10) موقع خاص بالإعلانات بواسطة البنرات

وطبعا يتم الربط بين هذه المواقع لتكون كالمجموعة في شركة . و القاسم المشترك بينها هو الجهاد و المجاهدين

فمثلاً :-

يتولى الأخ فتى الجزيرة مهمة المقالات و يقوم بإنشاء الموقع الخاص بالمقالات و يجمع في هذا الموقع مقالات شيوخ الجهاد مثل الشيخ أبو يحيى الليبي و مقالات المفكرين مثل الدكتور عبد الله النفسي و كُل مقال يتكلم عن الجهاد و المجاهدين بما قد يفيدهم .



وكذالك مثلاً تتولى الأخت أم سامر أنشاء مجموعة بريدية على الياهو و يقوم جميع أعضاء التجديد بالتسجيل فيها .. ففي حال تعطل التجديد لإي سبب طارئ نستطيع أن نجتمع مره آخرى في مكان آخر .



و كذالك مثلاً يتولى الأخ مرسى و الأخ علي المصري و الأخ اللهيبي مهمة إنشاء مواقع للترجمة :- ترجمة المقالات و الأفلام و الكتب .

والدولة الإسلامية إنما تقوم على العقيدة الإسلامية، فهي أساسها، ولا يجوز شرعاً أن تنفك عنها بحال من الأحوال. فالرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم حين أقام السلطان في المدينة، وتولى الحكم فيها أقامه على العقيدة الإسلامية من أول يوم، ولم تكن آيات التشريع قد نزلت بَعدُ، فجَعَلَ شهادة أن لا إله إلا الله وأن محمداً رسول الله أساس حياة المسلمين، وأساس العلاقات بين الناس، وأساس دفع التظالم، وفصل التخاصم. أي أساس الحياة كلها، وأساس الحكم والسلطان. ثم إنه لم يكتفِ بذلك، بل شرع الجهاد، وفرضه على المسلمين لحمل هذه العقيدة للناس. روى البخاري ومسلم واللفظ له عن عبد الله بن عمـر قال: قـال رسـول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم : «أمـرت أن أقاتـل الناس حتى يشهدوا أن لا إله إلا الله، وأن محمداً رسول الله، ويقيموا الصلاة، ويؤتوا الزكاة، فإذا فعلوا عصموا مني دماءهم وأموالهم إلا بحقها وحسابهم على الله

ثم إنه جعل المحافظة على استمرار وجود العقيدة أساساً للدولة فرضاً على المسلمين، وأمر بحمل السيف والقتال إذا ظهر الكفر الـبَواح، أي إذا لم تكن العقيدة الإسلامية أساس الحكم والسلطان. فقد سئل صلى الله عليه وسلم عن الحكام الظلمة أننابذهم بالسيف؟ قال: «لا، ما أقاموا فيكم الصلاة». وجعل في بيعته، أن لا ينازع المسلمون أولي الأمر إلا أن يروا كفراً بواحاً. روى مسلم عن عوف بن مالك عن شِرار الأئمة: «... قيل يا رسول الله: أفلا ننابذهم بالسيف؟ فقال: لا، ما أقاموا فيكم الصلاة...». روى البخاري عن عبادة بن الصامت في البيعة: «وأن لا ننازع الأمر أهله، قال: إلا أن تروا كفراً بَواحاً عندكم من الله فيه برهان» ووقع عند الطبراني: «كفراً صُراحاً». فهذا كله يدل على أن أساس الدولة هو العقيدة الإسلامية، إذ إن الرسول أقام السلطان على أساسها، وأمر بحمل السيف في سبيل إبقائها أساساً للسلطان، وأمر بالجهاد من أجلها.

ولهذا لا يجوز أن يكون لدى الدولة الإسلامية أي فكر أو مفهوم أو حكم أو مقياس غير منبثق عن العقيدة الإسلامية، إذ لا يكفي أن يُجعل أساس الدولة اسماً هو العقيدة الإسلامية، بل لا بد من أن يكون وجود هذا الأساس ممثلاً في كل شيء يتعلق بوجودها، وفي كل أمر دق أو جَلّ من أمورها كافة. فلا يجوز أن يكون لدى الدولة أي مفهوم عن الحياة أو الحكم إلا إذا كان منبثقاً عن العقيدة الإسلامية، ولا تسمح بمفهوم غير منبثق عنها، فلا يسمح بمفهوم (الديمقراطية) أن يُتبنى في الدولة، لأنه غير منبثق عن العقيدة الإسلامية، فضلاً عن مخالفته للمفاهيم المنبثقة عنها، ولا يجوز أن يكون لمفهوم القومية أي اعتبار، لأنه غير منبثق عن العقيدة الإسلامية، فضلاً عن أن المفاهيم المنبثقة عنها جاءت تذمه، وتنهى عنه، وتُبيّن خطره. ولا يصح أن يكون لمفهوم الوطنية أي وجود، لأنه غير منبثق عن هذه العقيدة، فضلاً عن أنه يخالف ما انبثق عنها من مفاهيم. وكذلك لا يوجد في أجهزة الدولة الإسلامية وزارات بالمفهوم (الديمقراطي)، ولا في حكمها أي مفهوم (إمبراطوري) أو ملكي أو جمهوري لأنها ليست منبثقة عن عقيدة الإسلام، وهي تخالف المفاهيم المنبثقة عنها. وأيضاً يُمنع منعاً باتاً أن تجري محاسبتها على أساس غير أساس العقيدة الإسلامية، لا من أفراد، ولا من حركات، ولا من تكتلات. ويمنع قيام حركات أو تكتلات أو أحزاب على أساس غير أساس العقيدة الإسلامية. فإن كون العقيدة الإسلامية أساس الدولة يحتم هذا كله، ويوجبه على الحاكم، وعلى الرعية التي تحكمها الدولة.

ووجوب كون العقيدة الإسلامية أساس الدولة الإسلامية يقتضي أن يكون دستورها وسائر قوانينها مأخوذةً من كتاب الله وسنة رسوله. وقد أمر الله السلطان والحاكم أن يحكم بما أنزل الله على رسوله، وجعل من يحكم بغير ما أنزل الله كافراً إن اعتقد به، أو اعتقد بعدم صلاحية ما أنزل الله على رسوله، وجعله عاصياً وفاسقاً وظالماً إن حكم به ولم يعتقده. وأَمْرُ الله السلطان والحاكم بالحكم بما أنزل الله ثابت في القرآن والسنّة. قال تعالى: { فَلَا وَرَبِّكَ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ حَتَّى يُحَكِّمُوكَ فِيمَا شَجَرَ بَيْنَهُمْ}، وقال: { وَأَنِ احْكُمْ بَيْنَهُمْ بِمَا أَنزَلَ اللَّهُ}، وقد حصر تشريع الدولة بما أنزل الله، وحذّر من الحكم بغير ما أنزل الله، أي الحكم بأحكام الكفر، قال تعالى: { وَمَنْ لَمْ يَحْكُمْ بِمَا أَنزَلَ اللَّهُ فَأُوْلَئِكَ هُمْ الْكَافِرُونَ}، وقال عليه الصلاة والسلام: «كل عمل ليس عليه أمرنا فهو رَدّ».

فهذا كله يدل على أن تشريعات الدولة كلها من دستور وقوانين محصـورة بما انبثق عن العقيدة الإسـلامية من أحكام شـرعية، أي بمـا أنزله الله على رسـوله من أحكام في الكـتاب والسـنة، وفيما أرشـدا إليـه من قياس وإجماع صحابة.

ثم إنه لما جاء خطاب الشارع متعلقاً بأفعال العباد، وملزماً الناس بالتقيّد به في جميع أعمالهم، كان تنظيم هذه الأعمال آتياً من الله سبحانه، وجاءت الشريعة الإسلامية متعلقة بجميع أفعال الناس، وجميع علاقاتهم، سواء أكانت هذه العلاقات مع الله أم مع أنفسهم أم مع غيرهم. ولهذا لا محلّ في الإسلام لسن قوانين للدولة من قبل الناس لتنظيم علاقاتهم، فهم مُقيدون بالأحكام الشرعية. قال تعالى: { وَمَا آتَاكُمْ الرَّسُولُ فَخُذُوهُ وَمَا نَهَاكُمْ عَنْهُ فَانْتَهُوا}، وقال: { وَمَا كَانَ لِمُؤْمِنٍ وَلَا مُؤْمِنَةٍ إِذَا قَضَى اللَّهُ وَرَسُولُهُ أَمْرًا أَنْ يَكُونَ لَهُمْ الْخِيَرَةُ مِنْ أَمْرِهِمْ }، وقال صلى الله عليه وسلم: «إن الله فرض فرائض فلا تُضيعوها، وحدّ حدوداً فلا تعتدوها ونهى عن أشياء فلا تنتهكوها، وسكت عن أشياء رخصة لكم ليس بنسيان فلا تبحثوا عنها»، وروى مسلم عن عائشة قالت: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: «ومن أحدث في أمرنا هذا ما ليس منه فهو ردّ». فالله سبحانه وتعالى هو الذي شرع الأحكام، وليس السلطان، وهو الذي أجبر الناس، وأجبر السلطان على اتباعها في علاقاتهم وأعمالهم، وحصرهم بها، ومنعهم من اتباع غيرها.

Details Of The Abqaiq Oil Expedition Delegated By Sheikh Osama Bin Laden

In the last edition of Voice of Jihad Magazine, a detailed account of the attack on the Abqaiq oil facility last year was disclosed that gives a much different account than previously published, including the fact the Sheikh Osama Bin Laden personally delegated this attack.

Two vehicles packed with explosives rammed through the gates of the facility that is responsible for two-thirds of Saudi Arabia’s oil production in the eastern province of Dammam last February. At the time, the Saud regime downplayed the event considering news of the attack sent the price of crude soaring.

Since the initial publicity, there has been little said about what JUS reported as a major attack over a year ago. Now, Al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula have come forth with the details and one of the Mujahideen who took park in the double-pronged martyrdom attack spoke directly to Voice of Jihad giving his personal account.

Explanation Of The Delegated Expedition Of Sheikh Osama Bin Laden, May Allah Protect Him

In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful

All praises and thanks be to Allah, the Protector and Guardian of the pious; there is no enmity except on the disbelievers, and may peace and blessings of Allah be upon whom was sent with the sword as a mercy to all that exist, our prophet Muhammad, his household and his companions.

To proceed:

By the grace of Allah, the One, the brave warriors of the delegated expedition of Sheikh Osama bin Laden, may Allah protect him, on Friday afternoon, the 26th of Muharram 1427H were able to brake into the oil and gas refinery in the city of Abqaiq in the eastern Arabian Peninsula, where two martyrs drove two explosives-laden vehicles into it. We shall later give you the details of the blessed operation and the names of the brave warriors who participated in it, by the Will of Allah.

This operation is one of the many organized operations being carried out by Al-Qaeda in its fight against Cross Worshippers and Jews, to put a stop to the stealing of Muslims’ wealth, and is also part of its plan to expel the polytheists from the Arabian Peninsula.

These brave warriors are honorable role models from the Youth of Islam in the Arabian Peninsula, and thanks be to Allah, there are many like them, all competing for martyrdom and longing to kill the enemies of Allah; the Jews, Cross Worshippers and their allies among the infidel leaders. Their hearts are full of pain for what is happening to their Muslim brothers in Palestine, Afghanistan, Iraq, and every other place and you shall soon see from them, what will please the heart, by the permission of Allah.

Oh Allah, the Revealer of the Books, the Mover of the clouds, Suduer of the infidels, defeat America and its allies. Oh Allah, defeat them and send earthquakes to them and give us victory over them.

The Operation Of The Delegates Of Sheikh Osama Bin Laden

In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful

Allah the Exalted has said:

“Verily, Allah has purchased of the believers their lives and their properties; for the price that theirs shall be the paradise. They fight in Allah’s cause, so they kill (others) and are killed. It is a promise in truth which is binding on Him in the Taurat (Torah) and the Injeel (Gospel) and the Qur’an. And who is truer to his covenant than Allah? Then rejoice in the bargain which you have concluded. That is the supreme success.”

Based on the guidance of our leader Sheikh Osama bin Laden, may Allah protect him, for the naphtha oil wells expedition, Allah made it possible for your brothers, the Mujahideen in the delegated expedition of Sheikh Osama bin Laden, may Allah protect him, to carry out an operation on one of the naphtha wells providing fuel to the cross worshippers. In addition to the released information on the blessed delegated expedition of Sheikh Osama bin Laden, may Allah protect him, we further explain the facts as follows;

The blessed expedition began on Friday afternoon, 26th Muharram 1427H at exactly a quarter to three with the Mujahideen breaking into the biggest oil refinery in the world, one of the refineries for oil and gas in Abqaiq city, East of Arabian Peninsula. The Mujahideen broke through the back gate killing the driver of a jeep and another guard holding a 50 bullet weapon at the gate. They then proceeded inside, killed another soldier and injured many while the others fled. They then opened the gate for their brothers, the martyrs; Abul Barra Annajdi Abdullah Abdul Aziz Ibrahim Attuwaijiri and ‘Urwatunnajdi Muhammad Salih Muhammad Al-Ghais, may Allah accept them among the martyrs.

About 500 meters further on there was another gate that the Mujahideen had no difficulty in opening because the guards had fled, making way for the two martyring brothers to enter inside. After the departure of the two brothers, the operation was concluded with the explosion and devastation of the oil field. After that, and thanks be to Allah, the brothers were able to leave the area, despite the tight security, and reached a safe place.

We wish to point out the false claims that the operation was unsuccessful and that the vehicles exploded at the gate. All these are lies without a sound basis. Backing this and other operations is the legal ruling on operations on oil wells given by the captive Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin Rasheed Attuwaili’ee, may Allah release his captivity, with the title: “The Ruling Of Bursting Naphtha Fields.”

We are indeed grateful to Allah for this blessed operation as it renewed our determination to defeat the powers of the cross worshippers and false leaders, to put an end to the stealing of the Muslims’ wealth, to free the Muslim lands, to establish Allah’s laws and commands and to purify the Arabian Peninsula from the polytheists as directed by our leader and prophet, Muhammad, may peace and blessings of Allah be upon him.

Personal Account Of Al-Humaidi Bin Abdullah Al-Humaidi, A Participant In Sheikh Osama Bin Laden’s Delegation For The Abqaiq Expedition

Voice Of Jihad: In the beginning of this blessed encounter with Badr, we wish that he gives us a brief of the Abqaiq expedition, which he himself participated in.

Al-Humaidi: On Friday 26/01/1427H, at about a quarter to three in the afternoon, the Youth of Islam raided the Abqaiq oil field, one of the most important and biggest being used by the cross worshippers in their fight against Islam and that is under the control of the infidel leaders. This expedition was in obedience to the directives of our leader and the overseer of our affairs, Sheikh Osama bin Laden, may Allah protect him, for the protection of Muslims’ blood and wealth and for the return of the land to its owners.

The expedition was under the leadership of martyred commander Fahd bin Faraj Al-Juwair, may Allah accept him. We reached the Abqaiq oil field on the day of the expedition by the road from Riyadh and the operation comprises of four vehicles (two for securing the entry and the other two for bombing).

On arrival at the field, the entry team broke into the field to open the gates for the other vehicles to enter. We broke into it through the back gate where we killed the driver of a jeep and another guard holding a 50 bullet weapon, while the other soldiers took to their heels without looking back.

On reaching the next gate, we met one of the soldiers and one of us told him to drop down his weapon and not to fight us and we would let him live, and so he did and sat down. At about the same time, one of the soldiers in hiding was holding some iron and wanted to hit one of the brothers on the head but a brother was alerted and opened fire at him, the one who was directly behind him. From there, the martyr Abdullah Attuwaijiri, may Allah accept him, called his brothers to the other gate which was closed with locks and chains, and so, the martyr Fahd Aljuwair, may Allah accept him, came and fired at it and it opened and from there, he opened yet another gate and the two explosive-laden vehicles entered until they reached to their intended place without any further encounter.

Voice Of Jihad:The authority claimed that the explosion was unsuccessful and was even outside the oil field!! What’s your comment on that?

Al-Humaidi:My brother, the lies and deceptions of the authorities has no end, for they do it religiously, may Allah descend on them what they deserve. The reality of what happened was, after the two martyrs reached the designated place, the entry team moved away from the oil field and the martyrs exploded in the field, devastating completely the administration room, half of the cooling room and other places, and this was not done except with the support of Allah, for it was all conducted within 15 minutes. We then left the city of Abqaiq despite its small area, knowing that there are only two official roads, both of which have a 24 hours check points! Verily all praises and thanks be to Allah, for making it possible for us to enter and leave Abqaiq city within this short time.

Voice Of Jihad: The authorities claimed they reached the Mujahideen at Yarmuk safe house detected by a surveillance jet but they later claimed that it was through internet and that the Muntada administration gave them the address. What is the truth of this?

Al-Humaidi: My brother the whole is widened and the authorities had lied and it is clear for all those with two eyes to see, that they are far weaker than what people think they are. They only engage in this kind of deception to please their cross worshipping Masters and to show that they are inflicting damages on the jihad! The real facts are as follows:

After our return to the city of Riyadh, which was completely based on studied military tactics, only three days after the blessed expedition, the safe house where only five brothers were present that day was surrounded by thousands of soldiers. A fierce battle ensued, with a large number of the soldiers injured, so many that the Hospital (Peace Power) was filled and so many could not get beds but sat on the floor. And now the false leaders claimed that it was done by jet! This is indeed a grave lie and heresy because we took the necessary precautions and also, we were monitoring the movement of the jet very well on our return to Riyadh and there wasn’t any.

This and their other lies are just to cover up their disgrace for the cross worshipper’s pleasure.

Their claim of follow up through the internet is a big lie also. Who is so foolish to release information from where it is taking place? And the process of releasing information through the net passes through a number of secret steps. And with all praises and thanks to Allah, your brothers in Al-Qaeda Network in Arabian Peninsula, are using the most current means of coverage and broadcast to break down the city of darkness in the Arabian Peninsula caused by their (the authorities) attempts to cover the truth from the sons of the Peninsula.

With respect to the brothers in the Hesbah administration, by Allah, we do not know of them except goodness. Them and the other brothers in Muntada Al-Ekhlas, Al-Boraq, Al-Jabha International, Majmu’ul Ansar, and others alike, whom have given and are is still giving the Mujahideen many services and some had been helping for so many years, since the time of Sheikh Yusuf Al’Oairy and Commander Abu Hajir Abdul Azis Al-Muqrin, may Allah accept them. So do not be afraid as far as this is concerned. Thanks be to Allah, we do take every measure necessary and above all, the remembrance of Allah and prayers, which is the weapon of the believer.

They showed the picture of two burnt vehicles after the expedition, one of them, the jeep, was used in the operation and was driven by our brother Fafd Al-Juwair, may Allah accept him.

Voice Of Jihad:Good, what about the video tape released by the Saudi government showing the specific preparations of the Abqaiq expedition and also the uncovering of weapons and video tapes found in the depository?

Al-Humaidi:I do not know why this momentous information being exposing the depository and the false leaders’ announcement that many weapons, recordings and five brothers were seized. This is indeed an exaggeration and lie. The weapons they are talking about simple ones anybody can buy from the market place or can make the likes of within a day and night. Why then is this information even significant? And from there, they also claimed seizing many video films, and this is a lie and heresy. The seized films are those shown, among them one that had the brothers planning including Commander Fahd Al-Juwair, may Allah accept him, Muhammad Al-Ghais, Abdullah Attuwaijiri and others masked, and this video was with the brothers at the safe house.

The names of the Mujahideen wearing masks were not correct as given. And this is one of the big disgraces of the false leaders; the gadgets and the five brothers said to be captured is nothing other than a lie which is far from being true. Whoever is following up on events and the downfalls of the false leaders knows how far-reaching their lies and deviations against the Muslims really are.
