وورد في لائحة الاتهام ضد عليان أنه كان يرتاد مواقع إنترنت معنية بشؤون الإرهاب الدولي والإرهاب داخل دولة إسرائيل، وأنه قرر في سنة 2004 إقامة خلية لتنفيذ عمليات داخل إسرائيل.

مضيتم نحو الخلد ِزحفآ**ورفعتم لله عهدآ

أحبة الدين ... يا من سطرتم من دمائكم المؤمنة أجمل البركات.هنئيآ لكم تلك الشهادة المباركة . وهنيئآ للرس هذا العرس ..مضيتم للجهاد في سبيل الله دون تردد أو التفات لملذات الدنيا ومنكم من هو شاب في مقتبل العمر . ومنكم الهرم .ولكنكم رفضتم كل هذه الأغراءات الفانية ومضيتم.

بعد مرور أيام على حادثة الرس ((رحم الله أخواننا الشهداء وتقبلهم)) انتشرت ظاهرة بين علماء على منابر بلاد الحرمين تعلن دون حياء أن مفهوم الجهاد الأن لعبت به بعض التيارات ((المتطرفة)) بأسلوب خاطئ ومشوه للحالة الاسلامية!!وتناسوا هؤلاء الجهلة أن الجهاد في تعريفه الفقهي هو : بذل الجهد في سبيل مرضاة الله بأيّ وسيلة.ولأن الموت طوعآ أصعب المراحل عند الأنسان أطلق الشرع صفة الجهاد على من يعملها لأنه يجاهدُ في نفسه وماله لمرضاةِ الله رب العالمين.

وبعض هؤلاء الجهلة يعلن دون خجل أو حياء- ان لم يكن من الله فكفى خجل من شيبة الرأس -.أن الجهاد لا يحق لأبناء المنطقة لعدم وجود خطرً حقيقي يهدد المنطقة ((والمقصود بالمنطقة هنا قصور سلاطينهم وأرصدتهم المحرمة من أموال الخلق))

ياعلماء السوء : كفوا أيديكم عن العبث بشرع الله فالجهاد جهادين. جهاد الدفع، وجهاد الطلب، وكلاهما مفروض على الأمة الأن .فبأي الأء ربكما تكذبان

ان المسلمين في بقاع الأرض يعانون من اضطهاد وقتل وتنكيل من اليهود والنصارى وعلماء أل سعود مازالوا يمنعون الناس عن تلبية النداء وعن نصرة الله .وحجج بعضهم أنه لايجوز اعلان الجهاد إلا بأمر من سلطانٍ !!!ومع أن الله سبحانه وتعالى قد شرع أنه لا يجوز إعلان الجهاد إلاّ في حالتين أولاهمَا وقوع الاعتداء على المسلمين، وإعلان الجهاد يكون لدفع هذا العدوان.وهذا الأمر الأن يحدث في بلاد الرافدين على بعض كيلوميترات من بلاد الحرمين .وثاني الأمروقوع الفتنة من قبل الحكّام في أيّ دولة ضدّ رعاياها، ومنعهم من اعتناق الإسلام، واضطهادهم وإيذائهم إذا أقدموا على ذلك، وإذا كان الإمام المسلم قادراً على منع هذه الفتنة،وهذا الشئ يحدث أيضآ في كل بلاد وأقطار العرب والمسلمين ..فلا يحق للرعايا المواطنين حرية الرأي أو التعبير ولا يحق لعلماء الحق أن يتكلموا وان تكلموا فان السجون مأوى لهم .أل سعود وحكام المنطقة عبثوا بالأرض فسادآ فنشروا في بيوتكم القنوات الفضائية بدون حسيب أو رقيب ليقتلوا فيكم روح الايمان وليعلموا نساءنا وبنات المؤمنين أبشع التعاليم والقيم من خلال أفلام ماجنة وبرامج ساقطة مثلهم ومثل قيمهم .

ان **** الغرب والشرق تتكالب على الاسلام بينما يلهوحوالى أربعة آلاف أمير من أل سعود في أوروبا ومنتجعات سياحية يصرفون خيرات الناس وحقوق شرعية من بيت مال المسلمين على ملذاتهم الشخصية .سابقآ خرج لنا شيخ الأزهر يوسف القرضاوي ليحرم على اخواننا في حركة طالبان جهادهم في أفغانستان فتطاول على رسول الله بتحريمه لتدمير الأصنام .وتناسى القرضاوي أن فتوحات رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قامت بتحطيم الأصنام واعلاء راية لا اله الا الله ...والبعض تعاطف مع القرضاوي بحجة انعقاد مؤتمر التحاور الثلاثي (اليهود – النصارى – والمنافقين ) والذي خرجت منه اليهود والنصارى بانتصار حيثُ قدمت شلةٌ من أجهزة السلاطين المسماة بالهيئة الشرعية بالاعتذار الرسمي باسم المسلمين عن ما يحدث من مواقف وحالات (ارهابية) مزعجة لليهود والنصارى ..لقد تناسى هؤلاء أن الأمريكان دخلوا أفغانستان المسلمة لتدمير حكومة الخلافة تمامآ كما فعل الخوارج عبر التاريخ حينما أردوا تدمير الخلافة بين صفوف المسلمين .. أمريكا دخلت لتزيح عن أفغانستان حلة الاسلام والخلافة الراشدة . فقتلت من خيرة العلماء الأفغان ما قتلت . ودمرت معاهد شرعية في كابول بحجة أنها مدرسة المجاهدين .. ودمروا مساجد يرفع فيها اسم الله بحجة أنها أوكار تخريبية!! والعجب العجاب أننا لم نسمع من خادم الحرمين ولا من مفتي الديار ولا من أي جهة بيان استنكار أو شجب يدعوا المسلمين لردع هذه المواقف .بل ماحدث عكس ذلك .تعتيم اعلامي واعتقالات عشوائية في حق الأخوة الذين يرغبون للالتحاق لنصرة اخوانهم من مسلمي الأفغان. أَفَحُكْمَ الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ يَبْغُونَ وَمَنْ أَحْسَنُ مِنَ اللَّهِ حُكْماً لِقَوْمٍ يُوقِنُونَ

ماذا ننتظر من هذه المواقف العمياء فكل مايحدث وحدث في بلاد الرافدين سببه أل سعود ومفتي الديار .ماكانت أمريكا لتتجرأ على قتل اخواننا هناك وهتك أعراض المسلمات لولا سلاطين أمريكا في المنطقة.. دخلت أمريكا من بلاد الحرمين محتلة بذلك العراق والمنطقة بأكملها بحجة احقاق العدالة للشعب ومنع السجون والاضطهادات التي كان يقوم بها الطاغي صدام .وكان لأل سعود وسلاطين المنطقة خلافات على النفط مع صدام .تمامآ كالخلاف الذي حملته أمريكا في حربها ضد العراق هي لمصالحهم وطمعهم بالنفط العراقي
.فكذبوا على المسلمين وقالوا أن الجيش الأمريكي يحمل لكم الديمقراطية !!! ديمقراطية أمريكا التي خدعوا الناس بها كشفت في معتقلات أبو غريب .الاجرام الذي نفذته امريكا هناك لم يمارسه الحجاج في عصره ولا صدام نفسه ...كل الدماء التي سقطت وتسقط في بلاد الرافدين هم سببها .لقد صنع اخواننا الشهداء من عملية الرس درس جديد وعبر لهؤلاء الطواغيت

ماذا ربح المجاهدون من الرس؟

سؤال قد يطرحه بعض الناس ماذا ربح المجاهدون من الرس وماذا كان الهدف منها؟ لا شك أن المجاهدين كسبوا رضوانًا من الله تعالى .جناتٌ عرضها السموات والأرض . ان حربهم ضد الحاكم الجائر كان من أعظم المراتب في الجهاد لقوله صلى الله عليه وسلم اعظم الجهاد كلمة حق تقال في وجه حاكم جائر وحكام أل سعود هم من أساؤوا للمسلمين في معظم بقاع الأرض من خلال تساهلات سياسية خاطئة مع قوات الاحتلال الأمريكية . ومناصرة أل سعود الكافرين على المؤمنين شركٌ شرعيٌ كبير وخاطئ يجب أن يتحمل مسؤوليته أل سعود فديار المسلمين ومهد النبوة أصبحت مرتع للنصارى واليهود يمررون من نظام خلال أل سعود مخططاتهم وأهدافهم وأحلامهم لتدمير واذلال الاسلام والمسلمين .غيرة هؤلاء الشهداء على الاسلام واندفاعا منهم لنصرة دين الله هي التي دفعتهم على بذل الروح في سبيل الله. تلك القلة من الرجال التي حاربت جيشٌ بأكمله مجهز بأحدث الأسلحة هي قلة من الرجال كسبت في معركتها هذه رضا الله .وماخسرت من تجارتها شئ لوجه الله. وأقف عند حادثة تاريخية يذكرنا بها هؤلاء الشهداء في قلة العدد وكثرته.حيث ان رجلآ من المهاجرين في معركة بدر ، وقف في ذلك اليوم، يراجع النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم ويجادله، ويحاول أن يثنيه عن القتال، ويحذره من قوة قريش وخيلائها، وأن المسلمين لم يخرجوا للحرب، ولا اتخذوا لها أهبتها. مما قاله ذلك الرجل: (يا رسول الله إنها قريش وغدرها، والله ما ذلّت منذ عزّت، ولا آمنت منذ كفرت، ووالله لا تُسْلِمُ عزَّها أبداً،ولتقاتلنَّكَ فاتَّهِبْ لذلك أهبته، وأعِدَّ لذلك عدته.).. -ومع تلك التحذيرات مضى رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ليرى حال صحابته الكرام فماذا وجد؟-يا رسول الله، امض لأمر الله، فنحن معك كانت هذه الكلمات من فئة قليلة غلبت فئة كثيرة باذن الله.. امض يا رسول الله لما أردت، فوالذي بعثك بالحق لو استعرضت بنا البحر، وخضته لخضناه معك، ما تخلف منا رجل واحد، وإنا لا نكره أن نلقى عدونا غداً، وإنا لصُبُرٌ في الحرب، صدق عند اللقاء، ولعل الله يريك منا بعض ما تقر به عينك ...هذا المشهد جدده شهداء الرس الطائرات والمدافع ومئات الفرق المسلحة لم تردعهم عن تلبية نصرة دين الله أبدآ ... لقد كسبوا ما خسروا شئ وللمراهنين على ضعف الجهاد أو اسقاط حركة القاعدة من الوجود سواء المراهنين على الوضع في قاعدة بلاد الرافدين أو قاعدة بلاد الحرمين فاننا نقول نقول لاميركا ولكل الذين يريدون ان تسقط القاعدة في بلاد الحرمين أو في بلاد الرافدين هذا غير ممكن, لأنكم تراهنون على الدين ودين الله باقٍ وأنتم الى الزوال أمريكا أرادت العبور من هذه البلاد لتمرر خطط يهودية وتنصرية في المنطقة وقاموا باخافة أل سعود من موجة اسمها القاعدة أو شبح الأرهاب فانساق خلفها السلاطين وتناسوا انهم وامريكا هم بؤر الأرهاب في المنطقة كلها وهم الفساد الذي يعبث بسلامة البشرية .لقد مضى شهداء عملية الرس كما مضى شهداء بدر لا يخشون من كفار ومنافقي قريش شئ , اللهم هذه قريش قد أقبلت بخيلائها وفخرها تحادُّك وتكذب رسولك، اللهم فنصرك الذي وعدتني.. اللهم ٌإن تهلك هذه العصابة اليوم لا تُعبد..". لقد جاهد شهداء الرس جهادآ رائعاً يميزه الصدق والإخلاص والحرص على الموت في سبيل الله تعالى،دون أن يفكروا بهذه الدنيا مضوا يريدون وجه الله تعالى ضد الظلم والكفر والفساد...عملية الرس كانت بمثابة رسالة تحذيرية من المجاهدين لكل الأنظمة المتعاملة مع الاحتلال .عملية الرس ستكون باذن الله مفتاح العمليات المباركة لمجموعة من الاخوة الذين عاهدوا الله عهدآ لا رجعة فيه أبدآ إذ يوحي ربك إلى الملائكة أني معكم فثبتوا الذين آمنوا سألقي في قلوب الذين كفروا الرعب فاضربوا فوق الأعناق واضربوا منهم كل بنان...

مع الله والى الله مضوا اخواننا في عملية الرس فدشنوا أولى أسس الخلافة العادلة . الرس كانت ومازالت مدرسة نتعلم منها أن الظلم وان امتد فلا بقاء له وأن الصمت يولد الانفجار والايمان متجدد باذن الله

تمكن جند الله تعالى في الارض من زرع عبوة ناسفة في منطقة هبهب في محافظة كركوك يوم الاثنين 16/ذوالقعدة/1426 الموافق 16/كانون الثاني /2006 وفي تمام الساعة الحادية عشر ليلا تم تفجيرها على دبابة لقوات الاحتلال الامريكي واصيبت باضرار جسيمة .

قام ليوث الاسلام بزرع عبوة ناسفة بالقرب من منطقة الغالبية يوم الاثنين 23/ذوالقعدة/1426 الموافق 23/كانون الثاني /2006 وفي تمام الساعة الثامنة صباحا تم تفجيرها على آلية نوع همر لقوات الاحتلال الامريكي فدمرت تدميرا كاملا وقتل جميع من فيها وقد كانت امام اعين الناس فاغلقت قوات الاحتلال الامريكي الطريق وقاموا بمداهمة بعض الدور هناك .

2- تمكن جند الله في الارض في كتيبة عثمان بن عفان التابعة لجيش الراشدين من زرع عبوة ناسفة في منطقة الرضوانية يوم الثلاثاء 3/ذوالقعدة /1426 الموافق 3/كانون الثاني /2006وفي تمام الساعة الثانية عشر والنصف ظهرا تمكنوا من تفجيرها على عربة همر لقوات الاحتلال الامريكي فدمرت تدميرا كليا وقتل جميع من فيها .

And we since we declare this formation that we promise Allah that became great in its loftiness on the continuation of the jihad way to the occupiers's dismiss of the invaders and its tail from the clients, the traitors and the procrastinators, and we offer our lives a cheap for enabling this religion, and paving the people of the Lord of the Worlds ; a redemption of the belief and a guidance to the people .

And we address the Islam people and who affiliated to this great religion that the death it is a must from him said that rose : ] tasting each same the death [, and that it do not be except once then are keen you that you make it for God's sake so that you win the complete happiness and the profit of world and hereafter reward .

] Allah bought from the believers themselves and their moneys that there is for them the paradise they fight for God's sake then kill and they are killed a promise on it really in the Torah, the Bible, the Quran and who fulfilled its pledge from Allah then you rejoice with your selling that pledged allegiance by it and that is the great winning [ ( the repentance : 111)

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

] انْفِرُوا خِفَافاً وَثِقَالاً وَجَاهِدُوا بِأَمْوَالِكُمْ وَأَنْفُسِكُمْ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ ذَلِكُمْ خَيْرٌ لَكُمْ إِنْ كُنْتُمْ تَعْلَمُون َ[
الحمد لله الذي شرع الجهاد لنصرة دينه ، والصلاة والسلام على صفيِّ الله وخليله ، محمد وعلى آله وصحابته .
هذا كتاب الله ينطق بالحق والله أصدق القائلين أن لا خير لهذه الأمة ولا عزة إلا بطريق الجهاد في سبيل الله ، وأن الله فرض الجهاد على كل مسلم فريضة لازمة لا مناص منها ، وأجزل الثواب فيه في الدنيا والآخرة ، وتوعَدَّ القاعدين والمخلفين والمرجفين بأفظع العقوبات ، ورماهم بأبشع النعوت والصفات في الدنيا والآخرة .
واليوم وفي ظل التحديات الخطيرة التي تمر بها أمتنا الإسلامية من مؤامرات تحوكها وتقودها قوى الكفر والرذيلة من يهودية ماكرة وصليبية حاقدة ومجوسية غادرة ، يساعدهم في ذلك من تسلط على رقاب المسلمين وممن افتتن بالمناهج الكفرية ؛ من أجل القضاء على هذا الدين وطمس العقيدة وتشويهها ، وتبديل أحكام الله العادلة ، بقوانين البشر الناقصة الظالمة الجائرة ، ونشر المناهج الكفرية الفاسدة ، وتسليط الطواغيت والمفسدين على رقاب أهل الإسلام ؛ لإخماد جذوة الإيمان ، وقتل روح الجهاد عندهم ، وما هذه الحملة التي شنت وتشن على بلاد المسلمين وعلى العراق بالخصوص إلا دليلاً على هذه المؤامرات ، وقد نبأنا الله من أخبارهم وأظهَرَ ذلك على ألسنتهم فقد قال طاغوتهم وزعيمهم الصغير بوش : إنها حرب صليبية ؛ فكان لزاماً الوقوف بحزم وبسالة أمام هذه الرياح السوداء الحاقدة والماكرة والغادرة والتسلح بالعقيدة الصحيحة ، والالتزام بمنهج الله جلَّ في علاه ، ورفع راية الجهاد في سبيله ؛ لعقيدتنا وإيماننا المطلق بأنه لا سبيل لرده وإفشال مخططاته والتمكين لدين الله إلا بالتضحية والفداء ، وبذل المال والدماء .
ولإيماننا أيضاً بأن لا انفكاك ولا انفصال بين الدعوة إلى الله والقتال في سبيله فهما متلازمان متعاضدان يسيران جنباً إلى جنب ؛ من أجل ذلك كله نعلن وباسم الله عن تشكيل : (( سرايا الدعوة والرباط )) والتي كان لها حضور على الساحة الجهادية في العراق وكانت ضمن أحد الفصائل الجهادية وانفصلت عنه لأسباب إدارية وتنظيمية .
ونحن إذ نعلن هذا التشكيل نعاهد الله جلَّ في علاه على المضي في درب الجهاد لطرد المحتلين الغزاة وأذنابه من العملاء والخونة والمتخاذلين ، ونقدم أرواحنا رخيصة من أجل التمكين لهذا الدين ، وتعبيد الناس لرب العالمين ؛ فداءً للعقيدة وهداية للناس .
ونخاطب أهل الإسلام ومن انتسب إلى هذا الدين العظيم بأن الموت لابد منه قال تعالى : ] كُلُّ نَفْسٍ ذَائِقَةُ الْمَوْتِ [ ، وأنه لا يكون إلا مرة واحدة فاحرصوا أن تجعلوها في سبيل الله لتظفروا بالسعادة الكاملة وربح الدنيا وثواب الآخرة .
] إِنَّ اللَّهَ اشْتَرَى مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ أَنْفُسَهُمْ وَأَمْوَالَهُمْ بِأَنَّ لَهُمُ الْجَنَّةَ يُقَاتِلُونَ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ فَيَقْتُلُونَ وَيُقْتَلُونَ وَعْداً عَلَيْهِ حَقّاً فِي التَّوْرَاةِ وَالْأِنْجِيلِ وَالْقُرْآنِ وَمَنْ أَوْفَى بِعَهْدِهِ مِنَ اللَّهِ فَاسْتَبْشِرُوا بِبَيْعِكُمُ الَّذِي بَايَعْتُمْ بِهِ وَذَلِكَ هُوَ الْفَوْزُ الْعَظِيمُ [ ( التوبة : 111)

الرجال ركض ورا الحصان ..
الحصان رجع سالماً .. و الرجال .. انفجر فيه لغم ..
ركضنا إلى القمة .. فإذا الرجل بيننا و بين العدو .. وسط حقل الألغام
يصيح و يتألم .. و ينادي ..
الأفغان أسقط في أيديهم .. يطالعون بعضهم .. و يطالعون فينا
و حنا نطالع بعضنا ..
تقدم إليه أحد المجاهدين .. فإذا به يطير هو الآخر في الهواء ..
صاروا اثنين .. يصرخان و ينادينان ..
الأفغان .. ينظرون إلينا ..

تشهدت .. من كان آخر كلامه من الدنيا لا إله إلا الله دخل الجنة ..
همس أخي .. أطفئ الكشاف .. خلينا نمشي على عماها أحسن
وضع الرجل على ظهره .. و أمسكت رجليه ..
كانت رجلاه مقطوعتان تقريباً .. كل رجل متدلية من الركبة بجلدة أو عرق ..
وصلنا بالسلامة .. و الفضل و المنة لله وحده .
وضعناهم بجانب بعض ..
