشيني لكن قائد حرس البيت الأبيض هدد بحمله حملاً إلى حيث أمانه ، وروى تشيني نفسه أن ضباط الحرس حملوه بحيث لم تعد قدماه تلامسان الأرض ، وقد قبل مسايرتهم حتى وقف على قدميه ثم رضخ لما طلبوه منه فهو في الحالتين داخل البيت الأبيض ، فوق السطح أو تحت السطح في مكانه. وقد لحقته على الخندق كونداليزا رايس مستشارة الرئيس للأمن القومي ، واتصل به هناك زعيم الأغلبية الجمهورية في مجلس الشيوخ يسأله: "لماذا لا يظهر ليطمئن الناس" ، وكان رد تشيني "إنه يقصد تقليل الظهور عمداً حتى لا يسبب إحراجاً للرئيس الغائب" ثم يضيف نائب الرئيس: "إنه لا يريد أن يكرر الغلطة التي تصرف بها الكسندر هيج وزير الخارجية عندما وقع اعتداء على حياة رئيسه رونالد ريجان ونقل إلى المستشفى بعد إصابته بثلاث طلقات نارية ، ودخل غرفة العمليات وخضع للتخدير ، وعندما بدأ الكلام في قاعة المؤتمرات الصحفية بالبيت الأبيض عن فراغ في السلطة ، إذا ألكسندر هيج يهرول مسرعاً ، ينتفض انفعالاً ويتصبب عرقاً ليصيح: "إنه المسئول عن كل شيء هنا الآن". وكانت تلك نهاية ألكسندر هيج بعد أن خرج رئيسه من غرفة العمليات وزال عنه تأثير التخدير! وراحت نانسي ريجان تقول لزوارها: "إن مساعدي الرئيس ريجان حاولوا أن يرثوه وهو ما زال على قيد الحياة!".

ويظهر أن نفس الحرج الذي أصاب تشيني وصل إلى كولين باول وزير الخارجية كما وصل إلى دونالد رامسفيلد وزير الدفاع. وهكذا بدت القمة الأمريكية طوال عشر ساعات فراغاً من ملامح وصوت سلطة سياسية ومعنوية توحي بالثقة وتقود بعيداً عن الضياع أو الانفلات.

وعلى أي حال فإنه في ذلك المناخ الذي شاع فيه الاضطراب وانعزل فيه الرئيس وأقطاب إدارته - على الأقل بالمكان - توالت القرارات بعصبية زادت من تأثير الصدمة أكثر مما ساعدت على استيعابها ، فقد صدر على سبيل المثال أمر بإغلاق المجال الجوي الأمريكي كله ، وظل الإغلاق كاملاً خمسة أيام كان الدواء فيها أكثر خطراً من الداء كما حدث لشركات الطيران الأمريكية التي تقدر خسائرها يوم الصدمة الأولى بستة بلايين دولار.

والأغرب من ذلك أن الرئيس الأمريكي وأركان حكمه لم يكونوا وحدهم فيما تصرفوا به وإنما كانت المصيبة أكبر لدى المسئولين عن وضع القرار الاستراتيجي للولايات المتحدة الأمريكية وفيهم من كانوا في المسئولية قبل الرئيس ، ومعه وبعده ، لأنهم أقطاب المؤسسات الدائمة المسئولة وفيها مجلس الأمن القومي في البيت الأبيض ، ووزارتا الدفاع والخارجية ، وهيئة أركان الحرب المشتركة ، ووكالات المخابرات العسكرية والعامة ، إلى جانب إدارات التخطيط الاستراتيجي للدولة القائدة للنظام الدولي في هذه اللحظة من التاريخ.

كانت مسئولية هؤلاء جميعاً أفدح من التقصير أو النسيان لأنهم - وليس غيرهم - الذين فكروا وقدورا وخططوا ورسموا شكل التحدي القادم على أمن ومصلحة الدولة الأمريكية ووصلوا في تحديد ذلك الخطر إلى درجة اختيار اسم يطلقونه عليه وهو الحرب غير المتوازية" .


 ركائز الاستراتيجية الدفاعية الأمريكية تدمَّرت بالغزوتين :

لم يستطع الاتحاد السوفيتي السابق ولا أية دولة معادية النيل من ركائز الاستراتيجية الدفاعية الأمريكية وهي:

1. الإنذار المبكر .

2. الهجوم الوقائي .

3. مبدأ الردع .

في حين استطاع تنظيم القاعدة النيل منها كلها بجدارة وإتقان.

أما الركيزة الأولى وهي الإنذار المبكر ، فإن تنظيم القاعدة بغزوتي نيويورك وواشنطن دخل تاريخ الهجمات المفاجئة الناجحة ، والتي تعتبر قليلة في التاريخ ، من قبيل الهجوم الياباني على بيرل هاربور الأمريكي سنة 1941م والهجوم النازي المفاجئ على الاتحاد السوفييتي سنة 1941م والاجتياح السوفييتي لتشيكوسلوفاكيا سنة 1968م ، إضافة إلى عبور خط بارليف الصهيوني سنة 1973م. بل وقد تعدى في وجعه كل هذه الهجمات ، لأنه يدفع أمريكا لأن تجعل جميع أفراد مجتمعها جاهزين نفسياً وعملياً لكافة الافتراضات ، وهي مسألة باهظة الثمن اقتصادياً ونفسياً خاصة لمجتمع لم يتعرض لآثار حرب منذ الحرب الأهلية الأمريكية (1861م - 1865م) وإذا كان الجيش الأمريكي نفسه والذي يفترض فيه الجاهزية التامة ، قد تعرض لحادث المدمرة كول فإن إعداد مجتمع بأكمله لمواجهة مثل هذه الهجمات يظهر بعيد المنال.

أما فيما يخص الهجمة الوقائية وهي الركيزة الثانية للاستراتيجية الدفاعية الأمريكية ، فإنها تعرضت كذلك للاهتزاز ؛ فهي تابعة للركيزة الأولى ومرهونة بوقوعها وحتى إذا افترضنا أن الإنذار المبكر حصل في وقته ، فإنه يصعب جداً تسديد أي ضربة وقائية ناجعة لتنظيم سريع المناورة والتحرك ولا يملك مقرات دائمة.

أما الركيزة الثالثة وهي الردع ، فإن هذا المبدأ يسقط مطلقاً مع أناس لا يحرصون على الحياة بل ويتعطشون للشهادة. ومبدأ الردع يقوم على أساس وجود طرفين يحرصان على بقاء واستمرار مصالحهما ، وإذا كان هذا الأمر ناجحاً بين الدول فإنه غير ناجح البتة مع تنظيم لا توجد له مقرات ثابتة ورساميل في أبناك الغرب ولا يعتمد على مساعدات دول بعينها.

إذن فهو يملك استقلالية القرار ويبحث عن المواجهة أصلاً. فبماذا يردع أمثال هؤلاء إذا كان الموت أسمى أمانيهم.

بالإضافة إلى تدمير تلك الركائز ، فإن تنظيم القاعدة سبب أكبر هزيمة نفسية للأمريكيين في تاريخهم وأفضل وسيلة لتحقيق الهزيمة النفسية هي كما بين أحد الاستراتيجيين الغربيين ، الضرب في المكان الذي يشعر فيه العدو بالراحة والثقة .

Al-Qaeda friends launch news show

IT'S the truth, according to al-Qaeda.
Islamists loyal to Osama bin Laden's network have launched an internet news show aimed at dispelling the "lies and propaganda" on major international and Arab television channels such as CNN and Al Jazeera.

The program, called Voice of the Caliphate, was produced earlier this month by the Global Islamic Media Front, an al-Qaeda-linked organisation that aims to be "the messenger of the mujahideen and all Muslims".

"This is the word of truth in the face of all that is void," reads its motto, which includes the image of a bonfire melting the logos of CNN, Reuters, Al Arabiya, the BBC and Al Jazeera.

Al-Qaeda and other groups have increasingly turned to the internet to spread their jihad and win over young Muslims.

But the program appears to be a departure from the videos of beheadings, attacks on US forces and speeches of al-Qaeda leaders frequently found on mainstream Islamist websites.

We hope that Allah will humiliate America with this hurricane to make it a lesson for whoever wants to listen.

The Global Islamic Media Front, an al-Qaeda mouthpiece, recently disseminated a three-part information series titled: “Where is Your Gear for Jihad? How Do You Gear Up?,” to jihadist forums. The first two parts involve “self-accountability” and “self-preparation” of a prospective mujahid; the former discusses the imperative for jihad that Muslims seemingly do not recognize, and the latter places emphasis on the stern introspection a Muslim must undergo as they decide to commit to jihad.

The first guide, concerning “self-accountability,” begins with a recall of the anniversary of the September 11, 2001 attacks in New York and Washington, that “not one day passes on earth that there is someone talking about these hits,” and brands any Muslim who stands in opposition and questions the need for jihad to be a “liar and a traitor.” The author then presses that President George W. Bush’s doctrine of “who is not with us, he is against us” is similar in meaning, yet different in wording to Usama bin Laden’s belief of a world divided into two camps: believers and infidel. Bush’s policy allegedly caused the world governments to “race to stand beside the cross and under its command to go after the mujahideen in any place in the world.” From this, the author questions if the Muslims have prepared and accepts their answer: “really, no.”

The second part seeks to answer how one must prepare himself for jihad, arguing that a body is a commodity and must be treated as such; controlling one’s nature to arrive at paradise. According to this section of the guide, a Muslim must commit to austerity for jihad training, not expecting to enter combat immediately, and must prepare “psychologically, physically, financially, and militarily,” though not necessarily in that sequence. Further, the guide outlines the stages of jihad for the prospective mujahid, noting that “preparation and readiness” precede battle, and “control and application of the shari’a of Allah” follow victory or “martyrdom.”

TERRORISM: AL-QAEDA ASKS MUSLIM JOURNALISTS TO HELP


Rome, 17 Oct. (AKI) - As the role of the media becomes increasingly important in the overall strategy of al-Qaeda, the network has decided to issue an appeal for help to all Muslims working in news and information. With a video broadcast on Monday on Islamist forums on the Internet, the "Emir of the Global Islamic Media Front" said: "We invite you to join the Islamic Media Front so that you can help us, through your ideas and your experience."


"We need your help and your technical knowledge. The Front is present in Islamic forums on the Internet and will be boosting its messages in the future: Come and help Islam by joining the Front" the message urges.

The recording was referred to during the latest al-Qaeda 'news bulletin', the third, broadcast last week. During the 8-minute video message, there is a close up of a man with his face masked, reading a text written on a page. THe man invites all Muslims in the communications sector to exploit their knowledge to help the jihad, underlining the central role that the Internet is playing in the battle against the enemies of Islam.

Also on Monday, the same organisation broadcast a propaganda video on the Iraqi insurgency, entitled "The Echo of Bullets", a compilation of old video clips of Baathist guerrillas and fighters loyal to Jordanian militant Abu Musab al-Zarqawi with in the background an Islamic song which sings the praises of the Iraqi insurgents.

But the piece there, as well as this latest one, has something of the Palestinian DP about it, whereas the older GIMF stuff seems to be due to a Gulf Arab. Minbar-islam was a Palestinian site, full of crude graffiti, whereas GIMF has access to (or a friend in) the really exclusive Qaeda forums. The original GIMF evidently follows al-Arabiya and al-Jazerra, for example, but not this new guy. The new one might be one of the juvenile deliquents formerly called al-Muhajiroun a.k.a. Jihad on the Dole.

The battle for Muslim hearts and minds is playing out on TV screens and computer monitors these days, with the alternately fasting and feasting Ramadan masses presenting a ready audience.

At least two groundbreaking TV series focus on the damage that extremism is wreaking on the Muslim world, while a media organization closely associated with al-Qaeda has begun a high-quality Internet news broadcast to counter what it calls "lies and propaganda" on even Arab satellite news channels like Al-Jazeera, which has been blamed for under-reporting al-Qaeda activities.

The two mini-series are just a small part of a vast lineup of Ramadan comedies, period dramas and love stories playing on more than 100 satellite TV channels this year.

About two-thirds of the original Arabic TV programming produced during the year is broadcast in the ninth month of the Islamic calendar, when families gather nightly to break their fast, and advertisers spend more than half of their budgets to reach them.

But the two mini-series represent something new for Arab audiences.
"It is the first time in Arab drama that you see people who believe in the Koran and faith doing bad," said Ali al-Ahmed, director of Abu Dhabi TV.
Every night at 11:30pm in Saudi Arabia -- prime time during Ramadan -- his channel broadcasts The Rough Road, which tells the story of a fictional TV correspondent producing a documentary about mujahidin in Afghanistan, only to discover corruption and opportunism in their cause.

At 11pm, the Saudi-owned Middle East Broadcasting Co, shows Hour el Ayn (the beautiful virgins) based loosely on the true story of a militant attack on an expatriate compound in Saudi Arabia last year that left 17 people dead. Produced in Syria, the series begins in the attack's aftermath, with a wounded woman telling her story to a reporter, traces the lives of victims and attackers and their troubling cause, and emphasizing the viciousness and corruption of al-Qaeda.

The series is dedicated nightly to the "memory of the innocent victims of terror attacks" and opens with the quote "silence in the face of crime is another crime."

"We have allowed the extremists to tell their story," Ahmed said, noting militants' exploitation of major media to publicize their attacks. "Now we are warning the quiet majority to watch out for them. We are telling the society to be careful of these people, and we are allowing the drama to serve this cause."

The Internet news show also seeks to attract the big audiences available during Ramadan. Young Arabs in particular flock to the their computers after the evening feast, causing download speeds to droop.

Just before Ramadan, the Global Islamic Media Front, a group widely seen as a mouthpiece for al-Qaeda, issued a call on several Internet message boards calling on Muslims to volunteer their video production, editing and publishing skills.

Late last month, the Front started its half-hour news show, Voice of the Caliphate, which is posted on Web sites whose addresses are regularly changed.

"This is clearly intended to allow the armchair jihadis to get involved, from wherever they are," said Stephen Ulph, a researcher with the Jamestown Foundation and an analyst at the Dubai-based Institute for Near East and Gulf Military Studies.

Internet watchers say they have detected an uptick in Internet activity this month too.

"They are irritated by the Arabic satellite channels for not flagging enough of their operations," Ulph said.

"Their irritation with the mainstream media channels is strong, and their latest TV program is a result of this," he said.

In one recent program, a news anchor in covered face welcomed viewers with greetings for a Blessed Ramadan before delivering news of attacks by jihadists in Afghanistan, Iraq and elsewhere.

"This is a media war between al-Qaeda and its opponents," said Montasser al-Zayat, a lawyer and onetime spokesman for a militant group in Egypt. He said Ayman al-Zawahiri, the No.2 leader of al-Qaeda, was "keen to broadcast videotapes because he wants to send a message to his people that the group's organizational structure is still there and to tell the Americans, `We are here.'"

Rakan ben Williams: The Next Generation of Jihadi Terrorists in Europe

Introduction


In October 31st 2005, the Global Islamic Media Front (GIMF) published in
Jihadi web sites an interesting threatening analysis of Al-Qaeda's strategy
in planning its attacks and choosing the operatives that carries them out.
An imaginary person writes the analysis-Rakan ben Williams-or Wilyamz, as
the name mistakenly or deliberately is written. The threatening analysis is
titled "The next Al-Qaeda soldier."1


We don't know who has in fact written the message, but the name chosen for
the "Jihadi super hero"-Rakan-reminds us of a legendary Islamic hero of the
Middle Ages, who was born in Arabia, and fought against the Mongols in Iraq
and Persia. Recently he became a hero of a Middle Eastern comic series as
Rakan the "lone warrior."2


The Evolution of Al-Qaeda Warriors


The analysis is quite simple, yet sarcastic, and attempts to present a very
clear and well- organized strategic plan of the attacks against Western
targets:


- The September 11 attacks were carried out by a group of mostly Saudi
Arabians. The Western response was to limit the entry of Saudis, search and
follow them, until the Islamists had no choice but plan another attack.


- Following the September 11 attacks, while the United States was thinking
that it was going to win the war against terrorism, Al-Qaeda targeted Bali.
The attack was carried out by Indonesians, and against Australians. There
were no Saudis and the CIA could not uncover the plot in advance.
Therefore, they started to follow Indonesians in addition to Saudis.


- The next phase was the simultaneous operations in Casablanca and Istanbul.
The two locations were chosen as the two extremes of Europe-to the east and
west-and on the border with the Muslim world. The attacks meant to declare
that Al-Qaeda was directing its attacks against Europe and has reached its
borders. This was a warning sign, which the Europeans ignored.


- Then Al-Qaeda hit Madrid to tell Europe "we are here." The attack in
Madrid brought about the withdrawal of the Spanish troops from Iraq and the
Spanish support for the United States. The attackers in Madrid were North
Africans, which made Europe think that the Arab emigrants in Europe were
the most dangerous threat for it. Following the attack in Madrid, Osama bin
Laden declared his offer for truce with Europe, stating that Al-Qaeda is
capable of hitting everywhere, whenever it likes to, and by which method it
chooses. This offer was ignored as well.


- The European countries tried to guess who is next in the line of attacks
by Al- Qaeda, and the group did its best to create the impression that Italy
was the one. The impression was promoted by threats made by "Abu Hafs
al-Masri Brigades in Europe."


- While Europe was expecting an attack in Italy by Arabs, Al-Qaeda attacked
in an unexpected place-London-and by British citizens of Pakistani origin.
Once again the West was surprised by the Mujahidin, and started planning the
deportation of all extremist or illegal Muslims from Europe.


The response of Al-Qaeda to the steps taken by Europe against its Muslims is
therefore, to use European citizens-Christian converts to Islam who support
global Jihad--in the next attacks. The model is "Rakan ben Wilyamz"-born
and raised in the West; has studied in its educational system; prayed in
their churches; drank alcoholic beverage; ate pork, and hated Muslims. But
then he secretly became a devoted Muslim, adopted


the philosophy of Al-Qaeda, and now he and his alike are wandering in Europe
and the United States, gathering information and planning their next
attacks. "Is the West ready for them?" asks Rakan Ben Wilyamz from Europe,
who is "thirsty for martyrdom."


Conclusion


Between the lines of the sarcastic message of GIMF, one can feel above all a
strong sense of self-confidence by the anonymous author. The attacks
against Western targets were not aimed at occupying the West or liberating
the Muslim world, but in order to highlight the Western lack of
understanding of the Muslim mind; and hence, its inability to wisely
respond to the Muslim challenges; the flexibility and wisdom of Al- Qaeda in
finding solutions to every situation; and the advantages of the "new
generation of Muslims" vis-.-vis the ideological stagnation of the West and
its "corrupted culture." The message was not written just for Western eyes,
but for Muslim supporters of global Jihad as well. Rakan Ben Wilyamz is not
only the "new secret weapon" of global Jihad, but also a model of
"super-hero" for Islamic youth. The fact that the name might have been
taken from a comic series, colors it with the heroism of an imaginary
figure. Rakan is the Jihadi answer to Superman, Batman, and their
colleagues.


There is a question of how we should react to this message. How serious is
it, beside the propaganda? Do they really plan to use new Muslim converts
in their future attacks, especially on Western soil? The message has lot of
internal logic of a well-organized plan. The planned strategy of Al-Qaeda
is also juxtaposed with the spread of the Muslim empire in the Middle
Ages-from Arabia to Indonesia and Europe-through the conversion of many
nations to Islam. The publication of the message by GIMF-an integral organ
of global Jihad-authenticates its serious nature.


So far we have several examples of Westerners who, as Muslim converts joined
Al- Qaeda, underwent trainings, and participated in terrorist attacks or
attempted attacks. Several others were arrested in Afghanistan, Iraq, the
United States, or Europe. Religious converts have in many cases been more
radical. Moreover, Al-Qaeda has "kept its promises" very adequately, so
far. Therefore, intelligence and security services and Western publics
should regard the message, despite its arrogant nature, carefully, and take
it seriously. The population of Western converts to Islam is not too big to
handle for Western security services.


Apart from the operational implications of the message we should also note a
significant rise in the intensive activity of GIMF. In addition to a growing
number of new messages, articles, or written and videotaped lectures, the
main apparatus of global Jihad is busy circulating old material from recent
years. From time to time they publish articles that emphasize the
importance of the profound indoctrination of Muslim youngsters by Al-Qaeda-"the
organization, state, and university for Jihad studies," as published in an
article by the Saudi Ahmad al-Watheq bi-Allah, deputy director of GIMF.3
Another recent article, by the Saudi Abu Mus`ab al-Najdi, titled-"Al-Qaeda's
war is economic, not military"4-emphasizes the need for indoctrination of
Muslims, stating:


"We should direct some of these efforts to other targets that could serve
another goal, namely to promote the glory of the Muslims, especially the
youth, who are swimming in the oceans of pleasures and lust. Those youth
are in fact unused petrol, while many efforts are dedicated to confront
those clerics who are selling their minds to the dictatorships, and who are
useless too. These moral attacks would leave in the souls of the defeated
youth a tremendous impact. Many idle youngsters were motivated to join the
Jihad by a photo or a video such as of the USS Cole, or Badr al-Riyadh, or
by watching the crash of the planes into the high buildings. Those
youngsters, even though they were not fully aware of the impact of the
attacks upon them, turned their minds and bodies towards the Jihad. Here
comes the role of indoctrination and developing the thinking of these
people. It is a mistake to leave these youngsters with their superficial
understanding of the nature of the war. Whoever listens to the calls of
Osama bin Laden senses in his words his care for the indoctrination of the
supporters of the Jihadi current, like for example in the Gulf States, in
order to target the oil fields. The Sheikh, I think, could direct the
Mujahidin by personal messages. Yet, he wanted to do it in public, in order
that the crowds of people, who wait for the speeches of the Sheikh through
the TV channels or the Internet, would internalize his targets and follow
them."


The endocrinal nature of these messages is not less important than the
threats against the West. In Al-Qaeda's eyes it is a vital combination.

According to interviews conducted by the CIA in Setpember 2002, al-Farouq stated he was al-Qa'ida's senior representative to Southeast Asia and had been sent to the region to plan large-scale attacks against US interests. A key objective was simultaneous bomb attacks against US embassies in Southeast Asia in September 2002. Al-Farouq said Bashir was a co-ordinator of the plan and had authorised him to use JI operatives.

Al-Farouq also admitted to being the planner of the Christmas 2000 bombings in Indonesia, which he claimed were also carried out with the approval and support of Bashir.

In the CIA interview, al-Farouq said al-Qai'da had encouraged Bashir's goal of sparking a religious civil war in Indonesia with a long-term vison of an Islamic state. He also admitted his involvement in a 1999 plot to assassinate then presidential hopeful Megawati Sukarnoputri.

According to journalist Sally Neighbour, al-Farouq nominated Australia as a target, telling his interrogators that Australian interests in East Timor had been canvassed for possible attack.

Yes Casey, I'm already on top of all that. However, just because Omar al-Faruq, who was originally arrested in Indonesia back in June 2002, has escaped from US custody in Afghanistan in July 2005, does not explain any relationship to the recent terror warning in Australia as mentioned by Judge.

I'm taking a good look at this Rakan Ben Wilyamz item. GIMF is a guy whom I would especially like to nail.

AFAIK the Wilyamz piece appeared first on al-saf.net, a relatively exclusive jihadist forum. (Two earlier, but recent, GIMF pieces went to tajdeed in London. Those might be immitation or forgery; IMO GIMF is surely not one of Massari's rabble at tajdeed.)

He reads the Western press or watches Western TV with interest. Several little items, e.g. Blair's line "the rules are changing", stuck in his mind.

Maybe he spells the name Wilyamz so that his Arabic audience will pronounce it correctly. That spelling might also have come from a machine-translation program or device. And he writes Ben, not Bin; Ben is normal in Western North Africa.

He is more interested in Europe than in the USA. He says he is in Europe. He names Blair several times, e.g. "especially the damnable England", and he says England, not Britain. Again it doesn't sound like he's in England, but he could be in Ireland or from Ireland.

He writes in his own style. Therefore he has not been scripted by someone higher up in the hierarchy of al-Qaeda. AFAIK GIMF has nothing to do with al-Qaeda except these postings to forums. GIMF gets no attention at tawhed, in particular.

He says that claims by Abu Hafs al-Masri Battalions should be taken seriously. I've never heard any credible jihadi say that. AHMB is another poseur, IMO, maybe even the same group as GIMF.

He seems to be sensitive about surveillance on people. Maybe he's familiar with the feeling of danger from unseen surveillance, but maybe not. He might just have heard stories from Arabs who were suspects simply by reason of being Arabs. I'm not sure GIMF is an Arab; he could well be a convert. All he says about actual attacks is what anybody (except maybe in KSA or Yemen) can read in the Western papers.

He originally spelled it the British way, "Centre". In the last year or more I've seen only "Global Islamic Media Front" used for the English equivalent.

Australian PM warns of terrorist threat

CANBERA: Prime Minister John Howard said Australia had new specific information about a terrorist threat and recalled the Senate in order to pass tougher new counter-terror legislation on Thursday.

Howard declined to give details about the information at a press conference in the capital Wednesday and said the national terror alert level would not be raised.

But his government quickly pushed an amendment through the lower house of parliament to beef up proposed anti-terror laws that critics say are a threat to civil liberties. “The government has received specific intelligence and police information this week which gives cause for serious concern about a potential terrorist threat,” the prime minister said.

He declined to give details but said the amendment, to be approved by the Senate on Thursday, would help the government deal with the threat.

“The government is satisfied on the advice provided to it that the immediate passage of this bill would strengthen the capacity of law enforcement agencies to effectively respond to this threat,” he said.

Howard has been a loyal ally in the US-led ‘war on terror’ and contributed troops to the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. Australian intelligence on Tuesday issued a report raising the spectre of home-grown terrorism.

“The government is acting against the background of the assessment of intelligence agencies that a terrorist attack in Australia is feasible and could well occur,” he said, referring to the report. The new amendment would add further grounds for banning groups and “clarify that, in a prosecution for a terrorism offence, it is not necessary to identify a particular terrorist act,” he said.

“It will be sufficient for the prosecution to prove that the particular conduct was related to a terrorist act.” The amendment is part of controversial new anti-terror laws that the government drafted after the London transport bombings by British-born Muslims in July that killed more than 50 people.

The package of new legislation will be introduced in parliament soon and the government hopes to get it passed by Christmas, Howard said. The new laws, under which suspects can be detained without charge for up to two weeks, placed under house arrest and fitted with tracking devices, have been widely criticised as infringing on civil liberties. afp

Al-Qaeda Reveals its Latest Threat: Rakan bin Williams

London, Asharq Al-Awsat- The Global Islamic Media Front, the voice of al Qaeda on the internet, has revealed its latest threat which it identified as Rakan bin Williams, who would wreck havoc worldwide. The name refers to an English convert to Islam.

Al Qaeda’s strategy “will depend on surprise such as when near simultaneous attacks were carried out in Morocco and Turkey. Al Qeada's aim was to target the border between Europe and the Muslim world, east and west, so let this serve as a lesson to the entire west; we have arrived at your borders and no one will be able to stop us”, the group said on the internet.

The British Sun newspaper indicated last week that al Qaeda was recruiting English men and pointed out six English-language websites affiliated with al Qaeda had published material encouraging Europeans to enlist and undergo military training.

Concurring with Prime Minister Tony Blair, who said, “the rules of the game have changed after the July 7 London bombings”, al Qaeda warned on the al Firdaws forum, “Do not rejoice Blair as you will not be able to follow or halt the movements or stop al Qaeda’s new soldiers Rakan bin Williams.”

“Al Qaeda’s new soldiers were born in Europe of European and Christian parents. They studied in your schools. They prayed in your churches and attended Sunday mass. They drank alcohol, ate pork and oppressed Muslims, but al Qaeda has embraced them so they have converted to Islam in secret and absorbed the philosophy of al Qaeda and swore to take up arms after their brothers. They are currently roaming the streets of Europe and the United States planning and observing in preparation for upcoming attacks,” the group said in a threatening analysis.

The Jihadi website also mentioned al Qaeda’s past successful surprise attacks, such as the Madrid bombings on 11th March 2001 planned and executed by men of North African origin which brought about the withdrawal of Spanish troops from Iraq . Osama bin Laden had publicly rescinded on a truce with Europe , While Europe was expecting an attack in Italy , al Qaeda targeted an unexpected place- London- in July 2005, the message added.

Written by an imaginary person, Rakan bin Williams, the analysis of the group’s strategy said, “They restricted the Arabs and were attacked by those from Pakistan . You will not be able to find any solution because our next soldier cannot be put under surveillance or restrict his movement or arrest him.”
The Global Islamic Media Front publishes material by Islamic militants worldwide and is known as al Qaeda’s mouthpiece.

TERRORISM: AL-QAEDA MOUTHPIECE WARNS OF NEW JIHADI WEAPON


Rome, 10 Nov. (AKI) - As Jordan suffers the consequences of its friendship with the US and stance on Israel, intelligence experts have been dissecting a message from the al-Qaeda mouthpiece the Global Islamic Media Front (GIMF), unveiling its new secret weapon in the holy war. The warning comes in the form of a sarcastic and arrogant analysis of al-Qaeda's strategy, penned by an imaginary author calling himself Rakan ben Williams - or bin Wilyamz, as it is written in Arabic - published recently on Jihadi websites.

Rakan ben Williams himself is the weapon, or "The next al-Qaeda soldier", as the analysis is titled. "Al-Qaeda's new soldiers were born in Europe of European and Christian parents. They studied in your schools. They prayed in your churches and attended Sunday mass. They drank alcohol, ate pork and oppressed Muslims, but al-Qaeda has embraced them so they have converted to Islam in secret and absorbed the philosophy of al-Qaeda and swore to take up arms after their brothers," the message explains.

Firing its latest shot in the Jihadi media campaign GIMF goes on to warn: "They are currently roaming the streets of Europe and the United States planning and observing in preparation for upcoming attacks."

The warning ties in with a report in a British tabloid newspaper The Sun last week, which said that al-Qaeda "is recruiting white terrorists to attack the West". The report went on to explain that six websites with known links to al-Qaeda were running recruiting appeals and offering terrorist training manuals in English. It also highlights that 52-year-old British man Jack Roche was jailed last year for plotting a terror attack after being recruited in Australia.

Meanwhile, Arabic newspaper Asharq al-Awsat this week reported al-Qaeda as warning the British prime minister on one Internet forum, "Do not rejoice Blair, as you will not be able to follow or halt the movements or stop al-Qaeda's new soldier Rakan bin Williams."

The GIMF statement also offers a very clear and well-organised explanation of al-Qaeda's strategy in the attacks it carries out on Western targets.

The 11 September 2001 attacks were carried out mostly by Saudis, leading the West to start closely monitoring Saudis, searching and following them and limiting their entry into the United States. Then, when the US thought it was going to win the war against terrorism, the analysis continues, al-Qaeda hit Bali using Indonesians, who the West then began to monitor, as well as the Saudis.

Phase three was the almost simultaneous operations in Casablanca and Istanbul, to the east and west of Europe, but on the border with the Muslim world, as a warning that al-Qaeda had reached Europe's borders.

Next al-Qaeda hit Madrid using North African militants, forcing out Jose Maria Aznar's US-friendly government, and prompting new prime minister Jose Luis Rodriguez Zapatero to withdraw Spain's troops from Iraq. This attack, the analysis points out, was followed by Osama bin Laden's offer of a truce with Europe, while stating that al-Qaeda is capable of attacking when, where and however it likes.

After this, the GIMF statement goes on to say that al-Qaeda's strategy was to make it look like Italy was next in line, by promoting threats from the 'Abu Hafs al-Masri Brigades in Europe'. But while Italy went on high alert for an attack by Arabs Britain was hit instead, by British citizens, three of whom were of Pakistani origin, prompting the West to start planning the deportation of all extremist or illegal Muslims from Europe, the analysis said.

Therefore, it explains, Rakan ben Williams is al-Qaeda's natural response to all the steps Europe has taken to protect itself.

Analysing the Global Islamic Media Front's latest statement, Reuven Paz from the Project for the Research of Islamist Movements (PRISM) in Israel, highlights the "strong sense of self-confidence" of the anonymous author, who seeks to highlight the Western lack of understanding of the Muslim mind and inability to respond well to the challenges al-Qaeda sets it. "But how serious is it, besides the propaganda?" Paz asks, pointing to its publication by GIMF before authenticating its serious nature.

As The Sun also pointed out, there have been cases of Westerners converting to Islam and joining al-Qaeda, who were later arrested in Afghanistan, Iraq, the US or Europe. "Al-Qaeda has 'kept its promises' very adequately, so far," Paz writes. "Therefore, intelligence and security services and the Western public should regard the message, despite its arrogant nature, carefully and take it seriously," but Paz adds, "The population of Western converts to Islam is not too big to handle for Western security services."
